Teresa gave me a reasonable quote for a move out deep clean – the house is quite large and had some tough spots under where the washer and dryer were, and inside the oven and dish washer. It was also a 1600 square foot house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Teresa and her team were on time and got the job done. The homeowners were very pleased with the results and I wasn't charged for any cleaning related fees from my deposit. Would recommend this business 🙂

Tenants moved out and literally trashed the place! I have never in my life seen filth, grime, like these tenants left! Disgusting! Dog urine, smoke, among other things. My usual cleaning lady went and said nope, sorry! This is too much! I can't clean all this by myself 🙁
I contacted Teresa for a quote via yelp and she responded immediately. I needed someone to go clean the next day and she said she could do it. She came and gave me an estimate and she brought her crew the next day and cleaned the house from Top to bottom. They were there for about 9 hours but man the filth those tenants left was unreal! She cleaned the walls, the floors, the windows, the bathrooms! She made it look like when I lived in the home. Thank you Teresa for squeezing me in and for making my home clean again!

I have a four bedroom four bath and I am in the process of a Marie Kondo overhaul. I recently got rid of a lot of my furniture and I mainly just needed the walls clean for this time. We have vaulted ceiling's and three levels so I knew it would be a big job so I told them only to do the first 4 feet high for the walls.We have four kids and the walls get messy especially since they are little and they hold on to the stairs climbing up. When I got back home were still many spots on the wall throughout the house that were dirty. I paid for two hours(with 2 workers) plus a $35 tip. I did however see that on my cameras they were walking around my house and looking through the rooms, and our belongings( expected with any service I guess), but those same walls in the rooms were not cleaned. We ended up being canceled from the service because a worker was injured and they no longer had anyone available. However, I had found a service for half the price that does a better job so I'm OK with that.

Prices are SUPER HIGH. Before Covid, the lady's that crossed the border every day to make a living. These ladies worked so hard, and I am speaking from experience. The average price to clean a home would be under $100.00. Again, people are taking advantage to charge so much knowing that the ladies can not cross the border! I had a few estimates and my mouth dropped. From $150 which is for 2 ladies to $350.00. They say it's for deep cleaning. That's an insult to me saying that my house really dirty, WOW!!

We used Natural Solutions to clean our home before our parents come to visit as our first visitors since pandemic started! The cleaners were very polite and professional. America led the crew and the house was spotless when they left! They even cleaned out our little toaster oven and it looks brand new. Our porcelain sink is even cleaner than it was when we moved in! I was also very impressed that they got our shower sparkling clean! Also, we have 2 dogs and I did not see a single dog hair when the cleaners left!

I paid for whole-house cleaning service and carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, I was moving from out of state and was not there to inspect the day the services were completed, but I spoke to my contact with the company and he seemed to convey what was completed and only informed me of some scratches on appliances that were there before his crew started.
When I arrived in San Diego, there were several cleaning concerns (ceiling splatters and grease in cupboards and above the stove) that were able to be removed with my cleaning products, so it seems a minor oversight.
My main issue is that in each bedroom there appeared to be a rust colored staining on the carpet in each entryway and streaks in other areas of the room. Online appears to suggest wicking or some other byproduct of a machine-cleaned carpet. I contacted the company with pictures and was in contact over text message hoping that they would stand by their work and make it right, however I was responded with reasons that it wasn't their fault and then was ghosted with no reply when I asked why this wasn't brought up in the initial phone call when work was initially completed. If the carpets could not be cleaned, instead of taking money, it would've been better to refuse to do the service and recommend a different one (e.g. replace).
The missed spots on the cleaning I could've ignored. But, not standing by your work on the carpets, not working to make it right, and being unresponsive are what I wasn't able to let go.

Green Frog House Cleaning Honest Reviews
My prior housecleaner rescheduled on me last minute twice and I knew I needed someone reliable.
So I called Green Frog and they picked up immediately. Luckily they had a cancellation the next day so they could come clean my house at my preferred time! For the quote, they gave me a large range for my 3 bd, 2bath 1400 sq ft 1 story home – i think it was from $250-350+ depending on how many hours it took to clean.
My house is pretty tidy (no kids, no pets, with one of the bathrooms rarely being used). So I was a bit surprised the cost after the service was on the higher end. But ultimately it was still well within the quoted range and I was very satisfied with the level of clean they got the house.
They arrived on time and I was able to show them around and point out areas that I wanted extra attention paid to. After they finished the gave me a quote for monthly cleaning and it was super reasonable! I like how they brought their own eco-friendly supplies and vacuum.

