What a relief; your agenda is Mike's agenda. He works from his notes about what YOU want done and how you like to have your home cleaned. (Others brought their pre-made lists to check off and weren't interested in what they termed "custom" cleaning.) Mike is a hard worker and stays until the job is finished. He recently completed a pre-holiday, 2-day deep cleaning while we were out of town, and our home absolutely shone when we came home….and as he comes every 2 weeks, it's still shining!

I would not recommend this cleaning company if it was literally the last one I town at the point I'd pay to have someone from out of town come. 12 hours to clean a very clean very small house… I don't think so.
If you call the owner and try to ask her why her employees spend an abnormal amount of time to clean an already clean place she will hang up on you and tell you not to contact her lol hahaha great way to conduct business.

Unfortunately, Sheila did not complete even a fraction of the work she promised to complete, despite cashing my check before even entering my home. She left dog hair on the floor, toothpaste on the mirrors, and crumbs in the cabinets. She didn't sweep, mop, or dust ceiling fans as stated in our contract. The checklist she gave is apparently meaningless. She is now refusing to answer my calls or texts.

Don't bother calling HomeMaid, unless you like being ripped off.
