I've had to search for a new home cleaning company since the one I've used for 4 years has ceased cleaning in apartments above a 2nd floor walk-up 🙁 So I reached out to Bonnie's Maids, and scheduled a trial cleaning today.
I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The co-owner, Ray, came to clean my place, had me do a walk through when he was finished, and it was fantastic! I will definitely be scheduling bi-weekly cleanings with Bonnie's Maids, and am excited to continue to use them.

I chose Bonnie's Maids because it was local, had good reviews and a very reasonable price. Other services are usually a cleaning team with 2 or more people cleaning for 2-3 hours (so 4-6 working hours). But only Ray showed up and cleaned for only 2.5 hours. I asked specifically for focus on kitchen and bathrooms with the inside and doors of kitchen cabinets cleaned. The cabinets didn't look much cleaner, fridge wasn't fully cleaned, corners of sinks didn't look like they were cleaned at all. So I have to hire another service to clean again. I should've hired a more expensive service from the get go.

Among the cleaning services I requested quotes from, Bonnie's Maid is one of the cheapest. I booked a move out cleaning and I was glad that they have availability on the day I needed them to clean. Ray arrived on time on site. I was a bit to let him in but he waited patiently and as soon as he's inside, he assessed the the entire apartment (2br/1 bath) and estimated he will be done in 2 hours. I left him do his job and came back to a clean apartment. He cleaned all the rooms, inside the fridge, dishwasher & oven. He even cleaned the insides of the cabinets and vacuumed the carpet in the bedroom. He polished the floors and helped us removed a sticky residue off the wall. He also vacuumed the stairs carpet outside of the apartment. Needless to say, I got more than what I paid for and I highly recommend Bonnie's Maids. Getting their services is totally worth it!

Amazing service! We were looking to hire someone to come by for routine cleaning. After I walked Ray through the apartment and let him know my expectations he started his work right away. He is thorough in his job and very efficient.

We are return customers with Irene's Cleaning for their regular cleaning option and have been very pleased with their service.
We book cleanings through Yelp and they confirm through text. They are flexible with scheduling and we are always able to book within one week of request. They provide a one hour window to arrive and begin services, and they arrive on time, within the window.
Irene's Cleaning has many employees so different team members have been scheduled for each of our cleanings. Each team member has been thorough, efficient and professional. Our last cleaning was with Marlen and Irma and we were very happy with the results.
It is always so refreshing to have Irene's team transform our space into a spotless and organized home and we will be booking another cleaning again soon.

Update: they came back to redo the service which I was very appreciated. They did a decent job second time so I wasn't sure what happened the first time. Just make sure you tell them where need to be cleaned before they come in.
I was not happy with the service. First, they arrive late but they told me in advance which i was okay with it. I asked for a deep cleaning for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. After the cleaning, there are still thick dust on clothes hanging bars in some closets. They removed the stuff from under the sink for cleaning but never put it back. They never clean inside fridge or oven because they only do it when customer requests which I was not aware at all. But they did tell me when I booked the appointment that deep cleaning includes fridge and oven. The apartment is empty and I'm about to move in. I now need to clean again myself.

I really wanted this to work out well, and had heard such good reviews. HOWEVER, when I returned home after my apartment was cleaned by Irene's Cleaning team it was obvious my floors were not mopped properly. There were white spots all over that are from my baby's bottle dripping. The spots are very easy to wipe off – I do it when I clean myself. I was disappointed to pay so much (I was quoted $69/hr for min 1.5 hrs back in March) to have to mop the floors myself.

Don't waste your money. I was not happy with the services. I have used multiple different cleaners before, but this is the worst and most expensive I have used. We hired them for deep cleaning our home before moving in, but was very disappointed with the services. The cleaning was very superficial and expensive, and there were a lot of miscommunication about hours (since they charge by hour). If at the price, it was done well, I would not complain a single word. We came back after a few hours and found that some of the kitchen cabinets inside (which is the most basic thing for cleaning) were not touched at all (still dirty inside, see pictures), and most of the cabinets were not completely cleaned, still with dusts in the corner. The hardwood floors were still dusty, and cleaners were wearing their shoes walking around on the floor when they were cleaning. Overall, I would not recommend them or use them again.

