UPDATE: These guys are the best. There was a scheduling mixup and they didn't show up for a scheduled cleaning; when I checked in, they fixed the issue immediately by heading over ASAP and doing the work immediately. The cleaning is great–they eliminated stains left by a guest's pet that I thought would never come out. And the price was excellent.
I'm not going to ding them for the scheduling snafu–that sort of thing happens. I care a lot more about how they handle things like that, and these guys handled it exactly right. They showed up very quickly, did the work very quickly, charged a very fair price and did an excellent job. We'll keep calling them whenever we need a carpet cleaned.
Great service and excellent price. We had some extreme stains that we couldn't budge on our own, and by the time we called in professionals they'd been there for months.
The cleaners warned us that they couldn't guarantee anything due to the type of stain, the length of time, and the fact that we'd used whatever chemicals on our own. But in fact, they got the carpet virtually spotless.
In addition to doing a great job, they did it quickly and for a reasonable price. They also communicated well with us, which we particularly appreciate. Great service, highly recommended.

She works non-stop for 4 hours plus brings treats for my dog who thinks she is just the best ever. She is thorough and friendly.

WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER!!! I would never recommend this to ANYONE! HORRIBLE SERVICE. The maids were supposed to clean my house during a 4 hour time frame, and I came back and nothing had been done. I took 17 pictures of how awful the house looked and have been speaking with the manager who will NOT let me speak to the owner to receive a refund. THese people are thieves! They have essentially robbed me of my money and I will call every day until I get it back.

I used Maid Pro for almost a year, not because I was happy with them I was not. I continuously had problems with the organization and management of the company. They originally said with the size of the house it would take two to three staff three hours to clean. Usually one person showed up. They did not mop, vacuum, or dust very well. They went at least a month or more without a vacuum because "it was broke". Cleaning continued to be hit miss as well as the staff. Through the year I had two staff members I was just getting used to and they developed "medical problems" The rest of the time it was someone new just about every week, no knowledge of my house, how or what to clean. The staff would tell me they are not asked about where they want to clean, so there is no organization to keep staff consistent, the cleaning staff stated they never knew where would be each week. I had to supply all cleaning material, granite, travertine, wood floors, stainless steel, copper as the company would only supply one kind of cleaner that was not appropriate for all surfaces. I had to have them stop cleaning my stainless steel refrigerator and stove in kitchen as they must have wore rings and was scratching the metal on the refrigerator, when they removed the grates on the stove they were not lifting but scrapping the stainless steel when they were moved and the last straw was the went the wrong direction and it made linear scratches with what ever cloth they were using. One week the staff member that was sent could not figure out how to open our lock box and went home. She left a flyer, so I called and the company was unaware that it happened and made no attempt to reschedule the cleaning. I have had missed cleaning due to illness. We were gone quite a bit and I came home this last time and a tall glass vase I had umbrellas by the back door in was gone. The umbrellas were on the dining room table. I asked about it to them and they said "huh, we have no reports of breakage", that was the end of that. I rarely complained as I was gone quite a bit, but when I noticed something I would say it. The last time they saw the writing on the wall and cancelled me before I could cancel them. If there is an owner I really hope they read these reviews, I only had the luxury of dealing with Meilssa.

I've not had one complaint about the job Beth does at our house once a month. She is truly a lifesaver. I don't know what the house would be like without her. She leaves the floors and carpets spotless. She dusts everywhere. The bathrooms are sparkling. She even does the oven when asked! We have met her on two occasions and both times she was friendly, personable, and totally professional. She's super patient with our dogs barking at her from their kennel the whole time she's here. I don't know what I would do without Beth and Maid Pro.

This was the first time I ever hired a cleaning service and just wanted some extra help detail cleaning before I have my baby (39 weeks pregnant) so I wouldn't have to worry about it for awhile after. The lady that came out Shannon was super nice and got to work right away. She was here for about 3.5 hours which in that time I came and went to do errands. I was very impressed by how quickly she got things done. I definitely couldn't have cleaned my house like she did in that time frame! I have a dog that sheds everywhere and our couches look great! I had special requested that the blinds be cleaned and have the dishes done as well. Overall very happy with the work that was done and I definitely saved me a lot of time and energy. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because of the cost. It breaks down to 40-45 an hour for the one time clean which is really pricy. Definitely worth doing once or twice a year but wish I would be able to do it more if it was so expensive!
