My wife and I own several investment properties in Federal Way and Sacramento. We needed a company to do a "Move Out Cleaning" on a condo unit of ours in Federal Way. On the scheduled day of service the cleaning team arrived and spent 4 1/2 hours cleaning the unit. Because we are based in Sacramento we were not able to inspect the condo firsthand. We received specific feedback from property agents that several areas in the condo needed additional housekeeping attention. No problem. I figured since Hernan was so responsive before & during the job I would receive similar level of customer service after. Sent Hernan a text on feedback I had received and asked "him" to visit the unit to verify firsthand his assessment of housekeeping performance of his Team.

Yes, the service has received payment. Payment is not at issue. All parties were professional in every way before and during the job, so no previous hurt feelings. My only conclusion is "don't question job performance" because customer service only exist beforehand and not once a job is completed.

Please understand my first "ask" was to have Hernan simply visit the site firsthand and make his own assessment. I did not demand he send a Team. My feelings were if comments were accurate Hernan would see it himself and make the appropriate decision.

I guess I was wrong.

On 4th day my text was acknowledged by Hernan. Asking that pictures be taken and provided to him for verification.

No doubt Owner/Manager Hernan will follow up with a version that clouds the above more. Remember, I only asked that he stop by location in Federal Way and view firsthand with his own eyes and then act accordingly. Sparkling Kleen's offices are located in Tacoma a 15 minute to 20 minute drive to condo.

Communication was easy, response times were quick. I was given an hour window for arrival and the crew arrived 30min after that window–not a huge deal, I understand that the job before mine might have taken longer than expected. The two women were very courteous and kept masks on the whole time. I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't terribly impressed with the level of cleanliness (our upstairs still had some dirt on the floors). However, they asked me to inspect the house for anything they might have missed and I didn't ask them to clean the floors again, so it's partially on me.

These guys don't answer their phones or text back at all. I tried for over a week to get monthly cleaning setup and as of this review have not heard back from them.

The cleaning they did do was fine but not perfect. Leaving minor damage on my walls and wires for my electronics unplugged and tangled.

I would not recommend them until they get a better person to manage their phone lines. Someone who actually calls instead of always texting and who answers text messages in a timely fashion if texts are necessary

We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.

Unfortunately I have to leave a star and a review considering this is another occurrence of a no call no show. Confirmed cleaning do a move out at my house, and after my role attempt to get in contact with Betty, we received no email or call back.
Time is valuable but so is courtesy, I wouldn't recommend this business, and hopefully the communication and practice changes direction and turn these very real reviews, around.

My initial encounter with Betty was great – she gave a decent price ($ 325) and was available in a timely period. We discussed on a date for a move out clean and confirmed. I talked to her on 8/30 and set up a clean for Monday, Sept. 6 at 0900. However, on the day of, my fiancé showed up to the house at 845 am and waited half an hour for someone to show up. In the meantime I called Betty multiple times, left a couple voicemails, and an email…… yet no response whatsoever. We waited patiently but came to terms that no one was going to show up. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought that she accidentally booked a clean on Labor Day Holiday and that I would hear back from her first thing Tuesday. However.. still nothing. I called and left a voicemail again. Also, no email reply either.

At this point I am just flabbergasted. I'm a very understanding person but if you have a business, you should also be able to communicate with your clients. The lack of communication and customer service is frustrating and quite disappointing.

I needed a move-in deep cleaning done and only had 24hrs notice and a 48 hr time frame to get it done in, so I was very impressed when I was told they had an availble slot at 10:00 the next day. On the day and time of appointment it was a no-show and calls were to no avail. I had to call around and get another service because of the time frame, which was very stressful since most services weere closed. I was finally called 1hr 15min after the scheduled time, and was told they had accidently slept in, having dealt with a family emergency the night prior. I feel sympathy for anyone in that situation, but professionally thye should have canceled the night before and given themselves some grace. This was a time for them to focus on family and getting rest, and that would have allowed me some time to make other arrangements without complications. (The alternative service had to come a great distance and so they were not able to start unitl 1pm (not 10:00) and as a result we had to cancel plans for later that day. (important errands) )

