They are kind, efficient, and great cleaners. I am always happy when they come by and have recommended them to several friends, all of whom have been happy with the cleaning. The downside is that scheduling a precise time can be hard; they've often taken awhile to confirm the exact time, been late, or ended up rescheduling at the last minute. That might not be a problem if you're looking for someone who can clean for you on a regular basis, though. (I arrange each cleaning individually because my schedule often changes.)

Thank goodness for this company. I recently had an unexpected property to care for. It has been rented out for years and needed a good cleaning especially the kitchen and living room walls. The prior tenants left the kitchen with stains and the living rooms walls were scratched and had food on them…just gross.

i chose yoselin house cleaning based on the stellar ratings on yelp and they did not disappoint! i messaged with yoselin and/or her husband kennedy through the yelp app then moved to texting to confirm details and for communication throughout the service.
yoselin came to the house a couple days before the scheduled service for an appraisal so that the quoted price would be as accurate as possible. the house i was moving out of was very old and she noted that but still said they'd do their best to make it look as nice as possible. on the day of the service, one of the bosses set up the employees to clean and then returned at the end of the service to perform a walk-through and ensure everything was to my liking. i pointed out a couple of missed spots and they were addressed right away.
the actual cleaning job was very well done but i also appreciated the open and prompt communication yoselin and company had. great experience!

I found Yoselin house cleaning on on yelp on a Sunday and they were able to schedule me for that Monday. We just had a long time tenant move out, and while he left the house in decent condition, it was in need of a deep cleaning.

I'll confess that I am not the best housekeeper. I wanted my house to be especially clean because my GF's parents were visiting. Yoselin was quick to respond and give me a fair quote. And on the scheduled day, their crew was on time.
After taking in the job ahead, the cleaners called the office to explain that the place needed more than just a maintenance cleaning. The office called me and handled the call perfectly, giving me a new rate in a way that didn't leave me feeling at all badly.
I had to go out for an appointment and paid the crew the new rate and a tip. When I returned to the house, it was beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire Yoselin on a regular basis and I see why they have so many 5 start reviews.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they had good ratings, even though not that many reviews. i contacted a bunch of cleaning companies, and they gave me the lowest estimate and had the highest ratings. however, after i already scheduled a time with them, they came over and then changed their estimate and instead of 125 for a one bedroom not including the bedroom, now suddenly their estimate was 300 dollars!!! after i already scheduled with them based on the first estimate, and canceled cleanings with the other companies!
i was under a bit of a time constraint, so i accepted the greater than 2x new estimate.
they came and cleaned, at first everything look good, i tipped the cleaning people and even insisted that i take the trash bags out myself.
after they left, i noticed that multiple things were missing from my apartment, multiple kitchen items, an expensive box of chocolates, dish towels, an expensive spatula, and other small items. i also noticed that upon further inspection, things were not as clean as i thought, the shower was not thoroughly cleaned, the corners and underneath areas were not cleaned, etc.
i contacted the company, they were very apologetic, offered to refund me in full. i had pity on them as a small business and said it's ok, i will still give you the original estimate, but at least refund me the difference. the woman owner said yes of course i will refund you right away.
time passed, no refund. then i get a nasty message from the husband saying they would not refund me, and then they stopped answering any messages.
needless to say, if you want a cleaning company that will not steal stuff from your apartment, overcharge you, and refuse to refund you when they steal and fail to fully clean your place, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I sent a reminder the night before, which was ignored. The service did not provide any kind of explanation, just that they need to cancel the day of. Unreliable!
There are many, many other honest and hardworking services in the area listed on Yelp. I recommend reaching out to services that actually provide what they advertise.
The owner, upon seeing my review, called me (twice!) to tell me something nasty about karma. I am writing in all fairness so that the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to another innocent customer. Businesses that flake on you at your most important times do not deserve support.

I manager for apartment building. The cleaning crew showed up on time. They had a crew leader managing the cleaning team. This particular two bedroom two bath apartment had a lot of oily residue in the kitchen and grime in the bathroom. My quote was for $200-$250.
Normally this 900 square-foot apartment cost $200 for a move out cleaning. I was charged $250 for the additional elbow grease to deep clean the dirty areas.
The team was working hard so I don't mind paying the additional $50.

