I'm so glad I found Beantown Finest Professional on Yelp! I'd been trying to find someone and no one was getting back to me. I messaged Jesica and she got back to me right away. She scheduled us for a few days out and communication was great. On the day she texted to let me know she'd be 20 minutes late, and she was there on the dot when she said she'd be.
She runs the business with her husband Randy and they brought two of their children to help. Listen: This is a REAL FAMILY BUSINESS! They were friendly and professional. They wore masks too. (Covid isn't over, friends.) They were all hands on deck for what was kind of a big job, and they did it. She even did an extra thing I'd forgotten to ask for and she made time for that as well.
Their rates are fair, and I found out that they do a ton of other work too! On-site car washing and detailing, windows, power-washing, and painting, to name just a few things. Initially I just wanted a deep cleaning to help me get back on track with my own cleaning, but I might hire them more often, and for other projects too. Thanks Beantown Finest!

I found this business through a yelp search. They are an amazing husband and wife team! When they arrived at my house they were so kind and polite and got to work right away. They cleaned everything top to bottom and my house has never been this spotless! We have 3 cats and a 1 year old and we are always home so it was definitely in need of a deep cleaning! I actually have been trying out Yelp's "request quotes" feature, and so far it has worked better than a lot of other ways to find good services and professionals, especially in an unfamiliar, new area.
Case in point – I am in the process of moving into a new home, which was delayed six months (covid, worker/material shortages, yada yada), after having to get out of my mom's home at break neck speed because of a super fast sell. The sell was at the tail end of caretaking my very sick, and then dying mother. I also inherited my mom's very large, destructive cat.
I am telling you all this because it will give you an idea why I made, what I thought might be, the stupid decision to drag a very old, disgusting, stained couch to the new place, rather than have the cat destroy a brand new couch.
When it was rolled in, and I got to see it in bright light, I kinda freaked, but decided to try having it professionally cleaned before going to a plan B.
Being new to the area, I looked at Yelp to see who might be available to do this for me and was prompted by Yelp to use the request quotes thing, so I did.
I received a number of responses saying that all these companies were booked up, and a response from Beantowns Finest, with open dates, times, and very clear information about prices, which were VERY
Owner/operators Jesica and Randy were very responsive to my questions, easy to communicate with, and easy to set an appointment time with as well.
Randy showed up early for the appointment, was very professional and pleasant, and proceeded right away to turn my nightmare couch into an almost new looking couch – it was freaking amazing, and a waaaaaay better result than I could have dared to hope for.
He also worked his magic on three filthy gabbeh rugs that I was fearing were doomed as well. I just can't believe what he was able to do with them.
I was also grateful that all this was done without a huge truck thucka thucking in the driveway, miles of hoses, and doors open to the cold for hours. He has portable machines that work with a bathroom sink and the house's hot water. He left the entire area cleaner than before he arrived – which can sometimes be an issue with this sort of service.
the final price was so reasonable, I bumped the check up a bit to make it what I thought was more fair. I will definitely be using them for furniture and rug cleaning, and any other cleaning services I may need, from now on. Thank you guys so much!

Extremely professional and thorough house cleaning! The house looks better and cleaner than when we moved in. We hired the Best Brazilian House Cleaning service for a move-out, one-time cleaning to satisfy our lease agreement, and we were not disappointed! They were very thorough and expedient – five ladies showed up on the cleaning day and were done with our 2100 sq. ft. house in under three hours. And the job wasn't rushed at all – they got every nook and cranny tidied up. They even offered to do some services (exterior windows, hard wood floor shining and cleaning, etc.) which we didn't take them up on, but I'm sure they would have done a good job on those if the rest of the house is any indication.
Total cost was ~$450 for a one-time DEEP cleaning for our move-out, and was worth it for the peace of mind we have as we leave RI.