I want to give them a good review. I had a deep clean appointment starting at 11 and lasting 4 to 5 hours. Our cleaner arrived after 11:30 and had to leave after 3 hours. She said she was not told that it was supposed to be 4 to 5 hours.
That, however, isn't what made me write this review. She did not seem to want to be here. It felt like it was an inconvenience to be cleaning our house. She also commented on the amount of dog hair and said, "I am not saying your house is messy.." worst of all though, she answered her phone and was telling her friend on the other line how she was sweaty and cleaning a house with so much dog fur everywhere! I was in the next room and found this to be very unprofessional. The weather is warming up and my dog is shedding.
I appreciate that she helped us clean (that is what we hired her for after all). I did not appreciate that I felt like I was being judged. I got a cleaner to do a deep clean because my house was a little messy and I don't have a lot of time outside of work and a young kid to manage it all.

American Maid Cleaning Honest Reviews

American Maid truly has gone above and beyond on ensuring my home looks spotless every time! Throughout the years, American Maid has carefully listened and acted on my OCD level of cleaning.

Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol).

Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings.

American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

I paid over $400 for a 5 star cleaning of essentially a one-bedroom ( only asked for one bedroom to be cleaned), two bath house. It did not even come close to what the website claims their 5 star cleaning entails. Large dust bunnies and dog toys were left untouched under the bed and other furniture. Multiple things on the comparison chart were not done. The patio doors were not cleaned, the fridge was not wiped down, plants were not dusted, some furniture was moved and not put back, the floors were streaked, baseboards and window sills were dusted (4-star) but not washed down (5-star) etc……. For their 5-star cleaning, this is unacceptable.

They sent out 2 cleaners. One was very good and the other not so much. It appeared that they either did not send enough people or did not give them enough time for a deep cleaning. They seemed very rushed. We do have pet hair but our house is not cluttered.

I did let them know that I was unhappy and Michelle offered to send someone out to remedy the situation but unfortunately we left the day after the cleaning for an almost 6 week road trip so it was not possible for them to come back. I had hoped that this 5-star cleaning would lay the ground work for them to continue coming every other week.

I was asked what I wanted them to do. I asked for them to return, and provide a proper 5-star cleaning for the price of a 4-star. I thought this was fair since they were unable to come back for no charge to complete the work. If this remedied the situation I was still willing to continue with 4-star cleaning every other week. I was ignored. Michelle stated that they needed to make some changes to their website. Hmmm….don't think I will be using them again.

I highly recommend American Maid cleaning services. American Maid has been cleaning our home for the past couple of years. The cleaning teams are always reliable, friendly and thorough. They leave our house spotless. The office staff is flexible and is ready to accommodate any special requests. 3 stars are for Michelle and customer service. Unfortunately the cleaning was just not worth the money. My house was vacant and I asked for a 5-star cleaning and paid a pretty penny. But there was still dust on the walls (asked for walls to be cleaned), and dirt in many places that should have been caught. I thought maybe it was stains but I was able to get them up with my magic eraser so that wasn't the caS They offered to come back out but I was already moving in. I just expected everything to be done right the first time.

What I like about REAL local, tax-paying services: (this is not one of those National Franchises that skims money out of town), it's a local business, YAY!

1. When I am old and feeble, I know the workers will also be getting social security too.
A friend got someone off Craig's list, who did serious damage to her floor. She's out of luck. American Maid is bonded and would make good if this happened. In a few years of service, no problems, but this would make it graceful if something broke.
3. A whole TEAM of cheery people arrive. And they have TEAM spirit! They wear basketball uniforms, have a coach who runs around and checks the work, and what do they call me? "One of our fans"

And they never never complain about us and our sloppy habits. They clean a teenager's room by making the bed and putting everything that WAS on the floor on the bed. Worked for us.

5 stars for sure. I just lost my mom and I had to get her place cleaned quickly. I could barely talk when I called and Michelle was just wonderful. I needed someone to say "relax we've got this covered " and she said just that. I really didn't have to do anything. They came within days of the call. We discussed what I would like done and my budget and they did the rest. It actually came out to much less than I had even planned and the place is spotless. American Maid workers and the services they provide are first rate. I always know when they will arrive and what they will clean. Today, for example, they decided some of the windows in the house needed washing so they added them to the regular list of cleaning chores. And the windows look terrific!

The staff is always courteous, treats my two noisy dogs really well, and gets the house tidy and well arranged quite promptly. I am very pleased with their work and service. The staff go out of their way to respond to my requests politely and professionally.

