Where do I start? Angie and her crew are legit lifesavers. I use them 1-2X per week for a short term rental. But let me first tell you how my relationship with them began.
Three years ago, my regular cleaners told me that they could no longer work with me (moving out of town). I interviewed a few companies, but Angie really impressed me because I could tell she was organized and committed to providing a top notch service. At the same time, however, I had a friend who cleaned homes and was in need of a job, so I alternated between her and Angie's crew. Angie always could help me out in a pinch and her cleaners are super fast but very thorough (the benefit of having a team of cleaners rather than one person of course). I used her services sporadically throughout the past three years and she always came through for me, even tried her best when she was completely booked. This is crucial when you are relying on income from a STR and need last minute reservations when they come through.
When my friend gave her notice this past spring, I actually felt like it was going to be ok, because I had a company that had proven themselves to be dependable and loyal to their customers. Angie and her crew have been my regular cleaners ever since and will be henceforth! The best!

Paid for a "deep clean" of our house and received barely even a surface level clean. They were given 3 hours to deep clean the entire house per their company and then left once time was up without cleaning the rest of the house that was left undone! Owner was nice and tried to reconcile but we will not waste our time/money in the future.
This incident actually took place in December 2019- not October. I have attached a picture of the quote we were given from the owner which states "cleaning can take up to 3 hours." If I would have known by that she meant after 3 hours of cleaning we will pack up and leave without finishing the rest of the house, I wouldn't have wasted my time/money. I mean who wants a half cleaned house?? My wife reached out to the owner to let her know she was unhappy with the service in which she was told she could send the maids back for 1 hour for free of charge to finish. My wife said that would be fine if they would be able to clean everything that was left undone in addition to cleaning all the spots missed. Like I said the owner tried to reconcile and it was appreciated but was still a surface level clean and not a deep clean which we paid for.

Angie and her team are incredible. I live in an old converted apartment that has a lot of shedding brick walls – it gets dusty very quickly. Plus I have a toddler and a dog so you can imagine it's not the easiest job, but Angie's team does a great job every week. They don't mind that I work from home and am a little in their way and are even patient and kind when my dog tries to fight the vacuum. The rates are extremely reasonable and I can't recommend them highly enough!

I wasn't sure exactly what to expect since I've never hired anyone to clean a place where I've lived before. However, now that they've come, I honestly feel the following:

This is the best cleaning service I've ever experienced. The owner is very professional, and communicative. She called me to confirm ahead of my appointment, and kept me up to speed with the arrival time of her crew.
Once the ladies arrived, they thoroughly cleaned each room impeccably. They even cleaned under the furniture which is often a neglected area. They asked what areas to concentrate on, because I only reserved two hours via Groupon. I would've ordered more hours, but two hours was the max time offered. My house was a little bit larger than they probably expected for a three bedroom, so they were not able to do every room. They prioritized on the rooms that I chose, and they did a wonderful job. Next time I will book them for a longer amount of time but all in all I was very satisfied with their work. Clean house that smelled wonderful – well worth the price to not do it myself!

I haven't hired a cleaning service for my house since I moved in back in 2013. I decided to splurge and go into the next decade squeaky clean, so I ordered the "deep clean". Y'all…..they cleaned inside the fridge, inside the freezer, the oven, the microwave, the medicine cabinet in my bathroom (like took all my tiny bottles/jars/etc. out, wiped it down, put back in all organized!), wiped all surfaces (doors, walls, trim, blinds, pictures, etc), and furniture was either wiped down or vacuumed. They brought all their supplies, so that was nice that I didn't have to do any of that.
Communication started here on Yelp, Angie responded quickly, and we scheduled a date. She was very communicative. If I had one complaint, it would be that here in Nola, things are up high such as air vents, air returns, etc, and they didn't get to that (but yes cleaned ceiling fans). I think had I specified this, it would be done.
I hired Angie after reading the reviews, and they are all correct. I'll be calling them again in the future!

Angie is nothing short of a miracle! This is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used in my life. She and her partner cleaned EVERYTHING! They even did the laundry and clean my fridge!

We had this service about ten times over the last year. The service was inconsistent. Angie herself is very professional and communicative, but the level of cleaning with each visit was inconsistent. Sometimes I'd come home and it would be sparkling clean with a wonderful fragrance, and sometimes I'd come home and have to do the finishing touches myself. I really enjoy deep cleaning my own space, but I rarely have the time. I knew I could do a better job myself and I was aggravated to pay for inconsistent service. A couple of times the ladies were at my house for less time than quoted. My kitchen sink was never as clean as I can get it with Comet cleanser. The last time they came, we asked for a deep clean and I specified a few items, but the items weren't done and the ladies were not there as long as they told Angie they were. Most of the visits were acceptable, though. Angie always offered to remedy the situation, but in the end it just wasn't worth it. We just need to make more time to do it ourselves.

I didn't realize how dirty our house was was until they were done. Our house looks impeccable. We really appreciate their attention to detail.
We have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house and we scheduled a deep clean. The girls took their time and were extremely thorough. Our toilets had rust stains and now they look brand new. Our jacuzzi bath tub looks brand new. Our ceiling fans were wiped and cleaned. They also cleaned both the inside and outside windows. They even cleaned out our garbage disposal. We opted for the couch cleaning option which I highly recommend if you have pets. My husband used to sneeze whenever he sat on our couch. His allergies are so much better now.
These girls are very professional, thorough and trustworthy. I felt very comfortable leaving them to it while I ran some errands. Our house looks brand new. I will be signing up for a monthly cleaning service. Highly recommend.

