This was my first time with this company, and I'm so happy that I did. It was delightful to walk into my apartment and see the bright diamond shine is true. It honestly was a great decision. Martha is easy to communicate with. The team was lovely, and everything was gleaming and spotless. I highly recommend it. Plus, the bonus of it being a woman-owned business, where Martha has been able to turn her work into a thriving business! I will be using them weekly!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I was quoted $99 for a 3 hour clean with two people for a move in/ move out including windows for a 1000 sq ft apartment. Once the work was completed they charged me $200. The cleaners didn't deep clean as asked- there was dust and dirt still found in the window sills, the tops of the door ways, and the fan- all things I pointed out that needed to be cleaned. The cleaners themselves were lovely and respectful however it didn't seem like they spoke much English. The contact that I continued working with who gave me this quote in the first place threatened to call the cops on me for disagreeing with the overcharged price since I told her that's not what I was quoted previously on the phone. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and will be contacting the BBB. Will be sure to not recommend this cleaner every chance I get.
FOR CLARITY- I did not ask for 6 hrs of work- it is a completely empty place that can easily be cleaned in less than 3 hrs. All utilities are working including water, and the workers didn't even stay to be paid. Glad this has helped you learn how to run a business.

On April 28, 3 cleaners and 2 window washers from Bright Diamond Shine arrived at our home to clean prior to listing it for sale. I had asked Martha to have them spend as much time as necessary to do a really thorough job. After they left, the 2nd floor window blinds were still very dusty and no one had cleaned the dirty (from a steam leak) hardwood under the radiator covers. I had specifically asked for both. Window washer refused to clean screens until I called his boss. Also, a few of the windows had huge streaks. Ok, so we finished their work. However, one of them left the pull-down attic steps down because they jammed the mechanism that holds the ladder up. Someone jammed a gas stove knob in the on position and left it that way. Fortunately, I discovered it before anything serious happened. One of them broke two hand carved birds and left the pieces on a dresser. They moved many items while cleaning, sometimes to different rooms. My wife and I spent a half-hour looking for my keys before she found them in a magazine rack/table. I've fixed most of the damage, except for the birds, which Martha texted that "the girls" would pay for. No, the gas stove didn't explode. But they "forgot" to mention any of these issues to us before hurrying out the door. Paid nearly $600 for their work, but Martha isn't returning my request for a phone call. It's been over a week. Hire this company at your own risk!

I contacted this company and spoke with Martha who was super easy to communicate with and she provided very reasonable straightforward pricing and recommendations for my needs. I got lucky and they were able to send a couple cleaning professionals out the same day. I was mostly in my home office for the day but for the few times I came out for breaks from Zoom calls I could see they were putting in WORK! Moving from room to room like a military operation, they did everything you would expect from a professional cleaning service. In 3 hours they turned my home around completely. My house looked like it was being presented for sale. My kitchen was so clean I didn't want to touch it. They got everything. Behind and under furniture. Removed old rust stains in my sink. Yellow grout lines in the shower turned white again. They even cleaned the inside ledge of some windows, even when I told them it wasn't necessary because I knew they had their work cut out for them.
I am normally the kind of person to suck it up and clean my own home no matter how much I don't want to… it feels like a luxury expense to hire someone… but knowing I could not do it, the immense feeling of relief that you get after seeing your home so clean is soooo worth it. The pricing was better than other companies who responded with quotes to my initial blast on Yelp. I am definitely considering having them coming back on a more regular basis to help me maintain so I can focus my time on work and other things without stressing about the cleanliness of my home.

I reviewed in detail with the owner what I needed cleaned (the living room, dining room, kitchen and office along with 3 bathrooms) as well as the date and price. On the day of the scheduled service, two cleaners arrived and I repeated what needed to be done but I immediately realized that these women could not speak English although they kept shaking their heads. I even closed the bedroom and office doors and showed them the upstairs bathroom. After an hour or so I come down to find that they've cleaned the bedrooms and had not touched the main floor. I called the owner who I arranged the apt with only to get no help whatsoever. They left and I didn't pay them anything!!! I give them zero stars if I could but that's not an option…My recommendation is that you run from these people as fast as you can!!!!

