We weren't fortunate enough to receive the same experience as everyone else who posted. We were given a checklist and told that they adhered to it every cleaning. This was not the case whatsoever. Never once did they live up to standards that they set themselves. I never asked for special attention to anything, I only expected them to follow through with what they told us they would do, and it just wasn't possible.
I will say that Tessa was accommodating if we needed to switch dates for special occasions. I found that to be very helpful when we needed it. However, after giving it 6 months of cleanings we finally had to end the service. They damaged our walls several times with their vacuum hoses.After numerous complaints and explaining the need to avoid the walls to every single different group that cleaned, we had the walls repaired on our own dime. We were only offered a $30 off coupon for the mess up just to have them damaged again. Once again, the burden is on us to pay for the repairs.
We never had any consistency with the cleanings, and it seemed we always had different people in the home. I understand it's not always possible to have the same people there, however it seemed as though there was always someone being trained in our house. The attention to detail is just not there and it always seemed rushed! Streaks on the mirrors, water spots all over the wood floor, nothing was moved to be cleaned under. Tessa was always available to talk to and responded quickly but what she promised was rarely delivered. We tried to schedule a walkthrough with Tessa but it just never was possible right after a cleaning to show her what was problematic.

I have used Tessa for 3 years. There is no other service in the Kalamazoo area that is more consistently thorough, trustworthy, and professional.
Her staff are genuinely honest and cheerful. They are always professional. They have found jewelry that I've lost. They are thoughtful around my kids and extra quiet if my baby is asleep. Because I have young children with allergies, I am often concerned about lingering perfumes and cigarette smells. Unlike other cleaning services in the area, I do not have to worry about this with Tessa's staff.

I had them come out to do a one-time deep clean which left the house and appliances looking brand new. They were excellent in many regards:
Ease of doing business – I was able to easily get in touch with them. No run-arounds or poor customer service like other companies. We were able to work around my atypical scheduling needs.
Quality of cleaning – They didn't just do surface cleaning. They really got down into strange corners and crevices that weren't even obviously dirty. It's those small areas that make a big difference.
Cost – *Very* competitive rates for their cleaning services.
Personable – They were so friendly that it actually caught me a little off guard. Many people drag their feet throughout their day jobs like they can't wait to be done… but they were so upbeat and funny, yet such hard workers. At the end of the day, it really showed that they loved what they do.
Overall, it seems like they are in the game to genuinely satisfy their customers. Everyone else seems to be shortcutting their way to their customers' wallets without caring about quality.

Called Tessa based on Joe D's review. We were leaving a 3 month rental at the lake and needed to have the cottage cleaned from top to bottom. Tessa stopped by the week before to look over the job and quote me a price. She came dressed in a business suit and was very professional. She even removed her shoes as she did the walk-thru. On the designated day, she came with 2 employees. Lovely cheerful girls. Plus they came with their own cleaning supplies etc. Needless to say, they did a beautiful job in less than 2 hours. Used Tessa for a whole house deep clean. Tessa comes ahead to look at what condition your house is in and gives a fair price with her knowledge of how much work it will take to get as clean as possible.
A crew of 4 ascended on my house and got right to work top to bottom.
My oven was really bad and my bathrooms were looking bad especially the toilets which that had hard water crusty buildup that I have been trying to remove with different chemicals and scrapers for years. My 8×11 area rug had a hump in it from furniture sitting on it so (the leader of the crew- sorry don't remember her name, she told me but with all the activity it passed over my head) decided to move all the furniture and straighten it out, just to make it right, which also enabled her to clean it even better. The whole crew gets down and dirty, toilets, tub/shower, oven, refrigerator, microwave, closet doors, baseboards and corners, blinds and inside windows.
When they were done 7 hours later it was impressive. The toilets and oven look like new (can't believe they got the crusty hard water buildup off)
Everything was done to the best that could be done.
Very personable, professional and thorough.
If it's cleanable, they can do it, and do it right. They don't cut corners.
Bottom line, unlike other cleaning companies out there Tessa is dedicated to get your house as clean as possible and take pride in their work.

Phenom! I googled "cleaning services"… this one came up. Only 9 reviews and a whopping 4.9 stars. I was skeptical but decided I needed help. I made the call. Kelly asked if I needed same day service. I declined. She took another call. It was perfect. While holding I decided, "Go for it. Take the spot." Team Doris and Amy were at our house that same day. With casual conversation I found out they also have long term been cleaning for two neighbors. Immediately I was comfortable. Three hours later, I don't know whose house i'm in but i'm loving it! Smells clean not chemical nor perfumy. I now have a whole weekend to play and not spend cleaning. They did a marvelous job. I'll not hesitate having them return.

I had them out and there was three that came. The lady in charge of the crew was awesome! her helpers need some attention. First the other two made me feel like i was a horrible for them being here and when the owner called to check on their services she started defending them and asking what was the issues, The issues I am paying them not the other way around. Secondly, I was over charged in my book they were here an hour and half and i was charged for a full cleaning which i did not get! Because they were late they only could clean one area because of the chemicals they had with them to use.

We solicited three quotes for an annual deep clean of our home, and Infinity was our choice as the most reasonable and most reputable according to reviews online. Their team of 3 cleaners showed up with all of their equipment and ready to go the morning of the clean for our 1600 sq/ft house (does not include what they cleaned in the partially finished basement).
After getting there at about 9:30am, they finished around 3:30pm. When we walked in and inspected their work, we were extremely pleased. You can tell the worth of a cleaning company by their attention to detail, and Infinity takes great care in being meticulous when cleaning. The place was completely spotless, and we didn't even find dust in those easy-to-overlook locations like the top of the shower heads or the top of door trim.
We will DEFINITELY be using Infinity for future cleanings of our home, and highly recommend them!

