After checkout the previous tenants left mess in our house. We were so happy with the deep cleaning we received. We were at home and hardly knew anyone was around except it kept getting cleaner all afternoon! Bathrooms, ovens, microwaves, floors, windows… everything looks better now.

I just bought a house, and would like to have everything cleaned before I move in. So I search on yelp and found "Two Girls & A Swiffer" with all 5 star reviews. But I am too disappointed by their service.
They came a little late. After they came, I gave them a quick tour in the house and told them that window, bathroom, kitchen(oven, microwave, fridge) should be treat specially. The cleaner spent 8 hours cleaning, they charged $50 per hour, but the result is totally unacceptable. After the cleaner finished his work. I can still find significant stains in the fridge, oven, etc. I can even find dog hairs (from the previous owner of the house) in a lot of places, including fridge, kitchen drawers. Although they offered to stay longer to re-clean the parts I pointed out. I asked them to clean the fridge and oven. There were still a lot of other parts that didn't reach the quality I expected. But I don't want them to continue working on my house any more.
I have to clean a lot of things myself again.

I really enjoyed my experience with Two Girls & A Swiffer. They were quick to provide a quote and availability, showed up on time, and provided meticulous cleaning.
The cleaner was super thorough, and even got the hardwater stains off the shower that we had struggled to clean. My only criticism would be around time management (spending too much time on one area vs others), but it was also a lot to clean.

This was my first time using this service, and I was very satisfied with the job that was done, the cost, and the professionalism of the staff. I really wish I could give 4.5 stars, because the only real issue I had was with communication. I was given a two hour time window and was told that I would be getting a call or text when the cleaners were on their way. I was home, but was upstairs working (out of doorbell range). I had my phone volume on and clung on to it while I waited so that I wouldn't miss the call. I headed downstairs about 45 minutes into my time window for a glass of water and noticed that the cleaners were standing on my porch looking confused. I let them in and apologized profusely because I expected a call first. I don't know how long they were waiting but I felt awful. A heads up would have definitely been appreciated.
Otherwise, they were in and out in two hours, and they did an awesome job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Avellas to friends and family. I will certainly be using them again!

I had Avellas do a deep clean of my 1 bed/1 bath apartment. I should start off by admitting that I do not clean regularly, so my apartment was pretty messy. They did a deep clean (including washing dishes and cleaning the oven), and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned around some clutter that I hadn't picked up, as well. It was the cleanest my apartment has been since I moved in – it felt like a new place! I was very impressed and grateful, and I will be using them again.

When the day of the appointment came, Alex let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He and Charles were both extremely professional and kind. They did a thorough and efficient job and were done within about an hour! I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the job (4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairways, 1 great room).
I was impressed with the quality of the work too – the carpet looked great. And they managed to remove the 1 stain that had been pestering me.

Sadly, he barely made a dent on both my stair runner and my couch. I did a better job with my Bissell spot cleaner. While there, I told him that the couch in particular was a special performance fabric and that when I threw the cushion covers in the wash, they always came out like new. I just needed someone to come and do the other parts of the upholstery periodically. His work made no difference and he advised me to wash the cushion covers in my own washing machine again. If I was going to do that, I wouldn't have paid for a service to come out! He also said he couldn't do much of anything with my carpet runner because it is a natural fiber.
Before he came out, he had quoted me a price on (1) the stair runner, (2) the couch, and (3) taking a 9 x 12 area rug with him and cleaning and drying it. By the time he came, we had elected to just get rid of the rug. When he gave me the bill, he had charged me for all 3 jobs, even though he had only done two of them and, admittedly, not well. He said he only quoted me the price because he happened to have the time and what he was charging was his "minimum." I politely told him that this all feels very strange. He took $10 off the price. I really felt taken advantage of. It was disappointing.

Not only are they super professional and courteous but they came in and tailored a custom cleaning routine and schedule to suit my family and our budget perfectly. Twice in recent memory.
My wife had our carpets cleaned two times in about as many years.
The new dog was the reason each time, the first was shame on the dog, she was new and young, so pissing on the floor was an error. You've heard the expression: Piss Happens.
Probably not, I think I just made it up.
But the second time was shame on my wife.
Why her?
Simple. The dog wasn't allowed in the fully carpeted basement the first time because the carpet was nearly new and the dog just had to take a whiz, not knowing any better, she went downstairs and squeezed until it felt better.
But I even put a dog-proofed spring hinged door on the stair landing to remind whomever the dog wasn't welcome down there.One night my son had a bunch of friends over and the wife told my son it was ok, Mini knew better and would behave correctly and so down the little B went.
Two minutes later I heard a young girlish squeal, followed by "Andy, I think your dog made a mess!"
Indeed.
Mini went right to the place she previously relieved her bloated bladder and squatted.
Next, she strolled over by the fireplace and dropped not one, but two turds.
A Double Deuce.My wife was actually truly surprised.
I wasn't.
It's what dogs do. When they're not sniffing other dogs butts, they're using their own to spread the news that they are in charge of a certain parcel of territory.
Except she's not. She's just setting the stage to be green lit by the big dog. Me.
Sadly she still has a residence in the house.
Only because my wife loves the dog, and tolerates me.
I love my wife and am expected to tolerate the dog.Thanks to Zerorez my kids still enjoy their dog.
I'm growing fond of her, but she's still got a target on her cute little forehead.
And because I want a kitten, and I know cats do what they please, I at least also know Zerorez will resolve what the future kitten will be prone to do.
But I love kitties, so I'll be forever forgiving. Unless of course the cat is determined to not learn the rules of the house.At that time it's likely the cat might have a similar future as what folks kindly call 'a rescue'.

