This is my first time hiring cleaners for my home and I was blown away at how wonderful the process was. I'd reached out to a couple of different cleaners that had been recommended by associates and they were either not responsive or not communicative. Pleased to say that wasn't the case with Aya at all.
They replied to my request and were very helpful in explaining the process (like I said, this was my first time). The two cleaners they sent (Thiago and I'm so sorry, I can't remember the lovely woman's name) were absolutely delightful.
They were polite, efficient, pleasant, and just all-around joys. They worked so hard and I am so impressed with how spotless my space is now. I pointed out a problem area (landlord didn't clean after the renters before me and that was partially the reason for the clean) and they took care of it and my jaw literally dropped open when I saw the difference.
Can't recommend enough; I've found my go-to cleaners for LA!

I wanted to leave a little note about Aya Home Care to share how wonderful they are. I text Thiago this morning to see if he had any appointments for today. Thiago responded within 5mins with the good news that he had one spot open at 5pm today. I took it! Then I started working (teleworking) that is. Around 3 pm Thiago text me to let me know that Leo finished up earlier and could be at my place by 4:20pm if I wanted him to come earlier. I said yes. Then I met the amazing Leo and I have to say he's so sweet, detailed and very organized. He cleaned my entire apartment with care. Leaving my apartment clean, smelling fresh and ready for the weekend.
I have my new cleaners and will be seeing
Leo every three weeks.

Wow. Just WOW. The ladies from Maids Unlimited gave our house the deepest clean it's EVER had – truly, the house is sparkling from top to bottom. I have never seen it looking so gorgeous. Dropped some food on the floor not even 10 minutes after they left and went to wipe it–photo speaks for itself.
Second issue was coordinating a time- We agreed at 2:30pm then the day before they asked if they could come at 11am. I was unavailable then and told them that, so we agreed on 11:30am. Then they came early despite me saying I could no do before 11:30am. Could have overlooked the complete disregard for an appointment if the service was actually good and my place was clean after. But again, the photo speaks for itself.
Having a hard time believing any of these positive reviews here. I'm wondering if people are basing the decision off how it LOOKS rather than if it is actually CLEAN. Take a wet paper towel to your floors and see for yourself.

The women who came and cleaned my apartment did such a great job! They showed up early and managed to get everything done in 1.5 hours. They got all of the dust bunnies out from under the furniture, got all the dog hair out of the rug, and dusted every surface, even the blinds. They did a good job cleaning our small place (1000 sq ft 2bed 2ba). Went over time by 1/2 hour so of course I had to pay more. I really think they could have done the job in 2 hours. I had to ask them to dust the blinds. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning. Except for these 2 things, I would give them a 5-star rating.

I've booked with Chris and his team twice now and have nothing but positive things to say. Chris is responsive and easy to schedule with. The cleaners were timely, respectful, and got straight to work. They brought all the equipment needed and went above and beyond on tough areas (stove, shower, etc.). I really couldn't be more impressed with Maids Unlimited! From being able to text to schedule and payment on venmo, the whole process is just so convenient. Christopher and the ladies (especially Amelia and Lucia – worth requesting in my opinion) are so kind and EFFICIENT!!! I used to use another service and they took twice as long and it still was not as clean as Maids Unlimited can do in less time, and I am a neat freak who is very picky. I also love that they are able to start later in the day if needed, perfect for those who work in office. They are also always on time if not early! This was my first professional cleaning experience, overall it was great. As a stereotypical millennial, I HATE making phone calls, but Christopher immediately put me at ease and answers any questions I had. I'm juuust outside their service area, but it turns out I live close to where one of his teams lives, so he worked with me to schedule me at the end of the day so they would essentially stop by on their way home. I definitely appreciated that!!
On the day of, the team showed up about half an hour early, which was great except that i hadn't fully finished picking up clutter (that's my bad though, not theirs). They got right down to business and got my full 1-bedroom apartment cleaned up in 1.5 hours, for less than $100! Which is impressive, since I haven't full cleaned the fridge or behind the bathroom sink since I moved in 3 years ago. I didn't have cash so i sent a text to Christopher and paid via Venmo. I was able to include a tip via Venmo as well (PLEASE tip your cleaners, they deserve to be paid well for cleaning the crap you don't want to touch)
The only reason this is not a 5-star review is that there were a couple spots that seemed not quite finished in my bathroom and living room. They didn't vacuum behind my rocker armchair (it is on rails and would have slid forward very easily). There were also a couple small bunches of hair that were left on the sides of the tub. It took about 30 seconds to clean them up and put them in the trash so ultimately no big deal, just a mild annoyance.
Overall the experience was fantastic. I will definitely use them again when the dirt just gets overwhelming.

They don't seem to have space for clients who need periodic cleaning. I had my house cleaned twice and once I was told I was not scheduled and the third time I was told no openings in the am for 2 months due to regular clients taking the spots.
Them maybe hire more house cleaners and no degree is required.

Cleaning was great! But they charge extra money from my credit card after finished without any noice or explain!! It said final fee was $315 for moving cleaning but it charged me extra $80. They were on the ball with communication however this is where things get sad. I booked some cleaners for a move out clean and I had some security cameras in the house. I paid for the minimum amount of hours but for whatever reason they did not stay. I have it on video and the company was more than reasonable on giving me back a portion of the money which is why they get 3 stars. Wow! I found this company on Yelp!…I took a chance & booked their services. I'm so glad I did. From the first person to answer my call, to working with the two best cleaning team, Nancy & Carlos, and Chris at the office….this team was awesome! . This company will only schedule you a cleaning accordingly to their cleaners preferences and "urgent situations ". They don't care what's more convenient for you.
First time I ordered service from they, the cleaners blamed me that I only had street parking and not the garage, saying they wouldn't have come, if they knew it. Cleaning was ok.
Second time they just canceled on me.
On my third (the worst) time, they damaged my bath by poring bleach on the surface which isn't meant to be bleached I guess. After rinsing it with water, they said that the traces are going to go away in a couple of hours, and that they have seen it before. Of course, nothing disappeared. Once I contacted the company they blamed my building for putting some "weird" paint on my bathtub. Which is not the case! My building is going to take money for this tub and it's going to be much more than I paid for Mya services. And as I got it Mya doesn't care to help me solving the problem or paying for the damage.
I won't even start to what they call "deep cleaning". My blinds are just half washed and some places weren't even vacuumed at all.