Coming home to a clean house is the best feeling ever. I was SO happy after my cleaning. The owner, Elisha, is so friendly and responsive. The house was spotless, and it was cleaned so quickly. I hired them as a one time thing but I am most likely going to make it monthly because of what an amazing job they did! I can't recommend FreshTech Cleaning enough!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

We hired Fresh Tech Cleaning for a move out clean. Prior to the cleaning, we were impressed by the online scheduling option. However, the "cleaning" (if you can call it that) was atrocious.
They were supposed to arrive at 8 am. They texted the morning of to let us know that they were running late and wouldn't be there until 10 (no problem). They didn't arrive until after 10.
The cleaning was so bad that my husband and a friend spent 2.5 hours cleaning after they left. The cabinets were not clean. In fact, there was fresh peanut butter smeared on a cabinet. Baseboards in the kitchen were untouched. Bathroom vanities were never cleaned. Multiple windows were either never cleaned or had to be rewashed. The fridge was not cleaned. Landings needed to be vacuumed and dusted.
We spent over $400 to clean the house ourselves. This was completely unacceptable. We will never ever use them again.
Update: I contacted them shortly after the clean. They offered a one-time clean to make up for the poor service. We scheduled it and received multiple text and email reminders that they would be coming that Friday. Friday came, and no one showed. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called them. No answer and they never called me back. And they never showed up!!!
If you are thinking of using this company, don't!!!

I found another phone number and got a hold of somebody who had no idea where the cleaners were at or why they didn't show up. They promised to get back to me in a few minutes. I booked my first cleaning by texting back and forth with Elisha and they did a decent job last week. We then scheduled a recurring weekly appointment. I received 2 texts reminding me of the service appointment prior to today, only to have a complete no show! When I tried to text Elisha about 35 mins. after our appointment time this morning, I received this text: " Good morning! I am checking with our cleaners now. I had to take an unexpected emergency trip and I have left someone in charge. Let me figure out what the issue is and I will get back to you." We'd rearranged our schedule to be here at the appointment time, we picked up to make it easier for the crew to clean, and then nobody shows. This is just horrible. I was concerned when I saw other poor reviews but was told that the company is under new management. Now I see that nothing is working properly. Why make appointments and then don't keep them? And then I got an email from FreshTech Cleaning today asking me to rate the service I received. Ask me to rate a cleaning service that was supposed to be done today but wasn't?!?! Seriously?

I needed some house cleaning done for an open house (we are selling our home). I was quoted $119 to clean 1 bedroom, no bathrooms. Needed walls cleaned (wiped down) in bedroom, livingroom and dining room, as well as the kitchen. I was told it would be $20 to add a bathroom, so I added 2 bathrooms for $40 bringing the total to $159. I was happy with the bathroom cleaning, although I wipe down the tile walls when I clean the bathroom, but that wasn't done. Regardless, the walls in the bedroom and hallway were wiped down, but not the living room, dining room or kitchen. I was charged $170.13 for the job, which is more than I agreed to. By the way, you have to give your credit card info upfront before they come but they didn't process the charge until almost 2 weeks after the job was done. Meanwhile, I've been bombarded with requests to leave a review. I don't usually leave reviews, but now I really have to. The bathrooms were worth the money, but the test of the job wasn't. I don't like giving my credit card info upfront and I don't like feeling harrassed for a review. So, will I use them again? No, because we are moving. If we weren't moving, would I use them again? No because it wasn't worth the money or the harassment for a review.

