Jannett was amazing. I moved into a new place that was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Light fixtures, doors, baseboards and window seals required significant attention. I found Jannett on Yelp and the raving reviews did not disappoint. She was quickly responsive with availability and a reasonable quote. She was also on time for her appointment. After completing her initial assessment, she asked questions no cleaning service has ever asked. (when's the last time the filters were replaced, did you notice the vents haven't been cleaned etc.) Jannett then came in with her supplies and went to work.
She cleaned in places I would have never thought of cleaning. The garbage disposal rubber on both sides? She cleaned grease build up on the blinds, removed calcium build up and wiped ceilings and walls.
She was thorough, detailed and made settling into my new home very comfortable.

I reached out to Janett after reading reviews and getting the sense that she had more of a personal touch vs a larger commercial cleaning company. I prefer smaller businesses that treat you like a person rather than another number. She showed up for an initial consultation with her husband and I immediately knew she was perfect for the job! I felt like we had known each other for years! We scheduled a deep clean and then ongoing cleaning for every two weeks. On the day of the deep clean, they were finishing up as I was getting home from work and I could smell that my house was clean from all the way outside! Not like an overpowering chemical smell, but a clean home smell! I was blown away at the job she and her husband had done! There were even things in drawers that had been organized AND under the bed was cleaned!! My only regret is that I didn't take any before or after pictures. Jannett cleaning service is excellent! She deep cleaned my apartment this past week 5/2021. No spot was missed. She cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and other rooms: vacuumed, dusted, and organized a bit. She even vacuumed under the bed and was able to get rid of so much dust that had accumulated in the apartment. She also used green products that smell great. Jannett and her husband, Mike, did a beautiful job for us when we moved out of our furnished rental house and casita last week. It was a large, charming, old adobe house with lots of unique architectural detail, and they made it shine top to bottom. Even the insides of the oven and refrigerator were good as new. Same outstanding work at the more modern casita. It was a big job; they took almost two full days, cutting no corners and making sure everything looked great, but the price was still quite reasonable. Highly recommended!

I moved into my apartment and my family helped clean it. I'm a clean freak however and since I didn't do it myself or oversee it, I felt everything was dirty and unsanitized. I reached out to Jannett over Yelp. She responded quickly with a more than fair price. She fit me in quickly. When she arrived she had everything she needed and went to work quickly. I tried Jannett's Maid Service for the first time and she was wonderful. I'm a realtor & had a vacant listing that needed cleaned. She gave me a quote within an hour and was specific as to what the fee included. I asked she contact me 30 min before completion and she did. She cleaned everything nicely and really worked hard on areas that needed TLC. I was amazed how well she removed the bath tub stickies and our light fixtures now sparkled again. Met with Jannett, she gave us a quote of $120 biweekly, which seemed a little bit steep for our small place, but I didn't mind the price because she seemed nice and reliable; and we really need someone because we have a newborn and can't find time to deep clean anymore.
She said she could start on Monday, I told her we had company coming on Saturday and we would like her to come before then if she could, she gladly offered to come to our place Saturday evening, stating she only had one other place to do that day. We agreed on a time and we were all set.
I reached out twice on Saturday to confirm that she was coming, she never responded and never showed up! I went out of town for the day without scrubbing the house down for company because I thought she was coming. My husband rushed home from work and was cleaning frantically what he could in the little time we had before our guests arrived. She totally screwed us over. So unprofessional and unreliable. Apparently she does this often, I should have read the other reviews. Also, I think it's very suspicious that she came, gave us a quote, we agreed to the price and then she never came back, I might sound paranoid, but I feel like she was scoping the place out…?