I found this company on google. I was expecting some general cleaning. I was so wrong! Carlos and Nancy were so amazing! My place needed some real cleaning after the pandemic. They made it look like new, even better than new! It looks better than when I moved in 10 years ago! They are the best! I give them two thumbs up, and my cat gives them two paws up as well! I am more than satisfied. Their work was 1000x more than I expected. They were also respectful, very gentle with the furniture and decor and asked questions about where to place things if moved. Recently my son moved in to an apartment in the Los Angeles area and we hired Mya Cleaning to do a deep sanitation clean before we lived him in. They did a very thorough job. I wish I could give Mya Cleaning 0 stars! This company is as unprofessional as I've ever seen. I hired them for what would be considered a fairly large job. A 4500 sq ft post renovation cleaning. From the very beginning I should have known that there was going to be a problem. The cleaners arrived two hours late and never contacted me. They arrived dressed extremely unprofessional in flip flops. Never apologized for being late. I told the company upfront this was a full renovation cleaning and I actually had to push the cleaning back three times due to delays. We were still doing final touches this morning but were going to accommodate them. The office called me 10 min In to say they would be there until about 6-7pm. I spoke to the cleaners to get a plan for their time. A VERY VERY rude cleaner named Stephanie proceeded to tell me they were only staying until 2. I said the office told me 6-7. She started to scream at me. I told her I was going to call her company and she told me she didn't care. I told her to get out of my house. I called the company — THEY DIDNT CARE! I asked to speak with the owner or manager and the receptionist refused. REFUSED! I said I wanted my money back. The receptionist says "We are canceling your fucking job, nothing else I can do for you! Seriously is this really happening?
THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. Thankfully Stephanie and her crew left my house.

My apartment move out cleaning was Monday, 8/3. In spending over $300, I had the expectation Mya Cleaning would do a stellar job and save me the time of cleaning the property myself. Unfortunately, there were cobwebs, 1/2 cleaned heater grill (I had asked this specifically to be cleaned), dirty closet tracks, etc. Not the attention to detail and sparking apartment I had hoped for. I am pregnant and I would have greatly appreciated a job well done. Instead I spent 1.5 hours cleaning after the crew left. Mya had great customer service and scheduling, however I wish they had done a better job cleaning.

I assume it can happen… BUT The company refuses to let me talk to owner, or anyone with authority, and refuses to fix the issue. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. The Burner worked The evening before and they were the only ones that touched the stove. I hired Mya to clean my apartment with a focus on the balconies. Here is an "after" photo they sent me proving that the balconies were cleaned.
The cleaners also accidentally left the gas on when they were cleaning the stove. When I returned, the entire floor including my unit smelled of gas.
I reported both to Mya. They issued a 50% refund and said they would fire the cleaners. I begged them not to – people make mistakes and I'm sure they will be more careful next time.
I paid $108 to have my apartment almost burn down and not have my balconies cleaned. Look elsewhere.

I have used this cleaning service several times over the last year and after the last two times, I won't be using them again.
The last two cleaning crews that were sent to me were not good…
One of the ladies was on her phone for almost half an hour whilst she was "cleaning"/standing against the wall doing nothing. I caught another cleaner lounging on my sofa (I'm deadly serious) when there was still cleaning to be done. She didn't even get up when I came into the room and saw her! I couldn't believe it. Very disrespectful. The same crew stood staring at me, waiting for a tip after they finished. I gave them a tip, despite their half hearted job.
Back when I first starting using this company, the crews were pretty good. But the company is too expensive for me to keep risking having them do a bad job.

Very happy with the quality of cleaning. Carlos and Maria cleaned my apartment for three hours and did an extremely thorough job. Whenever cleaning surfaces they put things back exactly where they were. They cleaned places that other cleaners had skipped – faucets, doorknobs, shelf surfaces, tight corners, etc.
Small snafu before they came was with scheduling – they double booked themselves and tried to ask me to change my time, the day before which I could not accommodate. Unfortunately because I said "no, I can't change the time" they mixed up a special request for draino which the cleaners didn't get informed to bring. I'd ding them a star for that except the cleaners were so good they managed to unclog the bathtub without it. I was impressed! Will definitely be hiring them again for consideration of a long-term contract. Hope all their cleaners are this good!

I am really surprised by all the positive reviews because I was thoroughly unimpressed by this service. 3 stars feels generous but I rounded up from 2.5 stars because they were highly responsive and able to get someone out to our place quickly after we reached out. However, we are highly dissatisfied with the level of cleaning provided by our maid. As first time customers we were required to book a deep clean which came to $260 for our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and less than 1500 sqft apartment. While our apartment was cleaner than before she had arrived, it was lower than the level of cleaning that I normally do on a weekly basis. The floors were mopped but not deeply scrubbed, none of the cabinets were wiped clean, shelves and surfaces were not dusted, and mirrors still had fingerprint smudges on them.
We reached out and the company offered to send the maid back but we did not want the same person who had already shown she was not as detail-oriented as we expect from a cleaner. They were quick to respond and refunded us $60 for the supposed deep clean. I still don't think our experience was worth $200, but I will just leave this review and never use this company again.