Need deep clean due to a recent renovation at home. I don't need to clean the inside of fridge, oven or microwave, no need to clean any fabric furniture, only asked for cleaning the dust in the entire house and windows (cuz the renovation people was cutting wood and tiles inside).
The cleaners showed up on time, and were doing an okay job with some guidance. But they do not speak or understand English, so communication is very difficult. And they refused to clean the windows though it is what I asked for specifically. Talking to the company about it, they said since it is a raining day, it would be too risky to have the cleaners clean the windows, and there is no price change cuz their window clean is complimentary. Despite the fact that all my windows are removable, i agreed not to have the cleaners clean the outside of the window since it is raining. However, the cleaners are not cleaning the inside or the frame of the windows at all.
Overall, i am not happy about the service, and won't recommend them to others. It is more like a normal clean instead of a deep clean which is what i was seeking.

Communication was easy and they could confirm me for the same day which was great and gave a time window.The cleaners arrived around that time.
Coming to the actual cleaning,one of the two girls did a great job but the other one was meh.
She skipped a few things,it was like i had to check and tell her that she missed that.
Didn't do a great job with the shower.Did not wipe the outside of kitchen cabinets properly (or may be she didn't at all) .

DO NOT USE. Company lies about pricing. Jose quoted me for $260 for apartment cleaning. I provided the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and relevant information. I answered the questions he had too. Attached screenshot of conversation, proof that I was quoted 260.
Upon arrival, Jose called me and suddenly the quote changed to $360. I was told that for a renovated unit it costs more money and I would need to pay that higher amount. I was never asked or notified that a renovated unit was $100 more, and their website has zero information about renovated units costing more money. Jose even acknowledged he made a mistake but would not honor the original price.
This was a total waste of my time and this company was just looking to up-charge me $100 with a sudden policy they never disclosed. Do not trust them.

Do not schedule cleaning with them unless you want to be stood up! Incredibly unprofessional. I would give negative stars if I could. Communication is little to none and even after confirming scheduling and they didn't show up! We scheduled cleaning with Vicky's team for early morning today (Sunday) on Mother's Day. It was the availability the guy gave us and we picked it out of the available days/times. We texted a couple times to discuss details and once he confirmed, I made sure to follow up leading up to the day, given that it was Mother's Day and we were planning the day around the scheduled cleaning. We have a baby at home and we arranged babysitting with the grandparents during the cleaning. We planned our entire morning carrying all his toys and baby things to the grandparents' place. I had let Vicky's team know that we were planning our Mother's Day plans around the scheduled cleaning just so they would have the common courtesy of letting us know if they couldn't make it or were running late. 30-40 mins after the scheduled time, no one had showed up yet so I called to see where they were and he just rejected the call and texted me "Please text me". So I explained that we were expecting them at 9.30am and asked them when they'd be here, and then I never heard back. It is incredibly rude and disrespectful to be scheduling a service and confirming date and time, and then completely standing us up and ignoring us, when we let them know we were planning my first Mother's Day around it. They could have at least had the decency to say they couldn't make it or if they preferred the day off and just not offer that day in the first place. Incredibly unprofessional attitude, no respect for someone's time and acting like he is doing us a favor, when this is a service that we would have PAID for. Don't waste your time or money with them.

I had my mom decide to surprise-visit me, I looked online for a cleaning place. I sent a request for info on Sat AM, they were able to confirm pricing and that they were able to get here by Monday AM. Within 3 hours, my duplex 2 bedroom 2 bathroom look like new, after the deep cleaning.
Three people came, and it was amazing how quickly they turned a very dirty looking place to something very different. I'm going to engage them to come by monthly.