This review is way overdue but I nevertheless I wanted to leave it because Jannett and her gal, Monica are incredible! They came to my apartment about two weeks ago on Wednesday, 3/22/17. They were tasked with deep cleaning my apartment for my wedding that was taking place that coming Saturday, 3/25/17. (I was the bride and I was getting ready at my apartment with all the bridesmaids.) Let me say, Jannett and Monica got down in my apartment! I was so, so very pleased with their service. I didn't expect the level of cleaning service they provided, but they were worth and are worth every penny.
Jannett scrubbed my shower tile clean. She scrubbed the toliet area. I mean she was on her hands and knees cleaning. She made the bathroom sparkle and my kitchen shine. Monica worked in the bedrooms and I didn't expect this but she cleaned my blinds and window sills! I was amazed and blown away. After they left the place was spotless. They put away the clean dishes and washed the dirty ones, again I did not expect it and it was just done. They were even going to change the sheets on my bed! They are like magical majestic unicorns!
In terms of getting a hold of Jannett she is very quick with getting back to the client. I contacted her the week before I wanted her to come out and had everything set up the very next day. They brought all of their own cleaning supplies and even managed to bring a vacuum cleaner. I don't know where they pulled it out of cuz it didn't look like they had a lot of supplies, but that was some heavy duty vacuum cleaner. Jannett also kept touching base with me as well to let me know when she would arrive. They moved methodically through each room until the task was complete.
I would highly recommend Jannett's Maid Service to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy housecleaners. After discussing with my husband, we've decided we would like Jannett's Maid Service to come out monthly. It's that great of service and for two working people helps out a lot. I've had professional cleaning services in Chicago, Las Vegas, and now Albuquerque. And without any doubt, this company has been the very best!
I'm the kind of person who likes my home to always be clean. I regularly vacuum, mop, etc. in between professional once a month cleanings. So I don't really expect my home to feel like a new home after the professional cleaners leave–because my home is quite clean to begin with.
However, in come this business, and oh my gosh! I was missing so much with other companies! My home never felt cleaner. The professionals were skilled and efficient.
There rate was slightly higher than others I've went with in ABQ, but I'm not complaining. In this case, the saying "you get what you pay for"applies.
Take it from this professor, A+ all around! I'm thrilled I found this company!

I politely declined services from this company after the quote was far over what it should have been. Regardless, this is not why I am writing this review. The reaction from E&G was nothing short of harassment. I received multiple calls daily from them, with no voicemails. They would call, let it ring one time, and then hang up. This all came to a head today as they SHOWED UP AT MY HOME, and tried to sell me once more. This was completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. This company needs to know that is is completely unacceptable.
Update: in response to the company's comment, I would like to clarify that I did send an email to decline services. I received many calls after that–never a voicemail. Even if I hadn't been in communication, it is never acceptable to call someone several times a day, and show up unannounced. Hopefully this practice is not repeated.

We took immense pride in the fact that we'd never hired a cleaning company for our home. We didn't need to pay someone for work we could do. That was the case going on a decade of homeownership, until a strange little year arrived, a year where we suddenly found ourselves spending virtually every waking moment in the house, a year where we noticed the little things we used to overlook. Sure, we were happy to buy shiny new furniture, but deep cleaning? Who had time for that?
I used the Request a Quote feature and two companies immediately messaged me. One company gave me a very reasonable estimate immediately while José from E&G requested inspecting our home, first. In the end, we went with E&G even though they quoted a far higher price, because they knew what they were up against, and their online reputation was stellar.
They arrived one week later and spent the better part of five hours scouring our entire home. They cleaned all of the windows, completely shined the shower, got every baseboard, dusted every frame, and cleaned the upstairs carpet. Four people, nonstop, finishing up with sweet touches, like folding flowers into the toilet paper and shaping the hand towels into sea shells. The oven, oh my goodness, the oven! Covid fried chicken grease and burnt black stacks of who knows what — it's gone! I doubt we'll manage to wait another year to hire them again. They were that good, and let's face it, we're not going anywhere for quite some time, so why not shape up the crib?

I love this business! Jose and his wife came to do an estimate and once we accepted, his crew came the next day. I have had other less expensive cleaners but they haven't done as good of a job, or even those who did, don't call me back.

