Joel has been wonderful, so far we've had three cleanings, every time he has done consistently excellent work. We have a resident here who is particularly vulnerable to covid, Joel has no problem wearing a mask throughout his work session, I don't even have to ask. There was one small strange scheduling thing once, I think it had more to do with changes in the online software they are using to manage requests and appointments, but they got it resolved quickly. Very happy to recommend and continue using this service.

I have to update this review because while they did an excellent job when they came the first time, scheduling became a nightmare and they never came back. I signed up for monthly cleanings after their first visit but for my second scheduled cleaning no one called or came but I was charged (I did eventually get a refund). When I called them about this it was rescheduled but again a no show. They asked for another chance but on the THIRD time still a no show. Then one random Saturday someone shows up–no call or anything and I just declined the service. They did ask for another chance to get it right but I declined. Everyone was apologetic and kind but at the end of the day I didn't get the service I wanted on a regular basis. If they can get their scheduling piece together they'd be great.

So I try to use this cleaning company for my parents house. Initially I was led to believe that they would do some sort of deep cleaning with multiple people cleaning the home but when the day came a single woman with her own products came to clean. Not a big deal. I let her clean the top floor which equated to living room dining room kitchen two bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of surface cleaning but no real deep cleaning. Something that I could've done.
Three weeks later my parents house gets robbed. The footage from my neighbor across the street look like a similar SUV this person was driving. My parents have lived in that home for 20 years and have never had a situation like this. This was the first time we have ever used a cleaning service in the coincidence level is mind-boggling. The person that was driving the car dropped off 2 to 3 individuals who ransacked the home while the driver left then came back 30 minutes later to pick them up with items on hand. Shame on me to think like this but I wish I had done more research with regards to background checks. I hope they catch the person that robbed my parents home but I will tell you I will never use a cleaning service again. This company even though the responsive overpromise and under delivered. I guess my emotions are high because it's just happened recently but I feel coincidence is not a reasonable answer.

Fast, friendly and professional. Quick response to inquiries, informative, affordable and accommodating. I had move-in cleaning services of my bathrooms and kitchen with a cable guy, family members and some personal belongings in their way and they weren't at all phased by my hectic new household that was a move in mess! (I informed them prior that we would have some boxes and items in the home when they arrived). Cleaning was done within the time frame promised, no super strong chemical smells (pregnant client) and the rooms they cleaned were immaculate after! Then, I hired them, again, and they emptied out the leftover boxes and junk from my old apartment, got rid of the sticky residue that was on my stairs from placing rug tape of them with individual rug slats (is that what they're called?)… and did everything FAST! They're cleaning products smell GREAT, too, and I love the pattern that they left after vacuuming my carpet!

Good experience. Sally was prompt, polite, accommodating, and communicative and was able to work with me on short notice. I've had issues with paying Yelp Private Message Tag in the past and hearing back from someone in less than 15 minutes was one of the reasons I chose Sally's over other options.
My cleaning experience was professional and satisfactory and you can't really ask for more than that. In addition to doing a great job in a surprisingly short amount of time, the cleaning person (I forgot her name, I'm so sorry) invited me to review her work in case there was something she missed.
A lot of times this makes me feel nervous and awkward because I don't want to make it seem like they were lazy but the woman I worked with was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable after she asked me to review. That was the icing on the cake.
If I need the help of a professional in the future (heaven forbid, please), I'll definitely call Sally again.

