I worked with Adama cleaning from afar to have them clean my grandmas house after she fell very ill and needed extra help. I had no idea just how much help my grandma needed with her house until Jen & Brody showed up to clean. They went above and beyond for my grandma and it helped our family so much. They were so kind, helpful and did such an amazing job! The house needed extra time and attention, and even required them to come back to complete the job after they completed another clients job.
The gave us a very fair rate for their services, and their work was worth every penny! I am just so thankful they helped us out in such a difficult time, and they took a little stress off of our family. The team Adama sent was wonderful. The best cleaning experience I have had. I asked them to clean my home office area first so I could continue to work there while they cleaned the rest of my apartment. Tamara & Amber are truly heaven sent. They have went above and beyond with my move in clean. Upon purchasing the home the house was left in very bad condition but Serenade cleaning made my new home look brand new. They cleaned every little detail from floor to ceiling. In the bathrooms they even put a cute little stamp on the toilet paper. You would think you walked into a 5 start resort bathroom!

I worked for them for 6 months. They are one of the worst businesses I have ever worked for. They don't communicate with you and when there's an issue that you report they have a thousand excuses on why somethings happening instead of fixing it. One inspector I had she singled me out was always rude to me and just pushed me around. I know the difference between a boss and someone who just overly uses their power towards you. I reported it and I got told she just has a lot on her plate. She never jokes with me but would laugh with everyone else until I came up and talked to her. Also she would turn in my time cards late so I wouldn't get the full amount of pay that I should've received. So instead of those hours going on the original paycheck it would go into the next one which put me in a really bad position with bills. She would do this intentionally and when I talked to someone higher up they did nothing about it. I would highly recommend working somewhere else. It is not worth working there. Why would someone want to work for a company who does nothing about issues especially when someone is messing with your pay. That's why people work it's to make money not be paid incorrectly.

I was hired by a property management company to re-clean a house that Purple Cactus had done. Their quality of clean is very poor; in every room they missed baseboards, edging, inside of drawers, left kitchen appliances still dirty, and food and hair on surfaces. I feel bad for the tenant that hired them, as their work was completely unacceptable.

I have been pretty satisfied with this company but you should know they do not move furniture…not even a little bit. I did not know this until I reached under my couch the other day and it was disgusting. I always leave a nice tip and left a note. They told me that if I moved the furniture they would clean under it. So I took them from a weekly clean to an every other week clean so I could get someone private who can do deep cleaning. I do appreciate Purple Cactus brings their own supplies. They do surface cleaning, and actually did an outstanding job cleaning the inside of my refrigerator. You can leave them a wish list and they will get it done. Just remember you do not get deep cleaning from this company.

THE WORST PROFESSIONALISM I EXPERIENCED IN A LONG TIME!!! Scheduled a "move in" cleaning at $35/hour, told price high because they use much more materials & more thorough than standard weekly cleaning. Arrived late with limited allotted time to clean and 3 girls gabbed the entire time! Their standard of "clean" for a maid service was ridiculous. I had to re-clean almost everything they SAID they cleaned, literally used an entire 12-pack of paper towels just wiping doors/trim/cabinets, etc. When I called company to advise I was unhappy with their standard of cleaning & have pictures to prove, Purple Cactus would not issue me even a partial credit. Our 2nd conversation ended in the Purple Cactus representative hanging up on ME – the unhappy paying customer!!! Wonder where the workers learned their unprofessional behavior?!! Call a professional company!!!