We appreciated that immediately José from E&G requested inspecting our home, first, for window cleaning. It was then we decided to have them do the housecleaning too. The estimated gave a detail listing of what work to expect and cost.
The Team arrived on time. After they finish, we were given an room by room inspection. They were able to get rid on the lime buildup on my bathrooms sinks, showers and get rid of the blue line coloring left by the toilet bowl cleaners.

I have never been ghosted by a company before, but I was by E & G. At first they were very responsive and quickly came to my house to give an estimate. Jose was very friendly and explained all the work that would be done. It took several days to get an estimate, although that could have been computer related problem. The estimate was based off of the Zillow square footage of our house and a guest house on the property. I emailed back and said that they would not be cleaning the guest house, so the actual square footage is a lot less. It took a day or 2, but I got a reduced quote. I emailed back and accepted the new estimate and that was the last I heard. This transaction was not too long before Thanksgiving, so I chalked the lack of response to that, but after Tday, I sent and email and a text with no response. So, unfortunately, my experience started out well, but apparently he was not down with the adjusted quote. I think a professional email or text stating that they could not do the work, would have been nice since now I have to start again trying to find someone to clean before the holidays.

I paid over $730 for a 'top to bottom' cleaning of a 1740sqft house I just bought & was very disappointed. I was told they had an 'industrial strength' mineral remover for the bathrooms, but it wasn't done & scum left on the soap trays & surfaces … I really don't think the bathrooms were cleaned at all. Some windowsills left undone, windows were streaked and glass surfaces within the house were ignored. Cobwebs remained on the ceilings and corners, woodwork left dusty and drawers not wiped out. I was also told cloth blinds would be vacuumed and vertical blinds wiped down. None of this was done. I paid to have someone else do this as I injured my wrist. However, I could have done a better job myself for free. I feel like I was completely ripped off.

I live out of town so when I decide to sell my home I started looking for a cleaning service. My realtor referred me to Sandia Green Cleaning. I had a couple of problems trying to get the home ready to clean but Sandia Green stayed with me even though they had to come back twice. They went in and cleaned from top to bottom and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a supporter of local businesses I wanted to give my business to this company. The first time they came out I was pretty disappointed with their service but thought that maybe my standards were just to high. At that first visit it was clear that the floors had not been mopped or even swept.
Although I was very disappointed I decided to give them another try. Before going out of town for a long weekend, I decided to schedule another cleaning in anticipation of a coming home to a clean house when we returned. I received the text message that they were on their way around 10 am and another when they left at 1:30. Having a 2200 sq ft house with 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs, I was a little surprised that it only took a short time.
Our house sitter came to the house an hour after they left to set the alarm again and care for our animals, and I immediately received a message about how the house looked. Her exact words were, " Surface cleaners. Stuff on floor. Every room. Swept around instead of picking up. I don't think they mopped anywhere."
She attached pictures of what she saw downstairs and she took it upon herself to sweep and mop and took pictures of what she picked up. She didn't snap picture of the upstairs but there was still toothpaste in the sinks, hair in the showers and stuff all over the floor.
I contacted the company immediately and no one reached out until the following Monday, the company cleaned on Friday morning. The offered to come re clean, but after 2 attempts, I no longer want to do business with this company. They are still attempting to charge me the hourly rate for the cleaning. Since I only have pictures of what they "supposedly" cleaned downstairs I'm sure you can imagine what the upstairs looked like.
As a fellow business owner, I would never charge a customer for a service that didn't meet their needs. Beware of hiring this company to clean your house.

