The cleaning was very thorough so I'd definitely recommend them for a deep clean, however for regular cleaning they were overzealous spending a long time doing unnecessary tasks (they charge by the hour by the way). In the end we had to ask our cleaner to stop and leave. The hourly rate is fair but because they took longer, it was more expensive than our previous cleaning services. The website and signup process is very slick but, unfortunately, the customer communication once you've signed up drops of rapidly. In most of our communications we had to bump emails to get a response and as a result it became too difficult to plan a slot for the cleaner to visit.
