Sergio and team were incredible. Responsive on my initial outreach and then again when I finally made the decision to use their services.

We had all our carpets cleaned and our extra large sectional steam cleaned. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Huge shout out on the carpets. I had spilt a large coffee and failed to clean it up fully and the team set expectations that they thought they could get most of the stain out but didn't guarantee anything.

Sergio and his team were great! Excellent communication with me the whole time, he had some scheduling changes happen but made it work and sent Rosie earlier. She arrived on time, friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our 3 bed/ 2 bath house and especially our oven! We hired them for a move in/out cleaning and our floors look amazing afterwards. Sergio did a walk through with us and communicated about some concerns he had about our tile which I thought was great! They were fast and efficient.

I had my floor tile cleaned on 5/5 by Sergio and it was terrible service from the time he arrived. During pre-soaking the floors I noticed he was walking on my carpet with bare shoes so I laid down a towel.. not even 10 minutes in….his water pump broke and squirted dirty water all down the hallway and entry way. Did not get all of the dirt off of the walls. Took 30 minutes for him to fix his pump. After the cleaning I did a walk thru and found several spots that I had to point out for him to wipe down the walls. After he left I noticed a huge stain in my driveway and my living room wall now had ripples in it and was wet. I contacted Sergio immediately and he assured me that he would come and fix it. I sent pictures and videos so he could see the damage. After several calls and text messages…….Today is 6/26 and I have not heard from Sergio and disappointed in his customer service and lack of attention to details. I paid $800 for this service and wish he never would have contacted me for the job. I would never use his services again!!!!!!!! My honest review!!

Plus 1 Carpet care came out and even though I don't have any carpet to clean they cleaned the house. The countertops look great, I have white tile with grout and they came out excellent. The bathrooms, shower, everything was cleaned completely as well as the floors. I will definitely use Sergio again.

Here it is just days before Christmas, we are still unpacking in our new home, and I realize our couches need a good clean. I put out some feelers in the Yelp world looking for quotes from an upholstery cleaner, and got a fast response from Sergio at Plus 1 Carpet Care. I told him I needed an appointment ASAP, and he got me in the next day. He took our sectional that has been sitting in storage since May, and gave it a full cleaning, deodorizer and soil guard. He and his partner cleaned everything up after they were finished, and did a fantastic job. We schedule the cleaning with them today at 11am, they quoted us 4 ppl will be cleaning the house for us for $850. The schedule cleaning should start at 11am. Which was Confirmed a day before. At 11 :20am cleaning lady showed up, at 12:00am other 3 people still didn't show up. We called to ask, he said two ppl called in sick and he won't able to arrive for a couple of hours. At this point. I do not trust them will provide the service that we have been quoted for. And I doubt for their professionalism. So we have to cancel it, instead of wasting one more day. As we were planing for a house showing the next day. Now the entire schedule need to be changed.

Gotta admit, at first I was a bit hesitant because I've never heard of specialized grout cleaning during a deep clean. But holy moly did it make a difference! Sergio came first to take care of the grout and steamed the carpet. It was spotless.

He informed me Crystal will be coming by to complete the deep cleaning and I casually said okay. The last cleaning company (who shall not be named) just came in, did a half ass job, left streaks/stains on everything, took my money and ran. I was a little nervous but she had us do a walk through of the house and pointed out all the nitty gritty, very specific areas they'd get to, including door frames, light fixtures, dust behind the toilet seats, on top of window frames, in pretty much all the nooks and crannies I would have never thought of.

5+ hours later, we're wrapping up and I'm blown away at how clean the house is. Never did I think we'd see this shade of white along the window sills, sparkle on these old cabinets or remove the crazy stain that even barskeeper couldn't remove!