Maybe our expectations were too high, or perhaps we should have directed their cleaning activity, but my roommate and I were completely unimpressed. If we had spent the same amount of time cleaning the apartment, we would have done a better job. The cleaners were inattentive to detail (even leaving a big dust bunny on the only dustable surface of my roommate's room) and generally did a cursory job at best. I think they did mop sections of the floors, but there are two bikes in our living room that weren't moved and mopped under–the area was just completely ignored.
If you're looking for a light dusting, hint of vacuuming and a touch of mopping, Maid for LA would be great. They were responsive, and easy and pleasant to interact with! But if you're looking for a real clean, I'd recommend you try elsewhere. Or do it yourself! You'll be happier with the result.

My first time using this service was really good. The two cleaners were very thorough and I was excited to book my second cleaning. As it turns out, my second cleaning was a huge disappointment. I told the maids what I needed clean such as the balcony and inside my fridge when they first got into my apartment. They accidentally spilled bleach on my carpet which damaged it. I saw the maid spill the beach and I waited to see if she was going to do anything about it or even tell me. She didn't. I spoke with their manager and the maids tried to leave my apartment without me inspecting their work. They didn't clean my balcony until I had to get their manager on the phone. They didn't clean the inside of my fridge. They were not respectful of my home and of my situation with my carpet. The management hasn't been reaching out to me for any updates or any reassurance that this will not happen again. Do not waste your time or money with this company and if you do, INSPECT YOUR HOUSE!!!!
Update: The management called and assured me that they are paying for the carpet repair. They also have sent new cleaners to my apartment this to cover a new cleaning service. They did a really good job at restoring my faith in their business and having maids come to my house. I really appreciate your time and help. Thank you!
New update: this company never paid for my carpet to be repaired. I had a nice surprise on my rent today. Do not waste your time and/or money with this business. They do not follow up with customers. They do not do what they say they were going to do. By far the worst experience I've had. I will not be changing my review because you Deserve it.

I'm updating my review to 1 star because after the cleaning team left I tried using my new Dyson and it's broken. I did not want them to use their own vacuum because I have allergies so I vacuumed my home before they came and told them not to vacuum. I came in two times to my master bedroom and they were using their vacuum. They insisted on vacuuming and asked to use my dyson. I was hesitant but they were going to use their vacuum anyway so I let them. I told them do not vacuum the shag rugs because it will break the vacuum. They vacuumed both shags with the roller on. There were roller marks all over the rugs and sure enough my three month old dyson is broken. This company is a complete disaster! They don't know how to clean properly at all and are not careful with your home. I highly suggest you do not use this company because you will regret it.

Had a 2 person team to deep clean one bathroom and one kitchen for an elderly couple The price would great great if they actually deep cleaned anything($160 + 40 tip) this was more of ok regular cleaning. I've hired Maid fo LA twice now; once in December and again yesterday, June 17, 2022. BOTH times the crew was OVER 1.5 hours late to begin cleaning. They do an adequate job of "cleaning" but leave the house in such disarray, I spend more time cleaning up after them than the service benefits me. And since one of the workers was "afraid" of my 10+ year old rescue cat, I had to place all of my pets into one room. The cast iron grates from my high-end stove were left on the top of the stainless steel sides of the stove, scratching the stainless steel. They attempted to plug their vacuum cleaner into a receptacle so aggressively, it caused a circuit breaker to trip powering down all of our computers – dangerous! They left blinds in total disarray after quickly dusting them – for which I was charged extra. And for the second time with Maid in LA, since they were so late to their scheduled appointment, I had to cancel plans I had for both of those evenings. They were going to charge me $390 for 3 hours but I pushed back only willing to pay $300. Even getting the $90 refund took repeated requests. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAID IN LA AGAIN!

This review is for the owner & pricing. The cleaning crew is great (even though they showed up 25 minutes late).
I've used this company twice and booked via their site. The first time I booked them, I went by what their site recommended which was selecting based on the # of beds/baths. So I picked accordingly, 3 beds/2 full baths/1 half bath (totaling 3.5 hours of cleaning). Cleaning crew shows up and they're done in 2 hours, so I asked if they could clean my attached office (no need to clean the shower in bath). They end up finishing the office in 20 minutes. So overall 2.5 hours of cleaning. I go ahead and pay the full price of 3.5 hours because I figured it was my first time using their company, might as well just forego asking for a prorated price.
So on to today's fiasco. I book the service again via their website, but this time when choosing the # of beds/baths I pay attention to the corresponding hours and choose a service that lines up a little more closely to the time they need to clean. So I choose a service for 3 hours of cleaning (2 beds/2 full baths/1 half bath). Also important to note here is that while I have 3 bedrooms, one of them is not used as a bedroom; it's an exercise room/storage space that's pretty much near empty. Cleaning crew shows up 25 minutes late and I tell them that I need them to leave by 2pm since that's how I planned my day and why I booked them at 11am not 11:30am. That's fine they said they would get it done in time. I showed them my attached office and asked if they could fit it in again (no need to clean the shower) and they said it should be fine.
Well, the cleaning crew was done with the main house in 65 minutes. Then they tell me that they can't clean my office because it wasn't included as a "bedroom" when I booked them. Ok, cool no need to clean it, but I tell them there's no way I'm paying for 3 hours of cleaning when they were done in 1 hour. That's when the manager called me. I explain to her that it's ridiculous to ask me to pay for 3 hours of cleaning when there was only 1. Simple logic I should be applied and I should be prorated for the time. She tries to argue that that's not how it works and that it's based on the # of rooms and that it's a Sunday so she had to find people to work. Let's unpack this.
1. If you don't want people to work on a Sunday, then don't offer your service on that day. I'm not the manager, I don't work for you so why would I think twice about booking a Sunday if you offer it? It never crossed my mind that it would be an additional effort, nor should it…I don't have visibility into the inner workings of your company.
2. If you don't want your service based on duration, then why include it in the pricing??? (see screenshot)
After arguing back and forth I offered to pay $160 and to never use their service again. Manager/Owner agreed.
So yea, while cleaning is great, the pricing is ridiculous. Find literally anyone else.

