The cleaning crew provided was exceptionally thorough and did a fantastic job getting our new home clean and ready for move in. Scheduling was easy and flexible, as we had a delay with our move-in date, which they handled so well and without any issues. Pricing was reasonable, especially considering that there was dust from renovations that were done prior to our move in. Had them scheduled for 8am. At 11am still nobody had arrived so I called, nobody answered. Then get a text "sorry I'm driving can you text" and once I questioned why nobody came she then claimed the cleaners were in accident. If that was the case, not sure why I wasn't contacted within 3 hours, or why that wasn't the first thing she said when I contacted her? Seems like she just forgot she scheduled me and then made up an excuse. 2 cleaners finally arrive at 12:30. They cleaned less than half of my house and then one said she has high blood pressure and can't finish, so they both left. Then the owner contacted me (after I called 3 times and couldn't get ahold of her) and claimed they "used too much chlorine cleaning the bathroom and she didn't feel well" And offered to come finish it SEVEN days from now. I obviously said pass on that one.
Clearly they can't get the story straight. Very very unprofessional.

Save your money or give it to charity! These people did nothing they promised to do. I paid for the move in/out cleaning and could not tell if anything was done. My refrigerator was filthy, there was a ring in the toilet bowl in one bathroom and urine stains on the bowl in another, debris in the drawers, the stove was not cleaned, etc. I spent several hours cleaning what I had paid to be cleaned!

He arrived exactly on time and worked tirelessly thoughout three full days until the job was finished. The results were everything we wanted: nice clear glass. 1st and last time w/Sparkly. The cleaning was ok. I am accustomed to a deep cleaning to be more thorough than what I received. There were 3 cleaners that came but 2 left early due to another appointment. I did a quick walkthrough but did not notice the many issues until afterwards. There were several issues:
1. Neither air vents upstairs and downstairs were wiped/dusted
2. None of the base boards were dusted/swept and vacuuming was not done between the carpet and baseboards. We have 2 dogs and hair buildup was not vacuumed. I asked several times if baseboards were included and they said yes, but they weren't cleaned.
3. Fans upstairs were wiped/dusted but not the ones downstairs.
4. The utility closet was asked to be mopped twice and still wasnt completed. I asked the last person left if she mopped and she said yes, but it wasn't as there was still trash behind the trash can.The cleaning resembled a biweekly upkeep cleaning rather than a deep clean and I was very disappointed.
For being a new customer paying $270 for a single cleaning, I was expecting the absolute BEST service since they profit from biweekly/monthly continued cleaning service. I unfortunately wont be using Sparkly's again.

We hired Sparkly to clean our house after we had moved out so it would be clean for the pictures for the listing. So we did the move in/move out cleaning. I also added a couple of add ons (interior windows, bathroom cabinets, fridge), so the total came out to around $300 (for a 1500 square foot house with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The scheduling was really easy; the company was really responsive to emails! The cleaning itself was okay – they definitely got us a head start on the cleaning. But it wasn't so clean that I didn't still have to put in hours of work afterwards (it needed to be clean clean clean for the photos for the listing). Our biggest worry with the cleaning was that we had cats in the house for years, and we wanted to get as much of the cat hair out of the house as possible for potential buyers. They had cleaned the floors, but there were definitely spots that were missed where I still vacuumed/swept (closets in particular). But the kitchen was well cleaned (they forgot to clean the fridge but refunded the money for that since it was an add on), and the house definitely had that recently cleaned smell when we entered after they left. They definitely helped us out by getting us a head start on the cleaning, and that level of cleaning would definitely be great if it was weekly or biweekly, but it required us a bit more work on our end to get it photography/listing ready!

