These guys did a great job cleaning our house! Contacting them was super easy and we got a quote same day. When they showed up, I mentioned we got our carpets steamed and they put foot covers on (very grateful for that)! From top to bottom in our three story townhome, everything from the bathrooms to the blinds to the oven were well cleaned. We thought you did a great job covering the entire place. Even our new renters noticed and said "The place is spotless!"
We will be contacting them again next time we need a cleaning.
Some feedback we wanted to share though was just to check the attention to detail on a few small things like the outlets and baseboards. But they were easy to finish up.

He was in and out of my house in about 45 minutes to clean 1000 sq feet of carpet. It takes me longer to vacuum than he spent "professionally" cleaning it. I definitely do not recommend. This mistake cost me $430.

5 stars is NOT enough!!!!! If you know me, you know that I don't normally post reviews. But because of the superior professionalism, quality of cost and job performed, I felt I had to this time. It would be a waste of time and money for anyone to go anywhere else to have their carpets or upholstery cleaned. Ivan showed up exactly at the time promised. I showed him the areas and pieces that needed cleaned. He took the time to work around my pets (and me while I was working from home!) and went right to it. Amazing service! I contacted Ivan from his YELP reviews. I also saw that he was in our local area so I gave him a try. We only have carpet in one room of our house and it is the most heavily used room with 4 family members and 2 big dogs. We have had a few urine accidents from the dogs and I wanted to get the carpet ready for Christmas. I called Ivan yesterday and he was out here the following day. He pre-treated the whole carpet and then use his steam cleaner. He went over the urine spots over and over and unfortunately for me the urine has reached the padding but the carpets turned out superb! He was thorough, explained his process, got in there and worked and our carpets look fantastic! I have used a few different carpet cleaning companies but none compare to Ivan and ADC Carpet Cleaning. Ivan with ADC Carpet Cleaning is the absolute BEST! I've used his carpet cleaning service for years and he never fails to get my now 26 year old carpets looking great. My most recent carpet cleaning was needed because my carpets became very badly soiled by dog urine and vomit. I used every product imaginable and sold in stores to eliminate the terrible messes and stains, but they didn't work and seemed to actually make the stains show up more. One room smelled horribly from urine odor so I figured I'd have no choice but to replace all the carpets; BUT Ivan performed a miracle! He cleaned them today, treated the smell with enzymes, cleaned and re-treated the yellow stains with a special product, and now my carpets are back to looking beautiful, truly like new!! Ivan is amazing!! He's trustworthy, fair and honest, is very conscientious about doing the best job, and knows how to restore even the most horribly soiled carpet. I would never use anyone but him!

I called Noemi to initially come out to do a full house and carpet cleaning upon move out. She was fast to respond and extremely pleasant, offering a very reasonable price. I decided to do the house cleaning myself but they did come clean most of the carpets. They did a great job but since I have multiple dogs, there was a lingering dog smell. I called Noemi and explained this to her and she and a crew member came out again to clean the carpets. Customer satisfaction is her top priority and most companies would not be willing to come back and clean the carpets again for free. I highly recommend Nowa Diamond shine and value their level of commitment and satisfaction.

These guys were SO great! I had been blown off by one other window cleaning business and told by another that they couldn't come for two weeks. But Premium Cleaning DMV happened to be working in the area and were able to squeeze me in over their lunch to come by and clean my windows. They gave me an estimate for when they'd be by and texted a couple times through the morning to let me know they were on track. A few of the windows–in a 120-yo row house–are a bit tricky, but they figured out how to get them to swing out and to clean them. Really great team. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great company is all I have to say. I requested a quote from 7 people, they were the fastest to respond and we went back and forth on scope to determine what was best for my house. Be very careful when seeking cleaning services from Groves. We requested a deep clean in advance of real estate showings. The checklist of services we requested included everything we needed for a deep clean. The service team arrived on time, but failed to complete many of the items listed on the checklist and many of the items they did complete were not fully completed. At lunch we received a call from the owner and were told that the crew was only supposed to be doing a "move out" clean which meant the house was expected to be empty (this is not what the checklist and proposal said). In the end we did not get what we paid for and were blamed for the confusion with the crew. I would have been much happier if the crew had stopped upon arrival and tried to clarify the cleaning type before they started. Don't know if we got the wrong crew, but the checklist was very clear to us and we did not get what we paid for.