Dawn and her team exceeded our wildest expectations by far. Their high standards and mind-blowing attention to detail are on a level I didn't even think still existed these days. I highly recommend Kleaner Image to anyone who is looking for someone to care about your home and comfort as much as you do.
In addition to the things one expects, they pick up all of manthing's stray "just leave it, I'm gonna wear that again" clothes and fold them neatly on the bed, change sheets, wash dishes, and do things like roll the hand towels and fold little triangles into the toilet paper. The kitchen cabinets and stove-top are cleaner than they were when we moved in five years ago. Not only that, it smells fresh as a summer breeze when they are done – no worrisome chemicals. I don't know how they do it. I honestly could not do a better job myself.
We value our privacy and I can be anxious and picky and Dawn and crew have an amazingly impressive way of being ridiculously thorough without it feeling at all intrusive. We have an odd schedule and Dawn has unending patience with finding times that are convenient for us. Dawn is always available when I try to reach her, always on time, she and her crew are beyond friendly, and my dog absolutely loves them. Her standards are high, they do a magnificent job, and my house is always fancy-hotel clean when they are done. They have made my life so much easier.

Dawn Spinelli gets our vote for "Bravest (Cleaning) Woman Alive": she is willing to tackle the most neglected and scummy bathrooms on earth!
Our mother lives in NJ. Her children are scattered across the country. For years we've been begging her to hire someone to give her moldy shower a thorough cleaning. The "before" photos are very telling; a story of extreme bathroom neglect. No matter how many times we've told our mom to wipe down her shower after every use, it fell on deaf ears.
Finally, my sister and I decided to take matters into our own hands – not literally mind you, as we actually thought the shower was beyond our capabilities and might actually have to be retiled! Shortly after contacting Dawn she made a personal trip to our home and talked with us and discussed exactly what we wanted as well as pricing. I have to admit when I received a call from one of the team members the day of my appointment, I was a little skeptical, only because before my appointment, I had not heard much from the business. Despite that, Ivan showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment time and was fabulous!!! I booked Breeze Carpet Cleaning because I recently purchased a new townhouse (and dog!), and as you can imagine, my new pup hasn't been properly potty trained just yet! Therefore there have been too many accidents in the guest bedroom to count. Because of this, I decided to get a few quotes from local places, and I'm very thankful I chose Breeze Carpet Cleaning to get the job done. Though I was quoted $130 and paid $203, I still thought the service was well worth the price. The bedroom that once had a lingering dog (pee) odor is now completely gone!

After a disappointing experience with an alliterative competitor, I was gratified to find this local family-owned and operated business on yelp.
Ivan, the owner, did a meticulous job shampooing, steam cleaning, and sanitizing all the wall to wall carpeting in my home, as well as an expensive wool oriental rug in my living room (can I say that, or is it racist?)Breeze has a four-step process utilizing the most modern equipment and biodegradeable, environmentally-safe detergents, which left my carpets looking almost new. The results were quite satisfactory. Most of the stains that I never thought would come out are gone.
Their pricing is reasonable, and customer satisfaction is guaranteed. And, unlike SS, they didn't try to upsell me ridiculous stuff like deodorizer spray. Why would I need deodorizer AFTER you clean my carpet?

Although my carpet was not especially dirty, it had never been professionally cleaned. I vacuum it regularly because I have a cat and it isn't stained.
I contacted Ivan at Breeze Carpet Cleaning and we discussed prices based on the number of rooms, type of steps (full or half), and we decided on a date. He explained the difference between a full step and a half step; fully carpeted riser and step vs only carpet on the step…I learned something new! I moved all furniture from the room…making it easier for complete cleaning. Ivan arrived promptly at the appointment time, quickly assessed the condition of my carpet, and began to work. He treated the carpet and agitated it with a rotary brush. I don't recall if he used an extractor but the carpet was not very wet when he finished. He said it should take a few hours to dry but it's not very hot here today so I hope it's dry by this evening. He finished in approximately 45 minutes and charged $180 for 1 room, 12 stairs, two landings and a short hall. Ivan was pleasant to talk with, professional in the work, and respectful of my home. I'm happy with the service and would recommend Breeze Carpet Cleaning.

He was going to charge for full rug size but only clean half.
Rug was not fully extracted. It took over three days for the rug to dry and I turned the heat up to 72 in the house. I was able to use my shampooer to extract the rest of the water out.
I vacuumed the rug when it was fully dry and have included the photo of the canister.
The rug had pink stains as a result of chemical reaction that I had to have treated again.