The attached pictures say it all, as far as I can tell they didn't take out a single bag of trash in the *three* hours *three* of them were there. And the rub is they had to pass two GD dumpsters on the way to their cars when it was time to leave. So 3 hours and $589 dollars later they stick me with 4 bags of trash to take out by myself, when there were three of them an we could have each carried a single back. And maybe after 15 years in San Diego i still haven't adapted to the housekeeping culture here which is perfectly to clean your house using you're trash bags. But asking the snowflakes to carry a single bag of trash to the dumpster might impinge on the TikTok video they're filming on the way to their cars, and they obviously need one hand to hold the phone, and the other to toss their hair this way and that as they bitch about the cleaning company that just hired them and expected them to actually clean a toilet during their first week on the job when they were still taking in the vibrations. And then the waterworks come as she describes being told not once, but twice, to get in there and clean that toilet. And I was so traumatized by the way they *told* me to do something. DId you get that, they actually told me to do something, as if they owned me. And I can already feel the PTSD coming on, and I am pretty sure i will never be able to clean a toilet again after this, so that's what i am going to tell the boss when we get back, and he's just going to have to live with it.
3 hours, 3 "cleaners", 4 bags of trash, $589, and ran out of time in a 1,000 sq. ft. condo to even enter the Guest Bedroom, the Guest Bathroom, The Master Bathroom, or the floor in the Master Bedroom. And I hired them in anticipation of showing my place in the interest of selling it, but they did a lot more sweeping and wiping than actual cleaning, and there's just no way I could recommend them in good conscience.
I did bring these concerns to their attention, including sending them the same photos, and their response was to offer me a $30 refund, which I told them to go ahead and keep so they could buy all their superstars lunch.

We just had our second cleaning with Green Frog and now I'm basking in the afterglow of our clean home! With two hairy little dogs plus one medium sized hairy person and one extra large hairy person, none of whom have either the time (humans) or the opposable thumbs (canines) to deep clean, we were in need of help!
After the wonderfully thorough deep cleaning by Nataly's team in their first visit, I literally spent the rest of the day singing and dancing through my sparkly home because it made me so happy … then woke up again and did it the next day, too. (If you could hear my singing voice or see my dance moves, you might avoid using this service! Please don't let that dissuade you!)
I waited to write a review until our second cleaning, just to be sure the service was consistent and I'm pleased to say it went just as well! Jacqueline did a great job and was even patient and kind while being introduced to our wee hairy beasties.
In addition to great cleaning, I've been pleased with the company's proactive communications and flexibility when needed. Already looking forward to next month's visit!

I will never use this service again. They deserve a negative star! I wanted to do something nice for my son who is disabled and who has a caretaker. I ordered a deep clean. They sent over a newbie who walked off the job and told my son he was new could not do the job, and then he lied to his employer about what he saw in my son's apartment, i.e. syringes! My son called and was appreciative about the guy's honesty until I told him what he said! My son and his caregiver are highly upset as there has never been anything like that ever near them! I had the caregiver call and tell the company the worker lied and now my son won't talk to me because he thinks I thought he would be the type of person to use syringes! Everyone is upset! Instead of sending an experienced cleaner over to rectify the situation to ameliorate the damage their worker created They did not honor their agreement! Not only are they unprofessional, they did real damage to people. Stay far away from these people! On top of that I paid good money for a deep professional clean and the guy was new and did not know how to clean, then lied, and walked off the job, making some excuse! Now my son will not talk to me because he thinks I thought badly of him and it has turned into a giant mess!

Absolutely horrible. I used this company for a move in/out cleaning for a 400 square foot granny flat. They sent three technicians, which I thought was excessive, but I figured three would get the job done faster. After two hours of cleaning by three people, these photos show what was left when I came to inspect. "Move in/out" was marked by the technician on my receipt, so there was no miscommunication. The job was for a deep clean. It is my understanding that when a cleaner comes to prepare a living space for someone to move in, it should be move-in ready in terms of cleanliness. This is clearly not what I got. Over $300 is what I spent for this. Because this was a rental, someone was moving in the following day and I had to quickly find another cleaning company to come in and do the job correctly. When I asked Green Frog for a refund, they apologized and sent me half of what I paid. Completely unacceptable. Horrible cleaning and customer service. I would like to give a shout out to Coastal House Cleaning who came out same-day and did an amazing job fixing the inadequacies of Green Frog's "work."

Just had Green Frog do our initial deluxe cleaning while I was at work and my husband was home. The representative first quoted him $260 for the work to be done. During the process, she called for additional help without our knowledge and did not communicate there would be additional charges for the extra person. My husband was shocked to see the invoice had jumped to $398 due to her calling in someone on her own accord.
Once they left I personally felt like we were overcharged and began to look at the house. When looking at the house compared to their check list I see that items that were said to have been done were not. Dusting was my main concern so I was pretty bummed to see each fan/light fixture was skipped over and there were still cobwebs in the hallway.
Personally I feel like they took advantage of my husband trusting that they would do their job without having to hover over them and I won't be recommending Green Frog to family and friends. My house is clean but not $400 clean.