They kept my house clean for 3 years. They did a great job and were flexible and responsive to my scheduling requests. Kudos especially to Sandra when she was leading the team that cleaned my house, she was flexible in working around me when I was there when they cleaned and she would always ask if everything looked okay. My favorite part of their cleaning was the awesome job they did on my stove top and shower; my house came with a glass surfaced induction stove which they always got mirror clean, and they always kept my shower spotless. Unfortunately their rates did end up going up over the years, what started out as a $120 cleaning ended up being a $199 cleaning which put it out of reach of my budget.

I recently hired American Maid to clean my dad's house. We were preparing it to sell and I was in a time crunch. They were able to come on short notice and did an incredible job. The house had been sitting for about a year and the dirt and hard water were pretty set in. The cleaning was a bit expensive due to the amount of elbow grease at took, but well worth the price for a great job.

Okay I wanted to update my previous review and Yelp isn't letting me. So I hope this will set the record straight. My first review I gave them two stars as I was not happy with the cleaning they did. The more I looked the more I saw they missed. Mindy and I finally made contact and she sent another crew out to make it right and they sure did. They were shocked at what was missed by the first team. They went over and above and the more I look now the more I see what they cleaned. Mindy was very apologetic and I know sometimes things just don't work as they should and the first team just didn't do what they should have. The second team did fantastic and I was not charged one penny for the second team. I am now a happy and satisfied customer and I will definitely call them next time I need the house cleaned. I don't think it has ever been this clean! I have learned that American Maid Cleaning really does care about happy customers so if something isn't right be sure to contact Mindy. She will make it right for you.

I have to give a one star review. To start off with we were referred by a friend and the cleaning staff did a great job. But the office staff. One they flat out lied to me and then when I caught them in a lie then they started back pedaling. The price difference was $35 more for us than the people who referred them to us. Since then they raised the amount of the people who referred them to us. One clear sign of a deceptive business is American Maids don't like customers talking about their pricing. I was told this by American Maid office staff. Buyer beware. Also just got my bill from them for the initial cleaning of an 1100 square foot space. $348. We didn't have them clean the whole house either. It's like I'm paying for the repercussions of catching them in a lie. Buyer beware again.

I hired American Maid to do a move out cleaning and had to have it all done again. Apparently they don't know move outs. The lamps were just dusted, left with bugs inside the glass, the only real cleaning was the top of the refrigerator and the bathtub. One bathroom toilet was scrubbed right and the other was not. Everything was dusted (it is not a weekly cleaning where you dust) in move-out it is clean with cleaner and sponge as the tenants have been there a couple of years and did not clean very well. The fans were dusted and not scrubbed. Very disappointed and they got upset when confronted with the situation. Waste of my money for sure, would not recommend at all!

I'm super happy to have found American Maid…The teams are super quick and efficient which is great for timing the cleanings. On the morning of my cleaning they call and tell me approximately what window of time they will be there, which is just awesome. They are extremely responsive and if the couple of times I have asked about adding things, or had questions-everyone involved was amazing and any changes are dealt with quickly.

My team rotates, but many of the names are consistent and thats so awesome for them getting to know my house and messes. This week, Sandra, Susana, Ashly, and Diana did a super job. I love coming home to a clean house and made bed!

They leave notes every time, especially if there is something they noticed that was off. I really appreciate that. As a business owner and mother of 2 I am super busy and it is just so awesome to have someone help me with the regular cleanings.

My favorite story was when something was damaged-I called Mindy at the office and immediately she said "don't worry-we will take care of you." And they did. They quickly assessed the situation, and fixed it before I knew it. I was very impressed with their integrity and communication. Amazing service, quality that they back up, and a desire to please.

First, they came out to do an evaluation and answer any question I had. Secondly, they worked with me to find a day and time period that would work.

Next, the work the Omar led crew did was astounding. I have never seen a deep clean that was so literally deep. Every item was removed from appliances, shelves, counters…everywhere and everything before cleaning incredibly throughly. Furniture except very heavy was moved in order to vacuum and clean the carpet.

Most surprising to me was the incredible reorganizing the crew did with items in each room to put like items in categories including reusing some extra boxes I had for storage.

Before leaving Omar did a complete walk through explaining what they did while showing below and after photos.