I recently had Joanna clean a rental tenants had moved out of (which was left pretty gross, especially with dog hair). She met me in advance for a quick 10 minute meeting at the property so she could give an accurate price for the whole rental to be cleaned (very reasonable price for that matter and very close to what she quoted me via Yelp by just reading a short description of the place). The place was left SPOTLESS. Joanna and her team worked hard to make the place look brand new. She got stains out of the bathroom, all the of pet hair was essentially gone, and stains on the walls and ceilings were also gone. At the end, she made sure I was satisfied with everything before accepting payment. She literally moved appliances out of the way to get all the nooks and crannies cleaned in the place!

Joanna has been doing a wonderful job cleaning my home. It took me a while to find someone I was really satisfied with- I tried 2 other companies that just didn't work out. Joanna came in for the first appointment and spent a lot of time deep cleaning my home. Everything was perfect. After the initial clean, she has been back several times, and has cleaned everything just as well every time.
The other companies I used weren't cleaning the whole house during each visit- so sometimes they didn't do the blinds or the baseboards or whatever (disappointing). Joanna cleans everything every time, and her prices are very reasonable. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN. She was an absolute waste of our time, cost us more money to find another cleaner because she said she would be at our home at 8am then sent us text messages (apparently her customer service doesn't entail actually calling customers?) to text us 2.5 hours later stating she was sending us before and after photos. Her comment below states she can't call or text people with out of state numbers yet see our photo she clearly is able to. She also comments she accepts credit cards yet the photo we attached shows she clearly states she can't accept credit cards. Just one lie after another. Do not trust this woman. Then we fine out she NEVER CLEANED THE HOUSE! what we got was 40 pictures of lightbulb dust and a decent looking empty home that needed to be cleaned. She then stated there were a few boxes in the home that apparently prevented her from attempting to clean? The best part is she said it would have to take her 6-10 hours to clean an empty 1600sq foot home. She also does not accept credit cards and apparently doesn't show up or clean when she says she will. Do not waste your time or money on this business. Completely unreliable, dishonest and not worth the stress. I was so impressed from the start: the first phone call to ask what their availability was, Leslie (the owner) was accommodating, professional, and willing to fit me in last minute. She went over the details and services of her business, asked me specifically what I needed done, and was very patient when I was trying to figure out what I may need (I had never hired a cleaning service before!) I liked that she did not try to push me to add extra services beyond what I needed! I am a grad student and this was definitely a splurge (but a WELL SPENT ONE!) Her sister was hired and arrived exactly on time.

Leslie and her team are first class, all the way. I messaged around for quotes, and Leslie got back to me in a matter of hours. She came out for a walkthrough/estimate immediately, and scheduled my first deep clean at my convenience via text.

Finding a company willing to cross the Industrial Canal and deep-clean our house has been an exercise in frustration. Enter Brooms N Buckets, who not only did an excellent job (our beige front door is once again white) but who also found, while ridding the floor under our bed of some dust jackrabbits, an item of significant monetary and sentimental value — my husband's "lost" wedding ring. I tried to contact this company multiple times over a few days, and never heard back. I called multiple times, left a voicemail, filled out their contact form on their website twice, requested a quote via yelp. I tried everything to get in touch, and never ever got a response or even an acknowledgment that they received my inquiries. I was very polite every single time I reached out. Like I said, I'm not reviewing their cleaning services, but this review reflects my experience with this company. Such a bummer.

Leslie was on time, professional, incredibly responsive to text/calls, amazing…did I mention on time (she was actually 10-15 minutes early both times we met). My home smells and looks amazing. Every inch of my house is sparkling and the bathroom is so clean I would cook dinner in there if I had to. We do not really use our loft area so I told her not to worry about it…she straightened it up anyway! Now it is neat and tidy.

I'm not one to post negative Yelp reviews, but this company came very highly recommended and my experience was so disappointing. First of all, I was told that it would not cost more than 255$ to clean my house, which is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath. I was quoted this on the phone after my house visit was rescheduled then canceled entirely. The owner said she could just give me the quote over the phone. When she arrived she told me the number she had quoted me was way too low and that after seeing my house in person it would cost around $400 to clean my house. I was clearly in a bind because I was moving the next day and all my roommates had moved away at this point. I finally got her to agree to the original price but it was very awkward and unprofessional. I needed the cleaning service and at this point had no choice but to use them.
Then, it took them almost 9 hours to clean my house. Keep in mind everything except some small boxes in the middle of a couple rooms had been moved out. There was no big furniture, nothing in the closets etc. When they were finally done, I did a walk through and immediately noticed they hadn't swept or mopped the living room. After they came back through and fixed it I was already running late to move things in to my new place. I was told they would be done cleaning around 3pm, so I didn't think making a 6:00pm appointment at my new house would be a time conflict. I didn't get a chance to finish looking at the cleaning job upstairs, but I wish I had. When I came back home I realized they hadn't swept or mopped any of the upstairs rooms or my bathroom. Before I move out today I have to re-clean the floor of every room upstairs because there is still dirt and debris all over! Way too high a price for a cleaning service that took 9 hours and didn't even finish the upstairs of my house. Save your money and use a different cleaning service.

I am a college student who lives with three other girls and we were interested in finding an affordable but thorough cleaning service. Not only did we find both, but we found friends. Leslie and her team are absolutely wonderful ladies.
