I was looking for someone to deep clean my apartment about once a month and spoke with a few companies. Spontaan Ja was very quick to respond to my request for information. Blanka scheduled an appointment to come over to my apartment to evaluate how much time it would take to clean and how much the costs would be for monthly cleaning. We then scheduled the first cleaning.
Blanka came over the first day with one of her housekeepers and went over what was to be cleaned. They brought all of their own equipment and supplies. Because I work from home, I was in the apartment while it was being cleaned. The cleaning was very thorough and more than satisfactory. I received an invoice shortly after and it was reflective of the rates discussed. I now use this company for regular monthly cleanings. I would recommend them completely.

I had to change the cleaning company I had been using for 1 year and was originally apprehensive about trusting another company with the keys to my apartment.
After having a discussion with Blanka, I knew her company was the right choice. She customized the frequency and duration of the cleaning appointment to fit the size and specifics of my apartment and sent me an estimate for the cost based on an hourly rate. I also received a copy of the id of the cleaning person who would be doing the cleaning and a written statement verifying that I had handed over my apartment keys.
Now I am having my apartment cleaned every two weeks and I could not be more satisfied. The same person comes to clean every time, so I have peace of mind that my apartment is in good hands. The service is excellent, thorough cleaning with attention to detail.
The billing is very easy too, as I receive the invoices by email and there are no nasty surprises with overcharging.

Called for a roof leakage. Went on the website and chatted with their customer support. They quickly called and took note of my problem. They said minimum charge for a visit is 1 hour (80 euros) and if it's emergency 120 euros. they scheduled for a visit in a couple of days and rescheduled again for the day after due to some personal problems their roof expert had. I had uploaded all the photos from insides and outside. The expert showed up an hour late and we went to my back yard. He didn't have a ladder and I had to give him mine. He just stood in my back yard looking at the roof from the exact angle I had already sent a photo. He said, yes because of the blizzard all the houses have this problem. I have to come back when it's warm! I told him he should at least take a look and this is something he could've told me from the photos. He took my ladder, went up, and reconfirmed what he had just told me and then left. And there, 80 euros for tell me what I already know and what was already obvious from the photo. I don't mind paying for consultation but 80 euros is not the fair fee for that and I should not be made to wait for three day for it. This practice is dishonest and I don't think I'll ring them or that expert again for anything.

Mr. Fix found an expert (Johanna) to create and set up 5 wood book shelves on a wall. The expert should have right from the start identified that shelves could not be installed on the current wall, which needed to be reinforced first. She didn't and went for it. Then it's 6 months of back and forth and poor communication on the job because of course it wasn't working, she couldn't set them up. She tried tho. But she then asked to be paid before finishing the work… I refused of course because I saw the screws she put there were not stable so the shelves wouldn't stick. Then I explained the situation to both her and Mr. Fix (wall destroyed, I need an expert to redo the whole thing – with proof). Then I got insulted. I showed tangible proof in a polite way and got judged. And Mr. Fix showed very little support. The expert ghosted me as well, not accepting my offer to pay 25% (still too high for a wall destroyed). Six months of childish behavior. She finally accepted my offer. The expert is not an expert and Mr. Fix is still vouching / siding with her, implying it's my fault. Zero professionalism and zero responsibility. A nightmare.

The job was to install 8 hanging lamps. The "expert" electrician was scheduled to arrive on 03-Nov-2021. On the morning of 03-Nov-2021, the electrician called to cancel. The appointment was rescheduled for 04-Nov-2021 at 11:30. The electrician did not arrive until 12:45. Immediately upon entering the apartment and seeing what the job entailed, the electrician stated the job was too small for the distance he had to travel. This comment I let slide as I was at the mercy of needing an electrician. Throughout the "experts" visit, it was stated he had a bigger job he needed to get to on the same day. 2.5 hours later, only 3 hanging lamps were installed. I was then informed he would not be able to install the other 5 lamps as he had to get to the bigger job. Not only have I been left with 5 lamps not being installed, the quality of the installation of the 3 which were installed is horrible. The cover over the outlet for each lamp was not removed, therefore the lamps are connected to the ceiling adjacent to the electrical outlet which is clearly visible. 1 hanging lamp required an extension so the lamp would hang over a dining table. There are electrical wires clearly visible at each end of the extension. What is also clearly visible is the poor-quality work of the "expert". Imagine my surprise when I receive an invoice of 203EUR! In the communication with MrFix, it is stated if you have issues with the quality of the work to make these comments in the Whatsapp chat, so I did, only to receive a "thumbs up" emoji from the "expert" and zero comments from MrFix. Now I am out 203EUR for a job which is not even half finished and of poor quality, I have to arrange for a different electrician to install the other 5 lamps and try to repair the horrible job of the "expert". Not only do I not recommend this "expert", whatever you do -DO NOT use MrFix. They obviously do not know the meaning of Customer Service and are only concerned with you paying the invoice.

The worst customer experience I ever had in the Netherlands
I made a request to fix my intercom which only works occasionally.
Got an estimate of 1 man-hour.
Quite a nice and friendly electrician arrived 15 min earlier than supposed to. Took a quick look at the system and concluded it's just too old and worn out to be fixed. Left in 10 minutes since the arrival.
I was not expecting to be charged 80 euros, because no work was actually done and zero value added to my life and intercom situation.
But yeah, I received an invoice for the full hour of course.
I reached out to the support explaining the situation and asking to be a little reasonable. Not charging me 80 euros to come take a brief look and tell me my intercom is too old. I offered to cover the time spent with more appropriate amount of ~30 euro (which is still a lot for no value, but I understand the person has spent time still).
The customer support didn't agree to any of it. Which I understand they have a right to, but come on, for a service charging 80 euros per hour (per 10 minutes in this case) I really expected a tiny bit of compassion and reasonable attitude.
I ended up just feeling scammed!
I do think if you're lucky you'll get in touch with a good contractor and hopefully have a smooth experience. But if anything goes off you'll have ZERO support from the company itself.
Definitely won't recommend to risk! It's quite a money for such a lame value.
