Didn't show up. After 20 minutes, I called the service number and an unnamed man said that the appointment system doesn't actually notify him. He said there was no same day service, even though the website doesn't mention this. After booking my appointment, I received a confirmation email. Two hours before my appointment, I received a confirmation text. These don't mean anything, of course.