We hired Green Frog to clean 2 houses after construction. They checked back with me to confirm the day and time, and sent a friendly, efficient group of 3. They did an excellent job cleaning and were very responsible. The crew brought their own equipment, but we're happy to use specific supplies for my new floor which I provided. We are super happy to finally have consistency with Ravyn. Our only hiccup prior was that at first we always had the techs that only last a couple months. Shout out to Haley who came by today. I have quite a few plants but she made sure all surfaces were cleaned. All of my items were safely moved out of the way and placed back in their spots. No issues or missed spots found on the final walk through as well.

Super happy with the job done by the girls with Tranquil Home! They were here right on time and arrived with all the equipment and cleaning supplies needed for a deep clean. They both worked very hard the entire time they were here. I had some "challenging" stains in my oven and along my window frame and they did a great job erasing them.

Their service may be good for a weekly or bi-weekly dusting/cleaning of your home, but definitely not good if you need to get a real cleaning job done. I needed a move-in "deep clean" service, but the job that two people did each for 4.5h I could have done myself in 1-2h. The staffs needed to be supervised to actually do some work and at the end, the state of the home was not much different compared to what it was. They basically do not use any chemicals, so you can imagine how much work can be done by a simple brush and mop. After much argument and request for refund, I was still charged about $250 for a 1200sqft home (original bill was close to $500). For comparison, my previous landlord (Irvine Company) charged me $160 for a real cleaning of the 760sqft apartment (and I did not do any cleaning before vacating), and based on my and others experience, they do a really good job of cleaning down to the last stain/dust because they it is their policy to want the next tenant to have a brand-new looking home.
In short, I do not recommend their service for major/extensive cleaning needs.

I requested quotes from multiple companies via Yelp before selecting this company. They were prompt in their reply and competitive with pricing. I was able to set up an account through their website and I received multiple emails and texts regarding my service, both before and after, which were nice reminders and summaries of work.
I requested a move in/out deep clean. Note that there is a 30-minute arrival window for the cleaner. I didn't know this, as a lot of the texts I received said a precise time. Unfortunately, the cleaner was a no-show during the entire window. Nobody answered the company phone after multiple attempts, either, which was frustrating. They eventually got back to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They tried to get a cleaner to cover ASAP, but I ended up having to wait 3 hours to get somebody out there to complete the job. They comped the cleaning, which was the right thing to do. The work itself was of good quality.

We needed a deep clean and after getting quotes and looking at reviews we chose Tranquil. We liked that they used cleaner products and the prices were fair. For 3.5 hours it was $375 without tip and a discount for a review on Yelp.
Few things to note: skip the request on Yelp and just go to their website. That's where they direct you anyways.

The cleaners were on time at 8:00 am which I appreciated but they don't notify when they on their way. I have a dog that I have to put in the cage so a 10 minute heads up would be nice.

I booked Tranquil Home after seeing the great reviews on Yelp. I was relocating to the San Diego area from Cincinnati and knew after a 36 hour drive I would not want to clean upon arrival. The previous tenant had a cat and I'm allergic so thought it was worth the spend to hire for a deep cleaning. I just got here and to be honest it doesn't even look like the cleaner came. There are still clumps of cat hair throughout the house, the microwave wasn't cleaned, the fridge wasn't cleaned, the oven was not cleaned, I can run my finger across the metal countertop and you can see where I left a mark in the dust. There's human hair and soap marks left inside of the drawers. Looks like I now need to go head to Target when I was looking forward to a relaxing first evening in my new place. Beyond disappointed and frustrating.

Shortly after posting this review, the owner gave me a call and offered to refund me the entire cleaning fee and also scheduled time for another cleaner to stop by.
The second cleaner did a great job and was able to help me scrub a lot of grease off the oven and cleaned the spots the previous cleaner did not get like the bath tub. We also did a walkthrough before the cleaner left which I didn't get to do last time.

I scheduled a deep spring cleaning for today and they sent two cleaners to my home. I was very happy with one of the cleaner's work, and fairly disappointed in the other's. The place was pretty clean to start with so I was hoping for a deeper and very thorough look at everything. I was pleased to see the kitchen afterwards when I pointed out specific areas I wanted focused on. But some basic areas in the bedroom and bathroom such as the bed frame, ceiling fans, and mirrors did not get dusted. I also specifically asked for them to mop the floors, but it was evident that they did not cover everything. I have a lot of respect for cleaners because it's a chore that I hate (hence hiring someone) and I can understand how spots get missed, but for the price I paid for this service I felt that, overall, it was rushed and probably wouldn't book with them in the future.

