I'm updating this review to show how pleased we've with Sprouse for the past year. Hannah is a rockstar of a cleaner, communications on scheduling and cancellations is clear from the office, and the price can't be beat for Seattle. Hannah is respectful of our time, completely covid-safe, and even our dumb but loveable dog who doesn't trust anyone is starting to like her.
I also love the little touches – our daughter is delighted every month when Hannah arranges her stuffed animals in fun positions in her room, things in the kitchen are thoughtfully put away, and she sometimes even puts away laundry (even though we've never asked for that!)

COVID-19 protocols listed here by the owner on Yelp are not being followed. The COVID-19 section of this page specifically says everyone is vaccinated and masked, but I put a note in my booking that this would *absolutely* be required to enter our home, and got the screenshotted email back saying "lol just kidding."
My son is in the neonatal intensive care unit, and COVID cases are rising again in King County. "Individuals can choose how to combat COVID?" Fine; I choose not to allow businesses who lie on Yelp about vaccination and masking into my home.
(While the owner says they've refunded my money, I haven't seen any evidence of that, FYI….)

This company is just a big scam. I had them scheduled in the month of Oct for a deep clean with 2 of their staff people for 4 1/2hr each and paid 400$ for the services. 2 people arrived and left within 1 1/2hr of 4 1/2hrs they were supposed to clean. We had to get in contact with the tech support to even get to know about their early exit which was another big task and upon some verification they sent us "senior tech" for another day to clean our house which was not satisfactory at all.
The staff is a big joke, they just aren't responsible and look for quick ways to finish and run away from the job. They don't even inform you that they are done with their job and literally escape from you. I had to repeatedly request them to clean certain areas as it didn't look clean at all.
The staff cleans the house very carelessly. One should basically leave their job and spend 1:1 time with each of their staff to get a clean job done. I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

This is my second review after Spruce managed to send someone to rectify the pathetic service or perhaps no service after my initial review. They finally sent a trained professional to clean and she (Cheyenne) did a very good job. In hindsight I will recommend any new client to request for Cheyenne or somebody trained at the same level to get a good experience.

Spruse was sent 2 cleaners to my home after I had some tenants move out and did a great job cleaning especially since my tenants left it in a mess. Reason for leaving off a star is that there were some areas that were overlooked such as cobwebs and some of the window sills.

Really tried to work with these folks unfortunately I would give it 0 stars if possible. I originally booked for a deep house cleaning bi monthly service. in prep for family coming i to town.
First appt, no call no show. After receiving "confirmed" robotic emails saying cleaner will be there. Called customer support said I requested for bi monthly cleaning but will cancel now, after notifying them cleaner never arrived. Not confident at all and I will reevaluate frequency of service needed so cancel my order.
Austin explained someone quit on the spot. He and Jacki offered a complimentary service which was a nice gesture.
The cleaner arrived on time for the first service , did a thorough job. Communication has been decent with response. …. Then I was charged after being told comp service. Had to contact them again to get my money back.
Then I was billed again , for a service not requested or rendered after telling them I will reevaluate if I am interested in 2x month service. All this within a week!!!
Received a text from the cleaner, her ETA time today and was caught off guard. My family is sick with COVID. They said I will still be charged.
Too confusing of a system for me… I will pass on their services. NOT worth the back and forth hassle – card charged, credited then charged again. i'm already busy enough with a family of 4.

This company is a scam. We opted for a deep cleaning, which they have a nice list on their website of what the service includes:
Kitchen (clean sink out, counter tops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stove top)
– Cabinet faces were not cleaned at all, dust was everywhere
All exterior surfaces in all rooms
– Everything was covered in dust and dirt still
Floors are mopped and vacuumed
– There's piles of dog hair still on the floor
All window sills
– See the images below, these may have been wiped, but there was still dust and dirt

Light switches & Door handles
– These were not touched, again see the images below, they're covered….
– Almost every surface still has dust except for maybe the countertops. The range hood was filthy with dust, the fan was completely covered in dust too. There's no furniture in the unit, it should have been really easy to tell what needed dusting
I also paid additionally for a fridge cleaning… which wasn't even opened from the looks of it.
They said they did 3.5hrs of cleaning. The employee at our front desk verified (with camera evidence) that the cleaner was there approximately an hour. This was after cancelling on us during our first booking. I quite honestly don't know what they did, the unit was already relatively clean as it was cleaned two weeks prior, and there's barely any furniture in the unit