Great experience – this is the first cleaning service we hired and they came right on time. We had a 1bd apartment and a crew of 3 came and immediately started cleaning, and finished within an hour and a half.
Our place wasn't filthy, but had about 1-2 month's worth of usual buildup, especially in our bathroom and kitchen. They've all been scrubbed clean – which was the most important to us. The extra fee we paid for pet hair was worth it – they vacuumed it off of our couch!

To start off, I would like to say the customer service girls are sooo nice and helpful. They ask you a couple of questions to give you an estimate. I believe I spoke to Kim or Danica (they're both so sweet) and she let me know that if the angels need more time to complete the job they would communicate that with me to get it approved before anything.
They sent 2 angels for 3 hours and they got the job done. I gave them a walkthrough to show them my main priorities and the angels reassured me that they would make sure they tackle those areas. Which they did
I made sure to tip them as well because the job was amazing.

After providing them with the square footage of my house, approximately 2200, 3 small bedroom, primary bedroom and 2 1/2 bath, which I also indicated I don't need one of the rooms to be cleaned, this was her response. I gave one star for being responsive with most of my questions, and another star for showing up… However, that bar is set extremely low. I was charged $495 for a two bedroom one bath vacant unit, that took them 3.45 hours and the empty, almost brand new fridge wasn't even touched, among other things. I felt completely taken advantage of because I wasn't there.
Done photos below are of the outside and inside of the fridge. It would have been so easy to wipe the front, and the inside.
While the cleaners were there they said they needed more time because it was so dirty.. and send photos of a toilet bowl, a bath tub with some random hair in it, an empty cabinet, under the sink (which looks like rust stains) and old wooden blinds…
I can't imagine how expensive it would be for an actual dirty house with furniture.

I contact them they were super nice, but I don't even make $75.00 per hours !!!! There are a lot of reviews about this place but in all honesty I really don't understand, who can afford to pay $900.00 to clean small house for one day !!!! I needed a deep cleaning of my studio apartment. They were easy to communicate with and called when the original cleaner felt under the weather to see if I was okay with two people coming for 2 hours instead of one for 4. The bathroom and kitchen looked great, and they cleaned behind the toilet and really scrubbed the stove.
However, I'm extremely disappointed for the price that the super basic cleaning things weren't done. Except for the bathroom and kitchen, none of the surfaces were cleaned or dusted, I still had dust on my walls, they clearly didn't vacuum, and there were water stains on my kitchen floor. I was out of town so I had my mom let them in, and she said that while the man who was cleaning the kitchen was working hard, the woman who was supposedly "cleaning" the living room was doing fake sweeping motions, which would explain why nothing in the living room was clean (again, it's a studio apartment! It's not that big! It would have taken 5 minutes)
I'm glad the price reflects that they probably pay their employees a living wage, but the fact that I paid $240 for the most basic things to not be cleaned means I won't be using them again.

Someone tell this company it's August, because my experience here seemed to be one giant April Fools joke. Except I wasn't laughing.
My roommate and I moved locations and our new apartment had been cleaned months prior but due to all the tours and dust build up we decided we wanted to get a good cleaning before moving in. Our usual cleaners were out of town so we went on yelp and saw great reviews for this business. We were told the minimum service was just under $400 for a 3 hour minimum, way more than we typically pay but it was short notice so we accepted.
On the day of the cleaning, the team of 2 was supposed to arrive at 1:30pm. She calls and says she's running late and they arrive at 2:10pm. I do the initial walk through (at this point there is essentially nothing in the apartment) and I tell her we just moved in, and want to get rid of a lot of the dirt and dust especially on the floors and in the bathroom.
My roommate went to run errands, so I waited at the apartment while they were "cleaning". One of the ladies came into the room I was in and started asking me how much rent I pay, what I do for work, how can I afford rent for being young, etc. I thought it was weird but figured she was just trying to be friendly. I sit outside and call my brother, only to be waved inside by the lady around 3:20pm. She tells me, everything is all clean, "the place wasn't even that dirty but we cleaned the floors 5 times". Confused but ok. I said I thought there was a 3 hour minimum? Her response is "this company overcharges way too much and is a rip off" and she gives me her personal phone number and says if I like the service, to contact her directly and she'll charge me half the price. She runs out the door before I could say anything else.
Immediately I call the main office and ask if I still have to pay the $400 since the minimum was 3 hours, and they stayed for less than half of that time then left in such a hurry. The person originally says I won't be charged in full, only to call back after talking to the cleaning team who claimed I KICKED THEM OUT!?!? She tells me that the cleaning team says I forced them out of the apartment, so I have to pay for the full service and that the girl warned me of their minimum (which obviously she didn't). I proceeded to tell the person on the phone that their employee was bad mouthing the company and trying to sell me on the side AND SHE STILL DIDN'T BELIEVE ME. She said it was a "she said she said" situation that was just a simple "miscommunication". She said the best she could do was charge me $185 which I should be grateful for as they never make exceptions.
After spending a few hours in the apartment after the "cleaning", it was very clear that NOTHING was cleaned. This was partially my fault, I guess when using a new service I should have been watching them more closely and tried to force (?) them to do a better job? Pics attached, it was disgusting. I even sent the photos to the office as proof of the poor service and she just replies "thanks for sending!" not even acknowledging or apologizing at all.
This experience actually pissed me off a lot (clearly) because my roommate and I are two quiet, young Asian girls just out of college and I feel like we were taken advantage of and not treated with respect. The company acted like we were just trying to skrrrt out of the price which was not the case at all, we just wanted a clean new home!
Long story short, I asked to speak to the manager and she goes "I am the manager" (I was shook tbh) so I asked to speak to the owner, to which she told me "the owner doesn't engage in these types of conversations". Lol wut the owner doesn't care her employees aren't doing their job, are trying to scam and steal business, AND the customer service is just making the customer feel shitty!? I just.. wow. After lots more back and forth, we settled on $85 which was really whatever at this point. Apparently we still had to pay the team to drive to our place and try to scam us. Amazing! I'm sure there are great teams at this company but the one we got was not it.