All staff wore masks and footies to cover their shoes and were very friendly.

Do not look any further for deep cleaning using sustainable safe cleaning products.

This was our first cleaning with Leaf Organics and wow! They did an amazing job! Let's start with the beginning, the owner, Tim is attentive, very nice, and passionate about the services that his company provides. He is very accommodating to schedules, concerns, etc. His staff is timely, respectful, and extremely detailed. They cleaned areas that I didn't even realize needed to be cleaned. Ex. They cleaned my seasoning bottles that were on the counter, my vase in the bathroom, the baseboards, the each stair on my staircase and even took out the trash and recycling plus so much more!

Update:

It has now been nearly 3 months since we left Washington, and I can honestly say that there is no better cleaning company than Leaf OCS.

We have had our home "deep cleaned" by 3 different companies here, and none can touch the detailed, meticulous cleaning that Leaf does, and none have had the prompt response time or ease and flexibility of scheduling.

How flexible, you ask?! Very flexible! After speaking with Tim (thank you, Tim!), Al and Melanie flew out to Texas to do an incredible deep cleaning on our home! Yes, we flew them over 2000 miles because they are THAT GOOD. You can literally eat off the floors now, and not a speck of dust remains where there once was a disaster of post construction dust, dog hair (former owner had a dog), dirt, and broken glass (yes, that was in a cabinet too). I kid you not, the blinds are a different color than when Melanie started cleaning them. One of our contractors stopped by and was shocked to see them individually cleaning each stair baluster as well as the chandelier. Did I mention that they are amazing and meticulous?!

They have made our new house feel like home again. I can relax and know that our son (who has special needs) won't be finding broken glass in a corner, or dog hair, dust, or anything else.

I'm incredibly happy with the service I received from Leaf. Melanie came over to my place and did an assessment to provide me with an accurate quote. I love that this company offers a consultation before booking.

Melanie is so sweet and very responsive. I appreciate how she texted me during the service to ask clarifying questions about the organization I wanted. I booked a "speciality" clean which included unpacking and organizing my entire (very large) closet on top of the sanitation services. This is typically not a service that they offer but Melanie assured me that by booking a specialty clean, that they would be able to complete it.

We hired leaf organic to do a deep cleaning for the entire home and very satisfied with the result! Melanie came over for the estimation, she was quick and provided a detail quote in written. Once we decided to go with the service, a crew of 3 friendly stuffs came by and worked nonstop till the house was clean. It took them longer than estimated to finish cleaning (our house is messy & haven't done deep cleaning in 4 years) but they stayed till finish and didn't charge extra. Great experience from the beginning! Crew arrived 15 mins early mins you at 6:45AM ready to work. They wore all protective gear especially bc of Covid & I have a 4 month old. They looked very clean, professional and uniformed (which is big for me) all wearing the same gear looking like a REAL TEAM.

We had Al, BK & Judy who worked on a deep clean in my 2604sq ft home. They got in the cracks, deep clean bathroom & showers, staircases, UNDER RUGS, vacuumed hair off couches and chairs and furniture. They let me know to wash my drapes bc there had been a cat here that I am allergic too.

I have a salon & another home that gets a cleaning and I was looking for another company at my Renton home. They met my expectations & I would definitely be using them again! For starters they were the only company that included a face to face consultation of the place to generate a quote. I cannot thank Tim enough for accommodating me on such short notice. After not living in our condo for a month and dealing with incompetent contractors, our place was left a mess. Paint marks were left in multiple rooms with so much debris left behind. Even our carpets were saturated with paint dust. As someone who appreciates keeping her home immaculate, this was overwhelming.

I requested multiple quotes and really appreciated Tim sending Al over to give me a quote in person. Al reassured me about the work that would be done and even offered to clean up our patio area. On top of all of this, he offered a reasonable quote for carpet cleaning services. To my surprise, they were able to come today after giving me a quote on Wednesday. I was so happy when Melanie and Al arrived at 11 AM. We went through different areas of my home and I pointed out what areas accumulated most of the paint debris.

