I am really happy with CottageCare after the first four cleanings… After years of thinking about hiring a cleaning service, we finally decided to do it, and now I'm kicking myself for not signing up sooner! We have CottageCare come every two weeks to clean bathrooms and the kitchen, and it's the best feeling to come home and see that the chores I really hate to do are already done! I like that CottageCare has no contracts and we can schedule service on any rotation (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.) with no issues. The staff is friendly and courteous. Kacee, the local manager, is easy to work with and calls every once in a while to make sure we're happy with our experience. She typically contacts me the day before our scheduled cleaning to verify the arrival time and to see if we have any special needs/requests. Bought the Yelp deal assuming a quick turn around was possible. When we rescheduled them for a future date to provide a move in/move out clean for a vacant house, it wasn't obvious they had been there. Carpets weren't vacuumed, spots and streaks were present in mirrors and glass. I reached out to the business and never heard back even after indicating that I want selling a refund. Had to call another service to get the place cleaned properly. Some sort of response from the company seems appropriate. Even if they offered to redo it at this point, I wouldn't trust them.

Overall, their cleaning service is ok, but they have a lot of problems as well. First, they were late to our appointment. It was scheduled for 11:30am. I called them at 12 and they didn't call me back until 12:30 to tell me they were running behind, and it wouldn't be until 3:30 that they could come over! 3 1/2 hours later!?! I said this wasn't possible so they said they would skip their next appointment (too bad whoever that was) and come clean our place.
The cleaning ladies did a good job, but it was difficult communicating with them since they didn't speak much English. They missed some spots but when we pointed them out, they cleaned them. They didn't follow the pre-cleaning consultation list at all. That was worthless.
If you want just a basic cleaning every week, this might be an option for you. But if you want customized cleaning, I'd look elsewhere.

I am mainly dissatisfied with dream steam, because they were not clear in the pricing I guess. I was told when ordering the service over the phone for a whole house duct cleaning and carpet cleaning was 450 total overall. However, the ending price ended up being the 450 was just for the duct cleaning w/ dryer vent and around 340 for carpets. I'm just upset because I would never of paid 450 to get my ducts cleaned if I have known the price beforehand. However the actual service was good and the people. However, when I was told 450 was the overall price beforehand and confirmed by the person, it was a very rude awakening.

They explain everything in detail fashion n gave us more tips than what we needed. Then after that they came back out to wash my carpets.. This company is phenomenal! They answered my phone call the very first time I called. There was no hold time on the phone and they were able to clean my carpets within three days of my initial phone call. The carpets are clean and looks great and feels great, they even turned the fan on to help dry the carpets. The staff is very friendly very efficient. I love that they are local.