The cleaners showed up a bit late (20min) with no call letting me know they were running late, but it was raining & I am sure traffic was bad…Most everything looked FANTASTIC & house smelled SO CLEAN, but noticed after they left that all our wood slated blinds had been put in the opposite of their normal direction & all were very dusty still…but this is being picky I guess.

Listed everything that would be encountered inside the property and what needed to pay attention since this units is empty from a tenant that just moved out. So will be needing a COMPLETE DEEP CLEAN FROM WALLS/WINDOWS TO ALL THE APPLIANCES ( in and out of it )
What I got is just a simple wipe down, notified how unhappy I was but their response is that this was a deep cleaning because of the chemical used from wipe down.
Me coming to them when I could done this myself was because I was in my 3rd trimester. But I still finished the job they had left behind. Steam mop the stains off the floor that took seconds, wiping things down with more effort.
They reach out to me when I had post my unsatisfied interaction from their communication and work. The owner beg to have a second chance if I take down this post for she cared about her customer and her business. After hearing her out and thought she had my best interest, she ghosted me without any follow up to that promise after I had taken it down.
So this is my post that you should know what you will encounter and that the work isn't as great as its pictured.

My second review. I would not have booked them again, but my partner didn't realize we had used them in 2019 (& not been happy) and booked them the other day.
He told them over the phone that he wanted a DEEP CLEAN where they clean all the hard to reach areas we don't get to ourselves because we already keep our house very clean. They assured him that they could deliver that on a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house in 4 hours. We thought that didn't seem long enough but they told him we could add more time at the end if needed.
They arrived *an hour early* so we had to make them wait 30 minutes while we finished prepping the house. We put together a list of tasks to focus on, things to skip, etc and we put away everything on surfaces to make it easy for them to go in on cleaning without having to move stuff. Then we left for a bit in order to be out of their way while "deep cleaning."
When we returned, they informed us they were wrapping up a bit earlier than the time we had booked them for, even though they had not done one of the bedrooms. My partner very politely asked them to stay and finish the 3rd bedroom and the woman in charge acted annoyed and said she would only stay 20 minutes… ultimately only staying the same amount of time we had paid up front for. That made it impossible (and uncomfortable) for me to address any of the other issues I discovered.
There was *visible* dust on so many surfaces, when I wiped my hand on the kitchen counter a pile of crumbs fell off, fans hadn't been dusted (something I had left a note about), & our living room obviously hadn't been cleaned *at all* as neither the couch nor floor had been vacuumed and the coffee table hadn't even been wiped down
This would obviously be unacceptable for any cleaning service, let alone the most expensive "deep clean" we've ever had. The most frustrating part to me is that we were more than willing to pay for more time if that's what was needed to get the job done, but we could barely get them to stay for the time we pre paid for to finish a basic cleaning, let alone "add time" like we were told we could do over the phone to get the deep clean we originally requested.
When I offered to call and complain and my partner told me who he had hired, I immediately realized our mistake as I knew we had similar issues with this company last time. I am leaving another review in hopes this company stops promising "deep cleanings" they are clearly not equipped to deliver and to prevent another customer from falling for their pitch and wasting their money.
TL;DR – We booked and paid for a "deep clean" where they didn't even do basic things like vacuum the floor or wipe down tables, let alone get any hard to reach areas like we were promised. This was our second bad experience with them since 2019.

I was looking to get a move in clean/deep clean for my new apartment that needed some TLC. Iris and Rosalba arrived on time and as soon as we did our walkthrough I knew they were going to do an amazing job. They are UNRELIABLE and CANCEL LAST MINUTE. It's happened TWICE already.
First time, I needed a cleaning for my studio apartment before I moved out so I could get my security deposit. I could have done it myself but I was moving on short notice and figure I would pay someone else to use my time for other tasks. The morning of, they cancelled because the lady's car "broke down" and they had no one else to send because I mean, who wants to work right? I was so stressed to have to clean on such short notice.
2nd time was when a client of mine needed a deep cleaning for an inspection. The day of, they cancelled AGAIN. They said they were not equipped to complete the cleaning, although we had sent photos of what we needed cleaned and they approved.
The employees seem to work only when they feel like it. If they don't wanna clean, they'll make an excuse and cancelAvoid the stress if you need cleaning by a certain day and time and hire someone else or clean yourself.

Our house needed a DEEP cleaning of the common areas only, no bedrooms. I stated this when requesting a quote and again when filling out intake forms before the appointment. It's as if the office doesn't review these details with the cleaners because I had to repeat to them on-site, what I've filled out already. What's the point of the form then?
I'm not going after the cleaners themselves because they were really nice but moreso the office for having to repeat.
So with the cleaning, while the house was in better shape, you bet I was recleaning everything at the end of the day. My swiffer rag was black after redoing the floors.
It seems I paid close to $400 for just a standard cleaning.
What's interesting is that on this follow up call, I saw the caller ID and decided to answer. I expressed my honest opinion and the lady just thanked me and hung up. No resolution offered or additional inquiry on what could've been done better, etc. If you're going to go thru all this trouble, you might as well engage with your customers to do better. I'm not expecting a free recleaning (though wouldn't it be nice) but maybe a discount on the next one or something to try again…
Perhaps I'm biased because I work in customer service and was really hopeful they could make it right…

