So we paid for a deep clean – I would call it a little less than regular clean. I'm attaching a few pics of stuff left behind. Careful if you have a basement – I was told no one has ever asked them to clean a basement even though I included it in my square footage estimate. Since they didn't do it they took an entire 5% off the price. Oven cleaning – not so much, fan cleaning (missed a few blades). When we asked them to double check some work – it was not customer is right but let's get defensive. My wife wanted the house cleaned for her birthday – instead she was upset they did not do a good job. I would suggest save your money and do it yourself.

I found the pricing very fair and we scheduled an initial deep clean. They arrived promptly at noon as we scheduled and by 2:30 the house was spotless. I hired RVA cleaners for a move-out cleaning on our 2 bedroom, 3 floor house. Doris, our cleaner, was on time, so friendly, and so professional. When we had our final walkthrough with our landlord, he said he had never seen a place left in such good condition. She truly went above and beyond. I really appreciated that she asked what I was looking for out of the service she provided–I was looking for a "gets my security deposit back" type of clean and that it did! Additionally she is thorough with her work, it exceeded my expectations when I returned. Her quotes for cleaning times were close to what she estimated. Lastly, she was very nice to me/wonderful to take to and I'm thankful she was able to take care of this during the COVID pandemic. 🙂

Because she does such an excellent job everyone in the house has peace of mind.
She is ruthlessly punctual. She works assiduously for the 4 hours she is there. I can give her "special" assignments that she fits into the schedule. The three of us have never had a complaint. If you tell her what you want done and she agrees (and she has never disagreed with any request), it will be done to perfection.

Service was excellent when I started with this company. Always on time and a very thorough job. As time went on the staff changed slightly but overall the service was still good. Since COVID they have been experiencing staffing issues. I understand completely. They still showed up on time however the length of time they were at my home started getting shorter and the job less thorough. Today the 2 member team showed up and seemed uncertain of what they were supposed to clean. I did speak to the office after they arrived. They left after only 56 minutes (used to be 90). The job was less than acceptable. Vacuuming in the main rooms was minimal and the kitchen had untouched areas, like the vent hood. It's black so everything shows. I called the office and they were very nice but I cancelled my service. I get the staffing issues, but if you're still sending 2 people, shouldn't the job done be the same?

I bought a Groupon for some cleaning after having work done in my home. Two extremely nice ladies showed up, ON TIME, and did the most thorough job of cleaning I've ever had. They literally cleaned from top to bottom of my home and worked non-stop the entire 4 hours they were here. They were easy to work with and did more than I even asked of them. I called Perfect Cleaning on short notice for a move-out cleaning. Their rate was very competitive and the two workers that came were kind and polite and totally focused on the job. Feeling slightly ripped off by this cleaning service. I needed a thorough, one time cleaning for my home which was being put up for sale. Their website states they do a thorough cleaning and they offered hourly and a flat fee rate. Having only used a cleaning service once before a long time ago, I didn't know how long it would take for them to clean my home so the lady I booked the cleaning with said to go with the flat rate which could be adjusted according to the time the cleaning actually took. Two maids came out the day of my appointment and did an adequate job — not the "superb" job I was expecting based on their website reviews — but I was pleased with it overall; I just wished they would have at least vacuumed the floors of the walk-in closets which were not touched at all. I expected all of my floors would be vacuumed and mopped. They were at my house from 0915-1200, just under three hours. The hourly rate was $59; the flat fee was $259, so obviously the hourly rate would have saved me roughly $80. I called immediately after the maids left to notify the booking office and requested to have the rate adjusted, but the lady who answered said she would have to have the person who booked my appointment call me. You guessed it — I never got that phone call or the adjusted rate, not to mention the 15% Spring Cleaning discount posted on their website that was supposed to be offered for a one-time cleaning. I also gave both of the maids a substantial tip for their services before they left since I fully expected the business would be honorable and adjust my invoice to the hourly rate. Bottom line is my house was adequately cleaned, it isn't the end of my world, but my husband and I both work very hard for our money as well and so I am left feeling slightly ripped off.

Paid for services not received. I bought a Living Social deal for 3 hours of cleaning. I called to schedule the cleaning and they said they would call back and they never did. I called again a week later and they said you can only book Monday's. Nowhere on the coupon does it say no Friday cleaning or that you have to book months in advance. Living Social refunded my money.

I have to preface this review by saying that I don't know if Joyner Fine Properties or the tenant moving out scheduled this service. Or what the specific service/time was. But, I knew immediately that I wouldn't call them. I walked in the half bath and the toilet bowl was rimmed in black gunk (took me 2 seconds to clean), there were drippings down the kitchen cabinets (also only took a few minutes to clean), and the ice and ice maker was coated in black dirt and debris (this required a longer disinfecting process). Being that what I could see wasn't clean, I didn't trust that what I couldn't see had actually been cleaned. Took me many hours and 2 big Lysol wipe containers just on the kitchen and 1.5 baths. Regardless of what they were paid to do and who paid them, I wouldn't hire them.

