Like most, we take pride in having a neat and clean home. However, with two small toddlers and two full-time jobs the house was getting more and more difficult to maintain. Time was getting the better of us. Then comes Clean My Space CT! The first thing we really liked was being able to customize the service. We just have the common areas and bathrooms cleaned – every two weeks. This helped make the price more affordable. Staff are so easy to work with and the communication is superb. You always get reminders and if there needs to be a change in the time they text and call to ask you.
Our cleaners have been wonderful! We typically get the same two ladies, Joanna and Uliana. They are fantastic with our dog and leave our house sparkling. Plus, they are very efficient so we never have to be out of the house too long. We especially like that they do their best to tidy and put away things (toys and misc. stuff on counters).
It's a good feeling to know that things are getting cleaned every two weeks- it takes some pressure off us and gives us more time to spend together as a family, which is invaluable.

I had bad experiences with other cleaning services and was really skeptical when I signed up for the twice monthly plan. Coming from Miami where cleaning services are generally not too expensive, paying upwards of $100 per cleaning seemed a lot to me.
After comparing prices, I quickly figured out that Clean My Space CT had some of the better priced cleaning plans. As such, I bit the bullet and tried them out.
I asked for 8am the first Saturday so I could be there to monitor and also get some errands done afterwards. I thought for sure they're going to say no (they didn't) or cancel last minute like some other places had (again they didn't). They gave me a half hour window when their cleaning crew would arrive, 8-8:30.
I set my alarm for 7:50 thinking I had time to pick up since obvious that meant they would get to my house at 8:30. They did not.
At 8 on the dot there was a ring at my door and there were two smiling ladies who said they would be cleaning my house. They brought all their own, took off their shoes and started cleaning.
I have two story townhouse with two bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. It's not huge but it does take me about a good 4-5 hours to (half ass) clean it by myself.
These two ladies finished in 2 1/2 to 3 hours and my house has never looked better.
They are trustworthy and punctual and thorough.
I think there whole team is absolutely amazing. There was one Saturday that one lady came by herself and I was a little worried because I thought she'd take much longer by herself but nope, finished everything up in a reasonable amount of time (3-3 1/2 hrs). She cleaned just as well as the other two lady cleaning team.
So, after a long winded story, I HIGHLY recommend Clean My Space CT. They may not be cheap but they are worth every single penny for the peace of mind that they give and the excellent job that they do.

We were not satisfied with this service unfortunately. We hired Clean My Space because we had been very busy with work and travel and wanted to treat ourselves to having our house cleaned while we were away on vacation. We cleaned the house ahead of time to ensure that the cleaner was able to spend time on the important areas. And while the shower floor was cleaned exceptionally well, the top part was not as well done. The rest of the house seemed only "straightened up." I also expected a more thorough cleaning since I had spent time cleaning the house but it seemed like the cleaner decided to do less cause of that! i could have sworn i asked for a monthly plan but i was charged for a deep clean/one time clean- and the results do not reflect that.
We also came back home to this odd stain on the toilet seat cover. In the picture you can see the wet product i had sprayed on top of it to try to remove it-to no avail. This was definitely not a normal stain youd find in a bathroom because it did not respond to bleach or any product I have. Aldona reimbursed us for the toilet seat cover and offered to re clean the house. Unfortunately, she did not inform us that we had to schedule the re-clean within a certain number of hours or they would rescind the offer. We actually did not return to our home until 4 days after the cleaning so we would not have even been able to contact CleanMySpace in time for this offer. Aldona did not seem to care and did not seem genuinely concerned with our experience, she just offered what was standard. It also seemed like she thought we wanted the reclean further out to let the house get messy but we clearly do not operate that way-shown by us cleaning before CleanMySpace even came! I thought this experience would be a stress reliever and instead it created more work for us as we had to go out and buy a new toilet seat cover to install.
I suggest other customers go elsewhere. I think the cleaner may have not been clear on what a one time clean should entail instead of a "tidying up" clean but like I said he or she did a great job on the shower floor! The worst part of this experience was Aldona didn't seem to truly care about our satisfaction when we were more than understanding and patient.

I never thought in a million years that I would hire a home cleaning service. I've got this, right? I can clean my own home. I can scrub and and root out grime that's collected on the baseboards or on the wall behind the stove. I know what I'm doing when it comes to cleaning.
None of this is true. We're a busy two-working-parent household, and the truth is that we can barely manage to swipe the crumbs off the counter and periodically get a brush into the toilets. I gave up trying to be a hero (or a martyr?) and started looking for help.

The company's communication is fabulous, and the technicians who complete my bi-weekly appointments do a phenomenal job. Great job with the actual house cleaning however, even after confirming a scheduled morning arrival time twice the employee actually arrived 3 hours late and not until I had to call the company to ask if anyone was showing up. I had scheduled the cleaning a week in advance around other appointments. The company offered a lame apology, no discount and I was forced to have to cancel afternoon appointments since I had already paid in full days earlier as the company requires. Now I know why they collect a full amount in advance.