Did not meet expectations sadly, missed many spots that I had to redo over. Initially the owner's pricing sounded fair until she texted me during the cleaning that she would need to charge me more for things like windows, inside of fridge and stove, and extra time… even though I discussed with her on the phone upon booking that it was move out cleaning and I needed the appliances cleaned inside and out. So, misleading pricing/lack of clarity, overall lack of interest/eagerness from the owner when I mentioned I might have another cleaning request for her at a different property, and dust left on the cabinet in the bathroom, on entrance door/door lock, sanding dust from painters who had been there days prior still remained on my bathroom vanity. Kitchen – oven warming drawer (where ppl store trays) was missed, still some crumbs in one of the drawers, and the freezer was done sloppily, they didn't even get all the crumbs out of the freezer seal/gasket. These to me, are easy cleaning tasks and checkboxes that should have been checked. Based on their reviews I had higher hopes of a perfect clean, especially since my place was empty of nearly all furniture and just had some fixtures.

Needed to move back into my home while a small renovation was taking place. Who knew a small renovation could create so much dust and dirt. Also, during the renovation my son decided to move his furniture and boxes from his Brooklyn apartment.
I chose Fredricia from the Yelp selection. She responded rapidly. I ask her to service the Job on Saturday but the contractors needed that day. She was very understanding and serviced our home on Monday morning. Not only, did they have 2 weeks of dust of to clean but they worked around the boxes in very tight spaces.

Fabricia and her team were absolutely amazing! They came in and we did a walkthrough of the whole house and explained what needed to be cleaned. We were doing a full "Move In" clean and her team of 4, including herself made the place look like new! My mom was moving out of her house in Dumont. I flew in from out of state to help her but I only had a few days to complete her cleaning. I knew I needed help and texted all the cleaning services via yelp. I got a instant response, their phone number, and called in. Fabricia came over to give me a quote in person. Language wasn't an issue which made it a breeze. I gave her a date, she gave me a time, and all I could do was be hopeful that it was going to be thorough and complete…and not get charge more because you know how these jobs turn out.
It was a Saturday, 2 guys showed up…ON TIME!!! Not many people show up on time anymore. They too had no language issues. All I did was show them the space and they went straight to work. I didn't see them take breaks or just hanging around, on their phones, fooling around…just business. They spent about an hour, quite lengthy amount of time in the garage where they started. But when they showed me what they cleaned, the two got into spots that were extremely dirty that was a bit out of sight. Then they continued into the basement of the house. The Blair Witch Project of a basement minus the chair in the corner…when they were finished it didn't smell so moldy, it was clean and inviting. Just as I thought it would be a long night of cleaning another crew of people came. I was surprised but worried that I would get charged extra for all these people coming in to help with the job. In total there must have been 7 people working together. It was the most effortless hiring job with a complete cleaning as I expected which I, in reality, didn't expect. I didn't get charged a penny more than what we agreed on, and they were all about gratitude and appreciation.
I would definitely recommend Fabricia and her crew. She is very nice, polite, accommodating, thorough, and has a crew to match. I'm so glad I found you! Thanks again for your help!!

I was looking for a while to find a cleaning crew to come and clean every corner of our home and "yeah we clean" were stellar! I spoke with Jonathan (the owner) and asked him several questions to make sure I was selecting the right company to clean … he was so patient and completely understanding (this was the first time I used a cleaning service).
Marit (Jonathan's wife and also owner) came with two ladies and while they were scheduled to come between 9-9:30am on a Saturday, they came at 8:58am (I loved when people are punctual)! I also received email and text reminders leading up to my scheduled clean which was super helpful.
They were extremely thorough and I'm incredibly pleased. I will definitely have them come back but it's not so easy to get in their calendar/rotation for Saturdays at the moment. From baseboards to ceiling fans and even moving furniture to the middle of the room, they really did an excellent job!
This is a family owned business that started during the pandemic and I wish them continued success as they hire more workers to join their team. They're really fantastic, very trustworthy and thorough.