I had never sent a carpet to be washed and this didn't disappoint. I think they are negotiable, so it's worth the ask. I could have had more done at a lower price but didn't need it. It was a bit pricey; but it was exactly what I needed. Sometimes a carpet can't be cleaned as well in place so trust them. I get the sense they actually care. Do not ever use Stanley Steamer. They are the worst and you'll regret it more than you'd think, especially with the hard up sell and tip pressure. This was truly a "Breeze" of fresh air.

Breeze did a nice job. The carpets dried quickly and smelled fresh. I had a lot of area to cover and they had it done in two hours. My only minor complaint was that I was quoted a flat fee, but it was raised slightly after he determined one of my areas was oversized, which it is. All in all, a very good experience.

Unfortunately he wasn't successful. The urine had penetrated the love seat way too deeply to be treated. So why the five star review? After I insisted that I pay him something for his troubles he REFUSED to take a penny of my money. He even sent me the ripped check back in the mail. I don't think there are too many businesses left out there that operate under this magnitude of integrity. Aside from the cat odor my couch was so clean that it could have went right back into the showroom. Sky high recommend for furniture cleaning.

Ivan and a young lady came and steamed cleaned my area rug and sofa. Communication was great, pricing competitive. The whole process took about two hours and my carpet and sofa looked as good as new.

Attached is a pic of the work… here is why they get followed around. I pay a lot of money and expect good work… I think anyone would… right? I highly recommend looking for another cleaner. Last Friday Betsy sent two complete strangers to my home for the first time to clean my home without any heads up and without any guidance and proper tools. I texted and called her multiple times as I did not feel comfortable with strangers in my home for the first time without anyone there but got no response from her. I ran home from work to supervise them and they did an awful job with dust left everywhere. Somehow after all these she has not once apologized and has made it seem like it's my fault and said the crews don't actually like to work here… news to me first time after so long I'm hearing this from her… after this incident!? If you like strangers in your home with no heads up then sign up with Betsy otherwise I would not recommend.

To quote the owner, "8:30 is the time, but allow up to 30 minutes for us to find you since it's the first time". I waited until 9:10 ( not 9:05 ) to call YOU to find out that one of the two employees had a family emergency. It took another half hour for you to call me back and you offered to pick up another team and bring to my house. Based on where they live, it would have taken another hour before you even got to my house and I had a prior scheduled commitment. I'm a mother as well and my heart goes out to any mother whose child is not well, but as a business owner I would have been at your house myself, making sure my customer is happy.

We have been using Total House Cleaning to clean our house for a couple of years now, and we are very happy with the job that they do. When we initially contacted Betsy, the owner, she made an appointment to come and meet with us in order to size up the house, and figure out exactly what she and her team could do to help us. We went through each room and discussed any special requests, and Betsy made notes in order to pass them on to the team that would be handling our job. We then sat down, and Betsy went over the entire process with us, provided us with a list of recommended cleaning supplies to keep on hand, and we were put on the schedule. If we ever have questions, special requests, or scheduling changes, it is easy to get a hold of Betsy to facilitate. The two ladies who come to our house always do a great job, and this past week, it was exceptional! They are always polite, professional and focused on providing a great service. We have tried many other cleaning companies, and by far, this is the best!

I hired them to do a deep clean and not sure what the business is exactly listed as but the the lady I paid was Ana Lopes. They charged a lot, has said they will send 4 people but sent 2 and then had to send 2 more at the end to finish the job. The women cleaning did not even know how the make the beds, seems like they had not done nicer homes and probably did offices. They left scratches on my stainless steel sink, misplaced a part of my microwave oven. If you have a nice home and are looking for a professional clean these folks are not the ones to call.