I do not normally leave reviews for services that I have not actually used. However, I feel this may be the only way to stop their harassing marketing tactics. I made the mistake of providing them with my contact information – in the hopes of receiving some idea of their services and the cost. Instead, I have received multiple phone calls at 8am, text messages and emails. I have replied to Claudia three times requesting that I be removed from their marketing list. She responded the first time stating that the marketing program was new and that explained the multiple contacts. However, since that first email, I have received at least one phone call, one text message and two emails every other day.
So, my advice to anyone even considering hiring this company . . . DO NOT provide your contact information until you are sure that they are the cleaning company for you. Unless, of course, you like being harassed.

There are people who don't have time to clean toilets, and people who don't like to clean toilets.
I am the latter. I have on occasion wasted an hour trying to psych myself up to do it. It's probably good for me to clean toilets, so this review is on behalf of my sister.
My sister is the former. She is a doctor who is generally at work 6 days a week, 11 hours a day. I'm really glad she arranged to have Sandia Green Clean come in. Three experienced cleaning people with their own products and gear can get more done in two and a half hours, than my sister could do the whole day if she was by some miracle free to do it. I'm not exaggerating this, she didn't even have time to eat dessert at Christmas dinner, because she got called in.
A team of three cleaners is great, because it goes fast. It is totally worth it for my sister, I want her to get out and enjoy nature or read a book, it's only in our modern society that we're supposed to cook breakfast and dinner and pack a lunch, do our laundry, clean our houses, and also manage a more than full-time job, all while getting in daily exercise. Lose the guilt, get the toilets cleaned if you can. Also this saved me from doing it for her, I would have, because I do have time due to a long-term illness. Actually I have done it, on the occasion that my sister was going insane trying to make dinner for six people coming over with all sorts of dietary requirements. We are a well-oiled machine.
My sister keeps things very clean on an ongoing basis anyway, so I was kind of wondering if it was really necessary for her to get the service regularly. I have one friend who has a very frequent service, but long term that's probably resulted in him now dropping things on the floor and not picking them up, and he needs to be cut off. But yes, I can understand that vacuuming and mopping 2,500 feet of floor has to happen sometime. Bathtubs and those pesky toilets need a periodic deep clean, and she's never going to have time to clean the blades of the ceiling fan, or the glass insets on the inside doors.
Back to the review. I like it when they bring their own products, and those products are safe for kids and pets. Great idea Sandia Green! Part of the reason to have a service, is you may need vacuum cleaner bags or be short on sponges or cleaner or what-have-you, and you don't have to run out and get it, or figure out where to store it. Some cleaning services don't really save you a lot of time or brain energy, if they need all the stuff, or need a lot of direction, or if they are using products that would strip the paint off your car in your bathtub, or the very worst, are just swirling dirt around with a damp rag on your kitchen counter top.
One small problem: they said they were coming between 10:30-11:30, which is a pretty big window, and then they stressed out my sister enormously by calling and saying they were on their way, and would be there early. Ellen was of course at work, but it was fine for me to go over there early and let them in and put the dogs away, meaning I don't have to clean toilets.
House was clean at the end. One of the most pleasant things for me was that although I'm not unfriendly, I didn't have to keep up a conversation or pretend to be doing something helpful or important, I could just read. There was no awkward standing around as if they were waiting for a tip or for me to inspect or something at the end, they just said "Bye! Be careful, the floors are wet!" which I appreciated.
They left a spring of spruce in a vial, which I thought was really cute, I'm a sucker for that kind of thing. I cannot tell you if it smelled clean, because I have lost my sense of smell, but it looked clean. Later, I discovered a little bit of cat fur under the shoe rack, which extended to the coat rack. I briefly wondered if they had not done such a good job there, but I have to get real. There was so much dog and cat fur at my sister's old house, that even with near daily vacuuming, there was still fur swirling and eddying about, six months after they had moved out. That is as good as it gets, which Yelp has as the descriptor under five stars, hence the rating.

