We have never had our home cleaned professionally before except for move out cleans after we left an home/apartment.

We have three dogs that have free reign and I work full time. My husband does a great job sharing the cleaning load but it can feel like it's all we do after work and on the weekends.

We decided to treat ourselves and get a deep clean on the house now that we are homeowners again of a lovely place.

Stephanie and May were prompt, pleasant and professional. They needed needed little direction except where to start and off they went making our home look beautiful. Even my ceiling fans are now dust free! I could eat off my floors and my wooden bedroom set shines. My tub and shower look like they have never been used. I thought someone replaced my kitchen sink with a new one.

In a short time our 1800 sq ft home was squeaky clean.

The cost for the deep clean was super reasonable and 100% worth it! No time will be spent this weekend mopping floors. And if someone popped in unexpectedly I don't have to being with "excuse the house."

They also offer routine cleaning for a great price. (I'm working on my husband about that)

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my last housekeeping service after a really positive one, so I was looking for someone new to help my brother out as an early holiday present.

I pinged Scarlet for a quote to clean my brother's place, but then he got sick and unfortunately, later had to spend a couple weeks in the hospital.

He's a bachelor and well, suffice it to say, his place REALLY needed to be cleaned. When he finally got home, Scarlet got him in, in a day. And she worked nothing short of a miracle on his apartment. I was stunned.

Moved here to NWA from California and I had movers coming in a 2 day window. I was able to contact Molly Maid last second and they were able to get team 2 there. They did an awesome job.

We told them to clean only the down stairs which was supposed to be a deep clean. They sent 2 ladies who didn't speak any English. They talked on their cell phones almost the whole 4 hours that they charge us for. They used the microfiber towels over an over again just smearing the dust around and they just left them on the floor. What they call deep cleaning is a joke. They took out the brand new shower caddy and when they put it back they lost one of the suction cups that hold it to the wall. It was a horrible job and definitely not worth the money. When they arrived it took them 20 minuets to actually start working and the same when they left but I was charged $570 for 4 hrs when they only worked 3 hrs & 20 minuets, on top of that they were supposed to arrive at 1pm and they showed up at 3:30p. So it was late in the day and you can't really see the terrible job they did until you have some sun light. When you try to discuss these problems with their management they put you off and don't want to own up to the fact that their workers did a horrible job. They take you credit card info prior to sending out the workers and they bill you without giving you a receipt.

I wouldn't trust this company at all, if you do hire them you will be very sorry and your money will be gone.

They always did a good job but the initial cleaning ended up costing over 800 dollars (was taken off guard). Also, recently, they called and said they were increasing our rates by about 200 dollars a clean because "it is taking them longer to clean the house." I checked and the average cleaning time was 2 hours, and maybe a couple of times they stayed longer by about 20 minutes but the price increase was simply not justified. I am having to cancel service. The cleaners were great but the corporations doesn't seem very good.

This place is a NIGHTMARE. We have a 1500 sq foot house and they charged us $333 after giving us a receipt that said it would be $186.58. We started with a deep clean to see how the service would go, before signing up for bi-weekly. The girls that came to clean were terrible. Took forever, talked the whole time, and missed windows, corners, baseboards, etc. So we called immediately after they left and said please cancel the service we're absolutely not interested. And to be hit with a $333 charge for a 1 time cleaning with a receipt for $186 is a crime. We called to dispute the charge and the person on the phone wouldn't believe our signed estimate? Not sure how we could make that up. Would not recommend to anyone, unless you're interested in bad cleaning for an outrageous cost.

I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. I requested a full house deep clean and I wouldn't even say that I got a surface clean. There was oven cleaner left in my oven, which I specifically asked to be cleaned, none of the window tracks had been touched–I had called yo make sure they do that, there was dirt under a rug that had been rolled up & I asked to be unrolled after they cleaned the floor, which did not get cleaned & the rug not unrolled, the amount of dust in my built in shelves was unbelievable, master shower barely touched & an upstairs sink full of dust. I called & they sent the same ladies–very awkward for me and especially when they argued with me about what they had done. They told me they removed everything from the shelves & cleaned them and when I swiped my finger thru the dust & held it up in front of her, she quit talking. They said they were not supposed to clean the oven, but they put & swiped around oven cleaner & then they said they were told not to go upstairs, and the shower floor looked better the 2nd time, but even when I said it's not sparkling & they grudgingly did it a 2nd time on the 2nd trip, I don't think the walls were ever touched. I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but be wary before signing your check for $750 for a sub par cleaning from this company that advertises themselves as a professional cleaning service!