We purchased a new home that had pet stain damage in every room.
The ZeroRez technicians were incredibly thorough in their assessment. After a 30-minute room-by-room diagnostic, they gave us several options/estimates. Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning company in the Madison area. I had a pretty extensive filtration soil problem with my carpet. 4 other carpet cleaning companies wanted nothing to do with the job, because of the filtration soil problem. One or two tried to get me to allow them to clean the carpet without cleaning the filtration soil, what a scam. Zerorez had no problem cleaning the filtration soil problem. The owner was confident it could be cleaned, the guys got here on time, showed me a sample, and got to work doing the cleaning. They were professional, respectful and even funny.
The only problem is the cost. Filtration soil cleaning is not cheap, with the amount I needed cleaned it was very expensive. I had to settle for cleaning the most heavily soiled areas, as cleaning everything was approaching the cost to replace the carpet. I understand the price, if you are the only company doing it, you charge a premium. Zerorez again showed how easy they are to work with. They worked with me to come up with a price I could live with by cleaning only specific areas. I am very happy with the results and service I received from them. Don't mess with any other cleaning companies in Madison, call Zerorez, you won't regret it. Plus you get a free spot cleaner as a gift.

Took advantage of their 3 room special they are/were running, and had our long overdue carpets cleaned.
After seeing the results from the first 3 rooms, my only regret is NOT adding on a 4th room. They were running ahead of schedule, and called to get approval to arrive early, which was great. Our time slot was for 2 hours, but I am pretty sure he was done in about 1.5 hours.
They came in with those shoes covers on, and we did a walk through to see the 'problem' spots. Not to be disgusting, but there was a throw up STAIN, from a few years ago, that we could never fully get out (I know. gross) in one room. I would guess the carpet in that room is at least 15 years old. They added years to its life in appearance. He was able to remove that stain and a few others in first room, and it looks GREAT now!
The second room, is a lighter carpet but had a very clear heavy traffic dirt build-up, walking into it. I would say that carpet is about 5 years old. We've had it cleaned one time prior, and it did not come out looking as good as this time. I will post the before and after for this room. I was most impressed by this room.
There were only two small spots, that they could not remove. They were from my daughters cheap, lip gloss. Those character types with the glitter. She left it open and the pink oozed into the carpet. It is much lighter now, but unfortunately, those spots will remain. I do not know if there was an option for a heavier treatment to try and get those out. I did not ask.
The third room is our largest, but the carpet is a darker brown, tight woven, so you can't really SEE the difference. But it's just a fresher, cleaner scent throughout the house.
We have 1 dog and 1 cat, but did not opt for the pet treatment. We did not have any pet urine stains, but there were 2 barf spots from that darn cat, and those were completely removed with the normal cleaning.
They said 6-8 hours (if I remember correctly) for the dry time, and that was pretty much spot on.
Very kind and courteous. And I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets done!

This is the best carpet cleaning service/experience we've ever had. They don't use any weird chemicals or fragrances. The carpet doesn't get soaked too much so it doesn't take long to dry. And since there isn't any soap residue, it doesn't attract dirt and stays cleaner, longer. Highly recommend.
Update 2/4/16: We've had them back to clean our carpets again and they did an excellent job. A few days after the cleaning, our dog had an "accident" on the carpet. We asked Zerorez to come back and they didn't charge us for the additional touch up. Special thanks to Jose' for his exemplary service!

We've used ZeroRez a few times, this time for rugs. We also had to change the appointment due to an illness with our pet, and they were extremely accommodating. Aaron was our technician and he was incredible friendly, courteous and really nice. All of the techs we've had have been the same, I really appreciate the level of customer service they bring. The work is always excellent, and I like the feel of the carpeting afterwards, it doesn't get that "crunchy" feel like some services.
I will use ZeroRez for my next cleaning of all the tile/ceramic so we will have them back soon again!