I recently hired FreshTec to do a thorough cleaning of our (rather large over 3000 sq. ft.) home to prepare it to put on the market. The website is easy to use and comprehensive and I was able to not only choose the services based on price, but also available to select from different services that I may not have thought to ask about. I read the story of the owners, Elisha and her husband and delighted in supporting a small local business (being a small business owner myself) and I loved their backstory and innovation. While the cleaners were a little late the first day and unable to finish, the owner contacted me to let me know they would go back the following day and complete the job, as specified. Upon inspecting the work after it was all completed, I was extremely happy with some of the work (the inside of our refrigerator was sparkling!), but disappointed with some of the other things, such as the floors (still covered in construction dust… sometimes, a tough one to realize when the floors are still wet) and the condition of the basement. I contacted the owner, Elisha, and she shared in my disappointment and said she would be there herself to inspect the work and make sure it was done properly. She and one of her staff came out and did exactly that. She agreed that things needed to be finished and proceeded to do so herself until the entire house was sparkling! I was extremely impressed with Elisha and the quality of work of the FreshTec team in the end and wouldn't hesitate to use them again! Their services are very comprehensive from large one-time services, such as this one to smaller weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly services, which I am considering using them for when we get into our new home! We were a bit overwhelmed with how to approach cleaning our parents' home, which hadn't been lived in for 4 years (except by mice). We needed to clean and organize but weren't sure where to begin. From the very first phone call, the entire Paradise team has been terrific. Great communication, flexible, your team knew what needed to be done before we could even explain. Our insurance company connected us with Paradise Cleaning and Restoration–an absolutely wonderful company to work with! Amy reached out and was able to get a team to the house within a couple of hours. Israel and Greg came out to the house after a toilet overflow and took care of the mess promptly. They were able to identify areas water traveled that we would not have been aware of had they not pulled back all the layers in an adjoining room. There was water damage to the walls, but they only removed what they had to so repairs to the dry wall and baseboards would not have to be extensive. Most importantly they were professional and personable, so I felt comfortable asking many questions that they wre able to readily answer. Mike, the owner, came to get the fans and asked about whether we had any questions and wanted to make sure everything was managed to our satisfaction. My experience with Paradise cleaning is similar to the other review. My insurance company selected them to come lay down fans and "clean". I originally said no because my husband and I had done all the cleaning the day before and felt we did a good job, but since this was my first rodeo, I went with the insurance recommendations.
Jim (owner) and another guy came out to our house for 2 hours. Two weeks later, my insurance company sent me a check so I could pay Jim and his worker. ($3000!!) I immediately called Paradise cleaning for a breakdown of the invoice. It was six pages of INFLATE!
I was charged for services that were not performed and charged for twice the amount of fans. I called Paradise cleaning again and left a message for Jim to call me back. He called back alright. All Jim did was yell and talk over me. He lied upon lied about which services were conducted. Eventually, Jim hung up the phone on me.
So, just like the other review I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PARADISE TO ANYONE. I do not pay insurance for someone to make a false report to make money on my policy. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Can't speak more highly of Paradise Cleaning & Restoration. They came immediately in Feb. 2015 when pipes burst in six places in my Middletown home. They pumped out water from the basement, set up fans and dehumidifiers and worked on a Sunday and Monday to get me started back on the long road to recovery from $90K worth of damage. They even returned immediately the following week when mold started behind walls where sheet rock was being removed. Would recommend them to anyone who asked. Everyone was friendly and sympathetic in a very stressful situation. Selina gave me a great price and ensured me that leah would come Saturday at 9 am. 9 am arrived and there leah was unloading her supplies. She was so pleasant friendly and personable. Such a sweet heart. Leah asked if I had a preference on floor cleaners and gave me options. We decided on Murphy's oil soap. I left leah to work she gave me a time frame between 4/6 hours so I was able to do my last minute shopping. Leah went above and beyond my expectations of clean. My shower doors I thought were stuck on water stains. She removed them. She also got the cob webs from my 50 foot cathedral ceilings with her extending duster. My stainless appliances were so polished and gleaming my granite looks to clean. She changed the sheets and bedding on each bed, folded the towels and placed them in my basket. My house has never looked better. I will definitely be in the market for a biweekly cleaning and I know the company to chose, from exceptional customer service speaking right on with the owner she was sweet and her prices were even better, to the cleaner Leah, who made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I requested a quote for monthly cleaning of a small one-bedroom apartment. I was told by Selina that it would be $150 for an initial "deep cleaning" and $100 thereafter. I agreed and scheduled the initial cleaning. This is an excerpt from Selina's email: "Your cleaner (Leah), will arrive by approximately 9:00 a.m. She will be providing her own cleaning supplies, but if you have certain products that you want to be used, feel free to let her know."
Leah was 30 minutes late. At 20 minutes past, I called the 508 number on the website and left a voice message for Selina since I did not have a number for Leah.
Once she arrived, I specifically asked Leah if she had Pine-Sol as that is my cleaning product of choice and if she didn't have it, I had some that she could use. She told me yes, she did. I also asked her to use my vacuum exclusively. I showed her around the apartment and asked what exactly she would be doing. She told me dusting/polishing, baseboards, floors, bathroom and kitchen surfaces. I asked her if she cleans under the bed and she said yes. I also asked, since this was the initial ("deep") cleaning, how long she thought it might take. She said about three hours. I left her my phone number in case she needed to reach me.
Two hours later, Leah texted me that she was done. When I walked in the door, the scent that greeted me was decidedly not Pine-Sol. I want to say Fabuloso (which I abhor), but I can't be sure. This wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't specifically addressed this and had a big bottle of product she could have used.
For an initial "deep cleaning," I expected a clean apartment, not a cleaner-than-I-left-it apartment. And while there were things that were sufficiently clean (furniture surfaces looked well dusted, under the couch cushions was vacuumed, the microwave was cleaned, the stove top looked great, and I believe she did use my vacuum as requested), there were also a few misses. I found dirt and debris in the kitchen corner. The faucets/fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom were partially wiped down (some streaky, some was just unclean. Another reviewer described that it "looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag" and I agree), the kitchen sink had dried food on the sides, and there was debris and hair around the base of the toilet and under the trash barrel. When I looked under the bed, I found a spot of my cat's spit up that was dry, indicating it was there prior to Leah arriving. While I'm not particularly proud of the fact that I don't look under the bed often enough to know that was there, I paid $150 to have my apartment cleaned ("deep cleaned" – again, Selina's words) and it wasn't clean. This isn't subjective. There was significant dirt, debris, and "mess" that shouldn't have been there.
I also take issue with the owner's communication or lack thereof. I was a bit put off by not hearing from her in response to my voice message as a courtesy. I did receive a generic-type email saying that she hoped all was to my satisfaction. At that point, I assumed she still had not listened to my message which was even more off putting.
So while there were some good aspects of the cleaning job, the bad (from both the cleaning and the owner) outweighs the good. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them.