– they were on time
– painted wooden blinds that I asked to be cleaned were done pretty well
– the basics were ok : dust/kitchen/bathroom etc
What was really disappointing:
– wood floors: used floor polish but didn't go back over after dying (they said they knew how to use) so I had to do that as it becomes dull and shows every step (even paw prints) if that last step isn't done
– wood floors went around small furniture items instead of moving to complete the floor. (Photo)
– oven: first time cleaning new oven. Now the racks are discolored and there is oven spray left to dry (photo)
– did not clean under claw foot tub still full of dust

This review has been a long time in the making, Shawn did a fantastic job (almost 3 months ago), and I am only able to write the review today.
We were going to do a professional clean of the house for the first time in our life and so we did a lot of research. Of all the businesses we got quotes from, Spruse had the best balance between professionalism and price. Their website is great — not the best, but good enough to quickly and easily reserve a cleaning appointment. You can very easily get an estimate of how much each item costs and compare them. I really liked the transparency and breakdown of costs.
We live in a townhouse, so there's lots of stairs in the house, and Shawn did an amazing job in about 2-3 hours.

Second even in your definition, your site asks for bedrooms specifically, and i added all the bells and whistles to add more time. I also don't have dens etc.. so it is irrelevant. Last but not least, i understand that 2ppl for 3h means 6h total… That is not what your team spent. It was first 1person for 5h or so, then 2ppl.for.2.5 when i was booking more and more bedrooms and making it 'pretty dirty' from a selection perspective though the house is super clean- i have 3 robot vacuum that run daily.
If you want to make it right, you should have refunded the last cleaning given that consistently you haven't delivered and you have asked for another chance every time. I am one call away..

I should have paid more attention to reviews
I thought previous customers didn't pay enough or didn't request for specific service. However, I specifically added/ paid all the items and talked in advance to the manager for professional staff.
Many of the spots were left (inside and outside cabinets, shelves, window blinds).
I won't recommend them. Spend more money and go with another company.
Pls keep in mind my place was empty and previously cleaned professionally by last tenant. Still they couldn't provide acceptable service.

This place is bad… and I mean REALLY bad. I made the mistake of thinking some of the bad reviews were just "hiccups" for other yelpers and that I'd give them a shot. BIG mistake.
– Unvaccinated and maskless workers – the first shock came when my two cleaners arrived, unmasked, and I immediately asked if they were vaccinated. To this they looked at each other blankly and said "no…" like it was strange for me to ask. At that point I assumed they would put on masks, but nope, nothing. Even as I had my mask on. 🙁
– "Move out cleaning" – as I began walking out the cleaning job with my unmasked crusaders and they immediately began telling me that z"scheduling always does this to them and that there will be no way they can finish any of this." I though this was interesting since I paid almost $400 for a move in cleaning they specifically was supposed to be a very comprehensive clean. As they reluctantly got started, I was dismayed to see they didn't even have the appropriate brushes to clean out the window tracks (one of my primary asks), so I supplied them with brushes to clean these….and you guessed it, they still didn't get done.
– Hardwood cleaning – I had asked them to not use harsh cleaners on my brand new hardwood floors, but I didn't ask them to dump any drawer dust / debris they found out onto the floors and just leave it in a pile when they left (the pile was literally right next to their vacuum cleaner).
– Glass cleaner for…. Anything? – these very inexperienced cleaners were spraying glass cleaner on stainless fridges, showers, floors, wood cabinets, counters… just about everything BUT glass. Must have been on sale at the dollar store.
When the two cleaners abruptly left, my job was less than 25% cleaned and they again blamed "scheduling."
No way to Contact – There is no way to speak to a person at this company. They only email or txt. When you try to call back the txt line, you get a strange message.
Owner escalation – The owner of this company refused to acknowledge (or apologize) that his employee's practices around not wearing masks was unsafe. Instead, he argued he didn't need to make them wear masks. On its own, that is really bad.. but then coupled with the COMPLETE lack of actual cleaning, makes SPRUSE the worst cleaning company (and quite possibly just the worst company) I have ever encountered.

Paid $400+ for their advertised 'move in' cleaning package. Our new house had just had the floors resurfaced and stained, and we needed things cleaned prior to moving in. I selected just about every option on their website and was expecting service that would equate to a 'move in' worthy level.
Pictures featured are not before pictures… they are after pictures. 8 hrs of work and basically nothing to show for it.
The only reason they get 2 stars is after speaking with the owner on the phone, I was refunded $20 and they sent another technician the next morning to address my concerns. Timely response I guess.
Save yourself the money and wipe your own counters/ windex your windows. Or find another vendor. I wish I would have.

