I contacted Keylla about coming to do deep clean a our house (it had been quite a while since we had it done).
She made it very easy to schedule a date that was good for us. Keylla and her team showed up right on time. She assessed about how long it would take to complete the job.
We left the house for the time she told us it would take. She texted me a couple of times just to ask a question. I expected that since it was her first time here. We also left our dog with them and that seemed to go well for both of them.
Keylla did text me add told me it was going to take a bit longer than she had expected which was fine with me.
When we arrived home the house looked spectacular and smelled wonderful!
So in short they did a fantastic job and we have now scheduled them to come back every other week to keep our house in tip top shape!

I am delighted with the cleaning service that Keylia and her team did last week. My daughter was re-locating to Shrewsbury from another state and needed move-in cleaning on a new home. I just purchased a home and was looking to get a deep cleaning before moving in. After taking a quick look at the house, Vitor & Fernanda gave me a quote, came back a few days later and made the house shine. I'm absolutely thrilled with their work. They even got the former owners' pet smells out and removed some stains from the carpets that they had left. All around, they were courteous, professional, and just seem like all around good people. They've done a great job for us on Monthly cleanings. We started with a deep clean and things we thought were forever stained looked like new when they were done! (Glass shower door, oven, refrigerator, sink rings). It is such a great feeling knowing that when we get a little behind on keeping the house clean that they will be there to help out. Their prices are reasonable and scheduling is pretty flexible too if you need them just before or after an event, etc.
My family and I are very happy with SC, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was planning on doing a chargeback because of all additional cleaning that was required for the cabinets and the owner's Yelp response to my initial review which was the only communication I had received from her until this week, but when I reached out to her via text to let her know, she offered to right this whole issue. Initially she offered a free general home clean, but I asked instead that she send a team to deep clean the remaining cabinets I hadn't moved my kitchen items into yet.
Today two of her cleaners came in at noon and they worked until 3PM deep cleaning my cabinets. I was very specific on my expectations and so we did have to go through a couple passes to get the job done; however, I appreciated that they were willing to work with me–they even grabbed some of my cleaning supplies to ensure that they cleaned the cabinets to my satisfaction when I showed them after they wiped down a cabinet how dirty the cabinet still was. They also respected my guidelines for where to place their cleaning supplies and dirty rags (I moved in and am using the kitchen now and didn't want anyone's cleaning supplies on the places where I prepare my raw meats and fresh produce) The entire time, Jocilene would send me texts asking me to verify the work being done was to my satisfaction.
To note: Jocilene and her team offered to vacuum and clean my floors, appliances, etc and the offer was appreciated, but I paid $500 for my cabinets–and wouldn't have done so if I didn't anticipate the level of effort required to do the job, so I passed on the offer. Still, they were willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was happy.
They did the work this second time around and I have no complaints. I wish this had been done in the first pass for the sake of time spent (I had to deep clean some of the cabinets myself) and frustration, but my satisfaction was guaranteed and per Jocilene, she would have fixed the problem immediately but she said she missed my feedback that I sent the original day when I complained about the cleaning I paid for not being done. Because of the patience and sincere effort of her team. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt.
I'm reverting back to my original recommendation that folks who need just a general clean consider SC Cleaning. For move-in deep clean–especially if you aren't going to be present–I would strongly recommend that you work with the SC Cleaning team to ensure that they understand the requirements.

There was some old cat puke stains in the carpet that I was going to be getting steamed cleaned and I don't know what you mean by he moved my car and cleaned up snow ? So should I pay him to do that because HE offered to do it since he saw I'm disabled? Glad to see you're so busy that you can respond to reviews..lol You couldn't clean a smaller apartment than mine at the time. I don't live there anymore. Got an estimate for simple cleaning job of small bathroom with tub, tiny kitchenette and vacuuming of a 12' x14' carpet and a 14' x 14' carpet. No oven, no dusting from waist up in any room. Carpet is indoor/outdoor in both rooms. Easy 1 hour job. Junior quoted a price of $150.00!! I almost fell over!
I've been a professional house cleaner I used to work for Merry Maids a couple of decades ago I know prices went up on things since then but I also know there's no heavy cleaning in my apartment there's no stove refrigerator to clean no dusting from the waist up no dusting little things No bed making, no laundry, no dishes.. just vacuum two rooms' low pile carpet, vacuum the bathroom and kitchenette, mop kit and bath floors, clean the tub disinfect the toilet all that comes to $150?
Way overpriced if you ask me and its an easy 1 hour job. I specifically told them not to clean the oven don't clean the refrigerator maybe I clean the refrigerator once cuz I pretty much wipe it down myself and I don't use the oven.
I'm sure they probably clean well but not $150 for the tiny 2 room studio I am in.

