My wife and I were very satisfied with Juana, Domingo, and crew. We only have had the initial deep cleaning, which, though it costs more, was definitely worth it. Couldn't find dirt, grime, or pet hair anywhere after they were finished. What's more, we needed this cleaning last minute due to guests arriving, and Maid in Birmingham was flexible and able to shift schedule around to meet our need. Immediately signed up for recurring cleaning services, which seems reasonably priced. We had a previous maid come through a different company and the house was left dirtier than she arrived. We were furious. Maid in Birmingham is a breath of fresh air: trustworthy, flexible, and good value. Cannot wait to keep working with them.

I've had service from many different cleaning services as a home owner, a parent, and busy professional. I had a quote from these guys and they gave me the highest quote I've ever seen for a first cleaning I've ever seen. My home was not over the top dirty bc we just switched from a previous cleaning service. My thoughts were bc I live in Homewood they jacked up the price significantly then when I questioned it they gave me a elementary response. I told them I was not interested in the service at that price and they said they would requote of the service price. I declined.

David and I need some help keeping the house clean and my mom highly recommended Juana and her crew. Her son was very helpful setting up our appointment and the arrival was prompt.
I showed them around our home and pointed out the areas we wanted focus on. The first visit is more than we plan to pay each time, but I understand the up charge for an initial, thorough cleaning.
The ladies were fabulous. They cleaned our house and…then some!! I did not expect them to spend the amount of hours they did cleaning, but it pleased me how tidy our home became and confident in future visits.
While we kept our dog out most of the time, the crew does not mind pets. After requesting my inspection and approval of their work, Juana pointed out areas she looks forward to tackling in her next couple visits. She is confident our home will be we'll-maintained after a few visits.
Their next visit is Friday…and we can't wait!!!

Very poor (potential new) customer service over the phone… I called for an estimate, gave exact square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, and got (sarcastically) an estimate per cleaning of $100-$1,000. You're not going displace in-place services if you're not willing to give at least a ballpark estimate (range) for your services.

I took a chance and I'm so glad that I did! Domingo and his mother Jauna were incredible. Great communication and wonderful pricing. They did an amazing job, very thorough, and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend! I will definitely be scheduling them in the future.

I just moved from NY and was in desperate need to find someone as thorough as the one I've been accustomed to for 10 years. I searched online and thought I'd give Maid in Birmingham a shot. I was impressed during the initial cleaning but wanted to make sure that they do a few more cleanings just to ascertain the consistency of their service, and they sure did.
Juana is a gem. Her fee is truly reasonable for the size of my home. I love how she is methodical in her approach, knows exactly the best stuff to use for everything, thorough with the process, and honest. She pays attention to the details that I would typically pay attention to if I were doing it myself.
Further, I love how she has her kids involved to handle the administrative aspect of her business, allowing her to focus on providing quality service.

We initially thought the first deep cleaning was on the expensive side as we have never used a cleaning service before, but for what the crew did it was reasonable. The subsequent cleanings are significantly cheaper and you can get a quote for cleaning supplies included or not included. We used Heaven's Best to clean the carpets in a home before we sold it. The carpets definitely needed a lot of work, but Heaven's Best stepped up to the challenge. I called them to come clean out my child's mothers house, who has depression and the house was in bad shape. I told the person that I spoke with on the phone exactly what was going on, to see if they could come out and tell us what we had to take care of and what they could take care of. So I filled it out online per request. Someone came to see us on the scheduled time, his name was Kaden. Kaden came out and said we need to get the trash up and then they could do the rest because "it's only cluttered and not that dirty", which was very encouraging to hear. So we spent all day getting the garbage out to get ready for them to come back, as Kaden told us he would be back later that day to finish the job.
Well 3 days later after not receiving any call or texts back, I was refunded the money without any explanation. I left messages and called multiple times, no response from Kaden. At all. Then I got an email that said the job was underestimated on the phone and that they have to set up another appointment to assess. Not true at all! I spoke with someone, they came out, looked me in the eye and said they could do the job, then ghosted me and family in a dire situation.
When they refunded the money, with no communication whatsoever, it bounced into the wrong account, so now I have to explain to grandmother why she doesn't have all her money. Needless to say, the level of incompetence this company operates is astounding. I would expect better customer service from prison guards than ez-sweep. If I could give a review of 0, I would.