The initial cleaning was conducted on Thursday, 8/19. We spoke on the phone at the end of Jacqueline's shift and prior to any detailed walk through of the job. At that time, my perception was that she had been working for 8+ hrs, and certain things she showed me were very clean. It was very awkward for both of us to have you on speaker phone with an unhappy customer (since the cabinets weren't going to be cleaned of contact paper residue, even though I explicitly called this out in the 'notes' section of the intake form and was never informed that is in fact out of scope), and I felt compelled to share she had done a good job elsewhere. After that call and agreeing to the $20 refund for 'cabinets', we both left the property.
I contacted your customer support on Saturday, 8/20 with the pictures. Not the 'next week', literally less than 48 hrs later. It was the fist time anyone had been in the house since Thursday. NO WORK had been done in the house between Thursday and Saturday. It was only when we began to move into the property that my wife and I noticed nothing in the closets had been wiped down, along with the rest of the pictures shared. As I mentioned in my original review, the whole point to hiring a move in cleaning was to address the sawdust left from a floor renovation the week prior.
Any consumer looking at this business will notice a recent pattern; sub par results, expectations not being met, and then Austin (owner) replying with language that publicly shifts the responsibility to the customer underneath a poor review.

I clean my house every week without a miss and I just needed a professional to come and make it sparkling clean for areas I'm not able to do. I actually cleaned the house for the cleaner before she arrived.
We hired this company to do a deep clean, should have listened to other reviewers. The cleaner arrived on time and spent five hours for a deep clean.
In her five hours here, she could only do two rooms, kitchen and a .75 toilet which she somehow managed to leave extremely dirty. At one point she was sitting on the floor wiping down cabinets, here is a pic of the cabinet she was sitting by- still dirty.
She didn't manage to touch a single bedroom, she cleaned the other two bathrooms in 5 minutes and those are dirty as well.
So in the five hours she was here, she cleaned. 600 sq ft area and that too not properly.
The before and after pics they post are for cleaners to justify their time. I can find 5 spots in my house that I can clean in few seconds and post a before and after.
Stay away from this business and find a cleaning company that actually does a good job.

I looked into several cleaning companies before settling on Spruse, due to their Yelp reviews and responsiveness. I didn't appreciate feeling like I was being pushed into a contract before even trying them out, but I finally got a price for a one-time clean and booked it online easily. They strongly recommended that I say it was "very dirty" and to get the "deep clean" because I had not had a cleaning service before, so I did. They sent one person for just under 5 hours, for a 2 bdrm, 2-1/2 bthrm 850 sq foot home. I specifically requested that they bring extension tools to clean some cobwebs at the top of a tall ceiling that I haven't been able to reach.
The cleaning woman did some basic items – like dusting all the windowsills and vacuuming the stairs (we only have carpet on the stairs and 1 room) and cleaning the stove and kitchen counter. However, I noticed that she forgot to sweep or mop half the living room, and never mopped under the dining room table. Even the kitchen was poorly mopped – I re-mopped it and had a bunch of gunk on my mop. When I lifted the couch cushions, they were not vacuumed at all. And that's just the main floor – I haven't looked upstairs yet in the bedroom, but my cobwebs are still on the ceiling that I can't reach.
I didn't expect them to clean the windows or inside the window tracks (which are dirty and do need work) but I expected a deep clean to at least mop my floors properly and clean cobwebs and vacuum the couch.
Still on the lookout for a good house cleaner.

Like others have said, they're cheap for a reason. The cleaning was fine, I guess, but definitely a lot of missed spots. If there is anything on the floor (like a wire) they won't move it and instead go around it. Our couch is quite high off the ground and it looks like they just swept all the hair and fur underneath it. They do a good job of cleaning the counter tops (and they did manage to remove a sticker that got stuck to it) but the details really avoid them. The baseboards were untouched, there's still soap scum in a few places, the electric range looks like it was just wiped down with a towel, windowsills are untouched, walk in closet floor was untouched, and there are some shoe prints and paper bits on the floor.
TLDR: it's cleaner, but not great. Definitely will go with someone else next time.

I wish I'd done this sooner. I pride myself on being clean snd organized, but between work and constant travel this summer, I haven't had time to give my place a good clean.
Drew was great. I worked while they cleaned and they even asked questions to confirm I was getting what I needed. Most of which I wasn't sure how to answer because I've never had someone clean for me before. I just let them work. But he reassured me that if things come up, each time I can take notes on what I wanted focused on, or even add things like cleaning out the fridge or cleaning the stove. But honestly, it's really just the basic clean that I needed for now.
I decided to go ahead and do this monthly. They just did a great job. And is such a relief. Thank you.

