Love these people! I inquired as a gift for a friend who just had a newborn, and given that I don't live in Idaho I was a bit nervous to just go based off reviews rather than word of mouth. I am soooo glad I did. It's no wonder they hold 5 stars. They did a phenomenal job and were very thorough! Their response time to my messages were very prompt and I so appreciate that! I would definitely recommend to those who live in Idaho! My only complaint is I can't use them for my own home in California!

Whoa and Wow! I have not seen them in action yet, but I was about to hire them to tidy up my apartments until my manager sort of called off the duty. Wow- give these guys ALL OF THE STARS. Carlos and his wife Krystal are the best cleaners I've ever seen. I called them last minute for a deep clean on a home we were moving into. In our experience, they were very dishonest with what they could provide and what they would accomplish for said rate. They then only offered to "make it right" after we complained even though it was not what we discussed and said if we wanted the whole house cleaned it would cost more. We agreed to continue using them- I told them to leave my dog kenneled or outside during cleanings. I came home to a beautiful clean house and my dog was outside all day in the cold-rain storm that day. Soaking wet and muddy. She has Addison's disease and the stress cause her to have an attack. They did not offer to cover our vet bills, nor reimburse us for cleaning and said we told them to let the dog out. After continued complaints they offered $15 I believe?? And offered to come back to clean the muddy mess. Letting the dog out during cleaning is different than leaving the dog out in the cold rain all day. So now we had a house that was finally cleaned as discussed but had to let our soaking wet muddy dog in (imagine the mess that made) they reassured us it was an honest mistake and would never happen again– next cleaning was great.. although it was a new team of cleaners. It was someone new almost every time…something else they prided themselves on during first in home meetin was the peace of mind knowing the same people coming in your home– and the next cleaning… the dog was left out all day again!!! Wet and muddy from the sprinklers and scared. Absolutely furious. Last straw for us.

We hired Maid Naturally to do a one time deep clean after construction had finished on our house as a result of a tree falling through it during the windstorm.
Ruthann, one of the owners, was great. She took the time to do a full house walk through, and gain an understanding of exactly what we wanted and an honest estimate of what it would cost.
They were able to coordinate the cleaners to come around other services that were also needed (i.e carpet cleaners and duct cleaners). The cleaners were very thorough, professional and also personable. It was clear they take pride in the work they do, and they were very conscious about their time spent cleaning and our budget.
The best is they use natural products, not chemical cleaners. So the house smelled wonderful (we chose lavender), and looked great when we came home, and it didn't irritate my wife's lungs (she has asthma) when she came in either. That's a plus!

So pleased to find Candace and her cleaning crew. I contacted her a couple of months ago to clean my rented house and she showed up this morning with a crew of three other women promptly at 9 am (10 minutes early).
Candace was no nonsense; she marched into the house and scouted out all the rooms I asked her to clean. This incredible group immediately went to work: no chatting, texting, etc. They work hard and get stuff done. Four women did the work for about two hours and charged approximately $225, which I found so reasonable (I actually think they should charge more).
I came home to a sparking and immaculate house that simply smelled wonderful and looked much better than even before I moved in last year.
Candace was very responsive via Yelp and then text. Highly recommend!

Candace and her crew did an excellent job on my house! It took 4 of them just 2 hours, and they left my 2300 square feet SPARKLING. Their attention to detail was awesome – they even cleaned my air vents and light covers, plus all the baseboards and nooks and crannies you overlook as a homeowner. Plus, they left nice little touches, like tissue fans in the bathrooms.
My showers seriously look better than they did when I moved in. Highly recommend Candace & team. Just a note on the pricing, it's $35/hour PER cleaner, not total. Was $280 for a deep clean of my 4BR home. Well worth it!

They were very pleasant and friendly and made me feel comfortable with them. I am REALLY impressed with their impecable attention to details and their speediness. I can't say enough about Makenzie and her team at Essential Cleaning, you simply won't find a better service. They truly go above and beyond in their home cleanings, and it is obvious they are about serving people and do it with authentic hearts. (Makenzie donated a cleaning to a family in need which shows you just a little of her passion and care.)
The cleaning products are their own which are AMAZING. They are eco friendly and include essential oils which put me at ease since we have little ones.
The scheduling was flexible around my crazy life, and I felt comfortable being out of the home while they cleaned, and as a bonus they loved on our dogs during their visits!
Our home was always left sparkling and filled with a clean light citrus aroma throughout.

