Courtney cleaned our house that we sold. They showed up on time and got it done quickly. It wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as I would clean for my own home abut the house is large and they cleaned several extra areas. I'd say it's 95% clean, and given the amount of dust and construction remnants, they did great and the price was WAY less than others wanted. The last place kept texting me, raising the price, and when I got back, I had to clean again because they had used mildewed rags to clean with. They charged twice as much as 24k charged.
I definitely would recommend Courtney and her crew, and I'll be having them clean our new place monthly.

Absolutely wonderful company and cleaners! I am now doing every 3 week cleans as a result of my 1st one going so well. I expected them to miss a couple things on the first clean, as with any new house, but not much was missed and they were receptive to feedback (and got it the next visit). Because she always has at least 2 cleaners, it's fast. My house is about 4400 sq ft with the finished basement but they are done in 2 hrs for a regular clean (dusting, mopping, counters, appliances, etc.) And if they did miss something, it's definitely worth me touching up something small than trying to tackle it in between work and kids. They are also great with pets and respect pet instructions (i.e. don't let the cat into this area). I appreciate most of all the reliability. If she says a date/time, she follows up the day prior and has never rescheduled. They pick up carpets and go under couches which was one of my #1 issues with previous cleanings from former companies. I believe they will start to integrate a deep cleaning area each visit too which is awesome! I would highly recommend!

Safe housekeeping in the COVID era! Courtney and Mary were courteous and understanding, brought their face masks, and kept their distance. They also charge a flat rate, so they were super efficient — in and out of our 4-bedroom house in about an hour, after giving the kitchen and bathrooms a good cleaning, wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, and mopping the floors. Rate is very reasonable, and they offer a military discount!

I needed my apartment cleaned urgently. Not only was Courtney/24 Carat readily available but I had NO idea the service that I was about to receive. I know these ladies have to deal with some messes but this was the worst condition my apartment has ever been in. They wasted ZERO time getting to work. First assessing the mess, and then deploying what was a clearly refined system of addressing the rooms and commencing with the work. Careful attention was paid to delicate items and a thorough cleaning was completed. I honestly don't think either of my bathrooms have been so clean. The kitchen was destroyed (in my opinion) and resurrected by Courtney to the point that I'm ready (and proud!) to host a fancy-ass brunch.
I truly can't say enough about the work these ladies put in. The price was fair (UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE YEAR!). I will, without a doubt, employ their services again. On a side note they were fun and a delight to talk to. I could have had them for the whole day just to hang out.

I needed a move out cleaning in a hurry for a good price and Courtney not only responded to me quicker than anyone else, but did a great job cleaning, and was super flexible with my all over the place schedule with my crazy move timing. Then later when I needed a receipt she was really quick to get back to me for that as well which I also appreciated. But, most importantly she did a good job cleaning, and I got my full security deposit back, my landlord was happy with the job. But, she also went above and beyond with being patient with me as I was still moving items out, and she waited for me to do so, and just cleaned as I went along as fast as I could. Nice and accommodating people, but if you want a deep clean…despite being repeatedly very specific that you do…call elsewhere. They are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I was very specific that I would even be willing to pay more to insure that my house would be deep cleaned after my tenant moved out. I am now having to hire another company to come do what I asked. If you are looking for a light cleaning, ie.general wipe down of counters, etc., then this is the company for you. However, my oven and appliances, etc. are still pretty dirty and streak cleaned. So if you need deep cleaning as I do (and still do), then call someone else. I'm having to.

Service and quality has remained the same great service and quality in May of 2022.
They were very responsive in the initial contact and made the entire process easy.
Phone calls were made prior to the technicians showing up to let us know they were in route.

I'm a SERVICE-disabled veteran and I've moved a lot with my 10 years in the military from overseas. This company does not cater to veterans or the disabled.
I booked and paid in advance. They cancelled my booking at 6 and they were supposed to come at 12-4. I waited 6 hours and they didn't clean
They said consolidate. And I said MAJORITY Of the stuff will be gone.
LAST MINUTE, THEY SAY THAT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE OUT BUT THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid in advance and they don't show up until 6 hours later and cancelled the job.