Steer clear of this company. Like others mentioned, they try to lock you in from the first cleaning. We had one house cleaning and were very displeased.
Stairs weren't cleaned, sheets and duvet covers weren't replaced (even after we pointed this out!) and garbages weren't emptied. Kitchen sink wasn't cleaned, and on and on. Also, one of the crew removed her mask while she was working.
To make things worse they charged us a fee after we cancelled the recurring service. Apparently they have lots of fine print in their terms of service. It's still an ongoing dispute with the credit card company.

Two things were really important, that the company took care of their employees and the cleaning supplies wouldn't be harmful to pets (our dog, cat, and chinchilla are forever grateful!) Seattle GEC popped up and I couldn't be happier with their service!
At first we didn't have a regular schedule set, but now we do and we are blessed to have Sarah for our team! Seriously, she's like cleaning wizard and gets more done than I've ever expected. The pets are already comfortable with her and she does the best job ever!

We had our first house cleaning in almost 2 years. Andie, our cleaner did a wonderful job. She cheerfully followed all my suggestions and requests and did a lot of great detail work for us. I was also happy with the attention she paid to Covid protocols by wearing a mask the whole time and keeping doors closed where she was working when possible.
I also appreciate that with Seattle GEC you know the workers are paid well and have full benefits including retirement! Yes, that makes them a bit more expensive but it is worth it for me.

We have recently started using Seattle Green Earth Cleaning. They are a wonderfully responsible company, using non-toxic cleaning products, paying their employees well and offering good benefits, including health insurance. While they are more expensive than many other companies, because they share our values, we are glad to pay more. It took them a number of weeks before they were able to match us with a regular cleaner – someone we get every two weeks. They also give you a discount for donating money to a food bank.
I used the same cleaning person for about 25 years. It was a real loss when Sally retired. We tried out a number of cleaners – individuals and companies before we finally hired Seattle Green Earth Cleaning. It took a while for them to match us with a regular cleaner (it was a scheduling issue), but every cleaner that they send did a good job.
Zvia is our regular cleaner now, and he does a great job. He is careful, has good attention to detail, and very thorough. It has been a pleasure to have him clean our house.

SGEC is excellent. Not only will they make your house look and smell wonderful, they'll do it in a way that's sensitive to your individual needs. They really seem to care — about the environment, about their employees, and about your home — and it shows.
All the cleaners are great, but our current cleaner, Robbie, stands out. He's friendly, efficient, and has a good eye for organization. He's even managed to tame the mess of cables under my desk and by the couch, which has really improved the look of the living room.

Okay, story time. For me, I was exceptionally nervous approaching a cleaning company because of how personal it is, but have really appreciated how understanding and kind the cleaners here are. I say 'cleaners' because I've actually went through 3-4 cleaners in GEC, simply because of time constraints. I didn't really have a need for a regular and was doing more-so one-off cleanings, but since really enjoying GEC I've decided to stick with Noah! Having a cleaner you really feel comfortable with and that vibes with you is really important. For me, when GEC comes over, I'm at home and in the living room doing work and Noah's exceptionally aware and considerate. Additionally, I also really appreciate his attention to detail and the little things! He dusted off my plants for me today and I was just really happy to hear that. (Yes, I have .. dusty plants… Hey, it's one of the reasons why I'm using GEC! ).
Moreso, I really like GEC because of how it's clear and transparent that they appreciate their employees. I believe they're shifting to a purely salary-based system, which is fantastic. They also give their cleaners paid vacation time I believe, and they also provide you a discount if you donate to University Food Bank (or another charity of your choice!). That is seriously AWESOME, and I've used that to my advantage every time. Company-wise, I really just adore what they're doing. I think at one point, they sent an e-mail explaining why they need to up their prices, and it was a great read — it was all about bettering their cleaners, and it just feels good knowing that you're hiring a cleaner company that employs, hopefully, happy cleaners and takes care of them.

Seattle GEC is great! It was my first time hiring cleaners and I appreciated their pricing transparency and how they walked through the process step by step.
I was surprised how clean and sparking everything was at the end. I consider myself a generally clean person, but considering I have a couple kitties and a busy partner, I decided to shell out some monies to try it. I thought, "Hmm, how much cleaner can it be?" The answer is…SUPER DUPER CLEAN. It's so worth! After they left, I just laid down on my floor soaking up the cleanliness. True story.