The crew of Val, Katia, and Delaney came to give us an initial/move in clean (even though we were already in the house). We had had scheduling troubles with other companies earlier in the moving process, and they were able to come on fairly short notice. Their arrival time was schedule for 8-9 and I believe they came to the door at about 8:15. They worked efficiently and were able to do our 3200sqft house in only about 2 hours! It was a pleasure working with the Sparkly team! Crystal, the owner, was easy to coordinate with on the front end. She was very responsive and helpful in setting up the visit. Stacey, one of the lead techs, was professional, friendly, and thorough. She walked me through her plan of action; she was very systematic. We went room-by-room and talked about expectations. She starts at the ceiling, works her way to the baseboards, and cleans the floors last. Once she was done, we did a post-clean walk through to inspect her work and she left a thank you card on the kitchen table. Stacey arrived on time and was ready to work. She came fully prepared with all of her tools and was very educated on which product worked best on what surface. In the post-clean walk through, she had some helpful tips on how to clean certain surfaces and prevent future damage. She also loves furbabies and was incredibly kind to our dog and cat. Our cat followed her around while she cleaned and she wasn't phased one bit.
I can't recommend them enough. I will absolutely schedule another service in the coming months. It's just such a relief to come home to a clean house and not need to worry about it for awhile.

I found Maisa's Cleaning Service here on yelp. As a working mom I was looking for someone to do a deep cleaning because I just don't have time. Maisa's team was punctual and did a great job. There were a few things I would have cleaned a little more thoroughly but I think I'm a little anal. They were small things that no one would notice but me. My house smelled and looked amazing overall. I do plan to use them again. Let me start by setting the scene: my father texted me on 6/26 letting me know that he hisa wife were coming to Nashville, and though they were staying with friends for the first part of the trip, they would be with us Friday-Sunday. I have a broken foot, our house was a disaster (just two two lazy humans and 2 dogs weighting a total of 25 pounds together). I looked at my husband and asked if I could try to find someone who could fit in a new client, short notice, during a holiday week (i know, like the holy Grail), he agreed. So I went to the fastest platform I knew of, even though I HATE the business practices of thumb tack, it's the quickest. Maisas responded quickly, completely sympathetic to my situation and fit us into their schedule. I've had cleaning services growing up and have always done the "preclean". Well, not only was our house not precleaned, my husband thought he would be able to groom our dog's in the guest bathroom… And maybe forgot to clean up ALL OF THEIR FLUFF. So we have cleaners coming into a house that should basically be condemned. On top of all of this, I was at work when they were coming and my husband was home. To say sometimes he isn't the most cordial? For example, he let our Shih-poo and Bichon follow the cleaners around getting in their way, whereas I would have kept them in one room. Just little picky stuff like that. Even with the disaster they walked into Maisa's went above and beyond. They even made the dog beds (two out of like 11). My husband even let them clean his office- he's never let any other cleaners clean his office. Needless to say, we have a new monthly cleaning service which is completely amazing! My mother was very impressed that our guest bathrooms had toliet paper roll roses. We moved to Nashville in 2015, we've gone through at least 4 cleaning services, this is the only one I will use for the remainder of our stay in Nashville.

Moving can be stressful especially when the new house needs cleaning. In desperation, I searched for someone to clean on short notice, and the first to respond was Maisa (within the hour on a Thursday night.) The next day, two women arrived with all supplies and within a few hours, everything was beautifully clean. One of the owners also came by with another man to help. I was very unhappy with the cleaning service and the customer service. Paying $625 I expected my house to be spotless clean like they told me it would be. Spoke to them specifically what I needed done few days prior to the service and the daughter in law assured me that it would be "squeaky clean" for a house showing I have this weekend. Before leaving the lady that didn't speak any English said "done." My refrigerator was half way wiped down instead of "cleaned." Laundry room and half bath was half done. On top of that they used some of my cleaning supplies which I find very unprofessional for a "cleaning business." The cleaning they did I could have done myself but didn't because I just had a baby a week ago so wanted to hire a professional to come help. It was obvious I wasn't happy and frustrated but they were very quick to still take my money and leave and not try to make it better.