I required move in cleaning, however when I checked what they've cleaned, they only did 30% job. closets are dirty, drawers are full of dust, outlets plates are also as dirty as they never cleaned. I specifically told them to clean the fireplace, but they ignored it. They only mopped the floors, wiped the countertop. And they didn't fully clean the bathrooms, and which are just remodeled, don't even need much cleaning. After I moved in, I have to clean by myself. I don't know why the reviews are almost all positive, and I am surprised by how bad their service is.

We have been using this cleaning service for over a year now and we are extremely pleased with them. We started getting a cleaning service after getting a dog and realizing that we need once in a while mopping. They are extremely friendly with our dog as well!
What I like about Sandra's Maid Service is that the cleaners are always prompt and on time. Duarte communicates via text and is very responsive. They are in and out in 2.5-3 hours and leave the house very clean. They actually listen to our requests for example, if I ask can you pay extra attention to the fridge today? or the tub? they are on it. They always arrange things, if there is a mess, in a way that makes sense. And sometimes provide an extra touch, like putting fresh sheets on the bed (if I have set them out) or finishing up the dishes.
The house always looks amazing on days that they come, and I'm so thankful.

We had them stay on for regular cleanings and can't say enough about how attentive the whole team is. Communication with Kennedy was great. The two women cleaners were nice. We were really excited to have a potential relationship with a cleaning company that would help us with their services 2x a month–but we wanted to try a deep clean first. We asked for a deep clean service and it was just okay: not horrible, and not outstanding. We were not impressed because the "deep cleaning" was more like mediocre standard cleaning. I still had to clean/wet jet the floor after they finished because there were dirt spots in the living room, not sure how they missed it. The toilet paper folding art was cute. We tipped the two cleaners more than fair because they still cleaned our home. Sad it didn't work out. We've tried another service since and are happier with them.

From the first time I requested a quote for a move out cleaning throughout the actual cleaning, Kennedy was very responsive and professional. He gave a quote and specified that it was a round number and could be a bit higher or lower depending on the amount of work needed. That was the exact amount he invoiced me afterwards. He, and the 3 ladies with him, did a phenomenal job cleaning our entire apartment, making it look almost like the day we moved in. Very happy with our choice to hire this business! Our home needed a deep clean after 2 years of living in it full time (with two cats), and from the moment Kennedy responded to my Yelp message to the time his crew was done was a 5/5 star service. I had to stop having my house regularly cleaned because it just wasn't in my budget. Been incorporating one task a day to stay on top of things (and cleaning the shower once a week while I shower) but decided enough was enough and that I needed a deep clean. I requested some quotes and this company responded promptly and was swift to schedule. Within two days I had 3 women at my home! Just prior to them arriving, the owner (Kennedy) arrived first and took and look around. He was very kind and professional and even said my bathroom wasn't any different than his (haha way to compliment a working mom!). The ladies arrived and got started immediately. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, windows, and baseboards were all cleaned thoroughly. I was so happy to have my house freshly prepared for holiday guests. Honestly I never like to nitpick either when other people come and help take care of my mess – even when paying – so I am 100% behind this five star review. I noticed only two minor things later on in the day: some coffee beans still on the counter top that were missed, and some parts of the bathroom wall and wall just outside of bathroom with some stuff that need to be wiped down. No biggie. I can do it. Will definitely book this company again for a future deep clean!

I needed to get the unit I was moving out of cleaned asap and I reached out to Green House Cleaning. I received a quick quote and was able to schedule two days prior to my appointment. They were running a little late the day of the appointment, but I was notified earlier in the day. They called me once they arrived and I was then running late myself, but they waited until I arrived so I could let them in. Kennedy and his team arrived and they were quick to start the work once Kennedy took a look at the unit. The unit hadn't been cleaned in quite some time due to an extremely busy work schedule and I admit I had not done deep cleaning of the unit in quite some time so there were some areas that needed some extra attention. Kennedy mentioned due to the extra attention in certain areas the cost would be slightly higher than originally quoted which I completely understood why. I was happy he informed me before the cleaning started. I left him and his team there for a couple hours and I was called once it was completed which was in less than 2 hours. I was surprised they had finished so quickly. When I arrived I was impressed with the amazing job they did cleaning the areas that needed that extra attention. I was very pleased with their work. I inspected everything and there were a couple small areas they missed, but the moment I pointed them out they were quick to clean it after apologizing they had missed it. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them for future needs if needed. I highly recommend!

