They do an OK job, however the standards seem low. Asked for whole house to be cleaned. They said done, but the floors weren't even properly mopped. Her partner lied and said she mopped. Carolina took her word for it and never personally checked. Food and drink stains left in 3 rooms on floor in plain site. She was angry because we wouldn't rent to anyone with dogs and no verifiable identification/documentation. Take that for what it's worth. Called in another service. They had to do them twice to get filth off. Showers weren't finished as we found mold, mildew, and lots of Calcium deposits still in stalls. Wanted more money to come back for what should have been an initial deep clean. Will not call them again.

Carolina was very prompt and friendly when she responded to my request for a cost estimate. She gave me a very reasonable estimate and wanted to come over and look at my house to assess how much work it would be. She came over, looked at my house, and said no problem, I will be back tomorrow. Carolina came over with two other woman and boy did they work. They scrubbed and cleaned and washed the windows, mopped the floors and cleaned my place until it sparkled. Every room was cleaned to my satisfaction. If you hire Carolina and her team and they work as hard for you as they did for me, you won't be disappointed. I'm having her come every two weeks from now on permanently.

Service and quality has remained the same great service and quality in May of 2022.
They were very responsive in the initial contact and made the entire process easy.
Phone calls were made prior to the technicians showing up to let us know they were in route.
We will certainly be using J's again.

I'm a SERVICE-disabled veteran and I've moved a lot with my 10 years in the military from overseas. This company does not cater to veterans or the disabled.
I booked and paid in advance. They cancelled my booking at 6 and they were supposed to come at 12-4. I waited 6 hours and they didn't clean
They said consolidate. And I said MAJORITY Of the stuff will be gone.
LAST MINUTE, THEY SAY THAT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE OUT BUT THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid in advance and they don't show up until 6 hours later and cancelled the job.

Had a move out cleaning done, and the cleaner that showed up was very nice. But for a house that is almost 3000 square feet I can't believe that they only sent her by herself besides the carpet cleaner guys. She missed a lot of spot, to include the inside of the cabinets and under the sink. For the price that we paid, the job did not seem fair for what the finish product was.

So I've never used a maid service before for my home and wanted to try it for the first time. After looking around for a while, I decided to go with J's Cleaning Service. They were super responsive and able to book me within a few days. I asked for 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and the 1.5 baths to be cleaned and they did a great job. Two people were sent in to do the job and did it within a few hours. My home is use 1400sq ft. My only issue is the pricing. After my first cleaning I asked that in the future I'd like only the kitchen, living room and the bathrooms to be cleaned monthly and I was quoted $150 a month. I may use them again in the future since I know the job they are capable of. They also offer military discounts. If you're in the market to have your home cleaned, which I recommend trying it. Test them out.

The short (tl;dr) version is: J's is fast, affordable, and thorough.
The long(er) version is: I was in a pinch and needed to get a big couch cleaned before Thanksgiving. I had 2 other services cancel on me and I was down to the wire. In comes J's. The hero. Friendly, understanding and accommodating are understatements, but pure fact. My couch was gnarly and covered in dog hair and just stuff that couches accumulate over time. I communicated my needs and J's addressed it like it was their absolute top priority. The tech arrived early, explained everything to me, and bounced quickly. The couch was left in an amazing condition and was dry before the out-of-towners arrived. There is ZERO doubt that I will be using J's again. Stellar crew and top notch customer service.

With an upcoming move, we requested J's Cleaning Service to do a move out clean in our rental. They were very accommodating on such short notice and moved schedules around due to a winter storm. We hired J's for a "deep cleaning" of our 800 square ft condo. The quote I was given (including windows, oven and refrigerator) was $315. The woman who came over was wonderful but she mentioned a man was supposed to come and help. He never showed up. She said he's tall and reaches the spots she can't reach (which we ended up noticing since higher up spaces were still visibly dusty). The woman who came did an amazing job for one person (I'd be exhausted). But the fact that we paid $315 for what was supposed to be 2 people but ended up getting the work of one did not sit well with me. When I asked J's service about it they said "we couldn't help he was sick". But… that's it? We also were surprised the tub only looked as clean as it does when we do it ourselves. I thought a cleaning service offering "deep cleaning" would have special equipment. They first offered to send someone over to to the tub again but then took it back and claimed the tub was old and couldn't get cleaned more than it was- but I sent photos with the black gunk that very well could come up. There was also an option under the "get a quote" to ask for grout cleaning (which I clicked). When I let the service know our grout wasn't done they stated they don't offer that. Why was that an option online? I'm still confused by the entire experience but instead of fighting it, I'm just leaving a review. Here's my tip- talk to them over the phone and get clarification of exactly what they will be doing and don't rely on their online service. I thought we'd go with them again but the more I think about it and the more I see in our condo as the days pass that wasn't done- we will be looking elsewhere. I'm leaving 3 stars because we liked the woman who came.
*Update August 30th 2021: Is a tub from 2008 considered aged? I was able to get the black grime off myself this weekend only using a rag, baking soda, and peroxide. Just an FYI.

Paid $275 for a move in cleaning, but floors were not done, counters were not cleaned, dust still on windowsills, etc. My fiancé spoke to the owner, who did refund $50, but never followed up about further rectification of the situation. It's outrageous that we spent $225 for a job that was not completed, and the owner simply did not care because they had already gotten paid.

I'm sure they're good at a lot of things but one service they shouldn't offer is couch cleaning. Our sectional was still filthy and I had to go over it and clean it with spray and a rag (the marks came right out so it's not like they weren't removable). None of the cushions were turned over for cleaning and some cushions weren't even touched. Really disappointing.