This is the second cleaning company we've used and wish it was the first. Ana responded within an hour with price quote and booked immediately. The day of cleaning, 4 ladies showed up and I have to say "get out of their way" lol. They brought in their own vacuum, supplies, etc.. they also used some of ours as well. Little over 2.5 hours later the house smelled, looked, and felt so clean. Going to book for them to do 2x a month do to the quality and professionalism.

I am extremely pleased. From start to finish, scheduling to walk-through (yes, walk through), Febramaids/ladies were professional, responsible, attentive and did a fantastic job! My house wasn't doused with lemon cleaner to make it seem like they cleaned…. they actually cleaned!, wiped cabinets, dusted fans and was very aware of my request. They came to work, and not be on a cell phone while doing so. Trust me I've had a few and these ladies are the best I've had in a long time by far. I highly recommend them. I am on their schedule now for routine cleanings. I have to add- a pet peeve of mine is keeping my belongings where they were originally found. Febramaids does this. I don't have to go back and put items back because they've been rearranged. (I'm like most and never have the time to write a review, but this time I had to for sure) Reading previous reviews made me take a chance and try them. It's hard when you have strangers come in your home for the first time and we often we want to go by word of mouth—But this company was worth the shot!

I was so happy about the service provided by Purify Pros. I contacted them to set up an appointment for house cleaning and they were very accomodating. Although service could have been provided in 2 days, I stressed to the owner how the next day would fit better into my schedule. She was very polite and accomodating and next day service was provided on a Sunday!
The two housekeepers did and AMAZING job and cleaned and disinfected the entire house. The cleaning was detailed and they paid attention to everything. They went above and beyond when it came to wiping down the windows and walls.
I would definitely use them again in the future. You should check them because they are really great. A special thank you to Olga for making this happen so quickly and answering every question I had.

Before COVID I used Purify Pros and resumed services on 12/11. They called to see if I wanted to move my appointment after confirming and arrived 2 hours later. The person they sent did a very poor job. She seemed as if she was in a rush. I contacted the office later that day to let them know of my dissatisfaction and again later in the evening after discovering more areas where they hadn't even cleaned at all. I received a callback this morning where I shared feedback and requested that they send someone our to finish the job we paid for. Also shared how their employee suggested I call her because it's easier and cheaper…she only charges $40/hr. I later called back and followed up with text messages. All I got was I'll be hearing from the owner. It's now after 3pm late and still no return call or anything to satisfy an unhappy, loyal customer.

If I could rate zero I would. First of all, very unprofessional. I paid for a deep cleaning of a 3 bedroom 1 bath house. My floors were the only thing really dusty and dirty due to my needing shoulder replacement. Kitchen and bath was cleaned regularly and not dirty. Paid $232.00 and l lady here for only two hours. Who can deep clean a house in two hours? She zoomed through using one small bucket for all floors, dirty water!!! I had to make her change for kitchen floor. She was in big hurry for a job she had in Jersey City. She told me things she did not want Purify to know. I did not want to throw her under the bus, but not only did she call my son and I and harass but she lied to purify owner. I just had shoulder replacement surgery and this is very disheartening.
Fact, she cleaned haphazardly for only two hours and did not, by any stretch of the imagination, deep clean.
When I contacted purify a man Dimitri understood and we agreed that I'd pay for two hours and get credited the difference. I said I would even try a different lady again. He said I did not have to dispute with Amex.
Then never heard a word, no credit, they did not answer my calls, nothing. Finally got Dimitri by calling from another number. I asked why he clearly agreed to the credit and said I did not need to dispute charge and nothing had been done for almost two weeks. He said he needed to discuss with owner which he never said when we spoke. He said owner will call. To date, nothing. I was forced to dispute charge. I can't believe the unprofessional manner in which this was handled. Shameful. She did not even clean my kitchen, just oven haphazardly which I paid additional to do. Floors were not clean because you can't mop with dirty water and need to sweep or vacuum thoroughly before mopping. There is so much more I can say about what she did and did not do.

