Hired service to come bi-weekly. First time he was an hour late. I complained and they promised it wouldn't happen again. Second time he was an hour and fifteen minutes late. I once again complained and they promised he would come on time from now on. Third time I called after twenty minutes had passed and he still didn't show up. They told me he wouldn't be coming because of a mishap. They said they had emailed me but this was not true. There was no email at all. Truly unprofessional.

I booked a service for 13:30, they contacted me at 23:00 in the previous night, and said they had a 'little mishap' and asked me to change to 17:30 so I agreed. it was not possible to find another service with a short notice. Then they didn't come at the changed time. No phone call, no message. so I had to track them down and waited another half an hour to figure out what happened. they said that the cleaner had a 'little mishap' and asked me if I can wait around at night.
I had a tenant moved out and a new tenant was moving in the following day, so find another service or postpone it to the next day was not an option for me. So I had to cancel my Saturday evening plan for waiting around the cleaner.
I could've done it myself if I had the equipment and detergent.
In the end, the cleaner didn't come at all. Nobody answered the phone either.
If you need a reliable service, forget about this company.
+ After I left a review on Google, the agent or supervisor I don't know who they are, but they called me and said the agency was not aware of this situation and will escalate it. Okay.. so this tells me that if something goes wrong, not even the agency can help you to solve the problem. Because they don't have the control of their booking or cleaning crews.

I booked an appointment weeks ago for a move-out cleaning. I confirmed the appointment this week. The cleaning team was almost two hours late. We were given the excuse they couldn't reach us for 3 days even though they had our email. We were told a cleaner's child was ill and they needed a new cleaner because of Covid precautions. Whatever the story, the inconvenience of waiting was unacceptable and impacted schedules.
Once the cleaning team arrived, they were quick and did a good job.
I would recommend them with caution. It might be a good idea to confirm more than once to make sure the cleaning team will arrive on time.