I fired Amy's Angels Cleaning on Friday, after they had been my regular cleaner for six months. The cleaning staff is pretty good. They're not great, but decent and never had anything broken or gone missing. The front office staff is friendly and responsive.
The problem comes in the communication between the front office and the cleaners. Of my 13 cleanings, more than half had issues. The schedule would change at the last minute, the cleaner didn't show up, the cleaner wasn't told how to access the house, the cleaner was new and no one prepped them for what my house needed, and several times they were supposed to collect keys and didn't. It took several weeks and several phone calls for us to finally agree on some sort of house access, despite promises that everything was fine.
The explanation for this was almost always "Well, because COVID". I get COVID has taken its toll, but we're 18 months in, and it seems that they could've adjusted by now.
Finally, in general, this is the most expensive service ($49/cleaner/hour) I've ever used, and they're VERY slow – 4 hours for a basic clean on a 1300 sq ft house. My new service is half the price, which is more in line with what I've had in the past.
To sum up: Nice people, decent work, overpriced and slow but that would all be manageable if the front office could get its act together. It can't, and that made Amy's Angels completely untenable for me.

I have called Amy's Angel and scheduled window cleaning service, just right 2 hours before the service time, Amy's Angel suddenly called to cancel the appointment due to the window technician has emergency, and next day is the day for the open house, such unreliable business attitude ruin my day.

Don't use this service, they are completely unreliable and overpriced. We hired them to do a move-out cleaning of our apartment, and they canceled the day before, which left us no time to find someone else.
The person I spoke to arranged the date and time and took my payment. She said she would email me a contract to sign prior to the cleaning. When I received it, it had the wrong address. I pointed this out to her, and she said she would adjust and send a new contract. I never received another contract, despite messaging her several times about it. When she finally got back to me she said that it was too late and my spot was given up. I told her I didn't understand how this could happen, I had made the appointment and given her payment. She never sent the corrected contract and then gave up my spot? Of course she never responded. They truly do not care, avoid them at all costs.

I booked two cleaners for a post-remodeling, move-in deep cleaning service. I get that the house is dusty and sizable and there are plenty to do. They were slow and inefficient and chatted on the phone a lot. Of course they couldn't finish in time, they asked for 2.5 additional hours. We got so frustrated with the lazy attitude and lousy performance that we just let them go at the end of the originally booked time.
I had to hire a different company to finish the job. The one cleaner who came today cleaned better in less time, followed instructions better, charged less hourly rate, than the two from yesterday. Plus, the cleaner today had to redo some of the lousy work done yesterday.
There are better choices out there.
The owner Amy reached out and tried everything in her power to make things right. I'm adding 2 more stars to the review, because I do appreciate the effort very much. In the service industry, it's hard to find help who are qualified while balancing everything and keeping the business afloat. The ladies in the front office are great and responsive. Hopefully after the pandemic subsides, Amy will be able to again find help who's capable and who cares.

I requested a quote on yelp and provided my zip code. They provided me a quote and I booked an appointment and sent in my credit card authorization form. They sent me a booking confirmation email. The day before my appointment I called to ask a question and the person said they don't service my neighborhood.
I don't understand why they provided me a quote and had me do all the steps and provided me confirmation only to let me know less than 24 hours before that nobody will be coming.

I had a great cleaning from the two people who came over. They were efficient and got to some spots that I never wanted to deal with.

They showed early, stayed for two hours, and are absolutely lovely people.
However, what I got was not the deep cleaning I requested. Not only was the master bathroom untouched (due to an honest miscommunication, to be fair), but the foyer, floors, kitchen sink, stove range hood, and living room surfaces were untouched as well. There are cobwebs in the corners, grime on the baseboards, and cat hair on the furniture. I will have to take a day off work to do the deep cleaning I need, which is what I'd hoped to avoid by hiring a service.

The company said they have their maid here 1-2 pm window and they started working 4pm, also the maid hide the dishes in the dishwasher that is still in dirty condition, especially the spoon and fork.

I'm pretty disappointed with MaidServe. I've used them in the past and I recall having positive experiences.
I booked a 2 hour *deep* cleaning with the understanding that they will be coming from 1-2 and the deep cleaning focuses on the kitchen and bathroom.
They showed up at 11:58, and I wasn't prepared. I was planning on tidying up a bit more before they came, but whatever.
I would say they left around 1:30, and before they left I gave a good tip. At first sight, everything looked good. However, I noticed my countertops still had grime on them, my stove wasn't fully wiped down and my oven had pancake mix still on it!
My bathroom wasn't "deep" cleaned, and there was dirt in the corners.
I'm super disappointed and will not be using them again.

I think Maid Serve is a housekeeping broker of sorts. They find the customer, quote a price and find what the customer is seeking. They did quite well.
Angelina and Eva from Patricia Cleaning did an amazing job. On top of having had 5 back surgeries in 4 years, my 28 year old carpet is deteriorating. And I have cats. So while I've tried my best to keep up with cleaning, mostly it's become impossible for me. Needless to say, it was a brutal job for them. They worked their tails off and for the first time in years, I don't feel disgusted to be inside my apartment. They are miracle workers, organized things even better, and cleaned in places that I'm still discovering.
They were punctual, very kind, thorough and hard workers. They wouldn't even accept a glass of water. They were go go go!
It was pricey, partly because I think Maid Serve is the middleman and Patricia Cleaning gets more on top of that, as it should, and it was a big job. But worth every dime I paid. Gave both ladies generous gratituities since I had no idea of cost breakdown. And their work they did exceeded my imagination. Wouldn't have dreamed so much could be done in an afternoon.
My only complaint is, if something gets damaged, I'd prefer to be told than to find out the next morning. Beyond that, I would bring this team back in a heartbeat. Five stars for Angelina and Eva from Patricia Cleaning.

