This company is extremely unprofessional..they were called in because we found mold in my daughters room. She has been sleeping on an inflatable bed for the last 3 weeks.. They called on a Friday (3 weeks ago) was told they would call back no one called all weekend then a guy just shows up at 9 in the morning on a Monday and states he's here to put in the vacuum in the room. I stated that I worked a night shift and would of appreciated the phone call that he had said he was going to give me then I called his boss who was a biligerant (you know what) then they came back on the Tuesday which was actually planned, they tore all the drywall, insulation out and left stating they would be back i stated they would need to come on Monday ( today) because I was again working night shifts. Soo today I am waiting for them they don't show so again I call 'the boss' he states he just called and spoke with my landlord I asked when he stated right now.. I then told him that he had 5 days to call them and waited for my 1 day off to make the call when they could be here actually cleaning up the mess. I stated how unprofessional they were and again 'the boss' stated he would be here to pick up his things and hung up on me…. I have a right to be angry my daughter can't even sleep in her room and they keep wasting my time. Please if you need restoration do not go with this company! I had to give them one star but if it was up to me I would not give them any

I hired this company for a move out final rental clean. It was not a huge job as we were not messy people. I needed it to be clean for the next tenants to take over, as I would want someone to do that for me. She's very difficult to correspond with, which should have been my first red flag. She quoted me 6hrs for a final rental clean as I asked her to do things such as – walls, floors, blinds, major appliances and 1 bathroom. I was shocked she quoted 6hrs but I was assured if she finished early she would only bill accordingly. When I got to the house after 6hrs to obtain the key back she explained that she wasn't able to get some of the things done. I quickly noted with my minds eye, floors had not been done, counters were not clean and it did not smell clean. She confirmed she did not get the blinds done and had in fact broke one of the blades. She gathered her stuff very quickly gave me the key and left. Upon further review she had not done the following, stove warming drawer, sides of the stove behind the stove, walls, floors, closet shelves, bathroom floor and counters. This resulted in me having $$ held back from my deposit for further cleaning efforts. I was informed by my Landlord that she had to spend 2hrs cleaning enough to feel comfortable turning the keys over to the new tenants. I expected to receive back my full deposit as there was otherwise ZERO DAMAGE. Do not hire this cleaners. They are clearly not a professional company.