Great service at a reasonable price. In my case, I have only one bedroom and my landlord requires me to have a professional carpet cleaning with disinfection. Green House just showed up to help me and kindly provides me with a receipt that includes the "disinfection" keyword. Let me sum up this cleaning service by saying they cleaned the shower glass door so well that I tried to walk in the shower and bumped my knee against the spotless glass!
I share a 6 bedroom – 3 bathroom house with some dirty roommates and I really appreciate the way these maids transform our house back to sparkling clean each week. Also, they use less abrasive chemicals to clean including 100% organic products.

One of my roommates recently moved out, and before my new roommate moved in , we wanted to have our place cleaned as a precaution with COVID-19 and for good presentation to our new roommate. Gracelia came in to clean our place today and left it cleaner than the day we moved in!! She was very professional and made the room and common paces look brand new.
She was in a mask and gloves and the supplies they used made the house smell clean and sanitized.

They just got a new customer! Fantastic cleaning: the house looks like new. I think that our shower is now cleaner than it has ever been, and every windowsill is spotless. We called for a "deep clean" and they delivered. Arrived about 20 min early for appointment, which was a pleasant surprise. I stopped our last cleaning service b/c appointments were such a struggle and quality became mediocre. This was such a contrast! Easy to setup, clear communication, and on-time. The cleaners were very professional and I was comfortable with them in our house.

I've tried their service first time today, it was great. The cleaners are Martha and Gracelia. I confirmed with the office that the carpet cleaning is not included usually but they still helped me vacuum the carpet after I came up with.

Thank you for reaching out to re-clean. However like you mentioned due to this pandemic, I too, am very cautious of people coming in to my new place. I made the appointment with your cleaners to do the move in cleaning without any furniture or belongings so that it would be cleaned thoroughly and they do not need to move heavy furniture. I already have all my stuff in the home and paid another company to sanitize (fog) the whole place. Having your maids come in to re-clean defeats the purpose of having my place sanitized. With an older parent living with me who is at high risk due to age and medical reasons is the main reason why I am hesitant to schedule another appointment. If the task was done correctly in the first place, we would not be in this predicament. It's not like I forgot to remind them anyway because I told them what I expected before they even began their cleaning (if you actually call what they did cleaning? see all pictures attached).

This cleaning company is Amazing! House Cleaning Maids is different, it's hourly for the first cleaning then recurring serivces is at a fixed rate. So if you tell them your wishlist or the priority and a time limit they'll stick to it.
I was so happy, I went around when they were done and did the finger swipe test on places I knew were dirty and dusty and there was nothing! It was clean clean clean!
They work very quickly and hard, they don't need to be micromanaged or checked in on.

In reference to the contract they have you sign, it actually is NOT a contract but more of a confirmation email they send clearly describing what they quote you on the phone and what to expect from their service. This was very helpful for me because it is way to make sure there are no misunderstandings. (very professional!)

Maria and Maria did a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom condo after I moved out. When I called to inquire about rates and availability, I found Maria to be communicative, responsive and super friendly. She was able to come with just a few days notice.
Being 39 weeks pregnant and barely able to put my own shoes on, I really appreciate all the hard work and diligence her and her team put into cleaning the place. They arrived early and after a walk through, they all went quickly to work. The glass doors looked transparent, the stove and refrigerator look close to new and the bathrooms sparkled. They even scrubbed the base boards and left a vacuum pattern on the carpets that I felt bad stepping on. Thank you so much!

A sufficient cleaning job, but overall the communication wasn't great. First, there were several back and forth messages about the time for cleaning via text. However, I kept getting asked to confirm the wrong time. Then, when the cleaning time came, I got a message that the staff would be late. The worst part of my experience was that I got two quotes beforehand, yet when the time to pay came–I was asked to pay quite a bit more than quoted. The staff was friendly & the job got done, but I wouldn't use this cleaning service again.

I was having so much regret agreeing to move in a condo after another cleaning company spent 8 hours doing absolutely nothing. I was actually thinking of asking my current apartments if I could extend my lease because I really didn't want to live in a dirty house due to my chronic health conditions flaring. Placed a call to one of the Maria's and scheduled a time for a deep clean after tenants had moved out of our single family home. A crew of 4 showed up on time, and performed all the advertised tasks of a deep clean. They moved appliances, cleaned behind, inside and under them. Windows inside and outside (within reach) were cleaned and floors vacuumed and mopped.
The tenants had left the washer trap contents (YUCK) in a clogged laundry room sink. Not only was it cleaned but after they left I noticed that the water was not going down quickly enough. Jesus returned within 10 minutes and unclogged the sink and cleaned it again.
I would gladly use this service again.