Their Employee Stole From Me.
My home was Completely Empty, save for a couple hats in one closet & a Metal Tealight Wall Decorative hanging above the non-shower-accent bathtub in the master bath. I have time stamped pictures from the evening before they came to clean & the house was locked up tight for the night, I went over and unlocked the backdoor an hour before they arrived and then came back to find the house locked up tight 10min after they left.. I walked the house, inspecting quality, and immediately noticed the hats missing from the bathroom closet & the tealight decorative missing from the masterbath wall. I checked the entire property, & they were nowhere to be found. I called their office and was told they put stuff in the garage. There were a few small items on the bench in the garage… not these. I sent pictures before and after & demanded resolution. They told me I was Rude for accusing them & prejudice against house cleaners for being a lowly working class (completely false. I'm prejudice against things being missing from my home) and refused to do anything about it. Said they "reviewed video footage" and see no reason to believe this happened. And refused to allow me to see that footage.

I was moving across country, purchasing a house in Fayetteville. I scheduled a deep clean / move out clean for $360. When I arrived at the house, the key was not where they said they left it so first thing I had to get my locks rekeyed. Upon entering the house I saw dirty ceiling fans untouched, sticky floors, cabinets uncleared, a big red stain on one cabinet shelf and so on! I called and spoke with Michael. Unfortunately he would do nothing because of their policy that they must be notified within 24 hours if things aren't properly done. I thought about it for several days and called back. Once again all he would say was "I'm sorry, " I did get angry after about the tenth I'm sorry and finally told him he wasn't a decent human and a terrible business person if that's all he had to say. I asked if he would please send someone to clean the fans and cabinets. He got ugly and said yes but he couldn't tell me when they could get there. I told him Monday would be fine but all of a sudden he said he would have someone there in 10 minutes, take it or leave it!! Y'all I paid them $360 and I got a non clean house and an attitude from Michael. Do yourself a favor and don't even call them!!!!!!!

I am never one to write reviews however this needs to be public. I hired for a one time cleaning of a 1500 sqft house. I was quoted $98 per hour for a 2 person team (overpriced but needed asap) and no more than 2 hours and if so a call would be made. However I was charged $350 and no call. Not to mention they tried showing up two times after thankfully I was home to deny them or Im sure I would of seen a random charge.

When I called to address the issue there was lack of customer support to say the least.

I just got home from vacation. Molly Maid came to my home while we were gone. They were in my home for 10 hours! The person on the phone called to tell us that their team still weren't finished yet. We just got home, expected our house to look amazing- especially after 2 person team that was here for 10 hours. And it doesn't look any different from how I left it. I'm calling the home office in Michigan tomorrow because I feel completely ripped off. I'm curious if the cleaning crew have a work up or a log of what they actually did, because I would love to see what all they accomplished in 10 hours when it looks exactly the same.
When I was on their website looking up the home office section, I saw something about a 24 warranty. I love how Molly Maid didn't mention that when we booked, but they did know we were going out of town. How could we report back if we weren't happy within 24hrs if we were across the country?
From reading the other comments, I'm not the only one who has had this issue. I should have read the reviews before I used their services.
We hired a one lady team who clean my entire home, top and bottom in 4 hours. And she accomplished more than a 2 person team in 10 hours. We still had a room that wasn't cleaned!

Estimate was inaccurate. Sold me in all the things they would do and estimated it to take 2.5-4 hours at 107.50$ an hour. After four hours the downstairs was neglected, floors not done countertops now wiped down, appliances not wiped down baseboards not done… they then asked for two more hours which would be $670. They sent two people to do all that. I grabbed a rag and did my countertops and dusted and I'll do my floors tonight. I've never paid so much to get so little!!!

