We ordered a move-in\ top to bottom, fill service clean…. Not only did she do an amazing job at cleaning my whole house, she was polite and courteous. Due to the power company mishaps, we had to reschedule for the next day at the last minute. She was more than accommodating. I have never ordered a cleaning service before and I now I will never search or call another service again. Nicole and her Mississippi Maids will be my go to service from here on out!!!

I contacted this company over a holiday weekend and got several detailed emails from the owner within hours. Had an appointment set that day.. They came out today (Wednesday) to do a deep cleaning service. Upon meeting them, they seemed very friendly and professional. I showed them our house and they went right to work. When they were done, I looked around briefly in a couple rooms. It looked wonderful! I was so excited to see the rest of the house I had lost my thoughts while setting up my reoccurring biweekly services. These wonderful ladies really helped get my house looking nice again! They even cleaned the walls! I have big dogs so….. I will try and post my before and after pics bc, I did take before's.

They were able to work with me having to change schedules and prices seemed fair. I had a move in clean done on my new house and move out on my apartment. The new house was clean until you really looked at it. Glass ended up ruining my garbage disposal after a shelf broke, appliances were wiped down not cleaned. The move out seemed great right after they left( last minute move it was messier than I would like to admit) but even after making sure we were on the same page the apartment was not where it needed to be.

We requested that our new home be professionally cleaned before we moved into it. The owners said they used Mississippi Maids and Men.
Unfortunately we lived 184 miles from our new home and was unable to do a walk thru before closing on the house.

Upon entering the house we smelled pet urine. The corners in the bedrooms had spider webs, the floors were gritty and dirty. The door jams and closets had black grim on the tops, the walls were dusty, the kitchen cabinets had food stuck to the wood, there was mice dropping in the corner drawers, and under the sinks
We couldn't put our clothes in the closets because the floors and shelves were so dirty. I could keep going about what we found but to no avail because when we called the business we were told they didn't contract with us so they didn't have to talk to us. A -5 star is being generous

I took a chance and ordered a deep clean on my home. They were very responsive and although the cleaning staff didn't speak English, they did know how to use their translator app on their phone to answer any questions I had.
I went ahead and ordered another deep cleaning for my office.
I paid $350 for a deep cleaning of my 3200 sq. Ft. home. Keep in mind I have 7 children and a wife living in the house so it was worth every penny.
My takeaway: spend the money and don't complain because no one wants to do this type of work and when someone does it right don't be a cheapskate about it. Pay them what they ask for and enjoy the clean home!

I used them for weekly service for a couple months. Michele was our cleaner and the owner's sister. She was incredibly unprofessional. If you hire them, prepare yourself for comments on how dirty the house is at the start of the job, gossip about things overheard or misunderstood in the house, and uncomfortable conversations about politics.
Oh, and they do an OK job cleaning. Which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
Michele would often go to Renee to complain about the things she misunderstood or overheard in the house. She would make conversation with my roommate and find offense in innocent comments or questions. She would then report it back to Renee. Renee 100% believed her sister's stories and accusations without question. She assumed Michele's dramatic recounts of extremely brief conversations with my roommate was the whole story. Renee would then call me immediately and accuse our household of being abusive, harmful and stupid, and eventually cancelled service. She didn't ask for clarity, didn't consider if Michele misunderstood, and they both took my roommate's question about unfamiliar workers being "in training" as the grossest insult. ??? …is being in training bad? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ According to Renee and Michele, yes, and warrants cancelling service via an epic paragraphs-long text. What am I, dating these girls? Geez. If I have to deal with this much manufactured melodrama, I'd better at least be getting a free dinner.
Michele also liked to talk with us about politics. Extremely risky in this climate. There were multiple instances where her views made me uncomfortable but I chose to keep quiet. I don't want to debate politics with my cleaning lady.
They also complained about how dirty the house was at the start of the job. … yeah. Of course it is. I hired a cleaning service to help. Don't need the judgment. Especially when I hired people as an act of self care. A dirty house is often a result of depression and I wanted to make moves to improve my chosen family's mental health in this pandemic. Investing in a cleaning service was 1 piece of that. So to receive complaints and texts with instructions to prepare for their arrival by cleaning the sink was awful, demoralizing, and particularly triggering.
So there you go folks! In summation: don't hire them. Unless you like drama. Then, by all means, they are perfect for that.