Had a move out cleaning done, and the cleaner that showed up was very nice. But for a house that is almost 3000 square feet I can't believe that they only sent her by herself besides the carpet cleaner guys. She missed a lot of spot, to include the inside of the cabinets and under the sink. For the price that we paid, the job did not seem fair for what the finish product was.

So I've never used a maid service before for my home and wanted to try it for the first time. After looking around for a while, I decided to go with J's Cleaning Service. They were super responsive and able to book me within a few days. I asked for 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and the 1.5 baths to be cleaned and they did a great job. Two people were sent in to do the job and did it within a few hours. My home is use 1400sq ft. My only issue is the pricing. After my first cleaning I asked that in the future I'd like only the kitchen, living room and the bathrooms to be cleaned monthly and I was quoted $150 a month. I may use them again in the future since I know the job they are capable of. They also offer military discounts. If you're in the market to have your home cleaned, which I recommend trying it. Test them out.

The short (tl;dr) version is: J's is fast, affordable, and thorough.
The long(er) version is: I was in a pinch and needed to get a big couch cleaned before Thanksgiving. I had 2 other services cancel on me and I was down to the wire. In comes J's. The hero. Friendly, understanding and accommodating are understatements, but pure fact. My couch was gnarly and covered in dog hair and just stuff that couches accumulate over time. I communicated my needs and J's addressed it like it was their absolute top priority. The tech arrived early, explained everything to me, and bounced quickly. The couch was left in an amazing condition and was dry before the out-of-towners arrived. There is ZERO doubt that I will be using J's again. Stellar crew and top notch customer service.

We hired J's for a "deep cleaning" of our 800 square ft condo. The quote I was given (including windows, oven and refrigerator) was $315. The woman who came over was wonderful but she mentioned a man was supposed to come and help. He never showed up. She said he's tall and reaches the spots she can't reach (which we ended up noticing since higher up spaces were still visibly dusty). The woman who came did an amazing job for one person (I'd be exhausted). But the fact that we paid $315 for what was supposed to be 2 people but ended up getting the work of one did not sit well with me. When I asked J's service about it they said "we couldn't help he was sick". But… that's it? We also were surprised the tub only looked as clean as it does when we do it ourselves. I thought a cleaning service offering "deep cleaning" would have special equipment. They first offered to send someone over to to the tub again but then took it back and claimed the tub was old and couldn't get cleaned more than it was- but I sent photos with the black gunk that very well could come up. There was also an option under the "get a quote" to ask for grout cleaning (which I clicked). When I let the service know our grout wasn't done they stated they don't offer that. Why was that an option online? I'm still confused by the entire experience but instead of fighting it, I'm just leaving a review. Here's my tip- talk to them over the phone and get clarification of exactly what they will be doing and don't rely on their online service. I thought we'd go with them again but the more I think about it and the more I see in our condo as the days pass that wasn't done- we will be looking elsewhere. I'm leaving 3 stars because we liked the woman who came.
*Update August 30th 2021: Is a tub from 2008 considered aged? I was able to get the black grime off myself this weekend only using a rag, baking soda, and peroxide. Just an FYI.

I'm sure they're good at a lot of things but one service they shouldn't offer is couch cleaning. Our sectional was still filthy and I had to go over it and clean it with spray and a rag (the marks came right out so it's not like they weren't removable). None of the cushions were turned over for cleaning and some cushions weren't even touched. Really disappointing.