Wow! Sandia Green Clean totally blew me away! I called a week before 10 people were coming to stay at my house for my wedding, and the staff were friendly and ready to squeeze my cleaning in before guests arrived. What a relief!
I asked Sandia Green Clean to clean two bedrooms, the living room, the bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining area.
When I got home that evening, I was surprised to find that the staff had cleaned the area in front of my door. The door mat was free of debris and all of the leaves, dirt, etc. had been taken care of. A great first impression!
In my living room, there was a sweet note from the staff with a rose attached. My glass table was spotless (something I had been unable to achieve myself), my television stand and bookshelf were dust-free, there was no dog hair in sight (even under and behind the couches!), and all of my knick-knacks were perfectly replaced.
The two bedrooms were clean from the fans to the baseboards. The bookshelves in both rooms were dust-free, pictures were dusted and cleaned, and window sills were seriously cleaned (I didn't realize how dirty they had become…).
My bathroom has never been so clean! The white sink, shower, and bathtub looked brand new. The toilet was perfectly clean, and the mirror was spotless. Even the tile looked great!
Finally, there was my kitchen and dining area. Before the cleaning, I made sure that all of the miscellaneous items that I had been too lazy to put away were, at last, dealt with so that the cleaning crew could do their thing. Things that had been ignored for far longer than I care to admit and came out looking cleaner than when I bought the house: the refrigerator, the stove (including the areas around the burners!), the tile, the dishwasher, and the light switch covers. I'm sure it was not easy to clean that kitchen, but the cleaning crew did a stellar job!
Overall, I was amazed at the level of detail that Sandia Green Clean attended to. A week later, I'm still finding things that were lovingly cleaned. I hadn't looked in the microwave, for example, until I needed to re-heat dinner, and I thought, "They cleaned the microwave, too?!"
Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving this bride one less thing to stress about! I will absolutely continue using Sandia Green Clean due to both the kindness of the staff and the incredible level of detail that they bring to their cleanings.

We wanted to support local business here in Albuquerque, we used them once last year for a deep cleaning of our home before we rented out for AirBNB and they did a phenomenal job. Unfortunately we used them again this year for the same deep cleaning and we did not get the same results. There was dust left in our bathroom from where we put in new granite. They did not clean the vents like I had asked or cleaned the fridge. There is inconsistency in the work that they do.

This company is very disappointing. The owner is not a good person that you want to give your business to. One of the owners Brandon Condrey did our appraisal and was cold from the start. When I asked if they had insurance in case of theft or broken items he made it seem like I was crazy and untrusting. He acted insulted and unprofessional. I assumed he was having a bad day and went ahead to give the company a try because I liked the products that they use (or I liked that they DIDN'T use certain products/chemicals).
Jump to several months later. My house is broken into. My checkbook is stolen and I have to get a new bank account. My check for cleaning services bounces and Brian calls me. I apologize and explain the situation. I also tell him I will get him payment right away! He doesn't say "I'm so sorry" or "thank you" or anything that a decent human being says. He tells me that he's emailed me an invoice with an additional fee on top of what I owe for his troubles. Keep in mind I've been a well paying customer for quite some time. It didn't matter.
This company has zero care for its clients and simply treats people like a dollar sign or worse. And speaking if dollar signs… they are the most expensive cleaning service in the city

I am so happy to have found All Clean N Brite for my carpet cleaning. Philip did an excellent job. The carpet looks brand new. Philip is reliable and goes out of his way to accommodate the clients needs. He moved some furniture so he could clean underneath it. I certainly am a satisfied client. Next, he is scheduled to come out to clean my air ducts. Something I should have had done prior to the carpet cleaning, Opps, but Philip assured me that he will make double sure that all is left in good order after the ducts are cleaned out. We ended up having a mouse die in our air duct! Yuck, I know! Philip had a very fast response and was able to come out the next day to take care of it! He was able to use a scope to locate it and then vacuumed, sanitized and deodorized the vents and ducts. They did a great job sealing off each vent so dust did not go anywhere in the house and even vacuumed up around each vent afterwards. We also had them clean our kitchen tile/grout while they were here. Our kitchen has never looked better. He and his wife were extremely professional, thoughtful and thorough. He was kind enough to give us a first time customer discount even though it was short notice. We will definitely be have them come back and would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone I dealt with, from Adam who answered the phone and gave me a quote to Jessie and Moishe (sorry I don't know the spelling of his name) who packed and moved us, were very courteous, reliable and efficient.
The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the service provided. Would definitely use again and recommend.