Worst service ever … we had house warming and hired 2 person for 4 hrs, owner asked us to pay online before they come. We paid in advance but service was very unprofessional.
They had only 2 towels and was using same for cleaning everything( wood surface, granite , stainless steel)
One lady was quick and know her job but other one was good, owner is very rude they just make you pay and sub contract work to someone and then you are on your own.They forgot to bring vacuum cleaner ohhh my god I had to hire another cleaning service to cover the mess they left.

I sent pictures of a few areas of my home that weren't cleaned. My floors were dirty. My counters were dirty. My bathtub enclosure and shelves had some soap still on them. My bay window lesge in the living room had dirt on it after they cleaned it (from my plants) I sent pics to them. My walls still had coffee stains on it after I showed the cleaner the areas that were stained from a dropped cup of coffee. I have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing them. I paid extra for interior wall cleaning ($80) and a deep clean ($30 extra I think) They refunded me $60. You have got to be kidding. Even the stuff on my kitchen counters weren't moved to clean. DON'T USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE
Oh, and the guy I spoke with told me my bad review wouldn't change anything on here. I wouldn't even give them one star but I didn't have a choice.

My niece was giving birth via c-section. Given all the health concerns, she wanted to bring her new baby back to a cleaned & sanitized home. I searched for a service that could provide this one time deep cleaning service. Spoke with the scheduler at PurifyPros and they were very accommodating. Due to changes in her delivery date, we had to change the appointment 3 times. Each time the scheduler was pleasant and asked our indulgence while she rescheduled & did so within 15 minutes of the request. Although I was not present for the actual cleaning my nephew told me that a VERY VERY THOROUGH job was done. Our family was very pleased and will definitely use the service again.

After leaving the below review, my mother was again contacted by the manager. At that point, I was over the house because I had wanted to see for myself the level of cleaning that had occurred. The floors hadn't even been cleaned and there was visible dust everywhere. I got on the phone with the manager myself.
He again offered to have the service come back, but at this point, my mother didn't want them to so they instead said they'd get back to me about a refund. I had paid $234 and they wound up refunding me $150, which I said I appreciated. It took 3 days, but they did refund the money. I do appreciate receiving some compensation, but it was still a lot of aggravation.

I purchased the two bedroom and 2 bathroom clean with the extra deep clean in order to ensure the dusting of the baseboards and the light fixtures would be completed. The basic surface items such as wiping the counters and vacuuming, service was fine. However when I called to question what the extra deep clean included, I was told that it is specifically vague and has no description online. Basic things such as cleaning the baseboard, cleaning around the toilet, dusting the blinds and lights were not completed. When I requested a refund for only the Deep clean portion which was about $30 I was told it was my word against the maid and was not allowed to receive a full refund. I have worked with many other maid services before, I was only using this service while I was in town to visit my parents and definitely would not use it again

In the end, the house was clean, but we are never using this company again.
Twice someone has come and left without doing their job. Both times, they sent their people who arrived 5:30 or later l, but at least they did the job.
This time, they claimed it was the worst house ever (which it was definitely not) and tried to tell me I had to pay even more or they wouldn't do it. When I went upstairs, the woman had made it messier than it was when she got there. She was rude and complaining about not getting paid enough. And I paid almost $300 for an extra deep clean.

I called and used Purify Pros for the first time this weekend. I called to inquire about their services on Friday afternoon and they sent someone here at 10AM the next day (they also offered to send someone the day of as well).
I had scheduled a complete deep clean of my house and they were very flexible in timing which I absolutely appreciated. The house looked really great for the most part, they got the job done and the bathrooms looked amazing (which was most important to me) but I did find areas of dust on some furniture and floors which made me a little upset about the amount of money we spent.
All in all, I may look into using them again bc of the flexibility and overall outcome but I did want to be honest with some of the negatives I encountered as well.