After almost 4 hours of deep cleaning, I returned home and they both walked me through each area to make sure I was satisfied with their hard work. I was elated to find my condo looking brand new! He quoted me $2K for the initial deep clean, which is the reason for my 3 star review. My house is not a pig sty and there are only 3 of us who live in it. I scheduled a move out learning service. They sent a staff to do a cost estimate first, and then the service would charge you a flat fee based on what they see. The flat fee service includes everything, such as microwave, oven, and refrigerator. Moreover, they are the only one that can take care of the garbage disposal (my room was messy and I had a full refrigerator) among the couple of services I inquired.

They came on time, both for the cost estimation and the actual cleaning service, and the crew were friendly. The room was like new after the cleaning. I was super happy with their service!

We hired them for move-in & move-out cleaning. We got a great deal by bundling the two together. Every inch of both the homes were spick & span.
Their business model is unique and transparent – we got a flat rate upfront and the team stayed on & walked us through everything they'd done end to end.

We were quite picky at both places – (i) at the old apartment, because we wanted our security deposit back (move-out cleaning) (ii) at the new home, because we were moving with family members who were in the COVID-high-risk groups (move-in cleaning)

The excuse I tell myself for not cleaning is that my partner and I work too many hours and are too tired. But let's face it – when you work with Vita's team, you'll never want to clean for yourself again. From the start, they were super professional and easy to work with in terms of coordination, pricing, and communication. We work from home which I imagine is a logistical nightmare for any cleaning team but it's never been a problem. Frankly if it weren't for the vacuum I'd forget they were here!

Not only do they clean but the way they organize as
they're cleaning is priceless for those of us with zero spatial intelligence. Our place always looks like a tornado came through (2 cats and still haven't unpacked from a previous move!) and they manage to put order to the chaos in a way that optimizes our space. The team is very sweet, accommodating, and they bust their butts to get your place sparkling. We'd tried a different service prior to them and the few times the other company came, it always felt like it was more of a surface v deep clean and there's no doubt we need the latter.

My favorite part of this experience was when one of the cleaners told my partner that she HAD to clean his office because I said so. I do strongly encourage him to on a weekly basis and with this team, resistance is futile! These ladies know what will make a woman (or man!) happy.

Needed a deep clean to prepare to sell our home. Requested quote via Yelp and with all the 5-Star reviews opted for Vita. Estimate and communication were stellar from the beginning. Received appointment confirmation and team of two nice ladies arrived within 30 minutes of expected window.

House cleaning experience was positive! We had a lot of dust from new floor installation, and the ladies were able to make the floors look impeccable; millwork in our 1905 craftsman was dusted with care, and white kitchen cabinets were gleaming after the team completed.

Vita was in close communication when the team anticipated going over the originally estimated time, and negotiated a more than fair price to complete the job.

After three years of service, I finally decided to switch cleaning companies. VIta isn't a business owner who is easy to deal with. A year ago, one of her girl damaged my stove top because she used really strong chemicals on it. And Vita apologized for it but did nothing else to compensate or fix it. I let it be.

The major complaint with her is that every time she sent a different person to clean my house. Sometimes, the house keeper did a very good job while some other times some cleaners were very very slow. Also, the majority of her people don't speak English so it's hard to even communicate the most basic needs of what needed to be cleaned.

Also, what made me really upset was that right after the COVID 19 lockdown, she decided to increase her rate for 12.5%!!!! Everyone went through a lot during the pandemic. And it's not a good time to squeeze your loyal customer for three years for more money at this very moment. Typical seattle family didn't get a job raise for more than 12.5% for the last two years. I'm sorry but I've decided to support other local owned business instead.

Finally getting around to posting a review. I had my last house cleaned 8 months ago when I was moving out. It was a mess. I gave the cleaners an impossible task to get my house cleaned in a very short period of time and they did it. They worked really hard. Two very professional cleaners worked several hours. I had a hard time getting them to stop cleaning (and I prepaid) so they were trying to work for free. they took their job so seriously. I gave them a huge tip and they were still a bargain. Twice now I've had to contact Vita with last minute scheduling changes. Not once did I feel like I was troubling her despite the difficulty that can cause a small business. Alisha our designated cleaner did an impeccable job, she is very thorough and was wonderful to be around!
I keep a very clean house but occasionally need some help deep cleaning, Alisha cleaned my stove, entire kitchen, bathrooms, tubs, sinks, the walls, and areas that are often missed by cleaners. She also has a hustle about her and seems to enjoy her work!!!