The movers who helped us out were very quick and efficient, as well as being quite friendly. They put up protective padding on the walls and hallways to prevent damage at the pickup location and we felt very at-ease. In addition to the two movers, the business owner, Trey, came to check up on the progress twice during our move, once at pickup and once at drop off.
At the drop off location, the movers did not put up the protective padding that they had placed at the pickup location, which resulted in some minor wall and paint damage. We also had several items damaged in the move, including one (cheap particle board) desk that had its entire leg snapped off. The level of damage was not outside of the realm of what we expected, but it was a bit frustrating nonetheless.
This company offers honest pricing and hardworking employees.
Be aware that this company prefers to "fix" the damage themselves rather than issue refunds or reimbursements. We were able to negotiate a reimbursement for the broken desk, as we decided to fix the other damage ourselves, but this took some time as I had trouble getting my calls and emails returned for about a week.
My suggestion to the company would be to improve its communication following the move to bring it up to par with the excellent communication DURING the job.
Overall I am happy with the work Trey and his team did, but there's room for improvement where communication is concerned.

They canceled service with less than 24 hours of my scheduled appointment. They did not offer to assist in finding another company in my move. This costs me hundreds of dollars additional costs and stress. The owner never returned my repeated calls. Totally unreliable.

They are nice, and do a reasonable job. However, it cost nearly twice as much as it did for an equivalent in-town move with someone else about six months prior, although the time it took was the same. I think it's because they had more people and a very nice truck, but struggled with things like having only one kind of giant box to pack in. This is kind of the mid-point between guys with a truck, and white glove movers. Guys with a truck may not show up. White glove movers do stuff like carefully wrap Tupperware with each piece in multiple sheets of packing paper.
I was a little perturbed that in order to keep the costs remotely in alignment with the estimate and some errors in calculation, there wasn't time to stop by the storage space I had rented, or take the donations to Goodwill. If they had done that, it would have been four or five stars. The cleaning ladies were phenomenal and fast, thank goodness, I'm up to my ears in giant boxes that I can't carry down the stairs.
Tipping movers confuses me. It was clear that they were hiring people that had no idea that they were charging a decent amount for each of them. I really don't want my tip to be the actual money these hardworkers are making, but I just didn't have enough after the costs went way past what I told them I had for the move to tip very much. It was embarrassing.
I am hiring them again though, if I ever work for a company that is paying for the relocation.

Out of the many quotes I requested for my move to Santa Fe from ABQ, All in One sent the most comprehensive one. I figured if they took this much care with just an estimate, they will care a lot about my move–and I was right!
Trey and his partner were friendly, efficient, communicated reliably and answered all my questions. They were really good sports about the unexpected staircase at my new location. Trey even disassembled and reassembled my bed frame!
I was also grateful for their awesome "move+cleaning" special because first of all it's an amazing deal and secondly, really nobody WANTS to clean their entire rental after a long day of moving. My old place was SPOTLESS and thoughtfully looked after.

Despite the initial problems with the move, Trey reached out to discuss the situation with us and offer us a compromise, we explained the reason for our frustrations stemmed from how a lot of the move was handled without his presence.
We had expected the job to take no more than 6 hours and were informed they were not expecting the move to have as many items as there had been.
Trey comped us for a few hours off the job, having stated he was upset that it had taken so long, and agreed to get our cleaning service set up for us at no cost because of the inconvenience.
The compromise was acceptable and we felt satisfied by the resolution.

