First time using a cleaning service.
Pros: Timely – the first cleaner was there exactly when she said she would be (it may have been a minute earlier). Efficient – the duo didn't take more than two hours. Good communication – I received emails and phone calls before and after service. I ultimately picked this company due to the customer service, despite them being unable to clean everything I wanted (dusting of fixtures, the large glass door, etc.)
Cons – their price was a bit higher than other quotes, but not terrible. While some things were cleaned very well (oven and kitchen sink), others appeared not to be cleaned at all. On my walk through I had to ask for several areas to be recleaned (they quickly obliged), including sink fixtures, a bathroom floor, and the corner of a mantle that admittedly wasn't touched at all. Shoes were kept on, despite the carpet in my home, and at one point someone cleaned my sink while stepping on the bathroom rugs (meaning I had to wash them once they left). I know the bathroom tub was cleaned, but I had to clean it again myself. For a deep clean, there was not much attention to detail. Even when some items were "recleaned" I still had to go over them once more.
Overall, if you are looking for an efficient, basic cleaning, this company is ok. Quick, quiet, and they have good customer service. I likely wouldnt use them for a deep cleaning again, as the attention to detail was not as precise as I would have liked. But perhaps for a basic cleaning.

The first company I called to set up my home cleaning told me they could come to my house and give me an estimate (not the actual cleaning) in 4 weeks. Sparkly Cleaning answered my online request within an hour or so, sent me a quote (which I accepted), and my initial cleaning was set up for two business days later. The Sparkly staff arrived within 5 minutes of the beginning of the time frame window and was friendly, professional and a great communicator. The cleaning was efficient and excellent. I have signed up for regular service every 4 weeks and would recommend Sparkly Cleaning with absolutely no hesitation to my friends and family. Great service – nice workers! I had them come for an overall initial cleaning to prepare my house for a gathering and they did a great job. 2 efficient and friendly worker scrubbed and vacuumed away for a couple hours. I was working from home that day and had a virtual meeting, so they were very obliging for that. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish they could do the lights and upper walls/cabinets, but they only are allowed to do what they can reach.

My husband and I are in the process of moving and had Sparkly Cleaning come to the new house for a move-in clean a few days ago; we're so happy that we did! It feels good starting totally fresh, but, on top of that, Crystal and Vanessa were very responsive to my emails; they were flexible with a small, last-minute change I needed to make; and the house looks fantastic! I'm happy we got the move-in clean done and that we chose Sparkly Cleaning!
Also, I'd like to add that it was very easy to get a quote from Sparkly Cleaning; other places I contacted indicated they needed to visit the house, which I can understand; but, we weren't even able to get into the home until the beginning of this month and are moving in within the week, so we needed someone to give us a quote and be scheduled as soon as we could (without waiting until we could get the keys ourselves).

My wife and I recently bought a house in the MKE area and wanted a 'move in/move out' cleaning before moving our stuff in, so we hired Sparkly Cleaning to do this. Unfortunately, their 'move in/move out' service was not very thorough. They had 3 team members come, each did a different floor of the house. The basement and upstairs were done appropriately, however, the main floor – which needed the cleaning the most – was at best dusted, not cleaned. We still had dirt stains on handles/doors, the stove and stove fan above still had splotches on there; the lights (reachable by hand) weren't even dusted, the sliding door tracks out to our patio still had dirt and dust in them; and the outside of the microwave and oven still had grease smears and fingerprints on them; and the inside of the kitchen cabinets weren't even touched/dusted. When I spoke to the owner/manager, her response was a combination 'apologetic and defensive', saying that many of the things I called out were 'add ons' and not part of the move in/move out package. For $375, I would expect many, if not all, of the above things should be covered in a move in/move out package. On the positive side, they did refund me $75. And they were very responsive and communicative leading up to and during the process. Other than the main floor and kitchen not being cleaned, I enjoyed the experience with them. We got a deep cleaning from these guys in our new home office, and we couldn't be happier. They showed up on time, listened and executed everything we asked for! All the tiny things were attended to, and all our furniture is clean from the big move. We've signed up for twice monthly cleanings to keep it (and us) neat! The last few months have been the cleanest we've ever been!
Our dogs apparently had pooped on the new carpet when we came in, and they picked it up! They couldn't vacuum it, they could only pick it up – apparently it's company policy, and I appreciated that commitment to keeping their equipment clean for all their clients. I like those things!
We have a house in Vegas, where we originally found Sparkly, so when we got our house in Milwaukee, we knew who to call. They're the same owners, who'd a thunk! They are a well managed, local company that I trust in my home. I've recommended them to other friends and business owners, and everyone is pleased.
They have all my preferences saved, so every time the cleaners come, they know exactly what to do. I need natural, asthma friendly products or else I start wheezing. They are so easy to work with, and all their employees are friendly (but not overly friendly!), respectful, fast, and stay out of our hair since we work at home and are busy. You can't go wrong with these guys. I can't recommend them enough.

