I reached out to these guys to take care of my mom's place in East Lansing. I saw they had the top reviews on Yelp and their website is very professional and well done, always a good sign.

We were able to send someone for the first time in only a few days notice, she arrived right on time, did a walkthrough with my mom and dove right in. My mom is not at all particularly messy or dirty, she just likes someone to go that extra mile in cleaning. These guys did that. Mom has really high standards and she couldn't wait to call me afterward to say how impressed she was.

I was able to pay for the weekly service via their website and from my account on their site put my credit card on file for the billing going forward.

Can't give a lower rating. I have a broken foot and need my house cleaned and straightened. Before retirement, I've had housekeepers and personal assistants for decades. Domestic Divas said I wanted too much help and I needed a personal assistant. Really? Personal assistants don't clean. I always am extremely grateful for professionals who can help me with what needs to be done in my home. If I could do it all myself I would. I generally hire people who don't feel they are too "good" to do what is asked of them. These folks really are Divas, and who needs that?

Libby cleans our house every other week and though we thought the price was bit high at first, I could not be more pleased with the services we get for the price. I love that we have a "communication binder" so every visit she lets me know what she did, if we need to pick up any cleaning products we run out of, etc. I feel comfortable having Libby in my house without my presence and when we first talked to Pam (owner) about setting up these services, she did seem concerned about our comfort with having a stranger in our home, etc. I also appreciate that they have been great about being conscientious of our home/belongings and want to make sure they are doing everything to our standards, but also making sure the right cleaning products are being used.