We needed a deep cleaning after moving into our new home. Via Yelp messages they were so thorough in their itemized lists of tasks etc. Compared to other businesses they seemed to be the most organized.
However, the house cleaners didn't show up during their time frame. I had to call and message several times to get a hold of someone. Eventually, we were sent two people to clean our place nearly 2 hours after the designated time slot.
The cleaners showed up with one bottle of all purpose cleaner, a bottle or Ajax and a swifter mop. I'm wasn't sure what kind of deep cleaning was going to happen, but they were there so I had them start on the kitchen and bathrooms.
One person spent nearly an hour on one half bath and somehow didn't manage to get the floor of the shower clean. It was dirtier than when he had arrived because he kept dumping dirty water into the shower.
Then, they left a mysterious stain on my new cabinets. This stain will not come off. I've tried about ten different products, and it won't budge. I asked repeatedly what they had used but the people over the phone were not able to track down the cleaners.
This is a booking service that hires out independent contractors. Each cleaner is said to come with their own supplies. Management is in charge of billing and booking. So resolving the matter has been a headache.

I'm only giving a good review because of the first crew who came to clean my apartment – they were very professional and did a great job. I don't feel like that reflects on the business at all – I think I just got very lucky with a group of two amazing humans, I don't necessarily know the company pays the cleaners enough because another cleaning crew they sent to clean the second time made literally no difference in my apartment and it was quite honestly a waste of time. To make things worse I reached out to the business to try to fix things, give them another chance and tell them what went wrong and I received no response. Trust me I'm not one to write a scathing yelp review but if I get radio silence from the business after contacting them multiple times they leave me as the customer no choice but to warn other people by writing a review. I will be filing a claim with small claims court to get my money back as well. Very disappointing. I'm hoping that first crew ended up getting their own business because they were incredible.

disappointed. 2 cleaners came to clean after a tenant moved out, so no furniture, seems pretty easy but not at all a deep clean. i had to go back in and finish cleaning. not sure what they were doing for 2 hours, the unit is only a 1bed / 1bath. they even used my vacuum cause theirs broke. i was charged $172 and even-though the payment came out of the tenants deposit, i wont be using this company again. also issues with payment, it's been 5 days since the "cleaning" and i had to call to ask when they'll be charging me, they dont know when but soon.

I'd give 5 stars to the cleaners. We got Adriana and Chris and they were professional. Especially, Adriana is a super nice lady.
The reason I gave 4 is that the management gave a wrong address to the cleaners. Fortunately, the wrong address wasn't far away from my place, so they came a bit later.
One thing I felt the inconvenience is that they have less availability on weekend. Their office closes on weekends, so if you have a job of M-F, it'd be a bit inconvenient.
But overall, I think they have a good service.

There was a misunderstanding about the appointment (it was the first I had booked with them), but the owner called when I texted saying the cleaners were late. She told me that the appointment had not been confirmed because I had not entered my credit card in their system and she could send them another day. I was upset and said that I had people coming for the weekend and could not rebook. She got off the phone, found 2 cleaners who could come over after-hours and got the job done. I was happy with the work, but also very grateful for the extra effort to correct the problem and save my weekend!

I am so pleased with the service I received from The Help Cleaning Services. It's always nerve-wracking letting strangers into your home for the first time, but the reviews on Yelp were almost all excellent, and the hourly rates were competitive, so I took a chance. I was not disappointed! Setting up the appointment was a snap. My cleaners (Josefina and Irma) arrived on time, with all of their own cleaning supplies and equipment. My Brother needed his place cleaned after he moved out so I checked around and got a few quotes for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. I finally decided to go with "The Help Cleaning Service".
Estela and Roxanna arrived a few minutes early- that in itself gave them extra points – they brought everything they needed to clean and sanitize the apartment. I read from previous reviews that if you have an area of concern, just let them know so I did. I asked that they start working in the kitchen and bathroom first and please clean the stove inside and out. They did an excellent job.
I'm not saying my brother and his roommate are lazy but some areas didn't get the attention it required. Estela and Roxanna took care of it. They did a Beautiful job. I smelled bleach and that made me smile. Once they were done, mind you this took just about 3 hours, they asked that I check everything before they left. I did. Excellent work.

The worst cleaning service I have ever received. Two ladies showed up and they did not clean well at all, inside my fridge, inside the cabinets, everything was left untouched unless I asked them to clean it, even though these are cleaning points I mentioned during booking that I wanted them cleaned. I called the person who I booked with and he claimed they did clean well (even though he wasn't physically there) and after I showed him photos of me going over dirty spots, he said "they simply forgot" lol. The only hiccup we experienced was due to a lack of communication on arrival time.
We scheduled cleaners to come at 1. Cleaners were a little late, no big deal. But when I messaged the company owner, she stated that the cleaners have an arrival window of 1 hour. I was never informed of this, I went back to through our conversation to double check. She even said "your appointment is at one." So when I questioned her about it, she said it's disclosed in the email, which I never got btw. I told her that we didn't get an email, but in the future it might be helpful to let people know that their appointment is a window and not an exact time, not just in the email after the conversation. She said oh yes, we always let people know….
So that was a little unclear. Make sure you verify your appointment time in advance if your scheduling time off work. Otherwise, service was great. I would recommend this company and I would use this service again in the future.

I hired The Help Cleaning service for my daughter's apartment. They did an okay job for a twenty something adult, my daughter was impressed and appreciative of course because she was not paying for the service. I paid $367 for 2bed/2bath small apartment for a deep clean. I don't feel like a deep clean was performed, just an average cleaning. They do give you 48 hours to come back out and correct items; however, I was in town for a short visit and did not want to have to stop and have them come back to the home for "minor misses". Minor misses were like the base boards and not all the blinds were dusted, the top of the microwave was not cleaned and the crevices in the bathroom were not cleaned. The cleaning crew was nice and arrived on time. We did not stay in the apartment to supervise or do a walk-through at the end. If hiring this service I would recommend staying to supervise. Scheduling for the service was convenient.
The company did contact me to return and fix the areas listed. However, we declined. I think they are professional service with timely and responsiveness. I would use them again, as no other service I am aware of offer to come back and fix within 48 hours. Additionally, they made this offer after the 48 hours. Very impressed with promptness and customer service.