Disappointed. After reading great reviews, I was excited to tell my 80+ yr. old parents I found them a great cleaning service and my mother was excited the owner was from Poland! Initially a prompt response and visit for a quote, so far so good. They thought it was reasonable for a deep cleaning and happy to schedule. All was coordinated and 2 very nice ladies showed up on time. They cleaned the house, but did not "deep clean" as requested. Also, one of the ladies said this was only the 3rd house they cleaned. When my Dad called them to be proactive and let them know what was missed and could have been done better, and perhaps they could send a more experienced team next time, he was told sorry and that they could no longer clean for them. We hired NJ cleaning service after we remodeled our kitchen for a post construction cleaning and regular cleaning for the rest of our house. I just had New Jersey cleaning service clean my house for the first time today and I am extremely disappointed. I was charged more for this cleaning as it was to be an initial deeper cleaning. If leaving the toilets with stains, not dusting furniture or wiping down your kitchen counters is a deeper clean then I'd hate to see what they do for the lesser priced cleaning. I never leave reviews but felt that I needed to save someone else from wasting their hard earned money on this service. The only response I received was to thank me for my feedback. No offer to come back or to refund my $165!! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!!!

I've been using their services for over a year now. Marta and her team are absolutely amazing!! Their rates are also extremely reasonable while doing a spectacular job. I had a stained bathtub that no matter how hard I tried to clean myself, couldn't get out. They got rid of the stains in a matter of hours along with polishing up the rest of my home without me having to say or request anything from them.

I called to schedule a super deep cleaning of a rental property after tenants moved out. They quoted is 550-700. Seemed reasonable considering the amount of work.
Three people showed up and were at the house for a few hours. I had my mother there to show them around while I was working. After a couple hours she had to bring them around to show them everything they forgot. They left while it was dark and I went the next day to see how it came out and I was extremely disappointed. So things were still absolutely filthy.
The owner came back when I told her and "redid" a few things over the course of an hour. Whatever cleaners they used mad everything super sticky and they destroyed all the bottoms of my kitchen drawers.
I only blame myself for not doing more research but Yelp seemed to like them.

We had to have our wooden floors redone bc our next door neighbor flooded his apartment and the water came in under our floors and there went my floors. I was so stressed as I was 27 weeks pregnant and I knew flooring would leave a huge mess from the sanding.
But Iva was amazing!! From the start, she was responsive and extremely professional.
She and one of her workers came and cleaned our entire apartment which was a huge mess. They were so detailed. Dust was removed from walls, light fixtures, cabinets, closets – they even wiped down our dishes and ran the dishwasher and then some. Plus our shades, curtains and windows were also wiped down as the construction left it so dirty.
Iva is passionate of her work and her goal is to satisfy her customers. They even bring their own supplies which is great as all our stuff was stored away for the construction.
Her price was also affordable. They do seem to charge a lil more for post construction work but for how clean our home was afterwards, she was very worth it!!
Iva is detailed, thorough, friendly and most importantly, a true professional. My husband and I would definitely recommend her. She made our home shining and clean so we were able to return home that evening!

It never feels good to give any hard-working person a bad review, however when a company shows such disregard for customer service, especially new ones, that's what this site was created for in the first place, wasn't it?
Not only did this cleaning service text us minutes before they were to arrive telling us they would not be coming, without so much as an apology, not only did they not send the correct number of people as per the agreement, they didn't even offer us a discount for referring our neighbor who used them just days after we did.
Below is my girlfriend's Text to them after being told we would be charged an additional $40, simply for rescheduling our next appointment.

