Just wanna say wow by far the best and cheapest home cleaning service I have seen in a while, I am a mother of three kids so I hardly ever have time to clean my home. HC&B offered me a deal I could not resist, they offered to clean one room in my home for free and if I liked it then all I had to do was pay for the other rooms I wanted clean, I must say I was very pleased with there service and will definitely be using them a lot more often. The best part I love is that they offer much more then just cleaning homes they do yard work and will even do my grocery shopping for me amazing especially with three growing kids who are always hungry ALL the time lol

Unhappiest Housekeepers is more like it. Planned to have my home cleaned ~month ago, got a call the night before that their cleaner quit but they'd try to get someone to fill in. I had to call them twice to get an update. Never happened.
Figured I'd give them a 2nd shot. Guess what? #2 was a no show this weekend. My husband called twice to let them know no one showed up & to find a replacement. Again, never happened. But this time, they made sure to tell me & my husband that the person would be 'fired Monday morning.'
As any responsible business owner or manager knows, these details are unprofessional & placing the blame on an individual, not taking responsibility. I then had the joy of hearing, 'there's nothing we can do.'
Really? Nothing you can do? How about fulfill your obligation to ensure your appts are kept and the customer is happy. One person quits, another is a no show within weeks…sounds like the unhappiest place on earth. Oh and of course the manager never called me as I requested.

omgosh!! How can anyone be in business with the way they obviously DO NOT vet their people. We had a clean last week (the day before we were moving in) and we were promised, "We will do a great job!! You will be able to recommend us to your clients!" NOT SO!!!! What did that person do for FOUR hours in this house?!?! Not one cleaning detail was finished properly. THIS is not a company you can trust. I spoke with the Manager and she was pathetically uncaring. THAT kind of person deserves not our respect OR $$$.
STEER CLEAR!!! I wish I had read the former review and I would have never wasted our valuable time in "hiring" them. They may be "Happy Housekeepers", but you will NOT be!!!

Phone calls are returned promptly, estimates are given quickly and follow up has been spot on. Crews arrived as scheduled and cleaning was thorough. Billing and communications have been flawless. I simply cant say enough positive things about Snake River Cleaning. They are a breath of fresh as far as contractors go. I was lucky to find them. Today we signed them up as a vendor to do our regular weekly office cleans. I highly recommend this professional cleaner.

I've had the opportunity to use them more than once. We had unsightly concrete stains around our garage and driveway. They were able to remove all but, an extremely old stain that was there before we moved in. Everything else was back to looking brand new.
Also had a rental property with extensive damage from tenants. Carpets were so thoroughly soaked with animal urine it was unbearable. There were other odor problems from chemicals the tenants had spilled. Then they had left us a good amount of trash and wrecked a few walls. When everything was said and done we were looking better than before. Property managers were impressed and we were satisfied. Sometimes these large projects are extremely cumbersome but, it was a breeze.
If your looking to get work done, I'm the first to call for multiple opinions. But, at the least give them a call to see what they think. The owner is very nice and easy to work with.

We called and were able to make the appointment for the time that was good for us, this was awesome, as to not have to wait around for a person to show up. Bryan arrived early today, 4 May 2016 to clean our carpet. We were not kept waiting, this too was great. Bryan is courteous and did a super job on our carpet. His price was beyond fair for the area of carpet he cleaned. He even went above and beyond in cleaning other areas for us and didn't try to over charge us. Gotta love getting more than expected from a quote. Other cleaners in Twin Falls wanted an arm and a leg to do some small spots and a hallway. We will be calling him every year from now on out.
