Poor customer service. Tried to ask for the price but the staff mentioned that they are currently short of staffs. I completely understood the situation but was trying to ask for the price again just for my future reference and the staff refused to assist. I have asked some others companies and they still let me know the price nicely even though they couldn't provide the service. I hope this can be improved, if the price cannot be provided due to some reasons, please at least explain and say it nicely. With this experince, I will less likely to consider this company.

Mr Clean is located in an area that is rife with apartments and offices so you can always drop by whenever your laundry basket is full. I usually frequent laundry services for dry cleaning and Mr Clean claims to be a fabric care specialist. Plus, from what I know, even hotels and gyms send their soiled towels and such to be washed. If they can trust them, I can! The price for regular clothes ranges from RM 8 for hats to RM 40 for overcoats. For household items like bed linens and blankets, it goes up to RM 25. They will even wash your carpets and are charged per sq ft. I would say they do a good job for dry cleaning and are careful with the garments so I will recommend this place if it's near to where you stay or work.