The last couple of cleanings, I had noticed several scratches on my glass shower door. Comforts sent out a person to polish the scratches out, but he said that the scratches were too deep to be polished and that the door would have to be replaced. Carlos (from Comforts) came out and inspected the door himself. He said that he would file a claim with his insurance company. During the next cleaning I noticed more scratches. I called Carlos and he said that he wasn't going to replace the door. And that all future scheduled cleanings would be canceled. Their website says that they are bonded, so I will probably have to file a claim myself or take them to small claims court. Accidents happen, but the expectation is that the business will make it right. That clearly isn't happening here.

I had new tenets moving into my fully furnished condo and needed a deep clean of the couch as well as the mattresses as well as cleaning of the entire condo.
I had scheduled this service 3 months in advance.
A couple days before the service, the house keeper was unfortunately in an accident(she's ok now). This meant I had no one to clean my condo.
SD county cleaning cared so much about the service they weren't able to provide, that they decided to clean my couch and mattress for free due to this unforeseen issue.
I was able to hire another house keeper but couldn't believe they're dedication to still providing me cleaning service.
This company cares about its clients and puts them first.
Alex came in and went above and beyond. The couch and mattress look brand new. He took the time to discuss the reality of what could be cleaned and what would still look stained(wine on the bed).

SD County Cleaning was able to clean my house well and to do it the day after I contacted them. The price was extremely high for 2 1/2 hours of work by 2 people, but I was kind of up against the wall and didn't see that I had much flexibility. I probably won't contact them again if I need move-in/move-out cleaning. But I might. It's only money, after all.
Update: less than 2 minutes after I filed this review, I got a polite phone call from the company asking if I'd be willing to give them a higher rating if they refunded 15% of the price. I declined. a 4-star rating isn't going to hurt them, and 15% of the price isn't going to make a big difference in my life.

Do not engage in a discussion with Lesly. I have spent significant time trying to secure her services only to find that when she is cornered into committing to a time of service, the amount of money for the service, and the scope of the service. She responds, "That time is now booked". Three times I agreed three times she said "That time is now booked".
I'm filing a complaint with YELP. She is not an ethical person.

I hired these guys based on all the solid reviews and what i thought was a great price, and this is the first time I have had a "5 star" rated business fail on me so miserably. I had a deep clean done for my home. Or as they called it a DEEP Deep clean. Two people for six hours should be at most $500. I paid them $750. And i want to make it clear, it doesn't matter how long it takes if they did an amazing job. I am the only the second 5 star review on here, and i like yelp… but yelp can't work if all the reviews are stellar and the work is below average, and quite frankly just a complete rip off, and very defensive. They did offer to charge me half off the last bill, but will not admit the absolute lie that the guy was there for three hours. For $58/ hour i think every american could get filthy rich NOT cleaning my home ! I don't know who Lesly is.. but it's not a woman.. some guy on the phone pretending to be a woman for some reason- that should have been a red flag right there. Forcing me to give a clearance in front of your staff is a weak ploy. If you really cared about this business you would take this type of negative review and just make your business better, instead of trying to take advantage of people for short term gain. Yelp is a place of trust, and you have broken my trust of yelp with one truly bizarre experience. I have no idea how you got so many 5 star reviews, but it's undeserved. Update: calling my review fake is hilarious… sending me to collections… you probably owe me $500 for ripping me off… i have a duty to inform the public here what scoundrels you are, and using the US military background to brag about yourself is disgusting– nobody talked to your staff to steal them… why would i want to steal your people who don't know how to clean?! Telling me my wife and kids left me on private message?? sounds like a problem you had in your life… not mine! Asking you to come back a re-clean my place would be like asking a rapist to go on a date just to talk about what went wrong. Again… $58 / hour is OUTRAGEOUS to clean a home unless you actually clean the home in that time.

The 2 ladies did a wonderful job. They were early and got to work immediately. I am a horrendous cleaner so when I saw the job they did I was thrilled. Also kudos to the ladies, they let me know the AC was leaking water which happens every 2 yrs. they told me and the damage was minimal. Thank you!!!! We contacted on Friday night and was able to schedule a deep cleaning for Monday! Maria showed up promptly at nine o'clock Monday morning and took a look around, asking questions about exactly what we needed done. We explained that we had just had a major pool and landscaping project completed and needed to get rid of the residual dirt and dust. Maria got right to work and worked diligently until the job was done, including wiping down our appliances inside and out and cleaning our ceiling fan blades! Wow wow wow ! The customer service is amazing ! I called last minute on a Saturday to see if they could send someone that day or the next day. Someone promy answered with a time they could come the next day and a quote. I had a two bedroom one bath and was quoted 250 to clean the whole thing (deep clean), as i was moving out. I ended up not needing the second bedroom to be cleaned, and they dropped the price to 200.
The gentleman they sent me was extremely fast and asked me if everything looked ok and how exactly i wanted everything. He did a pretty good job and i am very happy with the service. There were little spots he missed in the kitchen and bedroom but they were very Easy to correct.