Do not recommend this service at all. First cleaning was fine. Second was noticeably not as detailed with visible dirt on floor and paper left on the floor behind a trash can. I have an inside dog and during the initial meeting/quote, I was assured that would not be a problem. They would put him in the backyard while cleaning and let him in before leaving. He was left outside both times, though I left a note specifically asking he be brought back in. They also broke an item. It happens and that's ok. The crew left a note but when I called and subsequently went in to get my key after cancelling service, I have yet to even be asked what the item was. Certainly no effort to "Make it Right". Pitiful example of customer service.

We had a move in clean scheduled for 6/9. It was supposed to cover cleaning the base boards, clean the oven, clean cupboards, bathroom…. The house was completely empty and the previous owners left it pretty clean. We know this because we bought the house in May and our kids did a video walk through for us. We were driving across country. I wasnt going to be there in the 10th to I spect and have them re-clean if necessary. It was on our arrival the 14th, I wondered if they had been there at all. Our bathtub had been cleaned. So someone had been there. The mirror that was left had dust on it. The base boards don't look to have been touched. The previous owner took their washer dryer. It was dirty in that spot, mostly the baseboards. I tried to put silverware away. It was greasy inside so the cupboards and drawers were never cleaned. I wiped the backsplash. It was hideous. I just put something in the oven. Yeah they may have turned on the self clean and swept it out, but the rack was all crummy and the very back of the oven was filled with sute. I called and talked to the guy who said 2 of them were there for 3 hours. No freaken way did they work for 3 hours… that is 6 man hours total. All he could say was we were there and you have to call in 24 hours to have us clean. Their lack of service cost almost $400. There was not an I'm sorry There was nothing offered to help deal with the issue. There wasn't even. I will let you talk to a manager.
Never use this company unless you are there looking over their shoulders. So sad an Arkansas company can't be trusted.

Dear Readers,

Let me preface this by saying I wanted so much to love this service. My fiance` wanted to get me a treat for the new year and hire cleaners to scrub down our house. He was quoted on the phone a two person cleaning team for 2-3 hours would suffice and would be approximately $250…expensive but definitely in budget for an extravagant gift. The first day they were supposed to show up, the owner Michael(?) called to cancel because they were overbooked and he moved it to the following Friday. That Friday, I greeted the two person team at the house showed them the work ( I am not a picky person, I am friendly and overall a completely reasonable person.. and I said as much) and I went to work thrilled with my gift. To be clear, it's just my fiance and I, no children, we aren't hoarders or dirtbags, we just moved here so there's no junk, and our downstairs is completely bare, as in NO furniture, just concrete so nothing to clean. We return to find 6 people working on our two bedroom house 3 hours later and they finish up and state it will be $509. We weren't sure what to do but take it up with the owner, not the nice ladies cleaning our house. I called the owner as soon as the business was open the next day and he tells me "well I don't have any room to refund money because those workers were on overtime". What? So you cancel on me then charge me more than double the quote. I don't know about you dear readers but $500 is not a single service fee, it is a CAR payment. The owner's complete ambivalence about business practices was also very evident! Never call this place without a quote written in blood and signed in front of a judge.

To make a long story short, what was promised was not delivered. My mom (who came in from out of state to help) and I ended up having to clean my entire new house after moving in because the Molly Maid ladies did not do what was promised. I was upstairs with my 10 month old for the last 2 hours or so and while I'm thinking I'm going to have a spotless kitchen and bathroom, I've attached some pictures of what I found when I went to begin filling my drawers and cabinets… needless to say it was an absolute waste of over $300 and a waste of my time. We decided to hire Molly Maid so that what had been a very stressful month would be a little easier for me, Molly Maid ended up making our move in incredibly stressful. They did offer to come back and correct the mistakes, but waiting until that upcoming Monday to have them do that would have set me back even further.

Also, they tried to charge me extra because they sent extra teams out and spent an extra hour than was quoted, they mentioned nothing of extra charges if they quoted me wrong in the initial walk through. After the poor job, they thankfully waived this extra fee over the phone, but then sent me a bill for it. Had to call them back, but they apologized that the bill was sent.