Best cleaning service I've ever used. Before they arrived my apartment was a total disaster. I have a small place but it was super cluttered and I was overwhelmed and didn't know where to start.
A man and a woman came (I wish I had gotten their names but I was too embarrassed by the messy state of my apartment to talk very much)
They went above and beyond. They were both very friendly and just did an incredible job. They mopped the heck out of the tile floor in my kitchen – it looks so clean now. And there are a ton of little things I've noticed – like the battery cover for my TV remote is back on the remote where it should be (instead of on the floor of my bedroom) and those random bottles of shampoo in my bedroom are in the bathroom where it makes sense.
I felt bad asking them to clean such a disastrous apartment and hopefully I never let my place get that messy ever again. I highly recommend Vicky's cleaning service. Super professional and affordable and just great people.

My cleaning crew is Team 4, Alejandra and Destiny. Love them because they're quick and efficient and always leave my apartment spotless. More importantly, they are very comfortable and friendly with my dog. They always come and and greet him first and make sure he's at ease. The people who came to clean were rude. They don't understand English (or pretend not to) and so even a normal question is something they interpret as an extra "instruction" and use that to complain to their boss and increase the time frame that was agreed upon initially.

I never had a maid service / housekeeper before. I have heard stories of the typical house cleaner of barely doing what they are paid to do. Elizabeth and Leidy exceeded all expectations and I wish I could have them come weekly. My 2 bed and 2 bath looks as clean as the day I moved in. I have a 15 month old and they scraped any remnants of his eating and activity habits from my surfaces. Baseboards, art, and shelves all dust free. Stand up shower, bathtub, and kitchen are sparkling new. They even made my bed which I hate doing as much as i hate dusting. Cannot wait to have them back.

They were very professional, responsive and pleasant to book with. Unfortunately $416 for 3.25 hours is not a good value for a small 3 bed 2 bath apartment. They even cut out cleaning one of the bathrooms altogether to help me cut down on the cost and still it was a lot. Plus the other bathroom only needed a light cleaning so essentially I paid this much for just the rest of the place.
Granted the floors were quite dusty from construction. But all the furniture was completely covered with protective plastic so again, only needed a light cleaning.
The girls that came to clean were very nice but I've had others come post construction and take less time to do the same job with the same results for far less. They don't work quickly. When I'm paying $60 per person per hour, I don't need them taking time to make designs in my paper towels, toilet paper and tissue boxes. Just clean please. And be a little bit faster about it.I just don't think this was worth the money. Others may feel differently. Again pleasant and professional but very expensive.

Recently I moved into a new apartment that was left unkept by the former tenant. Moving is frustrating as is, but I was happy to come across Elite's service in my search for a deep cleaning company. The reviews were all positive so I figured I'd give it a chance.
I reached out to Patrick to discuss the various packages and my needs. We agreed that the Fresh Start package would be the best fit. He was so friendly while answering all my questions (I had A LOT!) and gave great insight on the best approach to my deep cleaning needs. I have to say that Elite Supreme Cleaning company is the only one for me. Like most people, I hate cleaning the apartment for a move out it is such a hassle. I was so busy and a good friend of mine recommended Elite Supreme Cleaning company to me. After going on Yelp and looking at his reviews I was impressed and decided to go further.
I left a message for them to give me a quote. Patrick was prompt in his responses and super warm and inviting. I told him that I was a chef and to pay close attention to my kitchen and bathroom. He asked if I was available for a telephone conversation. While on the phone he discussed all the services that he offered; he assured me that his company was insured Incase anything were to be damaged.
Patrick and his crew showed up early to the job. They had all of their equipment in tow, and all I had to do was allow them ample time to give the space a deep cleaning. The products they used weren't strong, and left my space sparkling like no one lived there.
When it came time to pay he accepted various types of tender. He was very detailed and organized in what he was charging me, and why. When Patrick and his crew finished cleaning my apartment he explained what was done, and he insisted we do a walk through to make sure it was up to my liking. He even wanted to look at the lease agreement to make sure I wouldn't be charged any fees if he had missed anything

The cleaning took about 6 – 7 hours – my apartment was seriously messy. They bring their own tools and are super friendly! I am definitely referring them to my mom and bf.