We have used this company for the past two years. We used them at our old house and also at our new home. The ladies are very nice and clean whatever you ask! They also clean well! The reason we didn't rate five stars is because we absolutely adored one cleaner and have yet to be able to request her again, and also because on one occasion we had to get our bathrooms re-cleaned ;-(. I had such high hopes for Maid Brigade. All of the other reviewers had me looking forward to a sparkling house.
PROS:
*They were able to schedule me for a 'deep cleaning' with just a few days notice.
*They arrived on time; actually, about 30 minutes early!
*They brought all of their own equipment/supplies.CONS:
*I was asked by the owner to list the 'focus areas' – I said, "Bathrooms and Kitchen". I expected these areas to be immaculate. Unfortunately, after better inspection, I noticed this was not the case.*The two upstairs bathrooms have tile shower walls. Neither of the bathroom's shower walls were cleaned at all. There was still soap scum/residue and hair on the wall. (I purposefully left this dirty to check after 'Deep Cleaning')
*My boyfriend had also taken a Swiffer Wet Wipe to the kitchen floor the next day and wiped up a solid 4-5 wipes of black, dirty residue along the trim and under the kitchen counters.
As the ladies were leaving, the house looked great. Once I began to inspect a little deeper over the next couple of days, I noticed more and more areas that were not what I'd consider 'Deep Cleaned'. I understand that a shower wall may be forgotten, but I have a hard time with multiple areas being 'overlooked'. If I had noticed sooner, I would have called them to return, but I just went ahead and cleaned up what was left.
Next time, I will save my money and just do the job myself. This time was different because my dad has been hospitalized for over 3 months, and I wanted him to come home to an immaculate home.

My boyfriend and I recently renovated our kitchen, which required knocking out a few walls in our 1930s home. And man, did that accumulate some DUST.
I've always been a self-home-cleaner, but after about 5 weeks of dusty living, I knew I needed to get some professionals out here to do the job.
It was such a relief when I walked through the door.
I touched every surface, and they were all spotless. I have two large built-in shelves with lots of little and big trinkets. They took the time of dusting every piece and placing everything back so nicely.The main reason we hired the professionals was for the insane amount of dust, but oh boy was our bathroom CLEAN AND SPARKLY. Not to mention, I have a husky who sheds quite a bit, and there wasn't a hair in site. I could tell they really took their time in each room of our house.
Although my kitchen renovation was finished, the dust was too overwhelming to enjoy. It was such a relief to finally feel like I got home back thanks to Maid Brigade.

The only reason I gave them one star was for the low price. Otherwise, it has been a waste. Home never has a "just clean smell" instead smells like motor oil or cheap polish. I am almost positive that the only thing that is done is a vacuum, and spray the toilets. Showers and toilets still unclean. Baseboard never dusted, even after a prior complaint. They tried to tell me that they spent almost 2 hours cleaning my home, when I was only gone for less than an hour. Food still on appliances.

I heard about Maid Brigade from a neighbor who raved about the service. Prior to retiring several years ago, I had a person to do my cleaning on a bi-monthly basis that I thought did a good job. After retiring I felt that I should be doing it as I had the time. What I did not know was how much I would dred cleaning day when I had to do it. It took so much time and I found it depressing. I was astonished the first time Maid Brigade came and frankly am astonished every time they come. I have yet to find ANYTHING that they don't do well or that I think I could be done better and I think I am pretty particular. On the cleaning day, they arrived on time. With three cleaners, the work was very quick. They did an amazing job. Even the property manager asked if I cleaned myself during our walk through because it was so clean. I told her it was Teal Cleaning and they were awesome.

AMAZING service. My 2017 Ford Focus had never been washed since I bought it… in 2017. Not only that, but I park under a messy tree AND I have two dogs. One with 4 inch long hairs that COATED the entire interior. Like, fistfuls of hair. I wish I were exaggerating, but I'm not. The car looks like new inside and out. And when a storm came up before they could finish, they came back the next day to finish. I am not an avid Yelp reviewer. I only provide feedback for top notch service. Highly recommend you use them!

I got in contact with teal cleaning through Yelp. They came out to my house to clean my car (actual my sister-in-law's car) and did an amazing job. The car was FILTHY and they got it looking so good! The two cleaners were so polite and courteous. They were on time and great with communication. Also the value was amazing. Today, I asked to get an estimate for my very dirty car seats and sent out a request to all mobile detail companies for a quote. Teal Cleaning caught my attention because it is a family owned business and I wanted to give them my business and support a BOB.

I found Mr teal on Yelp. I was looking for someone who would detail my car in order to sell.. He got back to me immediately on a price. Was here prompt the next day. Stuck to the price he quoted no extras. They did an absolutely fantastic job! They cleaned every nook cranny and corner that they could possibly find. this car was pretty dirty too. These guys did great. I needed my old truck (white 08' ram) cleaned up so I could take pictures and sell it and expected to pay at least the price I was quoted. I had already cleaned the inside (got my junk out and vacuumed) but hadn't cleaned the outside for a while. They spent way longer than I expected and drove to our house in mechanicsville. We're about 20 minutes from 295 so I wasn't sure what to expect from any Mobile detailed.

For Christmas, I had my sisters seats shampooed.
The car smelled better afterwards but a good portion of the stains remained. It was as if it was more of a spot clean versus a full seat clean. Not what we thought we signed up.
This was a 2019 suv w grayish-tan seats that have stains from water that spilt from an iron.
They came to her work location and completed the job on time, were kind and polite.

I had a horrible experience. He gave me a quote of 120.00, I asked did that include the deck and the patio? He asked me howany floors, and then said 160.00. He arrived and power washed the house and wanted 160.00. He said the deck and patio would be 40.00 more. He power washed the deck and said that the 40.00 did not include the patio. He was very rude over the phone, which is where most of our conversations took place. He was pleasant in person. He apologized after. However, I will never use him again. Never Ever! The power washing left something to be desired. He didn't do the garage, or front porch only the stairs, and under the gutters was still dirty. He also had the audacity to say that's why he doesn't like working with black people because we don't like to pay. He took no responsibility that he gave a quote that he didn't uphold. He may be cheaper but not worth the attitude?