Just had a professional move in cleaning a few days ago and are very happy with the full service this company provided. I managed to use Yelp to message several companies before making a decision, and was thankful for all replies. I did choose one of the companies that replied to me the fastest, which is a big plus.
The day of the cleaning was very straight forward, and they showed up just in time. They did clean more parts of the house than other companies, which was part of the decision making. During the cleaning process, we had the owner or manager visit the house to double check everything was going according to plan.

We hired SD County for a "deep clean". The cleaning we received was average. The technician was conscientious and cared about his quality. However, in the hours and days following the cleaning we noticed things that definitely should have been addressed in a deep cleaning (ie. a hair/dust bunny stuck to the bottom of the barstool chair, etc.). Good for standard cleaning. I did a move out clean. Don't expect a miracle, and don't expect a deep clean. They did ask if there's anything else that needed attention. So that was my mistake when I walked through not noticing little things like dust on the base boards and corners. It did help a lot and it did save time For the move because I didn't take any time off for it. I compared their price and services with a few others, and they had the best to offer.
They vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the stove oven and fridge, wiped down the inside of the windows.

I've had a really good experience with Marcela's Cleaning Services! It is very easy to schedule with her and she's deploys consistent and reliable staff to clean homes and apartments. In my first cleaning they even deep cleaned my air fryer which to be honest, I was NOT expecting but was such a pleasant surprise! My place is by no means huge or big for that matter, but even in the space that I have Marcela's staff does a high quality job of cleaning and getting into the crevices of certain areas. The ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because she doesn't consistently deploy the same staff members to my home every time. From a safety perspective I would prefer to only have the same staff members because I don't want multiple people that I don't know knowing where I live and being inside my home. I haven't necessarily had any issues with it at this point, but the potential is there and I wish that was more closely regulated. BUT other than that element, this place does provide consistent, high quality, and very affordable cleaning services.

First time hiring Marcela's cleaning service for a general cleaning today. They did a very thorough job and left the house sparkling and clean! No complaints with the cleanliness. However, the company phone number does not work and I couldn't reach anyone there when the women that were coming to clean my home were an hour and a half late. It was scheduled for 8am and I didn't hear a single thing from anyone until after 9. Even then, they said they were outside and I didn't see anyone until 9:30. The only excuse was traffic, but they had my number and could have called to let me know at 8am when I was expecting them.
I was looking forward to finding a good quick and efficient cleaner that could come monthly and although they did a great job, it is not reliable to be working from home and not know if or when the cleaners are going to show up and no clue how long it is going to take. Again, I thought they did a wonderful job and they were very sweet, but there was no communication and no apologies for being over an hour late which was frustrating.

I won't be using Marcelas cleaning services again. I was disappointed that the whole cleaning team didn't wear masks when doing a move out clean for my apartment. One person did wear a mask for some of it. They wound up doing a good job, but there were some marks on the wall that they just left. I asked them to come back to try to correct it while I was doing my move out inspection and they got some of the marks out, and left others.
The biggest reason that this isn't a higher rating is the scheduling for the cleaning. I used Yelp to schedule the cleaning. The crew came on the wrong day first, and then 2 hours late on the correct day.
One recommendation to the cleaners would be to bring a step stool to use for cleaning. The cleaning crew that came to clean my apartment were rather short, which meant they had to balance on furniture as I didn't have a step stool for them to use. There were some high surfaces that they didn't clean.

I requested a quote from a bunch of places via Yelp for move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. Marcela's cleaning service ended up being one of the most fairly priced readily available services, especially since I was booking it a week prior to the last day of my lease.
I booked everything online and it was pretty convenient, with most of my correspondence happening over Yelp. They added the carpet cleaning to my reservation pretty easily as well.
I would have rated it 5 stars because the 3 ladies who came to clean my old place did SUCH an amazing job. It was good as new and I barely even had to be there for any of it. I also had a very easy time paying online through Venmo. The ladies who came didn't really speak a lot of English it seemed, but understood well and I understood enough Spanish too for me to give enough instruction to them.
I'm knocking down 1 star primarily because of they came 30 mins later than my scheduled appointment. Normally this wouldn't be a big issue, but given it was move out cleaning, I had come to my old place at 8am having now lived 40+ mins away. I was informed the morning of that they'd be there at 8:30am. I probably could have just left the place unlocked for them honestly, but didn't think of it soon enough. It would have been nice to know maybe the night or so before if anything especially since I was working after that as well. They also did break a few of the blinds at the place, which is regular wear and tear that I understand, but I wasn't notified by anyone nor were any notes left till I was doing the walkthrough with my former landlord. Again–not the hugest deal since they were older blinds, but would have been nice to be informed at least. Mostly constructive feedback that could be easily communicated really 🙂
Would I book Marcela's again after all that? I would actually, in a heartbeat. I love supporting women owned, and especially minority owned businesses when I can. Even with small things that are easily fixable with better communication, I think they did a fantastic job and were one of the cheaper priced services.