Very efficient and effective. We used Iva's Cleaning after being referred by our friends to have our house cleaned after it was painted. There was dust and our moving boxes everywhere. Place looked great afterwards. Iva came at the beginning and end of the cleaning session to make sure we got our house clean the way we wanted; even suggested dusting stuff like the vents (which I didn't think of) to get everything cleaned well. Did a deep clean of our house with Hella Moppings after an 18 month shutdown of house cleaning services due to covid. Isela did a great job. She wore booties in our house when she arrived. Wore masks the entire time.
Cleaned the heck out of every surface, windowsill, recessed lighting canister, picture frame, oven, top of cabinets above stove and so many nook and crannies that I've quite frankly been ignoring. She worked her magic in all rooms with extra attention to bathrooms. They worked around my work from home schedule and did my office first so I could have my meetings undisturbed.

Today I had our first home cleaning done. I am positively thrilled with the results. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they were all very professional. The four of them were like the ghost busters of cleaning service. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, were dressed in uniform, came with all their supplies and destroyed all filth in their path! My initial service was a full extensive cleaning. It took about 3.5 hours. It was worth every penny. I plan on hiring them for reoccurring service.
David is very response via phone call, text or even yelp. I'm big on connivence and communication which is something Seneidas Home Cleaning Service provides.
I highly recommend using this company. Total package!

Would not recommend. We scheduled post construction cleaning services after a home renovation. After the service, we found clumps of dust in corners, on baseboards, and underneath furniture. Our window glass was smudged, kitchen counters had crumbs on them and floors we're still dirty. Someone on the team broke one of our window blinds and didn't notify us – instead they tried to hide it by leaving all the blinds down. Would not trust this company with my home again

Had a great experience hiring Seneida's for a deep cleaning of a home that I purchased prior to moving my family in. The crew arrived early with all supplies and equipment which was very convenient and appreciated. The team was very eager to show me their work upon my return at the end of the cleaning. After a year of 4-5 people, 2 cats & a dog living under the same roof 24/7, we decided it was time for a thorough deep cleaning ahead of my newly vaccinated in-laws coming to stay. I researched several companies, spoke to friends and found Seneida's.
After an initial mix up on the estimate days (no big deal), David showed up, did a walkthrough, gave us an estimate (which I thought was fair) and we scheduled a date. David texted me to let me know when the crew was coming (which was helpful) and they arrived on time with 5 people and worked for 4.5 hours.
They scrubbed our cabinets, baseboards,blinds, the window ledges & moulding, glass, teenagers' rooms and got all the nooks and crannies. I did a walkthrough at the end, pointed out some spots that still needed some dusting and they quickly took care of it. The house hasn't looked this good in a long while and I know it will soon unravel. It was a good experience overall and I plan to call them again.

I am updating my review to one star. The kitchen was completely not cleaned, everything high up is sticky, all the bathrooms had unwashed cabinets and the doors are greasy. I just can believe I was charged so much money for this kind of work. I have two small children and am moving in, I really needed a good job done here. I have one cleaning person come every 2 weeks and she does a better job than the 6 or 7 people who spend the whole day, charge an arm and a leg and did a horrific job.

We've been using them for almost a year. I kept thinking it would get better, but almost every time they came to clean my home something went wrong. This was not the best service, in fact I've found myself having to go over their work more often than not.
The first time we hired them for a deep cleaning because we had the flu and pneumonia in our home and wanted to be sure all the germs were gone. I can't speak to the cleaning job then because I was the person who was sick.
A few months went by and my duvet was ruined in my master bedroom with some sort of dirt of cleaning chemical that I couldn't get out. They offered to have it cleaned, but I didn't want to send it out and not know where it was being taken to be cleaned. My husband told me to let this go, so I did, and we continued using their service.
A month later they came back and didn't clean the guest tub nor the kitchen island. I saw the dirt/rings from standard use within moments.
There were countless months where they didn't schedule our cleanings or tried to tell us at the last minute that they were coming.
Two months after the last incident one of my AirPods disappeared the day after a cleaning (I think it was vaccumed up, not stolen). I repeat… I didn't say anyone stole my AirPods nor hinted at that. If I thought I was stolen from I would not have ever allowed them back in my home! That goes without question. I didn't make a fuss about it because it was my fault that it was out of the case, but I wish someone would've paid attention and set it to the side versus sucking it into the vacuum.
A month after that I bought another AirPod and went back to double check before they left from my house. I didn't find the AirPod initially and asked if any of the girls had seen it because it got vacuumed up last time. I eventually found it an all was well. TODAY we call to see why they didn't schedule our cleaning AGAIN and they said they were uncomfortable about me asking about the AirPod on the last cleaning so they weren't coming back. No notice, no professionalism, no nothing. I gave them PLENTY of chances to be professional and yet again, down to the very last minute they've proven why they are not professional at all.
The cleanings were okay, but I almost always had to ask them to go over various areas that were obviously brushed over. This company is a joke and is not ran as a business! Would not recommend!

