WooHoo is what I can say. Nicole and her helper cleaned my 4000+ sq. foot house in 4 hours from top to bottom. She asked me what products I like to use, made recommendations on others, and BEST of all, she got old sticker/labels off windows, etc that I couldn't get off. $300 plus tax was paid for DEEP CLEANING — it was a horrible regular cleaning not talking about deep cleaning. I could list everything that wasn't done, but what is worst is the owner said she would come to my house to deep clean herself. She is now avoiding my phone calls. Just to give you a hint, the tops of the kitchen counter back splashes never were touched. I dropped an earring the morning after and came back with dust from under my dresser. Furniture wasn't polished. I picked up the burner covers and grease was still untouched. Reached my hand behind the books in the top part of my TV hutch and they had not moved the books. Horrible — she stole from us and I'm now contemplating small claims. But I will contact Better Business next after FB.

Considering what you get for the money, the price was reasonable and not expensive in my opinion. The 2 individuals who cleaned my house were professional, good communicators, hard-working and best of all personable. I liked it that they interacted with me, asked me questions about how I wanted things done, and pointed out that certain things that they had cleaned were not looking as clean&shiny as they wanted because the item was scratched, stained, or old, etc. I appreciated that they took pride in their work. My kitchen sink and stove were unbelievably sparkly clean when they were done.
This was my first time ever using a cleaning service rather than just hiring an individual. I figured the price would be a bit higher than I was used to because the cleaners weren't independent contractors but in exchange for the higher price, I felt comfortable with the housecleaners since they were backed up by a legitimate business that was bonded. For that peace of mind, the price I paid was completely reasonable. They did as good a job or better than an individual. I had low expectations and they were greatly exceeded because they were thorough and experienced. I liked the fact that they arrived in an "It's Just Maids" vehicle and brought their own supplies and vacuum cleaner, which was appreciated and unexpected. They got the job done and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
