We have two kids under the age of six (juice stains galore!), three messy pit bulls (one of which is just now learning how to not go in the house after having her six months), and I babysit even more toddlers in our home. Our white carpets were absolutely filthy, despite my best efforts. I found Helping Hands via Groupon and decided to give it a whirl.
Antonio is awesome. We love this guy.
This morning, he arrived early (I'm a procrastinator so he helped pick up my kids' rooms and even vacuumed for me!), and immediately set to work.
My kids had left an entire container of this oily, viscous, dark blue metallic putty on the carpet and it had completely sunken in and adhered to the carpet. I thought it was a lost cause and would just have to be replaced. I almost jokingly asked Antonio if there was anything that could be done and he got right to work. I even threw him a snide "yeah, good luck on that one" as he started. Ten minutes later, it was gone. Man, he put in some serious labor and elbow grease getting it out, but holy cats! It's gone!
I told him then that he had earned my loyalty. He'd be coming back. Period.He was nothing but pleasant, kind, and funny. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but we loved having him.

Very unprofessional. We were traveling from 2 hrs away to have our old home cleaned, got stuck in traffic by 20 mins and was told they would come back. When they did, 3 hrs later as we waited, they refused the service because "I'm not starying here until 8pm for just $105." It was only the living room and 1 bedroom. So it left us to have to travel again another day and reschedule with another company.

Antonio is very friendly and personable, a very pleasant personality.
He was on time and ready to do the job, my issue is that the job did not turn out so great for us. We are very dissatisfied.Our carpets are not really all that dirty, but they do need cleaning from walking on them constantly and they are a dark type of beige.
Upon my making complaints about the job, he immediately responded the next day to address the issue, but to our dismay, the carpets still look as if they never was cleaned! We must now resort to hiring another company to actually clean our carpets.
I am very disappointed and upset about this outcome, we paid a great deal of money for this service and got nothing!!!!

The services that I was looking for he stated that they do not offer which was fine I understand. The representative or owner went into how they do not provide this service because most places such as mines does not pay. How did this person know this could have been an opportunity in this case that were able to pay this amount?