Choosing a business/service online can always be a crapshoot, but I am so glad that I found Elite Supreme Cleaning. Spoke with Jasmine via Yelp first who was incredibly quick to respond. Then spoke with Patrick on the phone who was able to get me a more precise quote after our conversation.
Patrick was very communicative throughout the entire process, prior to and during the cleaning – not to mention, also patient and polite. I couldn't be there in person, but he gave me updates via text the entire time. He and his associate arrived promptly, with all their own supplies, and he sent me before and after photos of almost everything they cleaned. I gave him a pretty specific list of things that I wanted him to tackle, but he even cleaned things I didn't even think to do. His attention to detail is above and beyond.
As for price, after comparing quotes from a few different places for a move in/out deep cleaning of my 1 bd/1br apartment, I found Elite to be pricey, but reasonable – especially for the quality. Patrick will be my go to person in the future.

Patrick handled my inquiry all the way to actually cleaning the apartment. I called him to clean my boyfriend's apartment, which was considerably grimy, dusty, and dirty. It had never gotten a deep clean since he moved in a couple years ago.
Thankfully, Patrick was so easy to talk to and was an amazing help in getting a quote and scheduling the clean just 2 days from calling him. For a deep clean of a 225 sqft 1 bedroom, it was $325 with an $80 deposit. Very fairly priced because of how DETAILED and THOROUGH Patrick was in the bedroom, kitchen, living room, AND bathroom. He did the floors, sinks, toilet, tub, windows, and mouldings as part of the deep clean. On top, I also asked for 2 cabinets, 3 appliances, stovetop, and oven to be cleaned. All of these were done perfectly! He also cleaned all the counters, tabletops, and dressers we had! All the old grease, dust, and grime were gone. Patrick exceeded my expectations all around.

She says it's her company and it'll be her doing the work, so she'll be there
I say ok, your reviews are good, so I'll Venmo. Let me know the info.
Then she….blocks me without responding!
……..I'm a little confused and give them the benefit of the doubt…maybe Yelp messaging is acting up. So I send an email…crickets. I try to call and a gentleman picks up (Patrick?), says he'll speak to Jasmine as Yelp can act up and he'll call me right back….crickets again.
….Here's the kicker! I send a new quote request from my husband's account to confirm my suspicions. Same exact details of the job. What do you know? Jasmine replies immediately and quotes $500! And the time slot I discussed just hours prior is not offered. I have screenshots of all this as I assume they'll try to cover their tracks.
The only conclusion here is that they decided to accept a different job where they made up a higher price, which is actually fine. What isn't fine is wasting 24 hours of my time, blocking and ghosting me instead of simply letting me know they booked another job. I'm sorry, this is immature and unprofessional, especially by a company on Yelp with good reviews.
Their pricing structure is also suspect. How does the same job cost $200 to some and $500 to others within hours?

We had a fantastic experience with Elite Supreme Cleaners.
My wife and I are moving soon. We tried to clean out the new place by ourselves before we moved in. We really tried. But it didn't take long for us to realize that we needed professional help.
We called ESC, and Patrick showed up and saved the day.
Patrick was able to clear out greasy stains on the tops of the cabinets that I thought would outlive my grandchildren. He absolutely scoured the oven. I think I can actually see my reflection more clearly in my oven door than in my bathroom mirror at home (sidenote: I should ask him to clean my bathroom mirror at home).
When Patrick was done, our new/future apartment was gleaming and smelling of Pinesol. He did a great job and kept us posted with updates throughout the day.
We will definitely, 100% be calling ESC again.

