They arrived an hour and a half late. They showed up in a very unprofessional manner. Upon "completing" the cleaning they had hardly cleaned anything and did not clean what we asked them to. We had to repeatedly go around our home to show what else we needed done. I eventually just agreed that it was good enough. After going through the house the next few days, I honestly don't even know what he cleaned or if he did anything. I have cleaned everything in my home myself, and have not found one part of the home that looks clean after his service. At first I felt bad because the man that came was so kind and nice, but honestly I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back…

Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us.

Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said.

We paid $200 for literally nothing. We had just moved into our house and I wanted the house to be cleaned before we brought our stuff in and instead of being able to put things away I had to spend hours doing what I thought I paid someone else to do…

Our family can not say enough good things about Christoff and Sons Floor Covering.

We've used them for restoration service, carpet installation and carpet cleaning.

Our first introduction was unfortunately out of urgent necessity to clean up a flooded basement. Even on a Sunday morning, they promptly arrived and got to work getting our life back to normal. Unfortunately our carpet could not be saved due to two previous floods in our basement (some guys have all the luck, right?) so they ended up replacing the carpeting.

The carpet installation was better than the original company that did the install when we built the house. Particularly around some angled corners and tight spots. Those details really matter to me, so I was happy to see it was to them as well.

Since our fun with the basement flooding, we've used them several times for carpet cleaning as well as cleaning a couple of pieces of furniture. Their crew is prompt, polite and does an excellent job. The owners are hands on, ethical and obviously have instilled their work ethic on their fantastic team.

So while it's hard for me to get excited about carpet, I do feel passionate about great customer service and felt compelled to share.

We recently had about 750 sqft of old flooring (carpet, tile, and wood) removed and replaced by Christoff's. Overall it was a good experience. The show room had tons of samples and the price was better than another local company. The installer, Buster, was very knowledgeable and went above expectations. We had a minor delay but it was a manufacturer's issue.

These guys made an old worn out floor look awesome! We had purchased an older building and Tom came in to check it out. he listened to our needs and recommended cleaning the old floor. Christoff and Sons cares about the work they do and it shows. they didn't hard sell us a new floor and Vicki Steele was great to deal with. I highly recommend

We converted a 12' hot tub, screened-in porch into a sun room. After replacing the screens with 25 floor-to-ceiling windows. We needed to waterproof and subfloor over the decking before carpeting and padding could be installed. Christoff & Sons sent two wonderfully competent and considerate men who installed our flooring and carpet perfectly! Thank you Christoff & Sons! We highly recommend Christoff & Sons!

Sales person was very helpful. Product was good but Christoff's has a policy of 25% restock fee if you return an unopened item. The problem was … WAY TOO MUCH PRODUCT WAS ORDERED FOR THE SQUARE FOOT WE NEEDED. Double check their calculations because an entire box of very expensive tile was ordered that we did not need based on their calculations from our blueprints, and now, although unopened, they say we can't return it for even the 25% restock fee. Thank goodness we double checked their flooring calculations before we ordered. We were told we needed 700 sq ft. (measurement was taken from accurate blueprints and calculated by Christoff's), but when the tile guy measured it, he calculated that we only needed 480 sq ft. Way off! After all this time in business, I can't believe that they accidentally measured inaccurately! So double check their measurements, folks.

We recently moved here and wanted to support a local business. We had carpeting and tile work done. The tile installers were excellent but the folding closet door had to be modified to fit afterward which was not their fault. It should have been anticipated when they came out to bid the job. We were told it would cost another $75 to have someone come out an fix the door after the fact. What was disappointing was the underlying attitude about it. They did not really seem to care. They did a good job installing the carpet. The work they did overall was fine but customer care was a little lacking. If this had been my business I would have absorbed the $75 if I made that mistake.