Awesome job! Cleaned my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a little under 3 hours. As well as cleaned my carpets immaculately! On June 25, 2020 I contacted this company for an estimate on a house cleaning for July 15, 2020. He was very responsive and gave me an estimate. He was retired military and we are active duty so we went with him. I messaged him on July 8, 2020 to confirm our appt. He replied back that they have me down for 9am on July 15th. Well 9am came and went. At 9:10 I called them. The women I spoke with was so confused. She had no idea who I was. She offered to send someone out, but at that point I wouldn't trust them to do a good job cleaning if they can't even schedule an appointment correctly. Even after a reminder a week out. Very very disappointed. Wanted the house cleaned before a big event. Now I have to scramble to find someone. Teaches me a lesson. Just because they're retired military doesn't mean they know how to run a business.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this wonderful company! First, it's family owned – which I love. Second, Dave is retired military, something else I love. Third, they are fast, friendly and super professional.
The situation – apparently we could appear in one of those "nose blind" Fabreeze commercials. We awoke on Saturday morning, with family incoming THIS weekend, to realize our big area rug was dirty and smelled like dog. In a panic, I turned to my trusty Yelp and checked out their reviews. I called on the off chance that they might answer, and hallelujah Dave picked up the phone! Not only could they do it TODAY, but they were here in 45 minutes AND gave me an INCREDIBLE price!! You absolutely cannot get any better than this.
There is still a little staining in places, but that's on me. The rug is more of a deeply textured carpet, and they didn't have the machine with them for that (remember, I said area rug), but with the sofa in place, I am the only one who notices. Bonus – they gave me a fantastic quote to come back after the first of the year to do the entire upstairs of the house and hit that rug with the machine that's designed for it. I will DEFINITELY be scheduling that.
Bottom line, no more dog smell, clean carpet, fast and friendly service. You simply cannot ask for anything more. Support your small local business people!!!

Called Lee and requested his service for my Airbnb. Gave him my address and he agreed to go by the units to take a look and do a walkthrough. Lee called me from his car and stated to me he wouldn't even want to service my home or even want to get out of his car to even go look at my unit. He discriminated against my neighbors and neighborhood by stating it's ghetto, n that homeless was two blocks away at the community center and that dogs was roaming around unleashed. We have never had any issues in the neighborhood or any trouble. We have had many guests who have stayed at our Airbnb and never had an issue. As a matter of fact, we have tool box sitting in the open on the side of the house and never have gotten it stolen. I don't recommend anyone use Lee or his company no matter how good they are. I don't condone discrimination of any sort and this is by far the worse I've encountered.

Management relies on text messages as main form of communication but may not respond to your texts back to them. I paid for an extra service (aka extra cleaning time) of having my refrigerator cleaned out (which, by the way, was a suggested service not my own idea) and the day of I was told they did not have time. So what did my extra cleaning time go towards?! I am still not clear nor have I received an answer from management. Cleaning is average but do not expect everything on the checklist to be completed. Cleaners will mark that they did not do several items, but that seems to be alright with management. I currently have layers of dust in my bathroom after having paid extra for "extra time" requesting dusting–who has a cleaning service and has a thick layer of dust on their soap dispenser?! Have had other issues but don't have the time to write all concerns. If you are looking for a cheaper service, this may be it, but you will get what you pay for–also, they hound you for tips–emails, texts–even when you pay the cleaners 20% tip in cash!

Yes you had my name in the system! The deep clean was charged $195 for a town home. The crew spent less than 2 hours to clean my home and we had to re-clean the home ourselves. I made a phone complaint to the scheduler and was told it was okay for the cleaning crew to kiss couple hairs on the counter or floor in the bathroom. I inquired about a re-clean and was told that I would not get one at all and dropped me as a client. Horrible and horrible customer service! Do not ever use this company!

Kendra and Destiny showed up on time and completed the task in the scheduled timeframe despite the air conditioning breaking on this hot summer day. They were professional, courteous, and methodical in cleaning my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house.
I would recommend that anyone needing a deep cleaning or move out clean, call 2 Maids and a Mop and request Kendra and Destiny. They did an amazing job and I am sure my renters will agree!

This was my first time having a cleaning service to my condo and I rate the job done about a 7.5 out of 10.
CONS: The time slot I was provided the day before was incorrect from when the team arrived. The team came in and dropped their supplies in the middle of the floor instead of placing them out of the way. I had to ask for my toilet to be re-addressed because there were still a lot of hard water stains left after it was cleaned. I had to ask for my bar to be wiped down, it was not touched at all and also for the back of my kitchen counter to be cleaned where some items hadn't been moved to wipe off the counter.
PROS: Overall my condo looks good. Good attention to detail with cleaning my appliances (microwave, oven, stove top, outside of fridge). Baseboards & window sills done well. Bedding changed on both beds.