Patrick was a pro from start to finish. He is personable and easy to work with. Our space is a new lease for a 6,000 sq ft office — his quote was well thought out, and he worked with me on price to make it happen. We needed a deep clean desperately.
He was early on the day of the deep clean, dealt with obstacles with ease (the elevator was broken), and worked diligently with his associate. He gave me updates throughout the day, did AMAZING work, and left the space looking brand new. He was also communicative about places they wouldn't be able to reach.

Belgica is an ARTIST. She cleans so beautifully and the apartment is spotless when she's done. She also somehow arranges the clutter in my space to actually look nice, which I didn't think was possible. The surfaces are gleaming and everything is organized beautifully.

I wanted to hire a company for a deep clean. I contacted 5 companies to obtain a quote. It turned out 4 companies where on Long Island and the fifth was Cleany that covered the NYC area. As Yelp has people from all over, I thought iI would tell you about them. Cleany has wonderful reviews. I believe a good majority were 5,stars and a few where 4 stars where the clients were happy with CLEANY. Some of us Yelpers are tough reviewers. I would like to add that I received an email from Cleany which explained in great depth what exactly a deep clean is. I must say that this company is excellent and you knew ahead what exactly they would be doing.

Our cleaner, Luz, was punctual, friendly, and left the place looking IMMACULATE. She organized a lot of loose objects I had left in my room – it's not the most organized place so that was a real feat on her part! It looks like a brand new apartment and I am proud to come home to it. The booking system was extremely straightforward and it was very clear what I had to provide (a vacuum and step stool). I would absolutely use Cleany again and would recommend them highly.

My regular cleaner hadn't been available since the first of the year. I tried to maintain my two bedroom apartment but it became overwhelming. I had trouble finding a new, reliable cleaner & decided to return to Cleany, with whom I had been pleased after my first experience. I was able to arrange an appointment within two days, to my surprise & delight. Anna arrived a few minutes late. I explained my situation & what I needed done. She set to work immediately & started with the worst room in the apartment (my bathroom!).
She did an excellent job & got into corners missed by others. She continued non-stop with the rest of the place, working quietly & efficiently. I love that Cleany supplies its own supplies & equipment. Anna did a thorough job & the apartment looks & smells CLEAN! I hope to arrange regular cleaning service (rather than deep cleaning) with Cleany at a reasonable rate. I do recommend Cleany & Anna.

I scheduled a deep cleaning of my apartment after we had fallen behind on regular maintenance. Veronica came and did a fantastic job! Moving things off of shelves, dusting the tops of book cases. Cleaning doors around the knobs. She was extremely thorough, and did an absolutely wonderful job.
Great value for the cost, booking and modifying the booking was super easy.
Most importantly, she gave me back TIME. It would have taken me much longer to do the same quality of work, and instead of losing a day, I came out energized and excited by how great the place looked.

I would've given 5 starts but my first appointment was canceled within 30 minutes of expected arrival time, the team did accommodate me by giving me credit and scheduling someone at a later date. The new person did a great job and I was pleased with the deep clean I received. She was on time and I didn't have to point out any areas that needed to be cleaned.

I paid $400 for what amounted to sweeping the floor and wiping counters down in an empty apartment. I'd asked for a pre-move clean and after settling in I found black splooge from the toilet sprayed all over the bathroom wall. The grout lines hadn't been cleaned and the baseboards were all dusty.
At that price point in an empty apartment, I fee those things should be included. Learned my lesson. Never again.

Great service! My first time using a cleaning service at my current apartment. This company is trustworthy and reliable! I always feel a little uneasy letting someone into my apartment who I don't know, but Dulce made me feel comfortable. She was so thorough and took her time to make sure everything was done perfectly! I found myself in an overwhelming and unmanageable situation that was affecting the well-being of my family. I contacted Cleany, remembering a positive experience I had had with them back in the summer of 2019 (with Maite).
I got in touch with the coordinator, Alicia, and she was very helpful, understanding and professional. She sent me two of her best – first Jeraldine, and then Anna.
They both were amazing. I never once felt judged by either Jeraldine or Anna (or Alicia) for the situation I presented them with. There was nothing but kindness, compassion, efficiency, and results. They also worked straight through – Anne 4 hours without stopping and Jeraldine 5 hours without stopping – no break, just work.
I am extremely grateful to Cleany, and highly recommend them for all cleaning and organizing services. I feel that I got more than my money's worth, and will definitely be using them again in the future. And Jeraldine and Anna are simply the best!!