I have been in property management for several years, and have worked with a number of different cleaning vendors. I've never had cleaning done for my own homes, and thought that all cleaning services might be a bit haphazard just from my work experience. Seattle GEC really showed me how wrong I am! It goes to show that if you pay people what they're worth and give them proper training, that they'll care more for their careers.
The team we had, Chili, Kaylee, and James, were soooo sweet and accommodating. Both my roommate and I were home during the time of the cleaning, and they were so kind to both of us even though we were most definitely in their way! They didn't even mind my little curious kitty wanting to be in their business while they were hard at work. The team did things for me that weren't even on the checklist GEC provided, and I didn't even have to ask them to do it! Namely cleaning up our patio and doing outside windows for us. 🙂 Very, very thoughtful clean — vacuumed the inside of my cat's tree and cleaned soap caps. I never would've even thought of those things! At one point I went out to the living room and saw them literally on their hands and knees cleaning the floors!
Not only was the on-site team amazing, but Kelsey with their corporate office has been dealing with me for literal months. I cannot thank her enough for always being SO genuinely kind in answering all of my questions. I can also just tell how much she really cares for people, and always feel so heard when she responds.
The only thing I wish was done were some spots on my bedroom floor that got missed — but that is such a small thing in the grand scheme of their work. I'm sure, too, that had I asked them to spot check my room while they were here, they would have — so honestly it's on me too!

Don't know how or why they are rated so high. Brought them in for a move-out clean. The home was not clean after they cleaned. Like not clean.. period. Look elsewhere.
I saw the business respond.. Yes, they did wait for an hour and I am glad they did. Want to clarify that several areas in the home were missed – made me wonder if they did any areas at all!! :(. Rooftop is not even the issue, brought up to clean and they didn't.

There were many areas of the house they missed even though they were cleaning for over 4 hours. I was unsatisfied with the job that was done for the price however Tetyana was extremely responsive to my concerns and scheduled for another cleaner to come do touch ups a couple days later. We had our house deep cleaned today and the cleaning job was overall very thorough and well-done, and we are satisfied with the work performed.
I do want to note that the time and cost estimate was quite off – the estimate I received through Yelp after providing the square footage and bedroom/bathroom number was for 5-7 hours (with 2 cleaners working). After 8.5 hours, the cleaners were only able to finish the top floor, without starting on the bottom floor. They began around 9am, and I only found out that they would not be able to finish the house (or start on the bottom floor) around 3pm, when I asked them how everything was going. If I hadn't asked (or was out of the house during the cleaning), I wouldn't have known that only half the house would be cleaned.
I am not blaming the cleaners, since they performed their work diligently. I also understand that some houses require more work than others and I appreciate thoroughness. At the same time, based on my visits to friends' houses, our house is about average, I believe, as far as cleanliness after a year of pandemic occupancy – i.e. we try to keep things tidy, but inevitably dust and grime accumulate on surfaces, the baseboards need cleaning, etc.
This is our first time hiring a cleaning service, and I want to be fair, so I will just say that I appreciate and value the work performed, but the mismatch between the expected cleaning time (and price) and the actual cleaning time (and price) is quite great. We spent more money than we planned to and got only half the house cleaned. (Though the floor that the cleaners didn't get to is less frequented, so they did do the harder part of the job.)
In short, I would advise to be careful when comparing prices from different companies, since what appears to be a more competitive price from this company may not be so at the end.

We've been utilizing THA and their fantastic services since earlier this year and we are completely satisfied.
They do a very thorough job, they take their time and do things right, and they are incredibly kind and friendly.
We have them clean every 2 weeks and without fail every day before our regularly scheduled cleanings they will text with a courtesy reminder that they will be arriving the next day with their ETA. They are never late and always come ready to work.
They even humor our three year old daughter when she wants to chat with them even though there is sometimes a bit of a language barrier. Our daughter told us a few weeks ago that she "loves them". Hehe 🙂

I used THA House Cleaning for my move in cleaning services after buying a home. The team of two cleaners arrived promptly at the scheduled time (which was confirmed by the owner by text and phone in advance).
The team brought supplies which included ample supplies and clean towels for cleaning. They asked if I wanted inside of windows cleaned and after being shown around began cleaning.
They were quiet and focused while cleaning (included baseboards and door overhead jams).
I was disappointed to find that the top of the cabinets in the kitchen were not touched, which i discovered the following day. As a new home owner that is essentially the nastiest spot in a new kitchen which I would expect to be on the list to address. Ps. The owner does a follow up call but I had not discovered the omission to resolve it before our conversation.
I think their prices are reasonable and would give them another call for future services and will be more specific about desired focused attention on cabinetry, etc.