I sent a Yelp message to book a cleaning. They got back to me straight away and the process to book was a breeze. Unfortunately they didn't have any openings the day I wanted, so I had to book close to the time our guests where leaving, which meant I couldn't get enough laundry done in time.
I did call around and look around for another service as well, but other services had no openings and got back to me way later, so I booked promptly with Sparkly Cleaning Service to get myself locked in.
The service cost about $90, and I think it would have been very much worth it if the timing was better, but since Christmas was coming up I had no choice but to book within a few hours of our guests departure time.
The cleaning lasted about an hour, everything was cleaned very well, and I am giving them 5 stars for being very fast, and a pretty good service over all. I did write to request a discount for next time since the window was short and not all services were rendered, and I'll update if there are any changes to my experience!

They arrived promptly on the scheduled date/time. They did a very thorough job. Our oven and fridge hasn't looked this clean since it was new. Bathrooms are spotless. I contacted Sparkly after reading the positive reviews on Yelp. I wanted to purchase a cleaning as a birthday gift to myself. I asked for a cleaning with only a few days notice and was thrilled when they were able to fit me in. It had been a LONG time since there had been any deep cleaning and I was a bit embarrassed but they were entirely judgement-free. When I came home everything was literally sparkling. It was wonderful to look at the spots that had previously frustrated me – my porcelain white sink that always had a yellow tone, my bathroom baseboards that I would notice when using the restroom and then forget as soon as I was doing a quick cleaning, etc.

The owner, Rita, was very professional and accommodated my schedule to come for a walk-through quote. I had a need to get cleaning services quickly and she made it happen! Three hard working young women arrived, masked and ready to deep clean. (To help get it all done early, Rita came and worked for a couple of hours, too)
The cleaning crew was professional and focused, but also very friendly and warm.
I had planned to just get the house cleaned once, then only occasionally after that.
I think I want them regularly now! I could get used to this clean!

Rita from Golden Maids absolutely ripped us off. She gave us an initial quote for a deep clean that was ~$450. They only cleaned about half the house and then charged us at an hourly rate after telling us we would be charged the pre-quoted price. Her quote in reality was only half what the total cost would be. Very defensive about her quote. The cleaning that was done wasn't even stellar…dust left on walls, stains on toilet not cleaned, grease on stove. DO NOT USE THIS MAID SERVICE. There are better ones out there for a better price.

Can't express how disappointed I am. The first picture is where we tried to clean pet urine spot & you can see the way the colors fade when cleaning is attempted. The second picture is the spot that was supposed to be professionally cleaned but you can see the urine and it reeks like it was never touched. So upset and they said I should've paid extra for the urine treatment. Water alone would've changed the stain appearance-clearly it wasn't cleaned. Ripped off for about $450, 2 rugs.

The gentleman who did my carpet was very personable and did a great job. I have had bad experiences with the last two cleaners. Oxi cleaning was done in a short amount of time, dried quickly and looks really good. I have already talked to one of my condo neighbors and will put a recommendation on our bulletin board if I am as pleased when they do the other half of my condo – I'm making an appointment today. The only negative was the extremely long Agreement which had to be read – I almost gave up and went to another company.
