They arrived an hour and a half late. They showed up in a very unprofessional manner. Upon "completing" the cleaning they had hardly cleaned anything and did not clean what we asked them to. We had to repeatedly go around our home to show what else we needed done. I eventually just agreed that it was good enough. After going through the house the next few days, I honestly don't even know what he cleaned or if he did anything. I have cleaned everything in my home myself, and have not found one part of the home that looks clean after his service. At first I felt bad because the man that came was so kind and nice, but honestly I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back…
Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us.
Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said.
We paid $200 for literally nothing. We had just moved into our house and I wanted the house to be cleaned before we brought our stuff in and instead of being able to put things away I had to spend hours doing what I thought I paid someone else to do…

If you are looking to have all your narcotics and medications stolen then I highly recommend The Maids of Perrysburg. The crew that I had out to our home stole over $7,500 worth of narcotics and cancer drugs from our home along with an expensive designer Versace scarf valued at over $600. The worst part about it was they did it when we had been home and did not notice until after they left when I went to take the medications I am on. To think a company steals from a cancer patient is absolutely horrible. After the incident was reported within hours to the company and the owner we received a phone call denying that anything like that would have happened not even owning up to the fact that his employees stole from a client. It is shocking to me that they are even asking for a review from me. If you need to verify the information the Lucas County Sheriff's Office has a criminal report that was filed due to the nature of the crime and value of what was taken. I would never recommend them to anyone. The sad part was they did a great job at cleaning the home and little did we realize they would clean us out of medications as well. The even more sad part was our health insurance did not cover any more of the medications as we are quantity limited per month and had to pay out of pocket.

When they finish cleaning, our house gleams, it sparkles! We have never had any kind of a problem with them. They always come, they always clean, beautifully, what we expect them to clean, and sometimes we are surprised that they do more than we expected! And they do it so quickly! We are never home when they clean, so we are always surprised to see how clean everything is, in such a short time. It's like having a team of fairy godmothers!!

The Maids are very nice to work with and our house smells clean when they are done. They are also very accommodating with our schedule. However after several years, our area rugs are still put back in the wrong spot so it is sometimes difficult to open the door. I like my things to be put back where they were. Different teams can come to clean depending on the day of the week so not everyone is familiar with our home. But I think they should be.