This company moved us 180 miles. They were very careful about protecting and loading our furniture, our boxes and all our miscellaneous items. The guys were friendly and personable, and worked consistently and very hard. We were very satisfied with this portion of our move.
When we received the invoice for our move, it was over TWICE what our estimate was! When we questioned this, the office administrator explained that the person who provided our estimate had simply miscalculated. Of course, we had to pay the invoice, but we had definitely not budgeted for the move costing us twice what our estimate had been.
We took advantage of the offer to have the housecleaners clean our home before we moved in (at 1/2 price, when combined with our move). I'm sure the housecleaners vacuumed, washed floors, and wiped down the bathrooms. However, since our new (to us) home was empty, we had expected that the frig, stove, cupboards, and drawers would be cleaned, and made move-in ready for our items. This was not done. The housecleaners did leave us a bouquet of flowers, and a nice note, which we found very thoughtful.
Overall, we were satisfied with this move. However, the miscalculation on the estimate, the invoice coming in at twice the estimate, and the fact that appliances, cupboards, and drawers were not cleaned, are the reason for 4 stars.

I hired Abq Affordable Residential Cleaning Service for a move-out cleaning and I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars! Tommy and Linda do fantastic work! Not to mention they are both very polite and kind.

Tommy and Linda are very punctual- arrived at our agreed meeting time with all supplies ready to go.
We did a tour of the house and with no hesitation they said it would be no problem to clean it all. Everything. EVERYTHING.
They are very thorough with their cleaning, and their attention to detail is on point. From baseboards to window sills, faucets to every nook and cranny- including the garage- they do it all. Spotless. My wood floors are shining!
When I get settled in a new home I WILL hire them again.

Wanted to update my review: I am going on my 10th year that Tom and Linda have cleaned my house. I have never had anyone that is more reliable and trustworthy and professional. Even in a crunch they are willing to come and late in the day and spend as much time as it takes to make it perfect. I have read some negative reviews, it's absurd…Truly.
I still don't understand how they make my stained concrete floors looking like glass and get every hard water stain off my shower doors.
I wouldn't waste my time with any other company. If you can get on their schedule you should definitely use them. You will be as happy as I've been and I'm a perfectionist!

Our present house cleaner had to stop cleaning for family reasons, and we wanted our home to continue, to be consistently cleaned. I sent an email to 2 companys and Green Sweep answered. Daniella was pleasent, noted our concerns and needs, agreed verbally to a discounted 1st deep clean….$218.00 instead of $285.00, since our home was cleaned 2 weeks before, and this is the schedule we desided on, every 2 weeks.
Ambrosia arrived, we chit chatted for a few moments, told her a little about ourselves and what we needed, and she began right away. She did a wonderful job, and we told her we'd like her on a regular basis. We were under the impression we would receive a proposal, but never received one, Ambrosia came and cleaned as expected. I did receive 2 text messages telling me they would begin cleaning, 1 a few days before, 1 the day before, which we like very much!!!
Today I received an email receipt for our payment of $303.83 okaaaay….yes a bit bugeyed. We know glitches happen, and since it was verbally agreed to over the phone, of which both of us can verify, we're hopeful we can get a resolution to an almost, $100.00 difference in agreed service.
That said, our home was cleaned, smelled fresh, and upon inspection, during a finish walk through, my wife was delighted, which, in turn, made me, as you can imagine, very Happy. (Ambrosia told my wife that she knew, by just looking, that our home had been regularly cleaned.)
We very much want Ambrosia to be our regular home cleaner, and are hopeful this can be arranged! The 4 stars minus 1 are because of this slight glitch, Ambrosia was a 10! Great job Ambrosia!!!

We have been using Green Sweep for more than a year. Overall we were very happy with their service. They are normally on time. If they are late or early, they always contact us. Oh house is a five bedroom and kids toys are all over. But every time they did great job in just a few hours.