I paid $150 for this company to come in and do a "deep cleaning" of my house and it was a joke. The inside of the microwave wasn't touched. There were footprints and crumbs left on the kitchen floor and the rugs we're barely vacuumed. The faucets downstairs and some of the surfaces looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag and she left some dirt rings on a shelf from a plant that was overwatered. I literally vacuumed my entire house after she left and wiped down the surfaces with a clean rag (revealing plenty of dirt.)
I contacted the owner of this business asking her to give me a partial refund since I didn't get a deep cleaning and she said they have video of the house and it is clean and "clean is subjective" anyway. My house is always tidy so a video would not show a dramatic difference in the details I am pointing out. She has refused to refund me the $65 difference between a "deep cleaning" and a general cleaning which I think is a very reasonable request given the shoddy job.
I also take issue that they videotaped my house without my consent. I don't know these people from Adam so this feels like a violation of our privacy to have a video circulating of the contents of my house and does not serve to prove that my house was cleaned. Video can not pick up the nuances of dirt anyway and it seems that your customers' feedback should be the best indicator of a job well done.
Don't let the Bible quotes on her website fool you. This woman takes payment up front, sends another cleaner in, and then calls a crappy job done. That is a scam artist to me.

I started using Dustbunnies about six months ago. They came in and did a full once over and now come once a month for maintenance. I always have the same girl which makes me feel even more comfortable having someone coming into my house while I'm not there. I have two dogs, two kids and a boyfriend. My house is a challenge for her for sure. Sometimes things get missed but I can completely overlook those little things because at the end of the day, I'm coming home from work to a clean house that I didn't have to clean myself which allows me more time with my family. My only wish is that I could afford to have her come every other week because I'm sure she isn't pleased to walk into my mess 🙂 and those two dogs? I have even asked her once if she could let them out to pee before she left, and she said no problem. I don't ask her to do that but this one time I was in a pinch. I was sold on her from that day forward.
As far as the owner of this business, I couldn't be any happier with her. She texts me well in advance of when I've been booked so that I can plan. If it isn't a good day that's been offered, she has zero complaints about rescheduling around me. I think her professionalism is above and beyond most companies these days.
