I sent a request via yelp and Joe got back to me very quickly. I had a sectional that the dog had been using for over a year, so lots of slobber and hair, which needed to be cleaned and also the carpet in the loft area. Joe quoted the price and was able to schedule me for the next day at 11am. The next day at 11am Andre arrived, he was friendly, and explained west he would do. He kept me updated as to his progress and after a little more than an hour he was done, he told me about the drying times, and he was gone. It's 24hrs later now and i can honestly say the sectional looks new as does the carpet.
I will be calling then back soon to do the rest of my carpets and stairs.

I have my carpets cleaned every three to four times a year. Some carpet companies are good and some are horrible. I finally feel like I found the best, Sterling Carpet Care. They were on time and ready to start. They removed all pet and kid spots. I hate the chemical smell that some carpet cleaners leave behind, but not Sterling. They made my whole house smell yummy and fresh like citrus. I'm over the moon with their work ethics as well. They also gave me a two week guarantee if I'm not satisfied. Alexus the owner of the business came and gave me an estimate for a deep clean once a month. She described and unbelievable cleaning service.
The day of the scheduled cleaning she did not arrive but sent her husband and son. We had an appointment so we left. We have security cameras out front showing them come in and leaving one hour later. I have photos of the floors and other areas that were not cleaned the windowsills and woodwork were not touched. One of them went outside through the door in our master bedroom and when they came back in left the door ajar… it was still a jar when we came home. Allowing anyone to enter our home. But… When they left they did remember to take the check my husband amount for $250.
I did text Alexa and told her about the unacceptable job her husband and son had done. She apologized and said she would come and redo what they hadn't done… Which actually was almost everything. She made a date and I had to move it because we were not available at that time. I have sent her several texts several emails and made telephone calls …she has not returned any of them. She never came.
I definitely would not recommend them.

I am so pleased with my service! I explained to them that I needed help cleaning because I was placing my house up for sale and need a good deep clean. They understand exactly what I wanted and the realtors photos came out amazingly! They were very informative and let me know a few issues they ran into (clogged drains, and a random ant trap, nothing big). They offered to come back and give another good clean once the house was vacated and I really appreciated it!

I called last week and set up a cleaning for today (a Thursday). I told the girl that I was selling my house and needed it to look nice for the showing which is Saturday. They were supposed to be here at 8:00 AM I called them twice by 9:00 and got the girl on the phone the second time. I told her I had an appointment at 8:00 and no one showed up. She sounded like she had been sleeping and was ruffling through paperwork and yelling out to someone "did we have a cleaning this morning." I just said "forget it." If they can't remember their appointments I don't trust them to clean my house. This was very important and now my house may not get cleaned in time for the showing. Totally unprofessional.

Alexus & her team are amazing! I appreciate how quickly she responds. We had A&E clean our airbnb & they were very thorough with the cleaning such as, vacuuming in between & under the couches. R and M cleaning services did not disappoint. I was in "awe" after I saw my apartment clean. It was so much better than I expected. I only wish I had taken before pictures to show the difference after the cleaning.
I do a lot of frying in the kitchen and they took off all the grease and they even took off the burnt parts on the drip pans; they looked brand new!!
They took the stains off the carpets in the halls and bedrooms left by our cats. The blinds and windows were washed and so were the walls. The fireplace was cleaned too.
Ramon and María were wonderful to work with. Very nice people as well as professional. We were able to set-up an appointment within a week of contacting them for services.

I hate writing this because I have enjoyed working with Ramon and Maria for several years now, but I feel people should know my opinion has changed substantially. Ramon and Maria are great people, but unfortunately they are having staffing issues like many are in this econony. In the last year we have had constant issues such as: They lost our house key (I didn't know if one of their staff ran off with it), several broken items that aren't reported, scratched stainless steel appliances, work half done, and the final straw was a piece of my gas stovetop that ended up in the garbage disposal and almost broke it (and their staff reassembled the stove without it). They just aren't the company they used to be and I couldn't rely on them any longer and it makes me sad.
I hope they turn the corner and get back to the high level of service they used to offer, but for now they have some challenges to overcome.

I have been using Ramon and Maria for a year and a half and at two different properties, my own home and my rental unit. You think I would stop being surprised by now with their quality of work, but I am not! Every time I have them clean I am amazed at how great everything looks. I have them come once a month to my home that only my husband and I live in. Some months I think "My house doesn't even look that dirty, do I really need a cleaning?" and then I come home that evening and realize, whoa, yea, things don't normally sparkle like this. It's worth it, every single time!
They are thorough, and rotate around my home so one month they'll clean a shelf here, the next month, that shelf isn't really that dirty and they've cleaned a different shelf in the house. I never have to pick up a duster myself, which is fantastic because my husband and I both work full time. They find things to clean and make every dollar worth it.
We have our first baby on the way this spring and I know I will be so grateful for the help Ramon, Maria, and Crew will bring. I refer these guys to all my colleagues, friends, and family!

