We just purchased a new home in Las Cruces and needed it thoroughly cleaned before we move in. I got an estimate from Victor that was reasonable and thorough. I got reminder text messages the day before and the day of the cleaning, and updates (including pictures) as the cleaning was done. I appreciated that they were honest and gave us a refund because our estimate included cleaning around/ behind the fridge but we don't have a fridge yet. After being quoted from 3 other people who didn't show for their appointments I tried this one.
They showed up and were very professional and friendly. They vacuumed and cleaned up and even spot cleaned first.It had to be done because the carpet was obviously worn and didn't smell great. They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job.
The carpet had tons of pet stains and dirt. After they was finished, I couldn't believe they were the same carpets! Every stain was gone and the rooms smelled so fresh.
After cleaning he made sure I was happy and loved it. My room looks totally different and amazing.

I have very thick shag carpet. In the past it was always left very wet taking four days to dry. It is still a bit damp after 24 hours. In the past old pet odors returned. Not this time. The carpet looks new fresh and clean at half the cost I paid in the past. I will never use anyone else again. If you really want a professional call this company. I needed the carpet cleaned before moving out of an apartment.
Answered when I called and gave a quote, was very friendly over the phone and was able to set up an appointment within the needed time.
Carlos showed up a few minutes early, did a walk through and confirmed that the price would be the one that was given when I asked for a quote.
Worked quickly and did a great job, the carpet was very clean, smelled good, and there wasn't an excess amount of water or soap left over.

Carlos was courteous and professional on the phone. called me a half hour before he arrived as I requested, got straight to work.. did not mind moving a couple of pieces ( I did what i could but my back prevents me from heavy lifting).

I would give these guys 3.5-4 stars. I needed to get someone local that could go to my mom's home to wash her Murano.
The good:
SUPER responsive and communicated both when they were on their way and when they had completed the job.
The exterior of the car looks fantastic
Most of the interior looks greatI wouldn't say this is bad necessarily but it's also not great:
#2 package is $60, got a bill for $90 as there were some add ons. I didn't approve these as my plan was to do some of this myself (ceramic spray and leather conditioner). For me, fine not a huge issue, but for others an additional $30 charge might not be in their budget. Given that I was the one requesting some service some additional communication would have been great to ask if this was something I wanted.
The interior :

However the windows and dash look a mess. The windows are so filmy and foggy that it's hard to see through them and the dash screen was also like this. I'll have to clean the windows at some point in the next day or so but it looks like they used a cloth that they had used for the seats or dash and it left a pretty thick and oily layer.Was the wash good? Yes. We're they responsive? Yes

I used Kayla to clean my house for over a year. While she did an acceptable job cleaning I had a couple expensive items broken & things were never put back where they belonged. At times she would miss things so I would point it out the next time she came. After working for me for a year I shouldn't have to continually point things out. She was making $25 hourly but used my cleaning supplies & equipment. If she did anything extra I always gave her additional compensation. Initially when I hired Kayla she was working for Zia Cleaning but without my knowledge or permission she cancelled my service with the company without telling me & continued to accept full payment plus a tip for several months until she let it slip she had cancelled. She is not a very honest person & for someone 36 or 37 years old she is extremely immature. I fired Kayla because the one & only time I had her pet sit at my house (May 2019) she drank an entire bottle of alcohol, had someone over to spend the night, didn't clean what I'd asked her to & broke a handmade pottery item in my bathroom that I can't replace. When I confronted her she made excuses, said I "misunderstood" & had given her permission to have someone spend the night. She texted my husband AFTER the fact to tell him about the alcohol when she'd been texting me the entire time I was gone so she could have & SHOULD have asked in advance if it was okay to drink my alcohol. My husband was part of the conversation with her the night before we left & neither one of us would have EVER agreed to letting someone we don't know stay at our new home. If you use Kayla to clean put away any items you don't want broken & absolutely DO NOT use her to pet sit. You will be sorry!!

Two woman were sent to our vacant home to clean a 2800 sq ft. House, the refrigerator and garage ( which was empty). I called and asked them to call me when they were done. I was paying $480.00 for this job! I went by the house close to dusk and already I spotted 2 stains on the floor: one in the kitchen and one in the master. All I had on me was water and toilet paper So I wipe them down and the dirt I got off the floor!! Ugh!! Now the floors may have been wiped to look good, but there was no elbow grease in the effort. The garage also had spots still that we're not cleaned all the way.
Then the blinds. They told me the blinds were hard to clean, but I had to go and straighten them out! All of them around the house. One of the central heaters were left on and I turned it off. Also lights were left on in the Great Room and office. Geez, I'm glad I went by and this is after their quality control person had been by!
Word of advice: use an APP on your smartphone called Nextdoor. You will then connect to your neighbors who will give recommendations on contractors.
I used to use Angie's List but personally prefer Nextdoor.

I wish I had done diligence and read the below before using this service. I also ordered the unlimited, when they called to confirm I asked how many cleaners would arrive they said 1. I knew one would not be enough so I said I WANT FOCUS OM FLOORS AND BATHROOMS I cannot do them due to medical issues. IF there is time after then start with the rest. The lady laughed and said no problem we will make sure she starts with the floors. I REPEATED MYSELF floors and bathrooms and then I don't care what else gets done.
The girl came WITHOUT A MOP so I said please do the floors and bathrooms first don't worry about anything that is above the waist because I can clean and reach that. She said ok. I went to take my son to school and run some errands.
When I came home EVERYTHING ON MY KITCHEN COUNTERS HAD BEEN THROWN AWAY, condiments, spices, NUTRIBULLET BOTTOMS(which I just realized today) and I can go on and on. I was just going to take it as a learning lesson but everyday I find more missing.
AND MY FLOORS WERE NOT DONE in fact some where "swept" with the dirt left in the middle of the floor. I have NO IDEA what took 6 hours to do besides throwing out my belongings.

Have had a few other cleaning services prior, and they truly make this job look undone, and pretty bad at best. No comparison in timeliness, quality and service. Sorry, but how can I be? If I could go back and call another cleaning service, or other help, I would.
I ordered 4 hours for 120 and received a lack-luster cleaning. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are the only rooms attempted to be cleaned, and they are still dirty to be real honest with you. Wasted hard earned money on a horrible job. Live and Learn???

If I could give this business less than one star I would. I paid $170 ahead of time for the Unlimited service for a move-out clean for my apartment and the person did not show for over 10 hours from when their scheduled time was (!), then did not clean at all. Nothing. She vacuumed one rug, did not sweep or mop her even wipe a counter – and remember I paid for the Unlimited plan. Everything was a mess after our move-out, and I had to spend several hours doing my own move-out clean (wiping out counters and tubs, sweeping, mopping, dusting tops of appliances and sweeping, etc) in a rush the next day. After much effort to even find a contact number, they claimed that since I did not send photos of the messy apartment they would not refund me (I cleaned it so there was nothing to photograph!). On top of it, the person who cleaned must have gotten in trouble and she called and left me a harassing threatening voicemail, which I sent to them and they have done nothing, not refunded my money and have not responded. This business is a fraud and a scam! They make you pay up front and then you may not get the service done you paid for. DO NOT USE IT!

Very good experience. Auera was my maid. I was apprehensive at first because they sent one maid to clean for a move out 2 bedroom 2 bath upstairs.