I needed a deep clean of my home. Dust and dog hair had taken over. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon two people were there to clean. They were professional and did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was fantastic…from wiping the blinds (not just dusting them) to wiping the baseboards (not just sweeping them). I was so impressed I went ahead and signed up for regular cleanings. I'd highly recommend Green Sweep. Prices are reasonable, but are probably a little higher than paying someone cash under the table…but they are insured and bonded, which the others aren't.

Katie, Kristin, and Miranda were wonderful! I appreciated their positive attitude, kind approach, and professionalism. They worked for 4.5 hours straight on our home then came again 2 weeks later to begin maintenance. The house was dirtier then I let on so they quickly & cheerfully adapted their cleaning schedule and had a discussion about my expectations. They came prepared with specialized tools to get the job done efficiently. The house looks even better than when we moved in!!

I needed a business to do a deep clean on my home before guests arrived for the weekend. I called the Green Sweep, and Melissa was very helpful in getting me booked on short notice. I arranged to have the techs call me to remotely open the garage to let them in when they arrived and this went off without a hitch. During cleaning one of the techs disconnected my home wifi, which disabled all of the cameras in the house, no big deal I planned to just reconnect when I got home, however they never notified me that they were done and leaving so I had to call to make sure that they were gone before I re-activated my alarm and secured my home.
When I got home the negative part started. My wife and I noticed that on first glance the place looked very clean. They did a great job of removing pet hair from our couch (our dogs seem to shed their coats daily). However when we started actually looking we noticed that there were a lot of things left undone, or half completed. The bottom of the ceiling fans were dusted, but not the top, none of the baseboards appeared to be cleaned, none of the window-sills were dusted, beds were only half made, there was cleaning product splatter on the side of a vanity, the front of the stove and dishwasher weren't cleaned. It looked like two people had been assigned to each cleaning task, and only one of the pair had actually done anything.
I called and left a message that night, and called the next morning because I hadn't heard anything back. I talked to Melissa again who was very apologetic and offered to have another crew come by and take care of the parts that hadn't been completed. I called back and let them know that I wasn't going to be able to be there to oversee the cleaners the second time, and with the guests coming we didn't have time to wait on the crew, and I asked for a discount. After talking to the management Desiree came back to me with a 25% discount on the cleaning.
Everyone I talked to on the phone was very nice, and then very apologetic, but It doesn't change the fact that my home was only half cleaned and we paid for 3/4s of the job.
Two stars because the customer service over the phone was really professional, and the couch was really clean.

We had our home done for a move in/move out. It's our first time becoming landlords and while pregnant I wasn't going to clean and be crazy. They showed up on-time and did a great job despite my power having gone out! We supplied a portable light and they were able to clean the bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, and everything looks great. We just didn't get a vacuum done. I recommend them and it was easy to schedule. I just hope if we use them again the wind doesn't knock out the power!

One of the reasons I am so pleased with Green Sweep is that when the cleaning is finished, my home is refreshed and clean without that cleaning smell. I really do not like the smell of artificial cleaners and chemicals, and I can breathe freely throughout the whole process. I also appreciate that this is a woman-owned business.
The person who came to clean, Carrie, is friendly and fast. She cleaned everything we requested and more, including wiping down the inside of our fridge. What a treat! I also appreciated that she offered to roll our trash and recycling bins back onto our driveway.

Staci and Patty were our cleaners, and they did a PHENOMONIAL job. They showed up 10 mins early to ensure they were on time and they finished right on time as well. We had a move out clean with them for our apartment at Markana Apts and they definitely had a hard job to do. They worked very hard and the place was immaculate when they were finished. Our apt manager thought the place was spotless and that they did a fantastic job as well. They are a bit pricey because they use special 'green' products. But what I valued the most was the professionalism; showing up on time, finishing on time, politeness, and exceeding cleaning expectations. Our place had hard water that stained and Staci and Patty worked VERY hard to get the place clean. I highly recommend this service. Their work was exceptional.