The Omnivera Cleaning Essentials created by Essential Cleaning are fantastic! I currently use "Love." It smells like aromatherapy and gets surfaces sparkling clean. We didn't have an easy move–went from a 1 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with no elevator to a 2bedroom house. It was a tough move and Wes and his partner hustled. At one point a container of Costco sized soy sauce broke in a box and leaked all over his shirt while he was carrying it down. Somehow these dudes kept a positive attitude. They took direction well. I'm just overall so pleased with how it went and would hire them again in a heartbeat if I ever needed these services again.
Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Quotes/Estimates. Booking. Moving Day. Payment. I left these guys a good tip cause they more than earned it!

What an awesome experience. I have moved both domestically and internationally but I have never seen movers work so hard. Wes and Cody were like the Energizer Bunny. They got there and worked their butts off. In the four and a half hours they took to move my sister in law's belongings from one apartment to another they took one five minute break! They moved a two bedroom second floor apartment two hundred yards to a ground floor apartment just using two dollies! My sister in law, wife, and I were so impressed. The communication between Swiftee and myself was great and their rates are crazy good. If you have to move, you have to call Swiftee. If I could, I would give them more than five stars!

So this review is based off pre-job since we ended up having to cancel the actual job. We needed to get some moving done VERY last minute and I was overwhelmed. They were able to give me some quotes and fit me into their schedule on very short noticed when needed. Unfortunately, due to circumstances with our move we had to cancel but even when cancelling they were very professional. After calling a LOT of companies locally for help, this one not only had the better rates, but were the easiest to work with. I would definitely use them in the future.

Money so well spent. Had a couple guys out for a couple hours, they were very professional and helped us empty a 16 foot POD (with some heavy couches, a grill, and big tool boxes, etc) and had time to spare to just help move some other things around. I recently hired Swiftee to unpack two U-haul boxes. At about half of hourly rate of their local competitors (and without a driving time charge), Wesli and his son came out right on time, ready to work.

We hired Swiftee to pack a 26-foot truck for us as we moved out of state. The two man crew showed up on time and hit the ground running. They moved 2 sofas, a king sized bed, 3 heavy dressers, a very heavy armoire, a 3-piece sectional, a china cabinet and dining table and chairs, a recliner, and a lot of other smaller items into the truck. They took care to wrap the items that could easily be scratched or damaged in blankets. They finished in about 3 hours and they worked so hard, we paid them a little extra over what they charged. I was in contact with the clean team. They offered a few options for times. They said their appointments were filling up so i picked a time and…..have not heard back. I have sent yelp messages and called more than once. No reply or response at all …nothing. The appointment was supposed to be today and it's too late to get someone else. I understand things happen but a reply is not to much to ask for. Now They are saying it was yelps fault. That is a straight lie. I called and left 2 messages The calls were to the business number not through yelp and were not after 5.
Its ok to overbook or not be able to do. Just own it and be honest so i could have scheduled someone else. Not good business practice not good anything They say they care about every customer… not true. Still have done nothing to make it right

Started a quote with this company after I received a mailer; I figured a company that was advertising services would have openings for new clients since I've been having a tough time getting a hosusekeeper set up. I was wrong.
I was initially quoted at 400 for initial cleaning and 300$ every two weeks following that. 300 hundred seemed high for my two adult and one dog family that keeps things pretty clean most of the time. I was told "they could do a zoom call to better assess my place" (but that doesn't seem any different than the basic description I have my place at the beginning so I asked for a home visit. Was confirmed two days later for a nine am home visit. At 915 on the day of, I called to ask where the evaluator was, "who answered the phone when you called -I'm not sure, I did not get a name. How many people do you have answering the phone. -well we don't do site visits so I'm not sure why they said that, was it a scheduled phone call or a zoom call? -no I was told Home visit. -well we don't do that."
Do not waste your time with this agency. The staff here are rude and combative. And clearly too busy to be bothered with correct information.

I have been having my house cleaned every 4th Tuesday for about 5 months and I'm amazed at what a great job the cleaners do in an amazingly short time.
Today was supposed to be my cleaning day. No show! A few weeks ago I called to see if I could get my house cleaned early since I was having a dinner party. They took the information and said they'd try and fit it in if they had a cancellation. Never heard any more, which is OK, I guess no cancellations occurred. So I expected them to show up at my normal cleaning day (today).
Nope. About noon time I called to find out when they were coming and was informed my cleaning had been CANCELLED! I asked the person to explain the logic for that decision. I was told they call me back 'shortly' with a new cleaning date.
It's now 5:20 and I haven't heard anything. I called again – no answer -they are supposed to be open til 6PM. Guess it's time to stand down and return the house from it's 'Cleaning Day' configuration – dog toys picked up, bed linen washed, etc. Very annoying.
So if you want a good cleaning job with a poorly organized company, TCA is for you!