I was a bit wary about using a Living Social offer for this service, since I had just had a horrible experience with another cleaning service through Groupon. I'm so glad I decided to give TAG Team a try.
From the first contact, they were professional, communicative, responsive and flexible. When they did show up, there were 3 instead of 2 workers, and after a brief "tour", they got to work. They move furniture to vacuum, they lift things to dust under them, and they leave things gleaming and spotless.
Normally I hate when people who clean move my things (throw pillows, art pieces), but they have a wonderful sense of style, and I actually preferred their arrangements to my own.
I recommend them highly, and will be signing up for regular service from them.

We used their home cleaning service monthly for about two years. At first we were really happy with the performance and felt good about the products being used. I also like the staff a lot; everyone was polite and friendly. However, over time the quality of the service went down so we ultimately didn't find it a good value for our family. It was obvious less time and care was being spent and corners were being cut as one could see spaces near walls and door-frames were completely missed, and it looked like the vacuuming was being done hastily with significant spots missed.
The owners were professional in handling everything but my concern was that it wasn't the staff because they were different each time so clearly the protocols and service were changed over time.

I don't even know where to start with how wonderful this company is. They provided a few cleaning technicians to help out after a large event I organized in February, and I was SO grateful to have their help (especially after being onsite for 12 hours!). The prices are reasonable, especially for them to be using their equipment, their wonderful products, and our house smells and LOOKS incredible afterwards! I highly recommend these people, I am a very fussy customer when it comes to home cleaning, and they do not mess up things, or make a mess of my collectibles, and they do a PHENOMENAL job!

Maid Organic is by far the best cleaning company I have ever used. We own a Crossfit gym and also use them there. Our members are always complimenting us on how clean out gym is. There is nothing better than walking into your home (or gym) after it's been cleaned and smelling the wonderful essential oils they use rather than harsh cleaning chemicals. They are meticulous in cleaning every room in our home. I have also noticed my allergies getting better since we have switched to Maid Organic. Where do I begin? The ladies from Maid Organic did a FANTASTIC job! Our house needed a deep cleaning in preparation for an influx of out of town guests. These ladies spent SIX HOURS scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming and the like. By the time they were finished the house was sparkling. Honestly, it looks the best it has looked in many, many years. Although I found the owners to be nice, professional and accommodating, I was underwhelmed to say the least with the cleaning which was VERY overpriced. Two "technicians" came to clean our home for about 5 hours for a price of $558. Definitely not worth the hefty price tag. And although there is no way to prove it, I am quite sure the Magic Erasers they used on our kitchen cabinets took the finish off in several places. Although one of the owners came out today to look at the cabinets, his response implied that the prior owners must have done it since they clearly "didn't take care of the house" because of the grease on the cabinets. I hired DO cleaning to do a move-in/deep clean for our new house. Our house was quite large, new and had accumulated a good amount dust over the past several months. The team from DO cleaning responded promptly and offered a very reasonable price compared to other companies I searched for. They also were flexible with payment and accepted venmo which was great. 3 cleaners came to our house and worked for 4+ hours. They were all very nice and accommodating, asked for specifics when it came to cleaning the house and what we wanted to focus on, and also most importantly did a great job with the deep clean. Today I had first home cleaning appointment with Diana & Oscar and I couldn't be more satisfied. They worked silently for about 2.5 hours leaving everything clean as we had discussed and agreed on beforehand. When I found couple of minor things during post cleaning inspection, Oscar happily re-did those areas. Apart from actual cleaning appointment, Oscar is also very diligent and prompt in terms of communication. They were flexible about the timings to suit my availability and kept me updated on their ETA. Pre-cleaning estimation appointment was a breeze too. Everything about DO has been an absolute pleasure. They came and were able to give us a quote without any hassle. They were honest and provided reasonable expectations. So if you're REALLY a stickler, maybe keep an eye on them, but they were absolutely thorough enough that were pleased with the results. They were also trustworthy and we had no problems with them roaming our house without babysitting them. They used cleaners that were safe around pets and children and they didn't do any damage to anything that was delicate. Everything was immaculate when they left. We were extremely pleased with them and if we ever have to do something like this again, we will be in contact.

Hired them after reading the other two reviews here. The owner came out to scope out my house a few days later which was nice as some places say it's weeks before they can get there. Estimate was very reasonable so i figured i'd give them a shot. The woman who came out (different person) was actually early opposed to late, and very friendly. simply asked where i kept a few things and went to work. When i came home i was very impressed. Expected just a basic cleaning as i wasn't too detailed in my requests, but she cleaned everything. Was very thorough. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have used this cleaning service 3 times, I started using them on a living social deal I found. They do a great job cleaning if they actually show up. The people they have working for them are not dependable. The first time they changed the appointment time on me which was fine it work within my schedule. The second time someone called out sick but they were able to send a replacement person so it worked out in the end. The third time they canceled my appointment the day of or they said they did. I waited and no one showed up. They said the employee coming to clean had a family emergency. They called me one time but I never received a message, they told me they text messaged but I didn't receive a text either. The frustrating part is the they were not able to reschedule for the next day they said they were fully booked for the next 2.5 weeks. I had people coming into town the day after they canceled and had a very busy schedule so this was very inconvenient for me. I will not be using their services again and will not be recommending them to any of my friends either.