I used The Help Cleaning Services to clean an apartment I own after a tenant moved out. The place was a disaster after the prior tenant (a single and very busy person). I was unsure if I would be able to rent the place without replacing parts of the kitchen and bathroom (which clearly had not seen a cleaning product at any point during the Pandemic). Enter Estela and Roxanne with The Help Cleaning Services. Up front it was very easy to request services through the service's online platform, and very clear how much would it would cost. I've never written a yelp review before, but i felt like i needed to because this service was incredible. I booked it on their website, and within the hour got a text confirming the timing of the appointment and the details of what I wanted cleaned. They arrived within the hour window that was communicated, and i left them to work until it was completed. When i came back, my house was immaculate. We had dust covering every corner before it was cleaned, and now the floor is shiny and doesn't leave our feet covered in dirt. I can't recommend this service enough. I can't thank The Help Cleaning Services enough. The cleaning service my daughter hired to clean her apartment for move out cancelled in the 11th hour and we were really in a pickle. The Help came to the rescue with two fabulous cleaners Karina and Veronica. I was moving out and the crew I had scheduled canceled on the last minute on Friday night and I needed to get the work done Saturday as I was leaving town Sunday. They worked hard to find a team that could come Saturday afternoon. The ladies showed up 20 minutes early with all their own cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. they worked so hard for the full time. Such professionalism, they knew what they were doing! The team was so gracious and pleasant. They turned a very stressful time into laughter. The place looked great and by 7:30 PM it was spotless and gorgeous. I can't say enough great things about the company. Excellent value and very competitive pricing. Excellent all around. I highly recommend them and will certainly use again.

I am highly impressed with this company! They were effortless to work with, on time, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. I needed someone to perform a move-out cleaning. They responded quickly and efficiently with a price and what that price included!
They do a fantastic job of making my appointment look like new again and doing a detailed job. I asked for pictures and they provided a great deal of them, something I really appreciated.
If you want a truly professional move-out clean, you should 120% choose them. Don't try and save pennies and end up by losing dollars. Go with people who know what they are doing and will do the job correctly!

I can not sing the praises of this company loud or long enough. They went above and beyond. Not only is the house immaculate after they came but they also organized all my cluttered areas. Excellent housekeeping service. I needed a major cleaning job done at my rental property, so I contacted King David Housekeeping for assistance. The house was extremely dirty, so I opted for the deep cleaning service. Pricing and appointment information was provided by the company via the Yelp app. Company also communicated with me very well via text and the Yelp app from start to finish.
Crew of three people showed up at the house at the scheduled appointment time and the cleaning was completed in a timely manner. Before and after pictures were provided and the place looks great. David and his co-worker did a deep clean on my apartment, and I'm seriously happy with the results. They spent at least 3 1/2 hours cleaning my 650 square foot one bedroom, paid wonderful attention to detail, and were very nice.
They dusted every little thing in my house, moved things around to clean the floors, cleaned both sides of my windows when possible, found a great spot for my cutting board that I somehow over looked, and even washed my balcony! The team came out to clean our residential property and I think we finally found our permanent cleaners for our place. They were professional, wore masks and shoe covers the whole time and extremely detailed. They also went above and beyond to clean our small entrance area outside, which wasn't even part of the quote.
One negative aspect of some of the bigger cleaning companies is your experience is largely dependent on which cleaners show up on the day of. Not sure if King David housekeeping will send the same team each time, but I will find out when I use them again soon.

The last time I hired a cleaning service off of Yelp I wasn't impressed so after doing some searching for another option I booked an appointment with Casa Fantastic. They were super easy to deal with in booking the appointment.
As for the cleaning service itself, they did a good job. Missed a few minor things, but were good about rectifying them when we pointed them out. Overall our house looks GREAT!
One thing that did kind of bother me was that the cleaners were 15 minutes late, and yet I was charged for a full 3 hours of cleaning. I had a wonderful experience with Casa Fantastic. I needed a last minute deep cleaning of my house due to a foster animal having ringworm. They were very understanding and found me a team to come help right away. Azuri and Laura were very understanding of some of the specifics I needed done. Nisia and John were excellent! I asked for the heavy duty cleaning, what I got far exceeded that. I did not know what to expect although I had been given a breakdown of the work that should be done. They cleaned!! I did not think some parts could be cleaned, they removed what was probably years of grime! We will be moving into this rental, no longer dreading it. After months and months of procrastinating of cleaning my apartment, I needed a head start so I can just easily manage it later. I have never used a cleaning service before because I am a fairly clean person and also the thought of getting dissaponted if it didn't meet my expectations. One Sunday, I requested a quote from yelp and among of the many I have requested, BR performance responded with the most detailed one of what service you can get from them. They recommended deep cleaning for $178 (apartment size 750sq/ft) aside from the word itself deep cleaning it also sincludes cleaning inside the fridge too. My appointment was at 4pm but due to their prior appointments, it moved to 5pm. BR Performance sent Nicole and her team (another guy) to my house, they both speak very little to no english which is hard for me to actually what I wanted to say but I just let it be and trust that they know what they're doing. During the cleaning process, I have to go pick up my daughter at the airport and leave them on their own, I keep my faith up that BR performance will not send me anybody that can potentially give them a bad reputation. Br performance assure me that nothing will happened while im gone. Hours later, the moment of truth, I checked my house and it is clean, Nicole did an amazing job, my stove top is super clean, my house is dust free, everything is clean, fridge is clean, over is clean, they forgot the top of my fridge and a shelf on top of my sink but it's okay because they did a tremendous job. They stayed at my house from 5 to 9pm which is a good thing because they didn't have to rush cleaning my house. I am happy with my service and so far, I dont notice that something is missing.