But in high traffic I was expecting it to have some improvements. There were none and left some areas soaked it took over a day for it to dry. Awesome job! Cleaned my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in a little under 3 hours. As well as cleaned my carpets immaculately! This is my first time hiring a service to clean so im not sure if they usually clean the walls as well but I noticed that mine weren't cleaned. On June 25, 2020 I contacted this company for an estimate on a house cleaning for July 15, 2020. He was very responsive and gave me an estimate. He was retired military and we are active duty so we went with him. I messaged him on July 8, 2020 to confirm our appt. He replied back that they have me down for 9am on July 15th. Well 9am came and went. At 9:10 I called them. The women I spoke with was so confused. She had no idea who I was. She offered to send someone out, but at that point I wouldn't trust them to do a good job cleaning if they can't even schedule an appointment correctly. Even after a reminder a week out. Very very disappointed. Wanted the house cleaned before a big event. Now I have to scramble to find someone. Teaches me a lesson. Just because they're retired military doesn't mean they know how to run a business.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this wonderful company! First, it's family owned – which I love. Second, Dave is retired military, something else I love. Third, they are fast, friendly and super professional.
The situation – apparently we could appear in one of those "nose blind" Fabreeze commercials. We awoke on Saturday morning, with family incoming THIS weekend, to realize our big area rug was dirty and smelled like dog. In a panic, I turned to my trusty Yelp and checked out their reviews. I called on the off chance that they might answer, and hallelujah Dave picked up the phone! Not only could they do it TODAY, but they were here in 45 minutes AND gave me an INCREDIBLE price!! You absolutely cannot get any better than this.
There is still a little staining in places, but that's on me. The rug is more of a deeply textured carpet, and they didn't have the machine with them for that (remember, I said area rug), but with the sofa in place, I am the only one who notices. Bonus – they gave me a fantastic quote to come back after the first of the year to do the entire upstairs of the house and hit that rug with the machine that's designed for it. I will DEFINITELY be scheduling that.
Bottom line, no more dog smell, clean carpet, fast and friendly service. You simply cannot ask for anything more. Support your small local business people!!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They where hired to "clean" my house by my former property management company an did a horrible job. The show up at your house with a beg of rags and the only cleaning solution was Fabuloso which is a deodorizer not a disinfectant. They say what they do is a deep cleaning, it's more of a wipe down. They left numerous places in my Property dirty. When I called them back to inform them of the dirty areas in my property they sent out their field manager to look at the areas. The former tenants left items in my property and I told the manager prior to the cleaners coming in, everything in the house was going to be trash. The cleaners left the trash in place, when the field manager came back out to see the areas that needed to be cleaned that wasn't I informed her they left items behind that were trash. She then inform me normally they don't remove items from the property, I told her it's a move out cleaning why would it not be removed it's trash. They did not want to come back out and clean up the places that needed to be cleaned in a timely manner, knowing I had tenants moving in within 48 hours of the initial cleaning. They tried to tell me to turn my house over to new tenants dirty. They were supposed to come back and install a item in my home that was broken then lied about it because they did not want to come back out to my home. All in all they are a crap company the overcharge. Honestly wish I could rate them with zero stars.

Leo just left after doing a wonderful job on our carpets. He was very professional, very thorough and extremely pleasant and friendly while he was here.
Leo arrived right within the two hour window we were told to expect him and we got a text when he was en route so we had time to make our last minute preps. The price for three rooms and a hallway was quite reasonable. Our carpets are in fairly good shape but were dirty and had a few stains. All the stains are gone, the house smells good, and we're just waiting for things to dry now.
We'll definitely use One Stop Cleaning again when the time comes to get another cleaning.

Unfortunately, their residential cleaning service is horrible! I used them for cleaning my carpet and Leo did a great job but as far as housecleaning they leave a lot to be desired! She is ruthlessly punctual. She works assiduously for the 4 hours she is there. I can give her "special" assignments that she fits into the schedule. The three of us have never had a complaint. I called and discussed what I needed done. Given a price for the cleaning and sounded reasonable. Two girls showed up and worked extremely quick and did a fair job. I think if they took just a little more time they wouldn't have missed somethings. Like my utility room all together. Then when I was emailed the bill it was double what I was told. She said that was the fee for two people. I was not aware that the price was per person nor did I ask for two people. So I recommend if you hire them, check behind them before they leave and clarify you want one person so the fee isn't doubled after the fact.
Update: This cleaning I had was done last January 2021 and now I get another email with a bill for their cleaning service for January 2022 that I never got. I didn't even call or request a cleaning. I have called and left a message as well as sent an email asking why I am receiving this bill and have gotten no response. Do Not Use this service if you want a top notch service, straight forward bill and a non frustrating company.
2nd update: Company finally responded and said they have two people in their system with my name. I understand mistakes happen, but the whole process could have been avoided by looking at the address that the service was done at.

I recently met owner Maxine Goans and heard about her cleaning business. They're all about service and making the customer happy. When I found out that she also regularly gives away free cleaning to people who are in poor health or in crisis just as a way to give back and bless others, I was motivated to switch companies and give them a try. Maxine came to my home personally to give me a quote, then chose the person who will be cleaning for me. She chose well! Ashley was great. She had a very sweet personality and worked hard. This week, especially, I write this review because I KNOW how busy Maxine and Carmen and all the girls, at CCC are. (Thanksgiving and short week). I am SO very grateful for my housekeeper — Carmen. She knows exactly what I need – and sometimes it is cleaning, but most times it is tidying and straightening and pulling the house back together so I can breath. I have no idea how people do this, alone THANK you God for CCC – and Carmen, specifically – she knows my "hotspots" with organizational issues. And tackles them first.