Oksana: you never offered to come back and clean the areas that were missed. I hoped you would, but those words did not pass your lips. Instead, you tried to justify an increased fee, when the work done did not justify payment of the fee you initially quoted.

For the fees you charge, the floors and counters should have been clean when the workers left. Floors, carpets and dusting were the items I emphasized when we first spoke and I was clear they were my primary concern.

Dusting was done with a feather duster, instead of a damp cloth, so the dust became airborne and settled back onto the floors. The floors were swept, then mopped, creating a film of dusty mud, as the pictures show.

I remopped the floors. If I can get them clean, your workers should have been able to as well. I lifted utensil holders and items on counters to wipe the counter underneath. I cleaned the corner counter in the kitchen, where nothing was moved or cleaned. I moved chairs and mopped behind the kitchen table.

If the counters were wiped, they would have been clean. If the floors were vacuumed and mopped, they would be clean. Swirling a damp mop over a dusty floor just makes mud.

Beds weren't made. The refrigerator and windows weren't cleaned because you charge extra for these services, so there was no reason counters and floors weren't clean.

Skip this service, the cleaning job was not finished, there was practically zero scrubbing, mold is still in the shower, trash wasn't even taken out of the bins.If I wanted a half baked cleaning, I would have asked my roommates to do it instead.

Why am I paying you? I am not paying you to move things around a table, or leave some weird cleaning film on the floor, no, I am asking you to remove dirt and grime,The bare MINIMUM, take the trash out of the bin, and ffs make sure there is no grime around the tub toilet or sink. I ran the dishwasher before hand, the dishes were clean, they didn't even empty it.

Then they had the audacity to quote me 200 for 1100 sqft of room, after before I started, and showed them where to clean, and then confirmed that the 120 that I was quoted on the phone was indeed the accurate price.

I had their services for weekly cleaning. Very inconsistent sometimes the cleaners they sent would simply not do much, they would be in such a rush that they tore beddings, forgot to clean areas in my home.
They give you a price and then they want you to pay more, if you don't pay more then they send the worst cleaners. Then they say if you want the good cleaners that do a thorough job you need to pay more.

This is my first time to give a negative review.

They charge a flat rate, not by hour. I've asked the owner twice that how long would the cleaning take, and she told me it depends on how dirty the house is. However, the girls only did 2.5 hours. I believe they will stay longer if they charge by hour. My house is not that dirty but we just finished remodeling. 2.5 hours for one time deep cleaning, seriously?

When they were going to leave I checked the house and found a lot of areas with dust. Especially for the laundry room, I think they didn't clean it at all. So I asked them to redo the dirty areas.

However, they looked rush to go, and only cleaned where I pointed at no matter what I said. For example when I said clean the outside of the cabinets, they cleaned the one I pointed then looked at me. And when I asked them to clean the surface of the washer and dryer, they only wiped the dryer because it was where I pointed.

One thing I can not believe is after they cleaned one toilet, they used the same wipe to clean a switch, in front me. Will they do the same thing in their own home???

Anyway very disappointed. I thought a professional cleaning could make me relax, now I have to re-clean the whole house by myself because I don't know if there is other place cleaned by "toilet wipe". Besides, I found more uncleaned areas like floors, glass doors of shower room, baseboards and so on.

Here I attached a picture of how dirty my countertop was. It was one of the redo areas after they left.

Update:

I just read the owner's comment to my last review. After I refused the owner's offer to let them reclean and take the one star review from yelp for $100 refund, she stopped to reply my message. Looks like it took them one week to think about how to reply to my review, which is not a bad thing because now everyone can tell they never reflect themselves but only seek excuses.

I quoted for one time move-in deep cleaning including windows and dishwasher, and the problem is never about my remodeling.
Of course my house was not that dirty because my contractor already cleaned the remodeled areas. Even so the girls can not make it clean. I don't know and don't care how many times they cleaned my countertop, but I watched how they did it when I asked them to reclean. It was perfunctory and I believe my picture speaks. Besides the countertop was just one of the not clean or never cleaned areas.

Here are some advices to the Alex's cleaning: Don't be lazy, don't lie, don't try to fool you customers, do the job worthy the money you get paid. And one of the most important things as a cleaning company is don't use the same wipe to clean toilet and other areas!!!
If these are too hard for you, then yes it's hard for you to make everyone happy.