Our technician Tim did an amazing job on our couch and mattress. He was courteous and professional. He arrived on time and used the high powered portable equipment for our 3rd floor apartment. We have used Zerorez for over 3 years now, and the produce and the people are amazing! The fact that it is green and chemical free is very attractive. Our provider took me out to the truck beforehand, to show that the water was clean and clear, then cleaned the carpeting. Afterwards, we went back to the truck, and it was absolutely black. We have an all wool 12 x 15 area rug that was custom cut and custom dyed black, purchased twenty years ago; it had never been professionally cleaned; after the cleaning it not only appeared clean, it felt brand new! The carpet pile was perceptibly softer and this was not a .00001 difference. We feel that the clock has been rolled back and the carpet just arrived; so great is the tranformation. Special praise to Mr. Kranz and his assistant! We live on the third floor, accessible via elevator, (which I disclosed upon our original contact telephone call) and the area rug/carpet is in the loft of our apartment via a staircase consisting of 15 steps. When Mr. Kranz came to our apartment to assess the situation, he determined that the staircase was too narrow to bring the carpet cleaning piece of equipment that he originally intended to use. He problem solved by bringing three hoses, instead of four to increase the suction force, from outside of the building, over the top of our terrace, through the living room and up the stairs. Without asking he put corner protection everywhere including our recently refinished coffee table. It was clear to us from the outset that he is conscientious and seeing this inspired confidence. It was also evident too that he cared about the work he did not just to satisfy us but for his own sense of a job well done. You cannot buy this kind of work ethic; you can train people to do a job but I believe that the qualities of conscientiousness and caring are either innate or they are not. This reminds me of the question of whether teachers are born or made. I am a retired school teacher. After 20 years I can tell you that you can train prospective school teachers, provide strategies and tools, but the qualities that make for great teachers are innate; you either possess them or you do not. As far as suggestions, I suggest that you make Mr. Kranz a partner in your business; seriously. When people are part of the business, part owner, they are invested in it. Mr. Kranz is already invested in his work; Tim Kranz deserves to be more than an employee receiving a pay check; he represented your company by his actions and will be the best investment if you take him on as a partner. We had a half duplex that needed cleaning before it could be rented. I wasn't able to do it myself because I had been so busy with other things that had recently been going on in my life due to my Mother passing away. I called them and they set up an appointment to have it cleaned just a couple days after calling. The day came for the cleaning to be done and since I hadn't heard anything assumed they got in the property fine and the work got done. We had scheduled a cleaning and carpet cleaning for our new home that we were moving into many weeks in advance for a Sunday morning. The cleaner arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late and the carpet cleaner was an hour late. Overall, the work was done well by the cleaner, however she forgot to clean the oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer like we discussed prior. With 3 children under the age 5 and both of us working pretty much full-time, cleaning was getting away from me and my husband. I called Green Cleaners after a friend recommended them. They were able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone based on the size of the house, how many bedrooms & bathrooms, and whether or not we had any pets. I asked how soon they could come since my house was in desperate need of some TLC. I was getting tired of the spills and food crusted on the table and floor in the kitchen. They squeezed me in the next day. The first cleaning they did was a one time "deep cleaning", which cost a little bit more than the standard bi-weekly rate and took longer than a normal cleaning. (All of which I knew and was discussed before they arrived.) I was thoroughly impressed with the work. They even cleaned out the fridge, cleaned all the blinds in the house, and even washed out my empty cookie jar that had been sitting on the counter with old crumbs in it. Since the main areas that need work are the common areas and bathrooms, I have them coming every 2 weeks and alternating between cleaning the whole house and cleaning everything except the bedrooms.
Another positive about this company is also that they use green cleaning supplies. This wasn't as big as a deal to me as making sure they were thorough and detailed in their cleaning.
My life is already so much easier since hiring them. They were very polite and easy to work with too.

I was buying a new place and requested a deep cleaning (the place was empty and 'surface clean')- the quote was steep but I thought it would be worth it, because there had been a smoker in the unit previously. They did not deliver. First, they were an HOUR late. Second, they didn't touch the inside of my shower (which had mildew, and when later used a cleaner and a sponge it wiped right off), didn't clean my ceiling fans in that bathroom (specifically requested during the quote process), didn't dust thoroughly at all, removed all of my brand-new toilet paper from the property, and sprayed chemicals the outside of my shower door staining the chrome permanently. I think all they did was vacuum, swiffer the floors, spritz cleaner, and clean my windows. When I called to follow-up on the poor performance, they first offered to reschedule, and then said my suggested times (7:30am or 8am) would not work and did not offer an alternative. They didn't charge me but it was a huge waste of time and energy. I would not recommend them.