Not satisfied at all with the floor cleaning, looked as if they had just wet mopped it. I had to re-clean the entire floor. I did complain, they were defensive and seem to blame me for not tellingly them to clean the floor more than the usual. The floor was not excessively dirty, so I wonder what their normal floor cleaning is. They offered to come back, but I had no time for that. Settled on. $20 credit, not worth it really. A lot of stress getting ready for a house sale, should have been done properly the first time. Argh!!

The ladies did a great job. They really payed attention to details. I could not be happier. Remember people, they are only human, and humans are not perfect. If I have issues, I talk to them and it never happens again. I cannot imagine cleaning for so many people and trying to make them all happy. I have never felt they were defensive. They have only seemed to try to give me their best. I feel like they always try their hardest and do their best. I have used many cleaning companies in the past 30 years. I feel Cleaning Authority has given me the best they can offer. And that makes me happy.

We used The Cleaning Authority for years (7-8 years) with very good results. On 3 occasions they removed the washing machine hose from the sink causing flooding when the washer was run. We discussed the first two times and were assured it wouldn't happen again. Last week they did it a, causing $2000 worth of water damage. They were not helpful and refused to cover the cost if damage. They will only cover damage up to the cost of the clean ($145). Use at your own risk because if they damage something they will NOT make it right!
UPDATE RESPONSE: They basically admitted they were at fault – since it had happened 3 times – until they spoke to their lawyers! However – they will only cover damage up to the cost of your clean – it is written in their cleaning agreement. So even if they were at fault they wouldn't do anything!

Teams not consistent, dusted behind them, request not honored about team consistency. Shannon manager very unprofessional. Lost weekly business. I've been a Cleaning Authority customer for 6 years and couldn't be happier. Over the years ( my wife and I are in our 50's) we've mostly used "independent" cleaners. Some were excellent but over time their quality deteriorated to the point where I had to let them go, moreover, we'd had things break without the cleaner admitting they've broken an item or when they did never offered to compensate us for the broken item, wed also had things stolen or missing without ever being able to do anything about it.
I finally decided that I'd go with a professional cleaning service. Initially, TCA was not my first choice. However after trying a couple of other "so called" professional services I hired The Cleaning Authority. There isn't another company that compares with their overall service quality and professionalism. Are they perfect? No. But, when I'd have that rare occasion where I had to contact the owner or manager about an issue they've always remedied the problem quickly and without an "attitude." which I really appreciate. Nobody likes to have to complain but when a complaint is received easily and remedied promptly it solves the issue.
Its amazing that week after week the cleaners come to our home and for us, its a luxury we've chosen to not live without. Its comforting to know that you're going to come on the day they've been there and have a clean, fresh smelling home.

However, when I attempted to reschedule a cleaning, there was a communication issue with the manager Melissa who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the owner, Mark Silver, and was informed that he doesn't come in. I requested a call from the owner, and never heard from him. I have referred many people to use this service in the past and now regret it. There are many other companies in town who care about taking care of their long time clients and advocates.

After 1 1/2 of service we are done. They started off great and I was super happy. Over time things started to get missed and I let them know. I feel if you pay that high of a price you should get what you pay for. I currently have mold growing in my shower despite it being routinely "cleaned", there are dust bunnies on my floor and several surfaces were missed. I had a curling iron broken and it took several months to get them to compensate me. Forewarning- they start out strong but then fail to deliver yet continue to gladly take your money.

They have broken items in my home, I had to contact the manager and owner regarding how every month or two I had a new cleaning crew and how the qualities of the cleans were getting worse. Obvious items were being missed. The last two cleans I had, there was still hair in the bathroom, microwave wasn't cleaned, carpets were not swept, bedroom not dusted, floors not mopped, trash cans not emptied or new liners not put in. I had this company for a couple of years and in the last 6 months the company and quality of work dropped considerably. They have such a high turnover rate that in the last months, there was always someone new, so my cleaning were never consistent. I understand every company has turnover but the quality should be the same, take the time to train the employees correctly. Also the girls always looked so exhausted and made comments about how many more jobs they had that day and had to keep on schedule.
