This company was hired by my duplexes property management company to clean my apartment after the previous tenant left it uncleaned for me to move in. It took them coming back twice to get it to the status of "half-assed" At this point it had already been a week past the first of the month and I had to move in from my previous place. So I told them I would finish the cleaning myself and get it up to professional cleaning standards. My property management company thankfully compensated me with a rent deduction because of the inconvenience, but it's clear that crew members for this company either don't understand what professional cleaning standards are; or they are just plain lazy. Might as well save your money and clean it yourselves, probably gonna have to come behind their work like I did anyways

Dan and is team are truly outstanding. They work so hard, are very thorough and go above and beyond. Such a rare find. The cost was inline with what I expected and when the job was complete he only invoiced what was quoted nothing extra and no surprise fees. Was referred by our realtor for carpet cleaning. Called, left message, they did not return call for almost a week. We found another company to clean the carpets. Connie eventually returned our call and we had decided to have a move out clean done. I had already cleaned the house, but after having a moving company come in we wanted a final cleaning done and didn't think we'd have enough time and I am 7 months pregnant.. We scheduled the day and I texted our address. I did not receive a confirmation, so I texted the day prior to confirm she would be there on said day. She did not return text. I called the morning they were supposed to be there, she answered and said she had scheduled me for the following day. I had prior appointments that day so she suggested she just get a key from our realtor. I said that would be ok and I asked for an estimate. She said she couldn't provide one but would give me a 'really good deal'. No quote was given, not even a break down of by the hour charges, although I said several times I did not want to be surprised by the cost. I have since read a google review where she quoted someone else something similar. The good deal was a 550.00 cleaning bill which doesn't even include carpet cleaning. In 11 years and 8 moves I have NEVER paid more than 250.00 for my house to be cleaned, EVER. I have also always received every dime of our deposit back. We took before photos of our home for just this reason and plan to fight this with not only our realtor but the company themselves. This company is NOT professional or reputable. Save yourselves the money and go with a company who will be upfront about their charges and what is included in their 'move out' cleaning. Should have followed my instincts with this. A mechanic wouldn't put a new engine in your car without approval/estimate, nor should a company do 600.00 worth of cleaning after being asked for an estimate without approval. We are infuriated. In addition, she continued to tell me that the 'house looked great'. Well it didn't look bad BEFORE we left it so it better have new paint on the walls!