Anyway, I would never recommend this company after this experience. I felt like someone took money from me and could have cared less that I am an incredibly hard working mother and just needed a little help. Instead all the women who showed up to clean my home might as well have walked in and spat.

On the first visit scratched hardwood floors and damaged concrete floors, left front door unlocked. Said they would fix floors so gave them another try. Terrible choice. I am very disappointed with Molly Maid. My first initial cleaning was good and so was the second. After that, the quality and consistency were all over the place. I had to have them come back and clean after they missed an area, and another time I called because they didn't clean my kitchen counter. They also left my door unlocked 5 times so I could never trust them to clean when I was out of town. They broke the spindle on my clock and I took it upon myself to deduct it from the cleaning amount since they did not put forth any effort to make it right. It was very difficult to get in touch with them because they rarely answer the phone. I cancelled their service over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my house key.

Giving this company one star because it makes you do that. Jesse came to my house and said it was clean enough they did not need to do an initial clean. So I set up a monthly cleaning 3 ladies came to my house for an hour and 45 minute. No attention to detail company does not clean windows dusting is with a feather duster, throw rugs are left on the floor and vacuumed to be sucked up and ruined by the vacuum cleaner rather than taking outside and shook, kitchen cabinets are not wiped down stainless steel items in the kitchen are not wipe down the only thing the lady in the kitchen cleaned the microwave, wiped off my countertops and she never left the kitchen area. Then I'm told she was in training yeah you think!. house baseboards were missed, then they'll tell you it's because you didn't have the initial clean NEXT something happened in my master bathroom after Jasmine cleaned it water was flowing all over the flool.. I recieved a phone call from the owner Michael apologizing for the incident and he waived the cleaning fee and to let him know if anything comes of the plumbing issue I thought this was nice until I get a bill for that cleaning fee and Michael doesn't not remember calling me.

I can't comment on how well they clean because I didn't get that far. I called to ask about their move-out cleaning service which is listed on their website as a service that they provide. I was told that they didn't have any openings…period. Please remove this from your website to save you and me both the time and aggravation!

Super responsive, courteous and thorough service from scheduling and the technician. Zero complaints there.

However, I've decided I'm just not a fan of this process. One bedroom with very light, low pile carpet had areas stained treated that did not come totally clean, and areas that appeared clean immediately after cleaning have "reappeared" in exactly the same place/size in a matter of a few weeks. This carpet has the "waterproof backing", so perhaps that's a factor? Not sure, But I will go back to steam cleaning for that room after one try with Chem-Dry.

I have been procrastinating having my sofas cleaned for a while now. Chem-Dry made the service seamless and easy. I requested a quote online for a specific date and was emailed with an appointment time. Michael showed up right on time, and was very polite and helpful in explaining their services. He gave quotes (which were very reasonable) and was able to clean both XL sofas within 1.5 hours. Highly suggest this service.

Good morning,
Amy & I have recently purchased a new home. Those floors needed A LOT of help. During the original appt time and the time, we need them to show up. We had to reschedule or push 4 times. Everytime we called to reschedule, they were so gracious. When Mac showed up, he was polite, professional and courteous as the seller was moving out, and we were moving in. He was in the middle. He stayed late (8:30pm ish) to ensure that he didn't miss a spot. So very thankful for his efforts. The house looks great. The tile looks brand new!

After getting quotes from other carpet cleaners in the area Chem-Dry was not only the most fair offer but was also the friendliest and seem to want to help out and get my business the most. I was actually talking to the owner who took time out of his day from working to give me a quote together and email it to me. My dogs are now two years old, they live inside, I could've never imagine the carpets could look brand-new again. Great job!! Highly recommend Chem-Dry of NW Arkansas!!

Excellent customer service! We were in a bind because other carpet cleaner did not show up and we were in immediate need of cleaning the whole house. Owner showed up at 6PM, after having already worked a full day, and completed the job. I was very impressed by the customer care versus what we experienced from another service.