Ramalho's Cleaning Service does a great job! We called them last month to come clean our empty house before we moved in. We were able to schedule a time for them to come by with little notice. They were very thorough! The oven in particular was in pretty bad shape before they came, and now it looks spotless! You can now actually tell that it's purple on the inside!
We had them come back today and again, great service and very fair price. We've now scheduled them to come every two weeks. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent service overall. I asked them for a one time cleaning of a 1 bed apartment (mainly kitchen and bathroom). Milton and his wife did an excellent job in cleaning the apartment. Milton and Marlene are excellent! We hired Ramalho's Cleaning to clean our townhouse as part of a move out. Due to moving, a water heater break, and general sloppiness…. it was probably a dirtier job than expected. That being said, his pricing was beyond reasonable and they did an EXCELLENT job in a pretty short amount of time. I HIGHLY recommend Ramalho's cleaning. We've moved further away from his home base, and if we decide on regular cleaning services we really hope he may extend his area so we can continue with his services.

I had the pleasure to meet Milton the owner to go over what is needed to be clean for the first time. He was very polite and professional. He was able to schedule me in last minute and I was thankful for that because Thanksgiving will be in a few days and a spotless house is a must.

Milton Ramalho went above and beyond for us, when we hired his company to clean my childhood home. It was being listed for sale after 52 years. While not updated, it was so sparkling clean that the agent said it showed beautifully. She even asked me what company we used. Meticulous attention to detail. After reading great reviews I had high hopes for this cleaning service. While they were responsive, the job done was sub-par. I had one room, stairs and hallway/landing cleaned. They were in and out in 15minutes. The carpet on the stairs is wet and maybe surface clean BUT carpet is still matted down. I have had other carpets cleaning services and at the end of 60minute service they look clean and 'refreshed' not matted. When I requested more to be done I was told there is nothing that can be done, which is not my previous experience.

They did a very rushed job and at the end of it, the house didn't look like the carpets were clean. Radiant cleaning was in and out of the whole house in just over an hour as if they were in a hurry to get to their next call. There were some rooms that looked clean but only because they were freshly cleaned and still wet but just after the next few days the dirty spots started to surface again revealing how superficial the cleaning was. It wasn't as if the carpets in the house were very dirty but when asked why the carpets weren't cleaner they had a justification for everything and claimed that they were old and nothing more could be done to clean them – not a very satisfactory service.

Confirmed the delivery time and called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Why would anybody do business elsewhere when they make you wait a few hours.
Took out EVERY SINGLE STAIN from my 10 year old carpet.
I can't believe I waited 10 years to clean these carpets and will now do them at least once a year.
Do yourself a favor and mark Sidney on your calendar a year out and have him do it again. He also does tiles etc…

I called Radiant about 2 weeks ago to get a quote. I called the typical competitors (Kennedy and Stanley), but avoided Sears as they're practically out of business anyway. We had a closet installed in our bedroom and the installers never took off their shoes or put down drop cloths and so by the time the work was completed, my carpets were filthy. I was so upset. Absolutely fabulous! I wish I had taken a picture before my toddler got at our house.
Ingrid is impeccable, fast, and so conscientious of our kiddo that she never even wakes up during a nap if Ingrid is cleaning.
I work in healthcare and am pretty strict on COVID precautions but we finally found someone we were at with coming into our home. She always takes precautions, always with a mask, everything.
We have tried a few services pre- and post-COVID since moving to the Newton-Watertown area but she's just the best.
Her prices are more than fair and there's always this little something from the toilet paper having the little fold or our daughters stuffed animals lined up.
Coming home after she's been to our house is better than a massage or glass of wine!

Ingrid was awesome. I messaged her on Yelp Sunday morning, and she had availability Monday morning. She was very easy to communicated with, very prompt responses to my questions. She quoted me a pretty low flat rate which surprised me, and when I asked about it she said it's an effort to make me a regular client. She arrived early on Monday, and she did a phenomenal job.
