Pure genius in carpet cleaning and care. First, I couldn't believe how quickly they responded and were able to arrive. Their knowledge of chemicals is beyond. I didn't think they could do it. They made me a believer. When it's time to clean my furniture (there's some scuffs and it's been years and needs a refresh) I am going to let them do it and if I ever need carpet cleaning again, they will be my first call. I've had a few different companies clean the carpets in my home but I'd have to say this company by far, exceeded my expectations. Booking on Yelp! was SUPER EASY and the prices were competitive. If you have pets in your home, this is the only company you should use; they KNOW pets. Blue Dog was the first company to bring a black light into my home to look for pet stains; I honestly was "afraid" to look because I knew it would probably be disgusting. The reason I bring this up, this was the FIRST company that did this and every other company knew I had pets. About 5 years ago I had a cat that had some behavior issues and decided to use my dining room and staircase as her own litter box – the carpet has been cleaned 2+ times after that and I could still smell a faint oder once in a while. Blue Dog, found the urine stains and was able to target them directly. My house smells amazing! After the carpet cleaning was done, I was asked if everything was done to my satisfaction; again, the first time I was asked this. I also wanted to support this company bc they do donate to the ARL and are animal advocates themselves. Thank you for starting off my Saturday on a great note. Highly recommend!

The first thing that drew me in was their all female staff – I am all for women run businesses and lady entrepreneurs! Next, it was their commitment to nontoxic products – hiring this service was a gift for my aunt who has health issues and we really had to be careful about what we us in/on/around her home – Clean Freaks totally comes through for us!

What really brings me joy is how efficient, helpful, kind, and thoughtful everyone on staff is. From the business owner, to everyone in the office, to the staff member that goes out every other week to my aunts home – everyone is delightful!

My aunt RAVES about how clean her home is after each visit! She has the same cleaning person each week, whom she adores, and she is so thorough that they often have time to work on ad hoc projects around the home once the regular cleaning is done. They have organized closets, pantries, prepped for garage sales, cleaned out freezers, you name it and Clean Freaks is primed to pitch in.

i hired clean freaks! The lady was great. BUT the next time she was supposed to come the manager, Laquita called talking trash on the lady who cleaned my house. This made me uncomfortable so I never hired them back. I did however hire that lady back and she is great. Clean freaks hires their "self employed" cleaners and only pays them $20 an hour and makes them buy their newown supplies. Clean freaks made $125 a week from me and she only got $40 and had to buy her supplies. That's highway robbery, not self employment. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS U SUPPORT THIS KIND OF TREATMENT.

I hired these people to clean my home during a six week stay in the hospital. Since I had not been discharged before the cleaning , my 83 year old mother supervised the people who came . Well, lie and behold , one of the workers broke the faucet in my daughter's bathroom probably leaning on it to clean the mirror above sink . Owner refused to pay for damage or give me a discount because according to her she already had. Now I am responsible to my landlord to replace the entire faucet . Do not use Clean Freaks ! I have been self employed as an artist since graduating from college , if I treated my clients this way, I wouldn't have been in business for 20 years .

I love this company! We only have our house cleaned professionally around the holidays. Clean Freak employees are extremely professional and go above and beyond! (They cleaned in areas that other cleaners I've used just don't.) They are efficient and thorough. They bring their own vacuums…the best in the industry! They also own the "My Vacuum Shop by Clean Freaks" at Memorial & 111th in south Tulsa and carry top of the line vacuums and cleaning products. DON'T USE THEM! They over charge. I was paying 140 for 2 hours of work when I was suppose to get 4 1/2. When I complained, they gave me 3 hours. They have lots of turn over and you house never smells clean when they are done. The floors stay dirty. The girls that clean are nice (if they are here long enough to get to know them) but they get paid so bad in relation to what they charge the customer. They also get the bill wrong most the time. Use anyone else…trust me!
