They did an absolutely excellent job on our house. We had them do a full deep clean and windows. A six person team of fast moving yet meticulous ladies cleaned our house from top to bottom in one afternoon. With a house of ours' size we were really impressed; everything is sparkling clean and it smells wonderful. Margaret McHenry Maids Honest Reviews
Awful service especially from the main office. We called Margaret McHenry Maids for an estimate and cleaning. The estimate for the initial deep clean was for 300 and each session would be 140 after. We agreed to proceed. They said they would show up at 11 on Friday. They didn't show until after 2. After they showed, they called to say that they were wrong with their estimate and that they needed 500 for the deep clean. After several calls back and forth, we agreed to pay 50 extra but felt like we were bait and switched. They were in the house and we were stuck. The cleaning job was good but the cleaners and staff were not friendly. After a week of the deep clean, they informed us that their estimate of 140 is wrong and they want 200 per visit. For comparison, our previous service did clean our home for 140 a visit. They don't seem to care and don't want to rectify this, so we will be taking our business elsewhere and you should too
UPDATE- after this post, we were contacted by the owner. She was very nice and apologized for how the initial interaction was handled. She worked with us on a plan and sent in a crew to clean our home last week. The team did a phenomenal job and the house looked great. They were personable and showed they really cared about our satisfaction. I appreciate their follow up and have changed my opinion of their company and service as a result.

Absolutely awesome service!!! I live in DFW Texas and needed a reliable company to do a thorough cleaning of my elderly fathers house so that we could sell it. A staff of 4 maids showed up, on time, spent several hours cleaning the house and we paid a fee of $450.00. The house looked spectacular and we were able to get a sales contract on it within 3 days. Time was of essence and they were able to make accommodations to squeeze this house into their busy/hectic schedule. We are very pleased with the service. Everything was cleaned very well. Including the household appliances. The staff was very friendly and very professional. They are also very honest, as I had agreed to pay a higher fee if they needed additional time to complete the job. I would highly recommend this company to others!!! I really wanted to do business with this company after reading the positive reviews on yelp. I've never used a cleaning service before but with the extended summer for the kids and starting my own business I got a little behind and thought I'd treat myself and hire a little help around the house. I scheduled with Cindy and she told me that if receive a confirmation text which I did receive. I totally rescheduled my whole day around having the cleaning ladies come so that I could be home during the service. Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I was in total disbelief when they DIDNT SHOW UP AT ALL! No Call! I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had an emergency and waited till 3 days later and tried calling Cindy and no answer! Terrible business and customer service to not call a Client if something comes up and you're not able to make it. They totally waisted my time and I'm glad I didn't give my credit card information. I called a different cleaning service today and got on the schedule. Will never do business with this company ever and won't recommend unless you have time on your hand that you want waisted.

I have never used a cleaning service before so had my husband call around to get quotes. Cindy came out to our house and provided a quote that was within what we were willing to spend. I needed a really good deep clean since I hadn't done that since we moved in our house. My husband was there when her team got there but then was out to run errands the rest of the time. In the middle of the day they called him to let him know that it would take longer to clean the blinds as the dust had been there awhile so it would cost more(please no judging, blinds are hard to clean 🙂 ) So I appreciate them reaching out to let us know.