What a wonderful team! Very pleased with the level of communication, and the COVID-19 precautions.
I called on Marcela's team for a quick turnaround need. The team was very responsive via Yelp, and we were able to book time for two days out after a little back and forth. The prices are very reasonable, and a crew of three was sent to take care of the house.
I was looking for general surface cleaning, along with dusting, floors and the oven. Overall, the house looked and smelled amazing after the cleaning.
Later, I was surprised to find that the team had taken care of a few touches that were wonderful even though I had not made the request. They remade the bed in the primary room, did a more extensive cleaning on the bathroom floors, wiped down the blinds (people always want extra for that) shook out and vacuumed the mats, and also got this pesky piece of tape off of a chrome appliance.
I was thrilled — so much that I booked them again say day for the next cleaning.
The entire crew wore facial coverings, kept their distance from us in the household, and were very detailed oriented.

I just bought a new home, and I wanted very good attention to detail for cleaning. Absolutely Clean Agency gave me great service for a reasonable price while detailing everything they planned to clean. Since my house had been recently renovated, there was a lot of construction and paint spots on tiles, and the cleaning crew took care of all of that!
I also had Absolutely Clean Agency clean the windows, they did a decent job for a fair price.
I would 100% recommend and hire this company again. Great communication, ease of booking an appointment, quality of work, and professionalism are all big reasons why this review is a 5!

Yelp's Request a Quote did me right, yet again! I used the function to hunt for a new house cleaner, with my first request being a deep clean in prep for my new baby arriving. I'm in full nesting mode and I wanted no spec of dust anywhere.
I'll start by saying this was the most responsive out of the 4 businesses I began to speak with. Absolute Clean's owner, Oksana, was very attentive to my questions with very quick turnaround (within minutes) using Yelp's Messaging feature.
They showed up within the window provided with all their own supplies.
Although not the cheapest quote I got, I picked this agency because they priced out the service itself for me, rather than responding with an hourly rate. They have a deep cleaning list on their website, and the price covered all the actions listed and supplied two cleaners. The quote was focused on my square footage and on the job itself, not how long it would take (which likely depends on how dirty things are). To me this equaled a win because I felt the cleaners would be fast and focused, rather than pacing to fill up the time booked.
My thought process was correct: I've had cleaners in the past booked for 2.5 or even 4 hour blocks of time, and they seemed to move with a lack of sense of urgency. Oksana's team was the total opposite. They were super detailed, fast and focused on the checklist. My home took them a little over three and a half hours to deep clean, and it was such a better result than other agencies I've dealt with on a hourly basis.
After the service, Oksana followed up via text requesting feedback for any concerns (I had none) and even while the cleaning was happening the cleaners checked in with me to see if I was happy or had anything I wanted them to go over again (I didn't). They were both professional and presented themselves as trustworthy.
I'm probably going to use this agency as my regular cleaners going forward and cancel my other service – It's a better functioning business than the handful of others I've tried and as for the clean, I'm perfectly happy!

We called them for deep cleaning, 2 nice ladies did an ok job, I wouldn't call them again though.
On top of the base deep cleaning price they charged extra for windows & blinds. I was fine but didn't expect blinds to be still dirty after the job. Insides of the shelves were still dusty, my wife had to wetwipe before putting the goods. After running your finger you can easily see a dirt layer inside the cabinets, blinds etc.
Anyway I won't coming back and won't recommend them for deep/cleaning.

I found some circle that was sticky and was able to look near the floor by the door hinge and see we're they missed cleaning the floor. The counters have dusty white powder still on them. They got right back to me and got me in the next day! Not sure if I just got lucky, but that was the easiest time I've had scheduling a cleaning ever.
The crew came on time, and the cleaning was no drama. They knew what to do, and they neither left things dirty nor over-cleaned. (Some services try too hard to clean things they shouldn't and end up wrecking things. These folks wrecked nothing.)
Pricing-wise, their quote for my apartment wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't outrageous. If you have a tight schedule and need a no-drama cleaning, I would definitely recommend them as the first place to reach out to.