Will definitely be reaching out to them in between tenants from now on. Communication was seamless, Sergio was responsive through text and always called with updates throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Everyone we worked with was friendly & responsive for the most part. They also issued a partial refund which was appreciated. They did a decent job cleaning the grout in the bathrooms but that's about it. The pressure from the steamer knocked a tile out-the tile is old & worn so it was understandable. They placed the tile they broke on top of another one toward the back so it was Kindof camouflaged..grateful they didn't just toss it though because we were able to repair it pretty easily. The rest of the house didn't seem very clean at all. The floor and counters were still dirty. We paid for a deep clean/move in/out cleaning. $650 I believe. We were refunded $250. It was a bummer because we had to have the house cleaned the for following day so I had to stay up all night & reclean everything. (Which is why we wanted a refund as opposed to having them come back & do what they were supposed to do in the first place. We needed it for the following day & the next week would have been too late). Almost gave them two stars but they weren't honest about breaking our tile in their response to my review. He definitely preferred to talk over the phone. I assume to not have things in writing but also probably because he seemed to be driving. Honesty is huge. You want to be able to trust who comes into your home. Accountability is also important. I wish them luck but I wouldn't hire them again or recommend them.

I hired these people of of thumbtack and let me say. The worse cleaning service by far. I needed to get a deep cleaning due to having a water damaged, so all the repairs was fix just needed a wipe down from dust etc. me being 8 months pregnant I can deal with dust rt now. However I clean my house every day so you would think easy money for them. Well it's like they are were never hear. They arrived late. Did pretty much nothing. And are very rude. Georgina is vey unprofessional and they broke my refrigerator shelve. And did not even say hey can we make it rt. I am beyond furious with these people they should not be in business. I can go on and on. And when I asked for at least $100 back she said good luck trying to get it. Very rude. I already submitted a complaint with better business bureau. That's a lie Georgina and I have everything on camera that you broke the shelve. How can it have been broken before when there was items on it. Do not make excuse for your poor work ethic. And my dog was out side besides a chihuahua in a cage. Hilarious…

Just not clean. They quoted us $265 for a four bedroom house, 2500 sq ft for a DEEP clean. They didn't even clean the bare minimum let alone all of the things they list as part of a deep clean. I hired them to deep clean our house before my in-laws came to town, I have two children under two years old and one with special needs. We didn't have time to thoroughly clean the house with the amount of hours of therapy my son requires. I have a regular cleaning lady who doesn't do deep cleans yet when she cleans our house it is 100 times cleaner than this. There is still crumbs on the counters and tables, dust on every shelf and table top, crumbs and dog hair in the corners, and none of the baseboards or light switches were even touched. They keep trying to say that I am complaining about things that are add ons, or cost extra or that my house was soooo dirty and cluttered yet we spent time getting our house ready for them by clearing off all floors and countertops of clutter, leaving appliances and decor. The things that are in my pictures are basic things that need to be wiped down. When I expected a DEEP clean, I didn't even get a basic cleaning. I was surprised when it only took them 3 hours to clean our whole house. When I told them about the issue they did offer to rectify the problem, but I don't have time to take my kids out for another 4 hours, especially when I'm not confident it will get cleaned. So disappointing.

They are really responsive which is a huge plus but the day they were supposed to arrive. They misplaced their vaccination cards…I don't judge people who don't get vaccinated but we have people over 70 and a 6 month old baby in our home. We don't go out and it is so important for us to have that verification. One person was able to show their card but the other said they had to go to the clinic to get a new card. I wish this was something that was a bigger priority. This place was great at responding but just don't have their records up to date. 🙁

We booked this cleaning service to clean our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Palm Desert. From the initial conversation with them, there was a problem. The owner of the company said that they would arrive at 9 am. I rearranged my schedule to ensure that I would be home for the cleaning crews arrival. At 10:00 am, I received a text from the owner saying that they were coming from 60 miles away (not a local company that I thought that I hired) & that they would arrive closer to 10:30! This was 1 1/2 hours after they were supposed to arrive. The service was horrible! They didn't dust the furniture, bearly vacumned (and no corners), & tracked dirt throughout the house with their shoes on. This "service" charged me $275.00 which was a total rip-off, as I had to clean the entire house AFTER they left. I reached out to the owner via Yelp message & text & didn't receive a reply. I would NEVER use this company again and recommend that you don't either (unless you want to pay someone for YOU to clean your own house!)