I am obsessed with how awesome of a job they did on my apartment! I have been stressed out and busy, so coming home to a clean space was more emotional than I expected. Sandy who is the main point of contact was friendly, professional, and took extra time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I will definitely be a repeat customer. EDIT: Within minutes of posting this review, I received a call to schedule a 2 hour reclean. The ladies did come back today for a reclean but 1) they were late, 2) they were here less than an hour, and 3) their demeanor was not as welcoming as last week. I listed the areas I would like them to touch up on, which still are not up to my satisfaction; specifically the doors, and once they felt they were done, they were practically on their way out the door. No walk through this time. Maybe my expectations are too high but as someone who keeps her house rather clean anyways, when you pay $375, you expect a cleaning better than what you can normally do yourself. From now on, I'll just take care of it myself.

I received a deep cleaning from Two Maids and a Mop but the service I received was closer to a routine cleaning. I think they would do a wonderful job for a routine clean, but I would not recommend them for a deep clean.
What I expect from a deep clean is a higher attention to detail where baseboards are scrubbed, doors are cleaned, handrails, etc. When the ladies completed their clean, they requested I walk through the house and point out anything they may have missed. The baseboards were still dirty, the outlet covers still had dust on top of them, doors were still dirty. When I pointed out those spots, they cleaned those areas with no complaint but I shouldn't have had to point those out. They did do a wonderful job cleaning the stove, glass table tops, hardwood floors but I would consider that as part of a standard clean. Almost a week has past and I'm still finding areas that weren't even touched: the bottom of the toilet, more baseboards that are dirty, more doors that are still dirty. I've emailed the coordinator with my feedback thinking maybe my expectations were too high or I didn't communicate my needs properly. I never received a response from her though. Very disappointed.

We were moving to Virginia Beach from California and looked at a few Cleaning Services on Yelp. We settled on Two Maids after talking to a few of the businesses on the phone.
The house we were moving to was pretty clean, but needed to be detailed and this wasn't something we wanted to do after packing in California, driving across the US, and then unpacking.
I spoke to Lee at Two Maids and decided on the Move In Special. The cost we agreed on was $500 and I was led to believe that this would entail two maids working for approx. 8 hrs. and would cover all of our concerns.
Imagine my surprise when our daughter called to say the cleaning crew called her after approx. 4 hrs at the house, saying they were done. I called Lee, and he said that the house was fairly clean already and didn't really need much work.
The cleaning crew must have been alerted to my concern because they found "something" to do at the house for another hour or so, before telling my daughter they were done.
When we arrived the next day from our drive, the house was fairly clean. But there were lots of issues in the kitchen and the cleaning just didn't come close to meeting my expectations for $500.
I sent an email to Lee detailing the issues, and he responded that he "adjusted the teams compensation accordingly." I would not consider using Two Maids again.

Two Maids & A Mop not only left my floors filthy they damaged a wall as well as personal property and left my home unsecured. Every single window was unlocked and cracked open. I contacted Lee Sheridan, the owner, to request a refund. He made no apology for the damaged property, did not offer to repair it, and refused to refund my money. Instead, he offered to send the crew back out to finish cleaning. I informed him that his team would not step foot in my home again. Why he thought that was a viable option is beyond me. After refusing to refund my money a second time I filed a complaint with my bank and sent them pictures of the damage, open windows, and dirt on the floors they clearly did not touch. My bank investigated the claim, agreed with me, and returned my money!!

Lee, the pictures posted online were from 3 years ago and were taken by a professional photographer I hired prior to moving in but that's some clever footwork on your part.. nice try!
The rescheduling of the appointment on multiple occasions is irrelevant but since you brought it up your crew rescheduled the first time because they didn't know how to clean around a few boxes and wall decor left behind to stage the home. I rescheduled the second time because I had not yet made it back to the property to remove the boxes.
I refused the reclean not because I didn't want to come back for a walk thru, as you suggested, but because your team did damage to my home and left it unsecured. Please go back and read your emails. Again, no acknowledgement on your part for the damage done to my home or personal property and certainly no offer to repair the damage.
Lastly, the dispute was not reversed. I received a full refund through my financial institution. I gave you every opportunity to make this right and you chose not to. Shall we continue to dig this hole or might I assume this matter is closed?