I searched Yelp for cleaning services and chose this company because it had so many 5-star ratings. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I also just moved from the east coast and I am missing my previous cleaners. On the east coast, I paid a $200 flat rate for one or two cleaners to clean a 2,000 square foot house with furniture as needed, which was usually once every 3 weeks-4 months. They cleaned it like to was their own home. They even cleaned inside my microwave and the coffee pot. Windows and even cat towers were included upon request.
Things Absolutely Clean did well: The quote and scheduling process went smoothly. They were able to find cleaners for me very quickly which was important to me. They sent enough people who arrived early within the arrival window which is much appreciated. They were flexible with changes to the cleaning plan.
This was my first time working with a cleaning agency as opposed to directly with the cleaners. I learned that a move-in cleaning was different than a deep cleaning and they can only do either or. They were flexible with changing my deep cleaning to a move-in cleaning as my stuff was still in transit across the country. I also learned that changes to the plan usually meant changes with the price and it goes through a process of me asking the cleaners, the cleaners asking the agency, and the agency confirming with me. More steps, but being on the same page about plan and price is appreciated. Windows were add-ons and not included, which I was aware of. I really wanted my house absolutely clean and I was willing to spend the money.
It was a lot of money though. $935! $575 flat rate for a move in clean, 15 windows inside at $6 each, 12 windows both sides at $12 each, 8 blinds at $12 each, and 2 glass doors at $15 each. I was surprised there was a "two step ladder, no reach" cleaning rule for safety which is understandable. But who do I need to call to clean the high ledges and chandeliers?
My greatest disappointment during this experience was that I had to ask them to clean the tops of door frames again and I got push-back from one of the cleaners. It was still dirty. It was within the two step ladder rule. For all the money I paid for windows and blinds, the top of the blinds were still dirty. I got push-back from one of the cleaners who said they cleaned it but it was just so dirty it's going to require more cleanings in the future. Yes, the tops required more than just wiping a couple of times. Is it too much to expect wipe until clean these days?
At first, I thought this 2,600 square foot house is a big project and I made some additions at the beginning, so maybe I'll just clean above the doors and blinds, which I was able to do for the master bedroom. But then I got tired and was really hoping they would help with the rest. One of the cleaners did help but the others were ready to go. This is different from how I imagined a flat rate project worked. I didn't even check the floorboards. I was too tired.
The bathrooms, kitchen, and windows looked amazing afterwards. I really appreciated their help with cleaning out the old empty cupboards and storage shelves (which are included in a "move in" clean since they're empty but not in a "deep clean").
I don't like micromanaging. I just started micromanaging these kind of services because I had a recent terrible experience with Pack & Load Services.
I wouldn't say Absolutely Clean made my house absolutely clean. They did a good initial cleaning. I'm not sure it was worth the money but I was too tired from moving across the country to look for a better deal.

I don't even know where to begin, my home has never been so clean! To say I was impressed would be an understatement. They took the time to make sure everything was spotless and it showed. I have a little area between my ottoman and the wall that no other company bothered cleaning, Absolutely Clean mopped it. The biggest surprise was when I opened my refrigerator, it was like it was brand new. They even took the time to sweep off my doormat – no one else has ever done that. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat – you will not be disappointed!

I had a deep clean last month and a team of 3 people came. It was very easy to book and they were super responsive over email. They did a very attentive job, yet no couches were touched, which I found odd. In any case, a couple weeks later i realized one of my oven doors would not open properly. I have a double oven so hadn't used that particular oven since the clean and no one else in my house had. I contacted them and it's been radio silence. No one noted that they had broken the oven door at the clean and the company has never responded. Just beware that if you do get a clean (a very expensive clean, I may add) and something goes wrong, there will be no care or consideration given to you.

I was helping a friend who looked for house cleaning service. I was convinced to try Yellow Glove Cleaning based good reviews on Yelp. They had a long list of what deep cleaning covers but apparently it wasn't done as promised. When we came inside and checked, it was pretty shocking to find how incomplete it seemed. Dusty tables, unswept floors, stains on shower handles/faucet, black molds around bathtub…etc
I was embarrassed to recommend this company to a friend. He said his previous cleaning service experience at $200 was way better than this. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Not worth the money!

I used this service to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2000 sq ft. house. 3 women came and did an adequate job quickly. My issues with them are the cost of $240 dollars, (charging me an extra $40 to do the baseboards, one of which they nicked). I had to have a handyman patch it afterwards because they were newly installed and in perfect condition before they came. They told me they were expecting to clean a 2 bedroom house when I clearly told them it was 3 bedrooms, and they repeated that back to me on the phone when I booked them, and the LVT floor was not that clean afterwards. I actually redid them myself afterwards and got so much more dirt off them it was unbelievable. If I spend that much I don't think I should have to redo their work. I will never use them again.