I had the pleasure of having this crew come out to service me within 2 hours of me calling them (first plus)! Not only were they polite, effective and efficient but they cleaned my home from TOP to BOTTOM all with ease! Every step of the way they asked if everything was ok and if anything additional needed to be done. I was shocked and impressed with the service provided to me! GREAT JOB TEAM! We bought a house that had 3 dogs, a cat and 5 people that lived in it. It seemed that the dogs occupied the first floor and we're not let outside to do their business often enough….
David's team of 4 people came in before we moved in and were like a hurricane! Boy did they have their work cut out for them.
When I told David what to expect, he figured 3- 3 1/2 hours. Well it took his team almost 5 hours to get the job done. All the while checking with me what I wanted to be done and the cost.
I have to give respect to David for his patience and professionalism for being so accommodating. I had to change the date 3 times because the closing date kept on changing.
I also had David come back to deep clean all the ceramic tile in the house.
I would highly recommend Seneida's Cleaning.

The customer service from start to finish was great. David communicated very well with me throughout the entire process. Due to keeping employees working during the pandemic, the offer I received had a mandatory five cleaners. I live in a small one bedroom one bath. I was originally hesitant about having that many people in such a small space but I figured they would get done a lot quicker. With the small space I have and the number of people that were here cleaning, the cleaning was okay. I'm nearly 9 months pregnant and needed to have my home thoroughly cleaned in preparation for my baby. At the last minute, I did request to have the inside of my oven cleaned. At the last minute, my doctor did call me in for an appointment and I was unavailable to be there for the cleaning. I feel like me not being present was fully taken advantage of. For the quote I received to have included very extensive work suck as ceiling fans, wall hangings, changing of linens, blinds, furniture treatment, vacuuming of furniture, front and back glass entry doors, etc — none of which I have — I feel like a little more attention to detail could have been paid. I was called while I was out and was informed that "the supervisor" did a walk through and figured the price would be nearly $75 more because they would "need more time because stuff had to be moved". I took all of the boxes I received for the baby to a friends house the day before. The few larger items I had were pushed into the hall of my apartment building where the cleaners didn't have to clean. Aside from that, all I have in my apartment is a small sofa, a recliner, my TV is mounted, a small cabinet in my living room, a coffee table, my bed, and a tv stand in my room. I have some mirrors that I need to hang and I placed them on my very small kitchenettes table (I don't even have a dining room table) so that they would be put the way and all the cleaners would have to do was move the table as needed. Against that table were some larger trash bags that I had thrown some misc. items I had been holding onto. Again, I'm nearly 9 months pregnant and moved those bags around with no time-consuming issue. So I was very confused about the original quoted price being increased solely for that reason. I'm a property manager and I have to hire cleaners for my properties all of the time. Some of theirs properties are left in the worst conditions and have much larger space. Upon return I noticed that my paper towel holder and ring light were broken. Which I didn't even call and make a big deal out of because those are small things, I usually do not complain and again, I was unavailable to be there. I still had to spot clean my walls, clean my baseboards, mop my kitchen floor and do the grout and tiling in my bathroom. Therefore, I ended up just hiring another cleaner a week later.
