I'm a new customer of Cristina's. From the get-go she was professional and very responsive. While she has only cleaned for me once so far, she and her crew did such a good job, I have booked her for more cleanings.

Not only did they clean the rooms in my home, they also helped arrange it so that the overall feel of the room was more inviting. Thanks to Cristina, an overwatered plant that would have done damage to my floor was cleaned up in time.

I highly recommend cleaners express!!! We purchased a home that had not been lived in almost a year, it needed a deep clean. They did an amazing job, cleaning closets, drawers, attic, basement, all the windows inside the house. Definitely had their work cut out for them. They also had to deal with no availability of water from the house, working with water that was brought in!!!! The house looked completely different when they were done. Very professional and expressed that I check everything before they left !!! Perfect I will definitely be using them again!!!

Dwight and his wife came. They use a machine similar to a good store-bought "steam" carpet cleaner. They are not the kind of company that has the machinery in a truck or van. His wife vacuums the carpets then Dwight goes over them with the power carpet cleaner. They were having allergy issues because of cat hair, evidently. I felt that this made them rush to finish. I've seen other carpet cleaners take time to spot clean areas before doing the whole room. This was not done at my place. After Cleaners Express left I went around and spot cleaned 5 or six spots/stains myself with a brush and Awesome cleaner and they came out easily. No doubt the carpets were cleaner but I believe a bit more thoroughness for the price will bring them more business.

As we talked, she gave me a quote of $280 for 3 hours deep cleaning only, and $440 for deep cleaning plus shampooing of the carpet. The house is completely empty and not very dirty, as long as I already cleaned many spots. It won't take her team 9 hours to get it all cleaned.

Leaving this one star review because of the staff I worked with and also the business in general. I worked for a month or two there and did everything they ask without question. They require you to be timed when you clean and I met that every time. Now the staff/managers are a total mess. They act like they know what they are doing and aren't the nicest people at all.They are also very rude and throw shade to some of their employees if they didn't meet requirements but why hire them? Some of my coworkers were alright but so surprised they were there before me. The pay is also shady which follows along with the owners/managers. I also had to come in with multiple with my paystubs to make sure I was getting the correct payment and tips from the houses I cleaned. Another issue is the chemicals they use which are special ones they create, let me say just this, they aren't good and also stain and smell terrible. Do not have this company come clean your house unless you want it done unprofessionally.

I had high hopes for this cleaning service.
My first cleaning was great.
I noticed that I kept getting overcharged for rooms that were never cleaned.
Different people were coming to my door from this service that didn't provide the first service which was concerning to me.
I absolutely could not believe my eyes that this place had the audacity to charge a travel fee-when they are literally in walking distance from my home.
I got to a point where I was very disappointed
They kept raising their prices on me and I had to let them go.
I'm sure many other people will have had a great experience with this place but unfortunately I had to go ahead and hire someone else.

Jerrod and All Out House Works did two jobs for us recently.
The first one was a clean up of the full wall brick fireplace. There was a lot of staining and build up on the 50 year old brick.
All Out did a great job cleaning and are very detail oriented!
The second job was to remove a large , 10 foot work island. It had to be disassembled and removed from a studio space. The team broke it down, removed all the wood and cleaned up the area. It was a big job and they finished it in two hours.
Reasonable rates, excellent communication!
Based in Philadelphia, travels to suburbs!

I have been using Tranquil Environments Maid Service for eight months and have been very satisfied with the cleanliness of my home after each cleaning. The cleaning technicians have been very pleasant, responsive to requests, and attentive to details. I have been particularly happy with the results of my clean stove top and ceramic tile shower stall – items that for me can be time consuming to clean well.

I also like very much that if the assigned cleaning tasks are finished before the alotted cleaning time that I have paid for is ended, the maid asks me if there is any other area that I would like to have cleaned. She don't just leave early!