I've used Tanya's services through three homes over the past three years–a one bedroom apartment, a townhome, and now a 4bdrm house. Her team has started with the initial new home deep clean, touching every surface from floor boards to blinds to the deep corners of the fridge. Follow up cleanings are always thorough as well. I reached out via Yelp for a quote and received a speedy response. Communication with Tanya throughout the process was just as snappy and very professional. I was quoted a fair price and settled on a day and time, as well as an estimate on time required to complete the cleaning.
The crew of 2 people showed up exactly on the schedule time. After a quick walkthrough, they got straight to work. First, they came out to do an evaluation and answer any question I had. Secondly, they worked with me to find a day and time period that would work.
Next, the work the Omar led crew did was astounding. I have never seen a deep clean that was so literally deep. Every item was removed from appliances, shelves, counters…everywhere and everything before cleaning incredibly throughly. Furniture except very heavy was moved in order to vacuum and clean the carpet.
Most surprising to me was the incredible reorganizing the crew did with items in each room to put like items in categories including reusing some extra boxes I had for storage.
Before leaving Omar did a complete walk through explaining what they did while showing below and after photos.
All staff wore masks and footies to cover their shoes and were very friendly.
Do not look any further for deep cleaning using sustainable safe cleaning products.

It has now been nearly 3 months since we left Washington, and I can honestly say that there is no better cleaning company than Leaf OCS.
We have had our home "deep cleaned" by 3 different companies here, and none can touch the detailed, meticulous cleaning that Leaf does, and none have had the prompt response time or ease and flexibility of scheduling.
How flexible, you ask?! Very flexible! After speaking with Tim (thank you, Tim!), Al and Melanie flew out to Texas to do an incredible deep cleaning on our home! Yes, we flew them over 2000 miles because they are THAT GOOD. You can literally eat off the floors now, and not a speck of dust remains where there once was a disaster of post construction dust, dog hair (former owner had a dog), dirt, and broken glass (yes, that was in a cabinet too). I kid you not, the blinds are a different color than when Melanie started cleaning them. One of our contractors stopped by and was shocked to see them individually cleaning each stair baluster as well as the chandelier. Did I mention that they are amazing and meticulous?!
They have made our new house feel like home again. I can relax and know that our son (who has special needs) won't be finding broken glass in a corner, or dog hair, dust, or anything else.

I booked a "speciality" clean which included unpacking and organizing my entire (very large) closet on top of the sanitation services. This is typically not a service that they offer but Melanie assured me that by booking a specialty clean, that they would be able to complete it.

Once we decided to go with the service, a crew of 3 friendly stuffs came by and worked nonstop till the house was clean. It took them longer than estimated to finish cleaning (our house is messy & haven't done deep cleaning in 4 years) but they stayed till finish and didn't charge extra. I cannot thank Tim enough for accommodating me on such short notice. After not living in our condo for a month and dealing with incompetent contractors, our place was left a mess. Paint marks were left in multiple rooms with so much debris left behind. Even our carpets were saturated with paint dust. He quoted me $2K for the initial deep clean, which is the reason for my 3 star review. My house is not a pig sty and there are only 3 of us who live in it. At first the rate seemed expensive but was well worth the cost for the deep clean that was needed. Al is great to coordinate with, very professional, responsive, and easy to get in their schedule. We've been remodeling our home for a while and we've been neglecting our cleaning chores. Omar and his team had made our home so sparkling clean. I scheduled a move out learning service. They sent a staff to do a cost estimate first, and then the service would charge you a flat fee based on what they see. The flat fee service includes everything, such as microwave, oven, and refrigerator. Moreover, they are the only one that can take care of the garbage disposal (my room was messy and I had a full refrigerator) among the couple of services I inquired.
They came on time, both for the cost estimation and the actual cleaning service, and the crew were friendly. The room was like new after the cleaning. I was super happy with their service!

I'm surprised that Renda only has 20 reviews – she's truly amazing. I asked her to do a deep clean for a 2000 SQ ft townhome I just bought and installed new flooring into. She gave a quote that was slightly above other competitors but then described the reasoning behind her estimate. I went with her because it sounded like she knew what it would take to get my home move-in ready and she was incredibly responsive.
I was not disappointed. She communicated with me every step of the way, was on time and did a phenomenal job. New flooring usually means a lot of dust everywhere but she cleaned, then waited, then cleaned, then waited and then cleaned again so that she could capture ALL of the settled dust. She also cleaned all the blinds individually and all of the floor trims.
I was so impressed that I immediately asked her to do another clean. She's won a loyal customer! Thank you so much Renda!