Definitely not 5-star cleaning. I needed to have my house "deep cleaned" prior to putting in on the market for sale and this company was recommended by my realtor. Prior to their coming I had some wood floors refinished and the folks who did that were very careful about confining the dust and cleaning up after themselves, you have to be if you are staining and sealing wood. Yellow Glove complained that there was dust "everywhere" which is much more than they expected. The entire downstairs of the house is tile and that was cleaned and sealed by another company. Despite that Yellow Glove complained about the dirty floors. One section of wall was dirty where my dog liked to lay and Yellow Glove made no effort to clean that at all, I guess their idea of deep cleaning and mine are not the same.
I would definitely not recommend these folks to anyone, prices are high, communication with the cleaners is an issue and the job was sub-par.

I requested cleaning from here prior to moving out of my apartment.
I only wanted simple things to be taken care of but the cleaning I received didn't quite hit the mark.
I got a complaint that the ladies who cleaned the apartment used abrasive chemicals resulting in chemical burn to clean the tub and was told that the finish of the tub had to be redone because of it. I have to note here that I do not have abrasive chemicals so it could have not been my doing.
Also, the fridge and oven were not quite cleaned properly and received a comment that it was quite dirty still.
The window sills were also unclean as well.
I reached out to them personally if they could come out to reclean the apartment but was told they needed at least 48 hours' notice to schedule another cleaning. Leasing office told us either have them reclean it or ask for a partial refund. They provided us neither.
I opted to pay more out of pocket to find another cleaning service on short notice.
The reason behind them not offering partial refund was "You did not tell us to clean according to leasing management's standards. We made an agreement with you, not the leasing office."
Well in my defense, how could you satisfy this customer if you couldn't also satisfy another party?
It's like saying you cleaned to the standard of your own, versus two other opinions.
I could not be present at the time of cleaning as this was scheduled during the COVID outbreak. You would think they could provide better service to us instead of blaming us for not telling them it was per leasing office's standards.
The moment you stepped onto the apartment property, wouldn't you have the slightest clue whether or not you would be cleaning per apartments standards? Common sense.

I contacted multiple companies about home cleaning and made the unfortunate mistake of choosing this one. They requested additional info from me which I provided. The next day I had to contact them and ask if someone was going to contact me to schedule…? I still wasn't contacted but WAS scheduled at 0700. I called to let them know 7am was not ok. Really… who schedules someone for 0700 without contacting them? I was told 1100 the next day was available, but I would get a call back in 5 minutes to confirm. Nope. 3 hours later I was scheduled THE FOLLOWING DAY at 0700 again. Called again and was told they had just booked the 1100 slot. Cool so while I waited patiently it was ignored. I was then told they could do 1300. I said ok, but I wanted to be removed from the reoccurring scheduling because of all this. I'll give them a shot though. Got a call back 5 minutes later and 1300 wasn't good for them. I know they will read this, and they know exactly what happened. This is for the rest of people trying to book a service. Thank you for apologizing but you wasted multiple days of my time and this was extremely unprofessional, so this review was necessary.

Other than that, the quality of work is horrendous. These young ladies basically did a light wipe down. They did not do ANYTHING I asked. They left our unit FILTHY. Just absolutely lazy, sloppy work. There was no way I was paying them 180 and severely reduced their pay after speaking with the manager, Evugene. See attached photos.

Move out cleaning included window sills, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, wiping down of cabinets, baseboards, dusting of ceiling fans, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. I will start by saying Evgeny was very kind and not at all difficult to work with. When Ana came to our house, we also thought she was lovely. However, they simply do not do a great job. We tried them for weekly cleanings for several months and the floors were never clean…the furniture was never really dusted, and our things were repeatedly broken. Today was the last straw when a piece of the floor molding was just missing after they left. After digging through the trash we were able to find it. They denied even throwing it away. Evgeny did not charge us when things were broken of course and he was never ever rude. I want to give them another star for being nice people but the job they did was just not good.

We have been using Yellow Glove for four or five months now as a monthly cleaning service. All in all, I am very pleased. They are prompt and quick with their cleaning. They are thorough with a general cleaning, so I can do things like clean the baseboards, clean the fridge, and all those other nitty gritty parts of cleaning. I know what to expect when they come. The only reason I am not giving five stars is, if something is on the floor, they won't move it. Every time they come I have to move our shoe rack, our hamper, etc., otherwise they will just clean around those places.
What I have learned about trying other cleaning services, is it is very hard to find consistent service, and that is what I am getting with Yellow glove, so I will keep on using them as my monthly cleaning service.

Juan is the contact person and he was polite in responses. I used this company to provide "move-in" cleaning for our new townhome. We discussed my needs (oven/microwave inside and out, floors, walls, etc). Everything was cleaned well and as expected but they omitted the inside of the oven.

Communication was beyond great. They cleaned spots I didnt even think about cleaning. They made a stuff that I never thought would be clean look brand new.
I used them for a move-out service, so the house was mostly empty, but they collected all the lose items and placed them in bags outside for me to dispose and/or go through myself.