Despite us moving out of our home very soon, we wanted to give it a real deep cleaning before the winter hits. To start, the quote they provided for our two bedroom, two bathroom home was very reasonable, and scheduling wasn't too much of a hassle as I though it would be.
Amanda was very kind and this house looks brand new, just as we bought it. This included getting rid of a lot of dirt and gunk we were dealing with in the bath tub, as well as getting those hard to reach cobwebs near the kitchen area.
Communication would have been much better though. Sometimes I would call them during their hours and I would get no answer. I'm the kind of person that double-checks prior to something happening, and I don't appreciate not getting a response until after the 5th call.

Another great experience with Molly Maid today. My mom was the first to attempt to contact cleaning services for me after I had surgery and couldn't clean the house. She called 5 different cleaning services in Kalamazoo. Every one of them either did not answer (and did not follow up with a call back), answered and was rude, or would not let her just choose a one time cleaning option …. EXCEPT Molly Maids. Danielle answered her call, her questions and was so kind that my mom, living in Florida was raving about their customer service.
Molly Maids continued to impress when they came to clean. The girls were so kind and willing to help where they could while I was home bound and moving around the house. They did a wonderful job, worked quickly, and were extremely detailed.
5 months later I decided to hire them again for a second cleaning after the first one went so well. I received nothing but kind phone service when calling to reserve the cleaning, and again the girls who came did an amazing job, were kind, quick and detailed.

We booked Molly Maid to give our new house a deep clean before we moved in. Renee got back to me quickly to ask a few questions and give me a ballpark on the cost. I was pleasantly surprised that they could do SO much beyond the other quotes that I was getting for a general mop/vacuum/wipe down. They disinfected our kitchen and bath, wiped down the insides of the cabinets, inside and outside of the appliances (including our ice maker!), did the floors, windows, baseboards, cleaned up the (unfinished but studded) basement including the cobwebs and between the studsm and stuff I'm sure I'm missing. They even got rid of what I think was tape residue on the kitchen floor.
Amanda L and Kaitlin did a great job with everything and the total cost came in about $40 more than the lower end of the ballpark, so we were pretty happy about that!
The only issue we had was getting a hold of them–we could call during business hours and no one would answer, so we had to call multiple times, or the owner would call us back. They did work with our ridiculous moving issues, which was great, though.

Where to even begin? Never before have I dealt with a more incompetent individual than I have today. I was called three times in one day to set up a "walk through", first of all, you're doing a one time cleaning, come the one time. Not only that I was called at seven pm on my personal cell phone. The next day, a call came in which blew my mind, the level of unintelligence was at an all time high. I asked several questions, none of which were answered, the people skills of the owner, mark, whom I dealt with throughout the process were unimaginable. He basically informed me he was coming over within the hour to walk through my house, based on his schedule and whereabouts, even though I was hiring him. Wow! He showed up without calling, knocked twice and proceeded to walk back to his car before I got to the door.
Upon entering my place, he said they would vacuum and wipe down counters, what?? Pretty sure I can handle that myself. He spent 10 seconds hunched over only to inform me that I should call someone else. Lets see I hired you and you turn down work. We have had very good experiences so far with Molly Maid. They have cleaned twice for us and have done an exceptional job. We have a lot of dog hair and dust and they are able to clean and organize very quickly and are always very friendly. They are very resonably priced. Renee came over to do our initial assessment and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to clean.

Horrible horrible horrible! I am so disgusted by these people I can't even begin to start. Suffice to say I believe it's probably a scam for criminals to target homes because who in their right mind would hire someone for $100 an hour ( no joke) to do nothing- no dusting, no picking up, just wiping counters and your drawers and stealing medicine out of your cabinets ( no joke) And the people who come to your home are so awful- reeking of body odor. The smell was so bad I couldn't even hold a conversation with them. The owner Marc gives off a creepy serial killer vibe. I am so happy with the service I eventually hired- affordable, professional, prompt and friendly. Also no body odor and can hold a conversation! There are good services in Kalamazoo- trust your gut, protect your home and family and do not hire these creeps!

Horrible customer service. Horrible employees. They will give you an estimate and then inc your rate. They did this at the same time to me and a bunch of community members saying that it's taking more time to clean your home. I have had services of two people clean my house in one hour and they took two hours to clean the same place. They have a money making scheme that they will inc your rate saying it's taking longer when the employees are really slow. Employees are so rude. They have no sense of customer service. I once over heard the employee back biting about me through my baby monitor. The company does the same job that any other company would do for more money and then jacking your rate up with false excuses. Don't use it unless you have money to waste. They just do what any other company can do. Nothing exceptional.

Molly Maid does an exceptional job. The two women who clean my house once a month are friendly and hard working. They never stop or take breaks. The cost is very reasonable and you can also add on extras for a nominal charge. I don't understand some other reviewers bad comments. I pay Molly Maid to clean not pick up my clutter, dirty dishes, toys, or dirty clothes. They do a deep clean every month and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend their services.

Molly Maid was so great! At first I had trouble,I had two girls come to my door one didn't seem very friendly and they didn't do an exceptional job. The next time Two other girls came and they were amazing! They exceeded my expectations and I asked for them every-time and now I am so happy I called Molly Maid. I guess some of the employees are better then others and you have for the good ones.