I booked a 1BR Deep Clean (way overdue!) and was surprised at how easy & quick it was. On the day of I got an email from the team telling me the cleaner was a little late but on their way – I truly appreciated this!!
Cecilia did an amazing job, moved every inch of the apartment, and cleaned every nook and cranny! She even had me check before and after cleaning some areas to make sure I was happy with the result.

Wanted my apartment cleaned before I moved in so I requested a quote from Yelp for a deep clean and the rep from Cleany responded to my questions in a timely manner. Setting up an appointment time was very easy and straightforward.
The cleaner came a bit early and finished in just about 3 hours. The apartment now has a pleasant scent from the cleaning supplies and the thin layer of dust from all over the apartment is gone.

After being cancelled on by another company less than 24 hours before the appointment I was upset and needed to find a cleaning person to come to clean my new apartment before I moved in on Monday. I'm so happy I found Cleany.
As soon as I was cancelled on I went on Yelp. I found so many wonderful reviews and decided to take a chance! We have booked them for multiple whole apartment cleans and a move-out clean. booking was super easy, David responds promptly and was extremely accommodating to our needs. his employee, Wanda does an excellent job with our apartment. not only have we been extremely pleased with the service provided, but Dave is also just a total stand up guy. when a dispute arose with our landlord, over an absurd cleaning fee she charged us, Dave went above and beyond to help us get our money back. We've been using Thorough Cleaning & Concierge for about two years off the recommendation of a friend who has been using them for a long time. The short of it is they're a top notch, quality service.
The longer of it: The cleaning itself is excellent. David's staff is really thorough. We have a decently sized two bedroom apartment and honestly no corner is left untouched. I don't own a pair of white gloves but if I did, no doubt their dusting prowess would pass the test with flying colors. Because of my schedule I haven't met any of the cleaners personally, however my wife has said they're really friendly.
We recently used Thorough's concierge service, specifically pet care and they were just as good as the cleaning. Our cat is special needs and not only requires heart medicine every day but also an inhaler – not an easy task. David handled it all with no problem, even driving probably a good 30-40 minutes in inclement weather to take care of him.
Which leads me to just the general service and attitude of David. I can't say enough. From the start he was really accommodating. We had a sickness in the family and at the drop of a hat, we could rely on him for basically whatever we needed and he was always happy to meet up for key exchanges, etc. Just generally a really nice guy and that certainly shows in every aspect of the business. Can't recommend Thorough enough!

Walking into our home after they have been here is really a treat.
Mercedes is our cleaner and she is so friendly. I really appreciate the way they keep the same person on our home as she understands where our stuff is. She looks after all our stuff so well.
The company is very professional, they keep a key and credit card for us and are very responsive by text email and phone. Very very dependable too, never need to remind them that it is two weeks since the last cleaning

Thorough cleaning really came through for us. We were looking for a move-in cleaning service for a weekend. I called them on Saturday morning still they managed to get us their crew in the afternoon. We have been using thorough cleaning and concierge for over 5 years and I have been extremely happy with their service. Adriana has been our primary cleaner and she does an amazing job. It is wonderful to come home after a long day to a sparkling clean home. The owner Dave is also very responsive and flexible in the event I ever need to switch a cleaning day or ask for an add on like a fridge deep cleaning.
I believe their pricing is a little higher than if you were to hire an individual and not a company but not by much and I find the service to be totally worth it.
Unfortunately we are moving to the suburbs soon so won't be using TCC going forward and I know I will struggle to find a service as good as them.