To do justice to the hard work Positively Clean put in, I have to freely admit that my house was a disaster. A baby plus a busy work schedule set me way behind.

Renda was great. I had just moved out of a house I was planning on cleaning myself before the new owners moved in, but after packing and moving everything into the new house I just didn't have it in me to go back and clean everything.

My partner and I moved into a "fixer upper" home a couple years ago, and beyond regular cleaning to keep our home habitable we haven't done a deep clean since we moved in (and it was our attempt at a deep clean, so mediocre at best). We also have two dogs who shed a LOT, and some areas of our home (windows, baseboards, corners) had not been properly cleaned in well over a year if not more so as you can imagine, a moderate sprinkling of dust, dirt and dog hair across many a surface. She arrived on time, was very personable and professional and made sure she understood exactly what areas needed the most attention. Renda and her team came over and spent a good 5 hours cleaning top to bottom. When her team finished up, she texted me to let me know and encouraged me not only to reach out to let her know what we thought of this cleaning, but to share if we noticed any areas that needed more attention next time so that her team could make sure to take care of them next time. When we returned from a hike later that day, the place was sparkling, they did a wonderful job. I cannot believe how pristinely white our bathtub and old school cast iron white sink were. I messaged Tula looking for a cleaner fairly late minute. She was super responsive and her rates are very reasonable. She was able to get a team out to my place within a week. Days of, three ladies (including Tula) came and did a fantastic job of cleaning my place. Even though they ran out of time to clean all the places I asked for, Tula offered for them to come back the next day and finish. I will definitely be using this service again.

Wow! I was super impressed with this place. They were super responsive when it came to answer my questions and getting my set up, which I appreciated. I specifically wanted some deep cleaning of my appliances and some baseboards throughout the house which I moved into, that wasn't cleaned before.
Got an appointment set up and the cleaners came. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient.
The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything.
Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. I will be using them again in the future for any cleaning needs.

I can't recommend Tula and her team enough if you are looking for a great quality cleaning service at reasonable cost. Tula's team did a phenomenal job cleaning our townhouse on short notice. READ BEFORE DECIDING!!!
I was moving out of my rental house (1800sq ft) last minute before my lease ended on the 1st of the month. I originally had company said to come out and perform a final cleaning, however they were unreliable and never showed. Which left me without a cleaner 12 hours before I moved out!
I called Tula at 10pm and she was professional, timely, and promised a deep cleaning the next early morning.

Tula was responsive and offered to come down later in the evening. Tula and her colleague helped clean the two bathrooms and kitchen in our condo apartment.

Outstanding service! The unit was pretty clean before they started cleaning, but I was still impressed by how much cleaner it was after I entered it a few hours later. A few details: they cleaned the inside of the lights, the bathroom ceiling, both sides of the windows, the mesh screens, not to mention the fridge, the oven, the cabinets and the microwave.
An interesting fact, the man (sorry I couldn't remember the name) was wiping the wall while I walked in at the end. I wasn't aware that painted walls could also be cleaned before seeing that.
It is not cheap, compared to the services I have used in the past, but the money is well worth it. I would hire them whenever I need move-in service myself.

Katya and Sergei had been great! I was, in fact, very happy to have found them to help with the deep cleaning of a townhome that I was renting out to my tenants for the past year. They are hardworking and really paid high attention to all the details..and definitely helped me with additional stuff unrelated to cleaning that I needed done at my home, too (hello, smoke detectors replacement!)!
What I appreciated most about this service is the ongoing communications with Katya from inquiry all the way to upto the scheduled date. Katya had been very prompt, responsive and very transparent with her quotation, estimates and what was going to be done. When I first arrived at the home that my tenants had moved out, I thought there wouldn't be much that needed deep cleaning at all (at the surface level it looked clean), but I'm glad I hired Katya and Sergei to look after the home in more details. Upon their on time arrival, I showed Katya around the place and Katya was able to identify all the details that needed done for the home. She also was able to show me where the place would need some work (which..obviously, as an ignorant landlord like myself, I obviously wasn't into the details as she was used to seeing.
The work was done in a meticulous way. Sergei even took the time to help clean the windows track and make sure the sliding glass doors were clean and clear with the view as well!
Overall, I would definitely love to use Katya and Sergei at Fairy Cleaning service again. It is a small business that the pair carries out by themselves. They hadn't outsourced their businesses at all and are doing all the work by themselves. They are friendly, trustworthy and their work definitely left me with huge peace of mind. One of the best decisions I made over managing the turnover of tenants at my rental place in Seattle for sure!

