Bought a Groupon for two hours of cleaning from two people. I think it was $59 for the deal. It took me three calls to get a response when trying to schedule the service. Finally got everything set up, which included a walkthrough from a supervisor or owner. She walked the house and explained what they would clean, which specifically included my patio door, my ceiling fans, the air return vents, the floors, and the bathrooms. The day the service was scheduled, the "technicians" were an hour late in arriving. I made the mistake of leaving the house to take my dog for a walk for the two hour period, as I am not sure exactly what they did for those two hours. I came back to find my floors mopped, my microwave cleaned, my toilets cleaned, and that's about it. I was really disappointed that the list of services which she had listed had not been completed. I cannot recommend this company. I did not give one star because at least it didn't look like they stole anything.

The first floor of my home was in dire need if a deep clean. I contacted Faith's via email and received a response minutes later. I described what I needed done and Lissette was very detailed on the services she provides and we scheduled an appointment the same week. She came with all her supplies and got to work! She was very friendly with my pets too. She was very thorough moving furniture around and getting into tight spaces. Honestly, I don't think my home has ever been so clean. The products she uses smell nice and not harsh whatsoever. She took all the trash out when she finished. The price was very reasonable and she did an amazing job. Contacted this company for a new deep clean plus weekly cleaning following that. I had 3 events planned at my home 3 weekends in a row and my work hours necessitated weekly help ongoing after that. The deep clean was supposed to be on a Saturday morning before the first event Sunday. Received a message Friday night at 6:30 that my (very first) next morning deep cleaning was not going to happen. After expressing my frustration I got a message back that they would come Sunday morning prior to the event and the owner would even come to help himself so I let that go, giving them the benefit of the doubt that stuff happens, and completely appreciated that they found a way to work it out. Cleaner came Sunday AM and started working, the owner Justin showed up about an hour into the deep clean. I was surprised at their low cost for a deep clean after asking what that entailed and seeing what other companies offer, but I will say… you get what you pay for. Justin made sure to mention at the end where he thought I needed to work on and that there was a lot of pet hair (I was aware, that's why I hired help to keep up…and also demeaning, as I had 2 cats and a fairly clean 2500 sq ft house …not a zoo ). There were things I told him not to worry about (specifically patio curtains) but the furniture, dining chairs, lights, lamps, under any furniture etc had not been cleaned. I paid him with square on his phone and asked at that time to leave a tip for him and the other cleaner via my total as I did not have cash. I learned the following week the other cleaner never got that tip. She showed up the following Saturday as scheduled and did well so I tipped her cash since she never got the prior tip. I had no way to pay the company for the cleaning however since the first time was on square but he wasn't here the 2nd cleaning, so I text the owner asking how to pay that week. He text back he was busy on vacation so couldn't take payment at that time and would get in touch later the following week. Never heard from him again. The 3rd Saturday when the cleaner should have arrived at 8 she never showed. I text both her and the owner and got no response until around an hour later when the employee informed me she had quit the week prior and the owner never bothered to notify his clients which left me in a bind since I was at work all day an had 1-2 hours to host a party once I was home expecting to arrive to a clean house . I text him at that point asking again how to pay for the previous week and that I no longer needed his services going forward and never heard a response back. I was looking for a long term established relationship with a house cleaner and I got nothing near it. I'd avoid this company if that is what you are looking for