Ramon and his crew have cleaned our house twice now. There is no phone tag…once you text them they respond same day. We have a 2-story large house and the deep clean was deep…over 6 hours (!). Great job…though you do need to vacuum under beds and furniture yourself and windows are extra.

To start, I have not used this company. The two stars is for poor communication.
A couple of weeks ago, I called to inquire about cleaning in our newly purchased home. A very friendly person returned my call the next day to say they need to come look at the house to determine cost. I said I would call back in a week when I have access to the home after closing.
A week later I called to leave a message that I now own the home. A day later, no return call, so I left a second message and waited 2 days. Again no return call. Wondering if my messages were getting though, I called a third time and spoke to them (they mentioned getting my messages). They agreed to meet me at the house at 5:00 yesterday. They did not show up and did not call. I traveled 200 miles (as I mentioned to them) to meet him. Thus, I was thoroughly disappointed that no one would call in advance or even afterward to followup. Now it makes sense why my other two calls went unanswered.
I get the feeling they are so busy that there is no time to return calls. Not good for business. We chose another far more responsive company who showed up on time this morning and called in advance.

Ramon came to our house to give me the most competitive quote, set a date and time, but showed up about an hour later than expected. When they got to the house, him and 6 other ladies went to it. We moved into an "as is" home, and just finished some pretty major renovations so it was a mess (mold, rusted fixtures, dust everywhere, dirty inside cabinets). They made it look sparkling clean, put almost everything back the way it was in the cabinets and drawers, got some pretty nasty mold out the showers, cleaned the outside windows, but neglected a couple small spots for dusting and broke off a light fixture attachment. Overall, everything was done very well, and Ramon did a final walk through before the job was done. You're not going to get 100% perfect for cleaners, but these guys are pretty darn close.

Hello, I am a Real Estate agent and have struggled with loyal, honest, and hard working people. I am extremely pleased to share that this company has been amazing and got me out of a jam on homes needing deep cleaning many times. They are detailed and do a great job! They are honest and their prices are extremely fair. I have been using them for about 1 yr and use them on my personal home as well. Things are moved, baseboards are cleaned, fans, stove and microwave are shiny. I have no idea what products they use but my home sparkles and water spots are always removed. It is hard to find great workers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for superb service.

Ramon, Maria and family get our home white glove clean! The best cleaning service we've ever had. I don't know how they get our stove and fridge so clean and streak free. I contacted Jose and he scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and wore their masks the entire time. He took great care while running the hoses through my house. He put padding on the walls and attached the hose to a railing so they wouldn't rub on anything. My carpets look amazing! We had 4 rooms, two hallways, and stairs cleaned. The price was more than reasonable as well. I will definitely use them in the future.

Smart clean is OK. Nothing more; nothing less. They charge top dollar but do not do any, and I mean any, extras. For example, I asked them to make the beds. Not change the linen, just make the beds. And they refused. So they are OK.

I paid Serena in cash the last time she came and since I didn't have exact change, I told her that I will use the remaining balance for next week's cleaning.
She knows she owes me change yet unbeknownst to me, it was her last time cleaning my house. They (Serena and Sylvia, the owner) are insistent that Serena has told me it was her last time. If that is so, I assume that Serena will make an effort to return the change considering she knew it is her last time. It has been over a month now.Considering I have had cleaners come to my house my whole life and had live-in cleaning maids, Serena is truly the best cleaner I have met and out of the 4 times, Serena has been late 3 times, and once she was late 40 minutes.
There are two negative reviews prior to my own and as Sylvia writes she will not lower her standards by not calling me out for karmic reasons. May karma bring you much business and success in your business.

Set up an appointment for an estimate or job completion, no one showed, no one called. When I emailed them to cancel contact they said there had been an accident, sorry. Sorry if that happened, yet I have heard this before.

Well, what can I say, I planned my whole day around her coming to give me an estimate then she didn't even show. I wanted it to work out but she had an excuse as to why she didn't show. Unfortunately who has time for that? I'm busy like everyone else and suffering with knee problems. Hence the request for cleaning services. She only had 2 stars but I was willing to give it a shot.
