Katie is unprofessional, rude and manipulative. She arrived 25 minutes late for the house inspection and became ruder and ruder as the tour went on, even demanding the names of previous cleaners we'd had. She was quite shocked when I told her I expected furniture and trinkets etc to be moved when cleaning. She then wildly exaggerated the time needed to clean the house and the cost was so high it was laughable. Definitely a company to avoid.

Take Time Home Cleaning & Lifestyle Services Honest Reviews
My only experience with Take Time was an initial "top to bottom" clean that went rather poorly. The cleaning was superficial, lots of areas were missed, and one of the cleaners badly damaged a nonstick pan. I contacted Take Time, and they confirmed that 2 of the 3 cleaners that day were in training.
Take Time offered to provide more experienced team for future cleanings, which I was happy to agree to. Take Time was not willing to do anything about the damage to the pan, and I indicated that as a result I would have to leave a negative review about that, but I also made clear that I would like to go forward with future cleans with a better team as the Take Time representative had proposed. At that point, the Take Time representative said that the business relationship would be "terminated" because I had already "formed an opinion" about the company. In other words, posting a negative review about any aspect of the service would mean I would not receive future service. I was then hung up on.
I emailed Take Time since then to ask about the charges relating to the clean, and received no response. I honestly could not believe how hostile the customer service was for such a large company, and that a minor issue (damage to a pan) would result in this kind of treatment.

Poor cleaning service, save your money and go with a reputable company.
I hired k&e for a 2 hour clean with 2 cleaners… one of the girls was 15 minutes late, and they both left 15 minutes early and I still had to pay the full two hours of cleaning! Cleaning was done poorly, dusting not competed in some areas, they forgot their mop and asked to borrow mine and didn't even clean the toilet! Buyer beware..

After a long 1.5 years of employing K&E Cleaning, we finally cut ties because we had enough. They NEVER left our 4500 ft2 home immaculate, there were always multiple very obvious things missed (wiping crumbs under the coffee maker, dust and dirt in corners of floor, kitchen island cabinetry not wiped down, dust off items before placing them back in the 'proper'? spot etc, etc, etc, etc, etc) They also replaced one of our regulars with a snarky 21 year old who would roll her eyes and give plenty of attitude when asked to do a quality job such as vacuum behind dog dishes opposed to around them. When I contacted the owner (Todd) about the lack of care, quality and major attitude problems with the young cleaner, I had said that Mandy would not be welcomed back in my home and he assured me that he would find a replacement for my next clean. Well, the Friday before the Christmas weekend, I was informed (1.5 days before) that there was no one to clean my home during my regular slot (Friday from 1-4 for the last 1.5 years) because Mandy was not welcome in my home and because he has had to fit in extra cleans. VERY unprofessional on behalf both the owner and his snarky, inexperienced, unqualified staff. We initially went with this company because we were promised many things (Their Promise " If we missed something or didn't meet your expectations, give us a call. We'll come back and make it right. Your satisfaction is our number-one priority… This never once happened in 1.5 years…) which were rarely followed up on AND they were less expensive then the other companies we had interviewed. Now, we are happy we no longer have to put up with the consistent disappointments.