This was my first time contracting a cleaning service and I was not disappointed. Adrianne's Housekeeping kept me posted on updates, especially given the context of the pandemic worsening and it was very helpful to have that communication.
The team that came was so good. They were in and out efficiently and they did such a good job. I had some trouble spots in my kitchen and bathroom but they got them taken care of so well.
I was especially pleased with how good they were with my cat. He's a good boy but he gets nervous around vacuums but they kept an eye out for him and were very kind. If they had to duck out for a moment, they made sure he wasn't near when they did (he's not a bolter, but they didn't assume that, which is good)
I am very thankful for and pleased with the service I received; I will definitely be scheduling with them again in the future. I highly recommend them.

This was our first experience using a house keeping service. It took a little bit to get on the monthly schedule as many places are dealing with staffing shortages/higher load as many folks have been spending more time at home for 2 years now and realizing they want a cleaner environment. However, they kept us informed so we knew we were still on the wait list, offered us several one-off appointments while we waited (unfortunately with the holidays the options didn't work for us), and got us added to the schedule after about a month on the wait list. Many of the places we looked at were also full, but just told us to call back later, so them handling the wait list and offering us slots as they had them was a really nice touch.
We just had our first monthly cleaning, and team 9 of Marible, Griselda, and Asuncion did an amazing job. They were on time inside our promised window. Our house has never been so clean! The bathrooms are sparkling clean as is everything in the Kitchen (and the whole house really). They even cleaned behind the trash cans in the trash can drawer (I'm not even totally sure how they got back there). The team ensured our satisfaction before calling the job done, asking us to inspect everything (everything was perfect on inspection, but this was a nice touch). They were super-efficient, and the cost fair.
Everyone wore masks, shoe covers, etc., and the company reports everyone is vaccinated, and that daily health checks are performed and anyone with symptoms and/or contact with COVID positive folks are asked to take time off. This made us feel very safe having them in our home. The company is transparent that these precautions may cause schedule issues (we didn't experience this) and we appreciate the transparency and would rather have a delay should it be necessary than someone that is ill working inside our home.
Billing is super easy with my credit card on file automatically being charged (as is my preference).

One thing you don't often realize is that having 3 people clean your place in an hour saves you a lot of time versus 1 person spending 2 or 3 hours.

I wanted to say that while all of the teams we have had over the years have been excellent. There is something to be said for consistency in service.
Since I have been with Adrianne's Housekeeping Josephina has lead (Team 4) an awesome team. She directs the team to clean the details of my home. Throughout the year, they cover the entire house. It is rare that I need to do a deep clean or spring clean because she keeps the team on a rotation through the various areas of my home.
I highly recommend Adrianne's Housekeeping, but as the customer, if you have them come consistently you will really reap the rewards. They really do care.

My daughter and I have been cleaning our house for the past seven years. However, I became very ill and was diagnosed with cancer in August. Needless to say, my house needed a good deep cleaning as we couldn't keep up. A very generous friend offered to have it cleaned for us in October. I needed a service that would verify that their staff was vaccinated against Covid 19. That was much more difficult than I expected, but they were able to. Fast – LIFESAVER!! Adrianne's was able to fit us in at the last minute no problem. We are getting our hardwood floor refinished this weekend but there was tape and tape residue all over the floor. Safety – Everyone on their team wore facemasks, gloves, and shoe covers in the house. They also practiced social distancing guidelines.
Customer Service – Carissa is the GOLD STANDARD for customer service. From our first 15 minute conversation to all of our emails back and forth she always would ask for feedback or if I had any further questions. She also gave me a heads up when the crew was coming over and when they left. They even have a website with your own login information where you can submit different service requests. I was blown away by how good Adrianne's customer service was.
Flexible – After the cleaning I noticed that some parts of the tape were still stuck on the floor. To be fair, I was given a heads up that removing tape is not normally something that they do. However, they were willing to come back to our house the same day and do a 2nd cleaning which took care of everything. Really appreciate the team for working so hard and being flexible.
Affordable – I thought they were very fairly priced for the amount of work that they did.

We had a move-out and move-in cleaning done at two houses. The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.
